Dear Mr. Dave and Mr. Buster, I must say you have the finest chip and salsa in all of the land. I was intrigued by the bland flavors that entered my mouth. They must have made the chip and the salsa from scratch by how long the wait was, but boy was it worth it! I washed this exquisite meal down with a lovely blackberry margarita that I waited an hour for. The service was amazing. I loved when I got charged an extra $69! The atmosphere was glowing. Thank you Mr. Dave and Mr. Buster for an amazing Wednesda

????? Pure fun for kids and kids at heart! We came to Dave & Buster?s during spring break with 5 little kids and 4 big kids at heart ? and let me tell you, we had an absolute blast! From racing games to claw machines, basketball to Dance Dance Revolution (my personal favorite!), every corner was packed with excitement. The arcade had something for everyone, and we were all running around collecting tickets, chasing high scores, and cheering each other on like it was the championship. Watching the kids lig

Came in here Saturday afternoon it was packed but surprisingly the service is smooth and we got a table to dine in right away, the cheese burger is fresh and the coleslaw is really good, we definitely enjoyed our meal, the customer service is friendly and she attended on all our needs, we get the special dine and play and it really saves us money and get to play more on the arcade.I?am impressed that all the arcade game is working, my kids had so much fun on this Dave and Busters I highly recommend this pla

Great atmosphere on a Wednesday. Went from happy hour 5-7pm for $5 beer and mixed drinks. Games half off on Wednesday and not crowded. Had great time with friends. Food was fresh and so good.

Update: We came back for my friends birthday and we had a really great experience. We can definitely tell they've been making improvements to this location which was nice to see. We ordered food for lunch and the food came out hot and was really great. The service was good too. (The cajun pasta was phenomenal) We stayed for a while to play some games. The app was functioning like it should and most of the games on the floor worked perfectly fine. The games were not in a state of disarray which was great to

I really enjoyed myself. The whole staff was very accomidating. We ordered food. The menu had a lot more choices since I was here last. I was impressed. Everything was good. Hung out w friends. Played games. My only complaint is that you took out the skeeball! That's my favorite game. I won a prize with the points I had. I'm glad the points don't expire. I would definitely come back.

My kids love it. That's really the best part about this place is that my kids enjoyed themselves here. The food is average and the service is not the best because they are generally very busy. But not a bad place as far as Kid enjoy and safety.

Do not go to this Dave and Busters if you're coming for the arcade. The majority of the games are broken or don't work. Below are two examples of the condition of the games. Buttons are missing, games don't have enough balls, and everything is old. Everything needs to be repaired. The staff are sweet but they weren't able to fix anything. They should put signs on the games that are broken (although all of them would have signs)! The food and sports bar area is great! Great service and good food.

Dear Dave & Busters I am writing to express my concern regarding an incident I witnessed at your Wayne restaurant earlier today. I observed a customer engaging in disrespectful and unacceptable behavior towards one of your employees. While I understand that customers may occasionally have complaints, the level of disrespect displayed was excessive and inappropriate. My concern is amplified by the fact that no management personnel intervened until the situation escalated significantly. This is not an isol

They prepare poor quality food pretty good. Beer is cold and not too pricey. The staff from cleaners, servers to security are super x2 extra nice. Clean bathrooms. Bday party cost me $1200

So my wife decided to have my daughters 15 year birthday party here. Just a couple of friends and family nothing huge. First off Raiza who was our server took care of us and was constantly checking in and making sure we were OK. She was professional and attentive. We made sure we gave her a great tip. The food was sooooo good. We had a spread of different array of wings, cheese pizza, nachos, quest and chips, fries. The atmosphere was so family friendly and the girls had so much fun. When is came time to pa

Great place to spend time with kids. Food is average. Lots of fun ?? and games. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Recommend to everyone who has kids and wants to play with them.

We had a great experience at this location. He had a big group and everyone had a good time. The entire place was clean from the gaming areas to the restaurants. The food we ordered was well prepared and it tasted great.

Cool place and tons of fun. Food was fresh and delicious. Had the chicken pasta and the funnel cake fries for dessert. Mmmmm. Also, was part of the combo so it included a play card. Many of the games were broken or out of service.

