A Fantastic Experience at Dave & Buster?s in Westbury, NY! I recently visited Dave & Buster?s at 1504 Old Country Rd in Westbury, and I have to say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The moment you walk in, you're greeted by a vibrant, fun atmosphere that instantly sets the mood for a great time. Whether you're there to play games, enjoy some delicious food, or both, they have it all. The arcade is huge with an incredible selection of games that suit all tastes. From classic

I will said the place is huge. Clean and friendly for all ages. Service was mix, equally good and some were not as friendly. Food was good, but prepare your pockets and be wise in what you spent. There is a lot of offers, from pictures etc. Overall kids had a good time.

We had the best time - feeling like a kid all over again? we were a group of adults that just had a blast. My first time at Dave and busters and I really enjoyed it

Food was good service is a little slow when crowded and had to search for our server a few times. She wasn't bad at all just the delay in getting server attention gets annoying repeatedly for basic items like silverware, napkins and drink refills. Don't bother ordering the frozen margarita they have new on menu as it was weak on alcohol and flavor.

We were here for a radio station event, and the experience was exceptional. Not only was the staff friendly, the general manager, Heath, checked in to make sure we had everything we needed to ensure patrons were having a good time. D&B Westbury is great because there's a little something for everyone to enjoy - people of all ages. Afterward, my coworker and I enjoyed a meal and drinks and again were met with incredible service. Thanks DD & Juju for the warm welcome.

Haven't been at Dave and Busters in a while. I'm now remembering how fun it was. Went here on a whim to celebrate with a graduate. He ran all around the place like a five year old and had a ball. Everyone with the party had a great time. Didn't have to go far to grab a bite, either.

Everything was great. The employees though, were rude and got mad when I asked how I could reload more money on my card. The games were all fun to play. There was a type of game for everyone, there were throwing games, shooting games, driving games and many more. There wasn't that much light but it was enough to see. The bathrooms were clean and even the janitors were nice then the people at the counter.

Barthender Wil 10/10 his drinks are the best ? plus his nice and sexi ??

Very good place to have fun at any age. Food quality is 7/10. Lil pricey but this place is worth it.

My kids always enjoy this place, the food is always great. Chef here is amazing. We love the fried fish they have here not to mention the salmon and the pasta we go there a lot with kids. And have always enjoyed it.

Mike G and the rest of the staff were amazing. Recently on January 31st, I went bowling at the establishment. They were attentive to my party and proactively sought us out to help make our time spent their the best. Bowling was super fun and the bar provided great service. I thoroughly enjoyed the event. Despite 20 some odd people attending, each and everyone was attended to. Dave and busters Westbury gave me a great time and I am appreciative of the team!

Victoria was superrrrrr great!! First of all, her customer service was absolutely phenomenal. she was super professional and fast! She kept checking up on us and asked us if we needed anything. Best service hands down. My mom and i came with our 3 siblings for my sisters bday. She is a great asset to this company! i hope this location recognizes her great customer service skills and communication. Wonderful lady!

5/5 Stars* "I've been visiting Dave & Buster's at Samanea Mall in Westbury for years, and it never fails to impress! I've had the pleasure of experiencing the arcade games, air hockey, tabletop games, basketball cage, bike races, ping pong, billiards, and bowling with my kids, and it's always an imaginative adventure! The thrill of winning tickets and redeeming them for prizes is exhilarating, especially with the sound effects that add to the excitement! I also appreciate the option to buy tokens with foo

I had purchased some tickets through kidsdayoutli and gofun and to redeem it the QR code was towards the right side the cashier just saw it and she didn't even want to scan them stating she couldn't and I asked to see if she could at least give it a try she just gave me an attitude and try to scanned them from far and she just said move to the side I'm going to help the people behind you and try to get a good a good QR. I stated I waited on line I deserve to at least get a better treatment and have someone

What a great experience we had at this Dave & Buster's. The employee that greeted us was so helpful and polite. He was also in charge of the VR ride. He made us feel welcomed and explained how everything worked. They had a great selection of games, bowling and billiards.

Food is what you'd expect from a place that's about gaming, but the prices are reasonable. Our waitress never came back to take our drink orders even though we asked. Had to wait quite a while after another guy brought our food. Amazing atmosphere as you'd expect, plenty of games, and it looks like they even have bowling and billiards in the background etc.

