We visited it in my son?s birthday and spent a wonderful time. The food was yummy and service was great. I like the place because you can eat and kids play at the same time.

Nothing works here! Came here last night and legit at least 40-50% games were not working, not even exaggerating. Never seen so many reds anywhere, and even bunch of the greens just took your money and gave an error message on the screen. So frustrating. Two stars because the bartender was awesome.

Wow the service is great! A little over the top I was starting to get a little annoyed hahah trying to watch the game and hearing ?how's everything.? Every 5 seconds but that's show business. I can't blame them, it wasn't THAT bothersome. Lovely food, fun, loud atmosphere. We go here a lot.

The kids celebrated a birthday here. Unfortunately, we purchased the 90-minute unlimited play package, but there was an issue with the game card. Almost the entire first 30 minutes were spent fixing the problem. We had to contact staff twice for repairs, and each time involved waiting, which left the kids a bit disappointed. The best Dave and Busters that I have personally visited in Colorado! It's super spacious with a variety of different games that we haven't seen at any other arcade! There are games for different age groups that we all enjoyed! Weekends this place is packed! Especially around bar. Highly recommend going during day if you want a quieter atmosphere. The nachos... one of the best I have EVER had! I recommend requesting light on crema! Family shared strawberry cake - it is a hefty portion size and they loved it!

The food, service, and atmosphere were all great. The thing that sucked was that we went here on a double date, hoping to have dinner, drinks, and then play some fun games, but a lot of the games were not running. My kids had a blast playing the games! However my waiter when we got food only talked to us three times, the initial greeting and drink order, bringing the drinks and taking our order, and dropping off the bill. I am writing to express significant disappointment regarding a recent experience at your establishment. My visit, intended to be enjoyable, was marred by several issues related to service, billing, and product information. Firstly, we purchased an "unlimited 90-minute" power card. However, we were not informed at the point of sale that this card does not grant access to all games. When we brought this discrepancy to the attention of management, our concerns were met with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude

Boulder D&B is WEAK. Staff was absolutely wonderful and polite, but 3+ games took our points and then just didn't do anyhting. Two other games didn't have enough balls to play the game. One game had none at all! Someone please get a game tech on the floor at this location. ??

Some of the games were not up and running and the place was not well maintained. Went into the photo booth for pictures and there were cups half full of drinks and someone had thrown up all over the floor. Not once did I see anybody cleaning or checking any areas. Love you can reserve a table before hand. Food was great, burger was very juicy and tasty! My daughter said the ribs were great! Our waitress was very kind and nice.. Right after dinner or before you can hit the arcades!! Definitely recommend for a time out with your kids or happy hour with your friends!!

Smallest chicken parm I've seen in a long time. Used the garlic toast to fill the other half of the plate. Really let down on how the quality of food has dropped.

Great family place, always fun to visit. Enjoyed all of the games, great appetizers and love the cool kid drinks you can order. Our waiter was excellent. They were out of the fried cheese curds that day so that was a little disappointing because they are awesome. Our food was great, atmosphere was family friendly, not too crowded for a Saturday afternoon.

Aside from having to wait excessively long at the front check in table, we had a good time. There was just one worker up front and only two families in front of us, but we still had to wait about 10 minutes for them to get their tickets scanned. Otherwise, we had great service getting a meal, and had fun with the games!

We had a large group and they struggled with our check but eventually got it figured out. Wait staff did a great job and were very friendly. The hungry hippo game didn't work right and just took your credits.

I love this place. It's like a playground, not only for kids, but for adults too. I had fun with the games. The food was really good. My children, who are on the spectrum, had such a great time. I go on days and times that are less busy. The staff was so nice. It made their day.

My friends and I sat down for some food, the service was incredible and the food was of decent quality not great, not bad. Our server was extremely attentive and friendly. I wasn't impressed with the very limited craft beer selection. What really turned this experience down was the fact that 50% of the games we played had broken controls! We paid a lot of money to play the games and half the time the analog controls would be broken/unresponsive to input.

This is an arcade, first and foremost. One of the eating areas is far removed from the arcade, so it is a little quieter. The food, while tasty, has nothing for those trying not to eat our entire daily allotment of calories in one meal. Buy your game card first or after you eat. Otherwise, the tip amount on your bill will be much higher. The server's push for you to get the power card when you eat so they can get the tip amount on a higher bill, but that's your prerogative if you want to give a 26 dollar tip or an 18 dollar tip on your food an drinks alone. Worst experience ever, half the games took our money without even letting us play, managers refused to return our credits. Easily wasted 150 chips. Servers gave terrible service and food was overpriced and underwhelming.

We are lowering our review because they change Happy Hour. It is no longer the value it used to be. It is still a good place to hang out, but unless you want a couple of specific drinks, it has gotten overly expensive.

Used to be a great way to go have fun with our kids, unfortunately, now it seems most of the games have been forgotten about. We've gone 4 times in the past year, spending on average at least $100, only to find tons of the games not functioning, with broken pieces or it takes the cost and doesn't allow play, or doesn't give rewards. I understand having intoxicated adults and a ton of children running around slamming on games won't help the equipment last but at least do maintenance on them. Replace missing

9/4/23- We stopped here to kill some time before a movie. About average for a Dave & Buster's. My mom really liked her vegetarian meal, but the asparagus was dried out. My nachos were good, just a little small of a serving size. It is nice that they have a military discount on food and drinks.