Son spent the day here with friends for a birthday celebration. Had a great time at D&B, as usual! Lost his phone in the process and he and his friends looked everywhere for it. I called Lost and Found, spoke to Ms. Kahila, who initially placed me on hold to see if the phone had been turned in, with no luck, she took my number and stated she would call me if the phone was found. Within an hour, she called back, and after verifying with me, my son?s phone was found! I wanted to make sure this young lady was

Me and my family had a great experience here. Our server Marlena was very attentive and made sure our needs were met. We even had the pleasure of meeting a manager, her name was Ilan and she just made sure everything was to our liking. I'll definitely be suggesting this location to others!

Disappointing Experience at Guess Service I recently visited the Guess store and had a rather unfortunate experience with one of the employees, Christian. Upon entering the store, I was excited to explore the latest collections, but my enthusiasm quickly turned to frustration when I needed assistance. Christian was not at his station, and I waited for quite some time for him to return. When he finally did, I was met with a dismissive attitude that left me feeling undervalued as a customer. Instead of offe

Fun all around! There was a complimentary face painting for the kids. She was super AWESOME ?? Waitress was busy but very in point and took care of everything we needed for the kid and for ourselves. They even got a super high chair to fit there tall tables. We had someone approaching us couple of times to make sure we are enjoying and if we need anything. We also enjoyed the pool table and some cold beer with our delicious burgers. Overall recommended. Will come back.

This is a place that you best go once in a while. It is expensive! It costs about $25 for the cheapest arcade chips bundle. Food is also expensive and high in calories; best not to eat anything here if you are on restrictions or a diet. They also serve drinks here. There are kids here though who throw tantrums; not the fault of D&B's of course. They also tend to run around, even late at night. Watch your surroundings! Very noisy place regardless. Decent arcade selection, but nothing outstanding. Some game

Got 4 ribeyes rare and Med rare. They were cooked perfect. It's obvious that the EKM works there. ??

I bought 2 unlimited 90 minute play cards on 6/24/25 DID NOT USE THEM THAT DAY. I then came back on 6/25/24 with my family to use them and they were not working. We went to a manager and told him what was happening and he refused to help us because we did not get a receipt. They sold us a faulty product and refused to help when it did not work.

Great arcade for adults and kids the finger food served is like any other place like this it's frozen but decent service has always been great for me here parking can take time to get since it's a place where there is a bjs and have a mall among other big places in the same Plaza can get a bit pricey my family of 4 pay well over 120$ for food here not including alcohol beverages there selection of alcohol beverages is pretty good

Normally I would rate this place 5 stars across the board but yesterday (4-7-2025) at 4:30pm I went with my wife to enjoy some food, and the place is usually so busy and understaffed that we have to seat ourselves and then I'd go find someone to help/serve us. I found someone by the bar (African American woman with pony tail put up into a bun) and she came off as if she was agitated/annoyed by the fact we seated ourselves and told us we cannot be seated there. Keep in mind we go here ALL the time and ALWAYS

If you're coming to play in the arcade, seriously don't waste your money or time. Everything is broken and eats your points without letting you play games. This place used to be amazing, but in 2025, I would never recommend it to anyone. Don't waste your money on the arcade at all. Everything is broken. I requested a refund from the managers. I'm waiting on a $50 refund back to my credit card due to all the games being broken and having no fun. Also had to surrender the play card after all these inconvenien

I am Really DO LIKE it at Dave and Busters BECAUSE I Really The Different Games that You can find at Dave & Busters . You will also find a Really Great Open Air Restaurant that You can Get a Chance to Go to if You are feeling Hungry.. And I Really appreciated that you can get any thing You want with any amount of The Tickets You put on Your Reloadable Card . So if Anybody Wants 2 Have a Really,Really Enjoyable outing with Family & Friends then I can Recommend You take Them to The Fun Place I Know & I can De

The service here is non-existent. My son asked for his birthday party to be at D&B. The hostess introduced herself when we entered the facility and we never saw her again. The rest of the staff members were hanging out while I was trying to clean the table after the meal and prepare it for the cake. They didn't even have a decent knife to cut the cake, the plates and utensils were scarce and it was taking quite an effort to get some extras. Take a note that the gratuities are included in the party package.