This location gotten an update. Very spacious and few new games available to play. Upsetting Brian the Bartender doesn't work there anymore. 6th April 2021: Drinks were weak this time, had ordered 3 and barely felt a buzz but the food was amazingly good. The Bacon Burger made me feel like I was at a BBQ. I'm glad to finally be back to the games. June 2022: Took my family here who were visiting from FL, my sister honestly loved how spacious it was and the drinks were actually on point this time. We all had

First off service-wise you have to eyeball the server to try to get their attention even when it's not that busy. And we had two different servers taken care of us and eventually the manager a gentleman with glasses and gray hair have to come rectifier order he was the best thing about the place but the service should be the best thing about the place atmospheres fantastic food really good for the price but the service needs to step it up! Attentive, engaged! Not avoid eye contact, but hunting & searching f

You can't ask for a better place to hold your kid's birthday party! Dave & Busters is absolutely ideal for kids over 5-6 years old. A myriad of exciting options to choose from: an impressive variety of arcade games, billiards, bowling, etc. Decent food and drink options for kids and adults alike. Helpful and friendly personnel. Clean bathtooms and facilities seal the deal for me??

Fun place for the little ones to burn off energy and hang out with friends. There's a wide variety of games: lots of racing and classic arcade games. I didn't like that it's so loud, you can't really hear each other talk unless you yell. I went on a busy day, so it was a bit hectic and crowded.

They have the $10 Power Hour (which is 60 minutes of unlimited gameplay for the ones that have the blue-lighted swipes on them) at this location, but you have to specifically ask for that at the front desk when purchasing - if not they'll just add $10 to a card. They have some new games that they just started to invest in this location, so go check it out! Worth the time :)

I went with my company who brought the experience to special needs. We had a great time. The individuals were accommodated by Management and staff. Brian Cobb supported all of our needs and our waitress Sophia was awesome. There were multiple games for our wheelchair friends to play. And they won prizes at the prize store. This was truly an experience to remember and on behalf of CP Nassau I would like to say THANK YOU !

Attended my nephews 11th birthday party yesterday. Sincerely the renovations I've seen improvement in space and party area.. the games are fun for all ages! I enjoyed our private section .. but I was very upset that people who were not part of our party group randomly come into our section and drink from our pitchers... wasn't the fact that they did, it's like, hey... you should at least ask.. the food for the children was ok. The pizza was a bit overdone and seemed as if it was reheated (hard). Presentati

Nice place! Large and plenty of parking. A great deal too with the ear and play special where you get choice of several options and a $10 play card. They have full size billiards at this location for $12/hour pro rated. Oh and drink specials for $5. I had the tres tequila margarita.... Yum!

Amazing gaming place for children and adults. It's a little out of our way but it was so worth it. They have so many arcade games to play. They also have a bowling alley. Kids loved it and they had an awesome time! Definitely recommend it to anyone who has older kids. The place is huge and they also have a place to eat.

I'm a huge dave and busters fan. this place was super clean and staff were helpful. Our waitress, Juju, was incredible. Loved her so much! She really made our night

Always a great time with friends! The games are so much fun. Food was good. I had the Unicorn cocktail and it was too sweet not enough alcohol but it is what it is. Next time, I will try something else. Love that Hungry Hippo. MARIO Kart and axe throwing.

Customer service is great! When on Holidays, please be aware there undisciplined children who learn from their parents when it comes to boundaries and personal space. The parents were more ridiculous asking me to let their child play as soon it was my turn to play. The SAME WAY I WAITED FOR MY TURN, THE PARENTS NEED TO LEARN TO WAIT TOO. SET AN EXAMPLE FOR YOUR CHILD AND STOP FEELING PRIVELAGED AND ARROGANT! I couldn't enjoy my 28th birthday today because of some people who has no respect. Sadly, the childre

Service lacks, you practically have to stay on top of staff & check yourself out at the end. They played the tvs extremely loud where we couldn't even hear eachother. They have plenty of games though, kids will have a good time.

Overall great experience. Only issue was that i left my table for a moment, I did alert my waiter, and someone threw out my basically untouched chocolate cake. Thankfully they have me a brand new one free of charge. Everything else was great

Fun place for both adults and older children. NOT elementary school aged children(Chuck E Cheese is better for kids that small). Great place to hang out with friends and/or family. Service was fairly quick after our waitress got to us. Been here a few times and this time Jordan made sure we were well taking care of. She was awesome and attentive and made sure my son left with a smile on his face when she got everyone to sing "Happy Birthday" to him. The food was great and the location was clean(including th

visited tuesday 05/20 at around 2pm. very very disappointed. all of the front machines were down because of ?ethernet? issues and there was NO STAFF to be found for help. looked for someone for more than half an hour plus stood waiting at the front desk for 25min until i decided to leave. they recently replaced machines for newer ones which was very pleasing but then again many of the others were down, or were lagging and brought much disappointment. my personal favorite of the stacking tower was taken down

Super fun. Always enjoy when I come to this location.