I wasn't aware of the terrible remodel that was done to this location, Last time we were here, there were tons of claw machines, actual games, not just enlarged versions of cell phone games. we came in and spent a pretty decent amount of money with the thought that it hadn't completely got ruined, but we were wrong half the games weren't in service. Took the kids out for an afternoon of fun & ended up coming here by request. We ordered the parmesan truffle fries for an appetizer & they were delicious. While you can have fun with what's working, I can't believe how poorly maintained the arcade is. Half the machines seemed to be half working or not working at all. Some of them let me scan my card, and then proceeded to not work. I don't see a reason to return when there are other barcodes which will games that work as they are supposed to. The food was excellent, but that's all that was standout. Drinks are pricey, and don't actually seem to contain much alcohol. The arcade was pretty standard, except that multiple machines were broken. Some were labeled and several just took credit and didn't work.

Pretty much a giant arcade with grill food and toys-for-tickets. The games range in cost, most of which seemed to be in the 13.25 units range.. If I remember right, $25 buys you around 100 units, so pretty much quarters. And the toys can also be bought for something like $1 per 100 tokens.. And, people were buying! It's clean. Otherwise way worse than the Denver location. Over half the games we played were broken, inaccurate ticket dispensing. The new godzilla vr game (best arcade game out) motion was broken. Not enough rings, balls, etc. In each of the skill games. Kids were bummed about this location.

Worst D&B in the area. Literally almost every game we played either had one lane broken, malfunctioning, or just in complete despair. Lost out on probably 30+ credits due to the various issues we had. Bathrooms were disgusting and in desperate need of servicing on top of it - but there wasn't a lack of workers walking around just simply picking up empty drink cups. My wife and i get 1 date night a month with a 2 year old and we usually spend it here. after 2 drinks and putting 250$ on our play card we were asked to leave. I don't know if it was too busy or something but thats never happened before, and we will likely not be back for a while. We literally still have over 1000 chips on our card. Not happy

The manger Colt Clevenger went out of his way to help my circumstances with gift cards. So professional and pleasant. Turned our nightmare into a fabulous experience. Our waiter Christian was also very efficient and fun to work with. Thank you Dave and Busters for having such great staff which made my family have a great experience!! I will be back!!

Always a blast to go to. A fun and clean place to take the family or out with the boys. The food is always fresh and served on time. The environment is fun and lively. Restaurant is a Joke!! They tried to cram 9 of us in a booth. We ordered nachos with carne asada, the nachos were cold and the chips were old and the carne asada was beyond tough. This place was a total rip off 140.00 plus tip for three people to eat hot wings and pretzel bites for lunch... spent 80 bucks on tickets for my 7yo to play for her birthday the games paid out ok on a couple and horrible on the rest. I've been here probably 50 times since it opened today is the last time. My dad Used to have company Christmas party's here and we used to come hang our on Thursdays. It has been a long time since I been here but everything has changed as well as some of the staff. Went and sat at the bar and Heather the bartender was very polite pleasing to chat with. She made a snowcone that was amazing! The food was amazing as well. I had the bang bang chicken and the other dish is steak, lobster and shrimp linguine. Food: Service is good, not much of a wait if you sit at the bar. The actual food is blah and expensive for what it is. $4 for a watered down soda. Lost 40-50 credits off the games within 30 minutes of us being there... a lot were broken, and some seemed to be working fine but would steal the credits and then not work. We understand that games break but it was a very disappointing experience.

I haven't been here since the pandemic hit. My family and I decided to have family night and go out on Saturday evening. It definitely was a good choice. They have added some awesome new games. The food was great. The whole experience was a good one. I'm so glad we decided to go. We will be back.

Very fun environment and great food/drinks! We got wings which were actually really good and I did not expect that quality, a pretzel that was way too big for just one person so I had to share, other foods, and cool drinks that lit up in different colors! If I could give a zero for the games I would. It's a building with a million games with poor quality. Half of them don't work, or hardly work especially anything with a joy stick. If it's an interactive game you can bet on it not working. Trash.

They have an AMAZING summer program going on. Check it out. I was upset with the change from 30 sec to 60 sec in-between free games.

Several broken machines... Axe throw, dodgeball, and an FPS shooter all didn't work correctly but still took our money. Go to a local place. This is corporate garbage.

We just had our work Christmas party here! We had an amazing time and the manager and staff went above and beyond for us. A special thank you to Yamin for truly making our visit so special. Machines don't work most of the time the staff is incompetent. Service is lost, and the tix redemption prizes suck. Claw machines never work properly. This place is truly a disappointment

I cannot review the food because we didn't eat here. My wife and I normally make a date night on half priced games Wednesday and have a few beers. The bartenders were great and even remembered what I wanted when I came up a second time. The reason for the 3 stars is purely about the games not working properly. There were multiple games that took our credits and didn't function. We like collecting the Star Trek cards in the coin pusher and the machine rarely dropped new cards.
