Dave & Busters will always have some sort of nostalgia from my childhood of coming on Wednesdays and getting half priced games and playing for hours. The chicken tenders here are the bees knees, the drinks were strong and the games are definitely fun. The price for credits wasn't nearly as bad as I was anticipating, I spent about $100 in credits and played for a good 3 hours. The prizes of course are junk, luckily my dog loves stuffed animals. First time at a Dave and Busters, I drove 45 minutes for a big disappointment. The people at the front desk said games cost 6-12 credits. With how expensive credits were it made sense to buy a season pass even for a one time visit. The people at the front desk sent me to the power up station. Went here to spend a few hours with my son and it was a great time! The restaurant part is under renovation, but you can still get food in the gaming area. The food was very good and exceeded expectations. Will definitely go back!

We've been coming to this D&B for years. It has grown and changed significantly and looks far more upscale now..less flashy, less bright, less crazy. Good for some that are looking for a more grown up experience.l, but I absolutely miss the bright and fun atmosphere. New games often including VR and a human crane. Prices are reasonable and there are so many options and levels to choose from. Great for a day out with the family or a few drinks and games with friends.

Their food always seems to hit the spot. Bar has a bunch of space and TV's are everywhere. They have a few pool/billards tables and the arcade is massive! Just an overall great place to watch a boxing match or Cavs game!

We had my son?s 13th birthday party here and we had an absolutely amazing time! The staff were super helpful and accommodating. We had a server and a server assistant assigned to our party and they were the best, very friendly and knowledgeable! The manager made sure to stop by and check in on us throughout the day. Definitely helped to make his big day celebration a breeze and a day to remember!

This was in a strange location, but overall it was a very nice Dave and Busters. The food was simple and quality and it has a wide variety of games as well as a large range of prizes. This location did have a fair amount of broken games, which was disappointing. Not enough to ruin the experience, but it seems that maintenance is fairly low. What a hopping fun spot! Participated in a group event here. Food was okay overall, fruit was tasty. But the gaming was loads of fun! I wasn't sure what I was walking into, but I got in there & didn't want to leave. It wasnt busy, but there was only 1 person working. We ordered the sticky spare ribs, cheese steak with truffle fries, and a steak salad. Our waiter Tobin was the best. He was the only person working and he was still attentive and on top of things.

It's awesome and a lot of fun except for the promotion of pay and play is pretty whack they want you to eat and then play it's like well what if I want to play in and eat? I'll just pay the regular amount but because I was kind of turned off about the whole pan play trying to force you to eat first I just dropped a hundred bucks and then went and eat somewhere else. I haven't been here in over a decade and the updates they've done are great. I'll definitely be back. There was a decent amount even my 3 YO could do. They now load tickets directly onto your card, which makes life a lot easier. The app is also really convenient. I understand we came on a Saturday night and it's a busy day. However we were estimated to be sat 1 hour after we checked in for our large party and we were not sat until 1hr and 45min later. drinks took forever, food took forever almost an hour, and some of our party's food was incorrect. Always smells amazing the moment you walk in the door, the food and atmosphere are amazing ?? The only thing is some of the games are 7 tokens to 10 tokens and it eats your money up too fast. Would be better if you'd get more for your money for the games... the small prizes could be better... we spent like $50 and didn't come out with very much in high quality of prizes at the end.

Great place to have friends and family gatherings for any occasion. I'm not into play video games as the games are not like my arcade games in the 80?s but they did have Mrs PAC MAN and original Pac-Man hame. They did have a few I did enjoy. The children loved it. They changed the menu a little since the last time I was here, and the food was good. I brought 2 children with me. I got the card for 3$ of which they gave 15 tickets + 125 tickets for total of 140 tickets =totaling 52$ . The food and drinks 63$ ( non alcoholic) even for me.??from the noise factor. Always a great time, safe place to let the kids roam. Careful when purchasing your food and play cards together, they calculate the play cards into the total amount when suggesting a tip. Our bill was $270, the ?suggested 20% tip was $54. Less than $100 was spend on food and drinks. Games cards and taxes were greater than $170 why would you suggest I tip on taxes and game time?

Second time here since being stationed here. First time food was decent but floors sticky and smelled. Serviced is horrible place never is full and dinning area is never full but is always reservation only. We came today and about 15 tables wide open but since we didn't have reservations we couldn't get served and could only get one card for three kids to play games. Someone need to be reviewed and let go. New management might help this location out.

Great place to dine and take your kids. 4 out of 5 stars because the prices on the games are kind of high for attractions that don't earn tickets. I would suggest lowering non ticket earning games credit cost. Large clean facility. I did like the leather belt driven fans that were in here before the remodeling much better. The barbacoa quesadilla was vulgar just a block of cheese with about two bites of barbacoa, I did not eat my dinner. my son did not eat his mac and cheese either which as about 5 bites of microwaved cheap Mac and cheese, which came with no side and the drink cost extra. This was the first time I had been here in probably 15 years. I took my kids. They sat us at a high top in the bar and the service was horrible. The appetizer we shared was good, the dessert was gross and the other appetizer never showed up. The games were a complete rip off. Way too expensive and some of them didn't even work. I spent almost $100 for a terrible experience. Won't be going here again.

Drove over 40 minutes just to have their shareable truffle fries. Went around 1pm and was served promptly however when food was brought, the portions was beyond less than I have ever had and went to comparison to a side order fries. I stop the server with questioning about the portions, the 2 dressing and he explain that they changed the size a while back without changing the prices(shareable). He was very apologetic so I tipped him and sent my food back. My time was wasted and gas.

Had a great time with the family, just a heads up you cannot use game play coupon on Wednesday due to half off game play. Food coupons are acceptable. While dining in, Booster seat given for my toddler was not wiped properly it was really sticky. Food portions are big and most games are working. Parking lot has several pot holes so be careful. Veteran Parking spots limited and discount available, except on game play purchases. Traffic started picking up around 4pm.

First time here, this place is AWESOME!! There are sooo many games. They have tv's up with sports. There's a bar, lots of amazing food. My oldest son had the lettuce wrap and I had the salmon, both delicious. I loved the fish bowl game, in lucky at that one. I got a Dave and Busters shot glass and a Dave and Busters blanket. Recently added some new games and features. I highly recommend signing up for emails and offers. I've received some good coupons to help offset the cost. Also, Wednesdays are half price game day so that's a great day to visit (coupons not eligible this day). Ample parking, handicapped accessible, and there is a lot to keep kids busy.

I have never had a meal at this location that isn't ice cold by the time it is served. Sadly, most of the staff once you get past the front desk is extremely rude. Also, was put off by the large amounts of weed smell on the customer base.

Pricing is ridiculous. Half the games would take credits but not allow you to play. A few were broken altogether. The food was cold and small in portions for the money they want. Going any day other than Wednesday is just simply unaffordable for regular people with a couple children.

Been a VERY LONG time since I went to a Dave and Buster's. It was such a great experience (I was a little bummed my Cleveland Monsters coupon wasn't accepted for half price Wednesdays) The food was actually really good for an entertainment place! What I do hope for is a secondary location in Cleveland instead of all the way out in Westlake since I took the RTA there. Lakewood or Rocky River area would be great!

Honestly, I'm shocked this location has any good reviews. My boyfriend and I joined our friends at the bar on Wednesday night. There were 6 other guests across the bar. It took 15-20 minutes for this bartender to even look our direction. When he did finally come to us, he was quick. We get food menus and our other friend shows up.