Went on a Thursday at 5:00pm ish. There was hardly anyone there. Everything was very clean and all games worked properly. Bathrooms were clean as well. Food is seat yourself, (if everyone in your group is under 21 they can't serve you) our waitress was nice and quick. Food came fast. Wings were good, tater tots were amazing, as well as the quesillda and pigs in a blanket. Pretzel with pepperoni wasn't bad but it wasn't great. Only weird thing was the amounts per game (6.7 or 9.9 or 2.3 and so on) so you ca

Food and drinks were amazing. Games we're fun. However, it's a little too slow and some of the workers are rude and was a bit racist towards us. Other than that we had An amazing night despite that.

We came here on a Wednesday night and Jarren, Lee, & Alex made our night memorable. We had an issue with one of the games and they fixed it right away, my kids wanted to play the VR game and they got them on and were truly kind and caring with them. These three men in the midst of helping us, were also helping an elderly man who had a seizure. They handled the situation very professionally and calm and called 911 and helped him with getting him whatever he needed. As a parent it's sometimes a bit much to co

Food and service was standard for a place like this. I did not like that I was presented my bill on a tablet and had to complete the transaction immediately. It pressured to add a "suggested" tip and not what you felt the service deserved, good or bad.

Exceptional service. The bar was busy because if fight night but the bartenders were spot on. I had s great time and good to see this venue busy again. Amani runs the bar like a boss!!!

No long waits for food or games very clean compared to other establishments of the same. Adult drinks amazing.

All the video games & bowling was fun however the service was slow when it came to drinks & food. On top of it the Drinks had a soapy taste to them. Not a good look D&B..????????

Fun for everyone in the whole family. Some machine Games don't work properly and you can't find anyone who works there to fix it or to get your tickets back if it takes your card. They need football prizes and little things as prizes.

Best place to go. Servers like veronica seriously did awesome She needs more appreciation Games were great mamage to win a bunch on games half off wednesday!

I visited Dave & Buster?s last weekend, and unfortunately, I was really disappointed. The restaurant area felt unclean, with sticky tables and trash on the floor. The worst part? I actually saw bugs crawling near the arcade machines and in the corner by the dining area! It made me lose my appetite completely. For a place that's supposed to be family-friendly, I expected much better hygiene. Won't be coming back until they make some major improvements.

Got to visit Dave and buster for the first time in life , I was impressed from the ambience, it was clean and tidy and had lots of fun stuff for kids !! Its definitely a go to spot for kids to have fun by playing bunch of games. Also adult can have fun too .

Horrible service. Waited 20 minutes for any wait staff to even come to our table. Place order took another 25 minutes for water. Staff standing around talking about personal issues. Manager completely unprofessional and engaging staff in bad behaviors while on floor. I visited on 9/1/23 at 445pm. Food served was old and some rotten. Corporate should really visit this place. Unexceptional. Extremely frustrating to watch. This used to be a great place to come. I will no longer come to the Westbury location

You have to take your kids here. This place is amazing. My daughter has so much fun every time I bring her here.

Always enjoy going in Wednesday for half off games but wow I have never had a worse meal. They got rid of the best items on their menu the mushroom stout burger and the voodoo pasta so I had to try something new and got the chicken parm. I thought it would be a safe choice as it's very hard to mess up a check parm but of course they messed it up. I don't know what marinara sauce they used but that was just nasty and the actual chicken had the worse taste and after taste ever I have never had the worse chick

I didn't eat here but generally the food is good. I will say they need a portable bar the wait time for a drink is wayyyyyy too long

I love going here. I feel like a big kid. I didnt eat no food there this time, but next time I will. Only thing is that some of the machines got stuck and it was hard to locate an employee for help. The prizes require too many points to be honest. I still would return to this one rather than the one in times square because of the parking.

Had a whole conversation with the worker about the season and there was absolutely no disclaimer about season passes not working on weekends. That concern didn't even come to mind because why wouldn't it work on weekends??? Update: Travis is just an amazing manager, he's helped us so much with everything that we needed and even went beyond. He's made us feel welcomed and made everything felt like home. One of the best managers I've ever come across. Without Travis my review would still be at one star.

