Dave & Buster's West Nyack - Palisades

It was just like i remembered it 15 years ago just a little downsized I guess since covid, however the food and hospitality as always was and is amazing! They even played the Knicks game on almost all the monitors. Unfortunately the kicks that Game 3 but the energy in D&B felt like we were right outside the Garden!

Amazing service! We had ALISON as our server?? and she was a pleasure. She was super helpful, personable, and efficient. I really enjoy visiting this location a great place to spend with my kids. Service is great and atmosphere is perfect.! The attention and service from Rob was top notch. I went in to spend my bday with my kids and my balloons flew up to the ceiling. His response was I got you! Within a few minutes manager got them for me. It's the little things that count! Great time at Dave and Busters. Went early enough in the day that there was no one around and drinks/food came fast. Wasn't too bad of an old fashioned but the food held us over to play a few games for the next hour. If you have some time and want to play some of the newer arcade games, stop by the Palisades.

The food was really good, I won enough tickets to get a free appetizer and it was worth it the cheese stick stack was very good and Derek was very nice and the atmosphere was well dave and busters ??. Everyone had a great time playing games to win prizes! I guess that's what it's all about. Just skip the food! Happy hour was ok not a lot drinks to choose from. The regular drinks were so much better! The kids had a blast!

I've been here during a Saturday night when it was completely packed & I've also been here on a Thursday evening when it was practically empty. Waited too long for second order. Bar tenders not really service forward. I've been to several Dave & Buster?s locations and like this one the best. The bathrooms were well kept and very clean. The food was good and the waiter was great. We ordered food from the menu that allowed to purchase either a $10 or $20 playing card. I think we go too often, perhaps expanding the menu or switching the items depending on the day of the week to give frequent visitors more options. I went with my kids and elderly parents. They enjoyed it very much even at their ages of 78 and 89.

It has the largest amount and most diversified arcade games compared to the other locations around this area. The location itself is also much larger with massive dining areas and an arcade room nearly twice the size of the NYC and Woodbridge locations. Incomparable to the D&B at Boston and NYC but still a pretty good one with all sorts of games. I experienced machines malfunction several times so I'm giving a 2 stars rating for it. There weren't enough staff on the floor who I could call and ask for assistance. It's not cool to swipe your card and loose some chips and then leave the machine looking for assistance.

Because of this, we had the whole venue to ourselves, minus a couple of other people. One of the biggest D&B I've ever been too! So many games to choose from! I wish I could call this my hometown D&B. I would be here all the time. They have a huge beautiful park along with about 8-12 pool tables [sorry I didnt actually count]. We went at a pretty dead time. Fun place for family to play and eat during the day and for adults at night. Kids are not allowed in after a certain hour. The food is not so bad. If you don't like it or want something less expensive, there are numerous choices in the mall that are close by. It can get quite expensive to play in the arcade but the young and young-at-heart will enjoy the variety including a virtual reality dinosaur hunt. They have a party room for special events. Plus billiard tables and a bar are nice amenities for adults.

We had such a great time at this location! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Lauren was the sweetest and was helpful to us when we walked up to the front desk. Great time and lots of laughs. They have improved the games and game prices significantly since last I was here (which has been years!) We went on a Monday so there was never a wait for any games. The VR games/ride was my first of many more - I enjoyed it too much (think I may be addicted, lol). I got the steak salad with blue cheese crumbles. The meat was cooked perfectly but the quality of meat was sub par. Also, the lettuce was a bit wilted but overall not too shabby.

This review is for the Sports Bar only. Black Friday, party of 3, got seated in front of the 3 Large TV screens to watch the Knicks game. It was pretty much empty besides 1 or 2 large parties. Great place to bring young kids. Half price Wednesdays are the best especially during school vacations. Plenty of toys and the claw machines actually give you prizes. All around a must go to if you have kids under 10.