This place is huge, alot of fun things to do , there's a billard room area, bowling room area. Also a large arcade game area. This is my first time here with my wife at friends birthday celebration. The entire family can be entertained at this particular Dave & Buster's.There is a separate eating area for guests at either billards room area or bowling room area. Also an eating area for anyone wanting to dine.Since our party was at the bowling room area , there's buffet saved and table for 14 people, very nice and

had a great time here with my friends! you can buy tickets to get prizes at the counter if you couldn't win enough (like me ??)

We celebrated my sister and my great nieces' birthday. We had a wonderful time the service was good, the food was good and the kids enjoyed themselves. So did us adults.??

Always a great attraction for my youngest child. The workers are friendly and helpful. I notice the venue puts great effort into the maintenance of the machines as all the games are working majority of the times we attend. The food is always great when we do decide to eat there.

Love it here. A fun place to take with the family. Took my nephew here for his birthday and he loved it although the food was too much for him to handle. I particularly enjoy the bar, so did my husband!!

Fun place to spend a rainy night and play games, bowl, pool. The staff was kind and patient. Also, most importantly, I am the reigning, defending, heavyweight champion of Bobblehead baseball.

This is a nice arcade in westbury but needs to be improved you should add a pump it up cabinet which is also a dancing rhythm game but with five panels as well upgrade the Dance dance revolution white cabinet to the new version from dance dance revolution A20 plus to Dance dance revolution world which is the newest version of dance dance revolution as well put a LX pump it up cabinet right by the showroom/party room I would love that! please reply if you have any comment about that! From Jane Salanga! Or ad

A full-fledged casino for kids! Games galore, drainks and prizes. Food decent and bathrooms clean. Ample parking in the lot out front. Problematic wi-fi, being that a code is supposed to be sent to your e-mail for access to D&B's network, yet without their wi-fi you can never open your e-mail.

Awesome place my kids love it. Can get crowded at times but still fun. The games are moderately priced. Almost all of the games work. New games added often. Great place!!

The Store #44 (Westbury) Manager lacks common sense. As per the Manager, it's the law to show ID when requested. I am 50+ years old individual arrived there with the family of four (all adults) we were informed to show ID if an alcohol needs to be ordered. Where is the common sense? Does not the Manager can make a judgement call based on individual circumstance? When asked, about any doubts of our ages, he said No. But wanted to follow the company rules/state laws blindly!!!! I took my business somewhere el

First timer at Dave & Buster's and it was easy to navigate right from the front door -- getting a new game card was a cinch via self serve kiosk machines (there is a +$3 fee for a new card), lots of variety of arcade games, fps, basketball, and surprisingly carnival-type games (water shooter, bean bag toss, etc.)! A great place to take kids.

Good D&B?s, spent $67 on a supercharged card and got to play for two hours. I even earned a cool LED floor lamp. Definitely will go here again. Would recommend

We always have fun at D&B,I love this location because it has 2 pool tables and bowling lines.

First time at this location. My daughter and I had a great time. We enjoyed a quick lunch there ($25 total) & spent about 2 hours playing games. I'd recommend buying more than the $15 option when loading your game card my 6 yr old went through that pretty quickly which lead me to buy an additional $15. If you can choose at minimum the $25 game card option. At the end she was able to buy 2-3 toys with her tickets she won on the card which was fun for her. If you decide to take the train like we did, we got o

I always have a good time with my kids there. It's a great place to have fun. Their burgers are excellent, no complaints...

A good entertainment place, food, drinks, entertainment, and you can also watch various sports online games

As a guest to a birthday party i wasnt quite sure what to do here. The dining area was very disorganized and unable to accommodate a party. If you manage to get a table it is nearly impossible to order food. You must use a QR code to go to a website to order. There are no hosts. The problem is that there is no reception in the building and you can not log into the guest wifi without signing into it. You can not verify your login without already being signed in. Figuring this out took about 10 minutes of tin

I like that they have food, drinks, and games all in one location because it's perfect for someone who wants to go out and do an activity and also have dinner. They also have a happy hour and a ?after 10pm? happy hour as well! (Just like apple-bees). My partner and I got two cocktail?s that were both made with wine and we received the drink and the remainder wine from the can with it. During happy hour the total was $14 for two cocktails and two 1/2 full cans of wine! What a great price and so affordable fo

EXTREMELY FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY AND LOTS OF FUN ACTIVITIES AND EXCELLENT GAMING STATUS FOOD IS LIKE GOOD BECAUSE IT TASTE DIFFERENT AND GOOD AT THE SAME TIME :).

We came in for my daughter birthday and Travis was the life of the party. He was so amazing and made us feel very welcomed. Nothing but positive vibes around him.

We recently visited this place to celebrate my son birthday, after a fun afternoon we sit in the restaurant area and order different things, one of the plates was a crispy chicken strips, the price was $12.95, but we received 4 small pieces that looks like chicken nuggets, when we complained the waitress answered that "unfortunately that is what the provider sent us". We pointed out that it is a small amount of food, more like a child snack, not a $12.95 plate,it costs one dollars less than a burger with F

The drinks were great and the bartenders are attentive and the food was good and came out quick.

Love this place, especially for my 7 year old. Came here with my camp recently; they go through game money very quickly ($20 in less than an hour) but had a great time. Good variety of games; they have the fair type games as well as vr based ones, so something for everyone. Don't like the fact that you have to pay $3 just for their card. The cashier was not so great; she made mistakes and am pretty sure she overcharged a couple of my students besides the ones I caught. But besides, an overall good place fo

I really enjoy going to Dave & Buster?s with a second generation, our little grandson, great atmosphere for him to have a good time and also enjoy decent food

I used to come to Dave and Busters as a child. I've come back as an adult and things are way better. The games are great, the food is great, but what's best is the service!!! Shawn and Don are awesome bartenders and I love coming here. I even come enough to know some of the managers like Mike and Day, it makes me feel welcome when people remember me

Had lots of fun here. Carlos was an amazing server. Attentive, accommodating, and professional. I will definitely be back.

Some of the games were not working(i.e. wheel of fortune and beer pong). Ski ball had been removed, which I find ridiculous. The food was ok, service was slow but all items were correct. I wish they hadn't closed the Massapequa location. The Westbury location just falls short.

We absolutely love this place. The food is pretty good and the games are fun, however, the staff is a bit lacking. I feel like they need more training on how to use their own app and a bit more knowledge on the specials they are running. Third time we go and the staff is clueless on how to use the app and how to make sure we get our points and adding game cards etc. it's just frustrating. We spent more than $50 on food and the app states you are entitled to 50 chips to play games and we never received them.

Had a good time at Dave & Buster's it was my Son Isaiah birthday ?? and of course ?? my birthday as well we had a good time celebrating ?? ?? our birthday ?? ?? ?? together at Dave's it was good fun God service and it was something for everyone to do thank you to the staff at Dave & Busters for there quick adjustment to our growing party to find us a bigger table we appreciate all the help thank you ?? good and fun place to celebrate your time

They literally have everything - bowling, shooting games, billiards, skeet ball, etc. And the NICEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They are irrationally kind. Every single person I came in contact with at this D&B was so nice, professional, funny and helpful! My second time here and I won't go to a different one again!

The food was great the service was good family fun with the kids. Big beautiful arcade but the bathroom smelled

Exactly what you'd expect from Dave & Busters on a Saturday night; busy. I haven't visited in so long and was surprised that there were a lot of new, cool games.

I really like this location, there's a bowling alley and a billard room inside. The dining area is smaller than my local one, and you just sit wherever and a serve will wait on you. If you wish to transfer a Powercard from another location, you must do so at the front desk and I was able to use my tickets here no problem.

That guy Jarren made our experience worth it he really gave us what we paid for and added so much life to the experience, I wish the other employees were as helpful !

My worse experience today I don't know what was going on we got a table no napkins then the food we ordered 14 once stake and shrimp with seasonal vegetables and atlantic salmon 25 minutes later stake came no shrimp had to wait 20 minutes for shrimp, atlantic salmon came with string bean instead if seasonal vegetables no apology with other tables getting napkins and hand wipes .my worse experience at this location

I had so much fun here! I really wish they still print the tickets haha. Other than that I had a great time at the arcade. I bought the $50 bundle for 2 people and it was perfect!

Great place to go for kids, teens and adults. From having birthday party to just hanging with friends this is the place to go. You have the arcade area, bowling area, pool/billard area, bar area and restaurant area. Great place to go for any occasion.

Good place for spent time with your friends and kids! A lot of fun. And you can have there drinks or food! When you eat there, they gives you bonus on game card. Wednesday half price. Parking available. Billiard and bowlling they have too.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?