It was a fun evening with colleagues. I joined them later, but when I reached, the lift was busy, I waited close to 5 minutes, then took the stairs, reached the main floor, and was looking for someone to direct me to my friends - I found no one. no issues, I found them. they were ordering drinks, we got our drink, played 4-5 rounds of pools, and ordered some snacks, which took ages to come. There's plenty to do besides eat and drink. we were there just for a drink, snacks, and games. it was Monday evening

This place has a great atmosphere for both adults and kids. The food is solid, but the best part?if you have kids?is that they'll have a blast. The only downside is the limited selection for toys exchanges; there just aren't many options. Hopefully, they step up their game in that area, but overall, it's a great spot!

Good place to play and have an activity with your child

It is a wonderful time only thing with this particular location is that the service truly need a major improvement! I was going to dine in as well but since i was waiting at a table for over 10 minutes and it wasnt busy either just to put it out there i decided to pay my drink i had recently purchased from the bar. Other then that place is cool.

As Foodservice Design Consultant, I am involved in every facet of the dining experience. Chain companies are on the whole fast in service. But this location was something else. I can't even call the service as poor. The service is NONEXISTENT! The method of service is perplexing. Brings out either one plate at a time with long gaps in between or all the plates appetizer and entree one shot. Come to drink and play games. Don't bother with the kitchen!

Went there on a Sunday and of course it was a mad house but I love it that way. So many people and kids having so much fun. There were 12 of us and 4 of us got served pretty quickly but it took for ever to get the rest of the meals out.

I had such a good experience when I walked in and purchased my tickets but then I went to get a drink and the bartender was so rude. First she took so long and I was ok with that then she asked what I wanted I said what I wanted oh we out of that ok. So I proceed to choose another drink then she gets annoyed at me and tells me that the machine is broken ok why didn't she say that in the first place. Anyways she sucked big time I didn't buy no drink because I felt the devil coming out of me anyways. I would

I usually enjoy going to dave and busters but after our encounter tonight i left right away disappointed. I came with my boyfriend and our younger siblings who are 17 and we werent allowed to go in because you have to be 18 and older. I just think its ridiculous we went at 8:30pm, this isnt a club its an arcade and to have an age requirement i think is stupid. Im not impressed and definitely will not be coming back again.

I went here on a school field trip. I had a lot of fun. I would've had a lot more, but the games were a tad too expensive for you to play much and there was no DDR machine. I ended up getting a whoppie cushion and a kazoo because the other prizes were a tad overpriced. The kazoo broke quite quickly, but the staff was nice and let me get a replacement for free. The replacement kazoo broke even more quickly, but I'll return eventually for a replacement for the replacement. Overall, it was very fun. It just ne

The service is always great. I know exactly what to expect when I go to Dave and Buster's and yet I can never get used to all the chaos and commotion. It reminds me of chucky cheese, just a little more for adults than children. Overall we always have a good time.

I always come to this location and it's always a great time! But this time I lost my phone and I just want to take the time to give the upmost thanks to Ingrid who went above and beyond to make sure I felt heard and seen in this situation. She was so much help and honestly with a huge line she was patient with me and gave me the time of day, people like her make me want to return and appreciate the experience. She needs a raise Theresa, she values her job! Thank you thank you thank you for all your help Ing

Absolutely terrible experience, everything we scanned for was broken, there was no balls in any of the machines, all the gun games had broken guns, and the steering wheels were broken. I feel scammed out of money being you pay for these games and don't know they're broken till after you've already paid. Customer service was terrible, came to them with an issue of 100 chips not being on my card and they dismissed me the first time. The card still didn't work and i went back again and was told if I keep playi

Their food is decent. This Dave and Busters everytime I come it always seem to have a lot of out of order games. Compared to the one in times square nyc. The NYC one is so much better. A lot of their games work. They just ask for ID if you enter. Overall it's still a nice family place.

This location have a lot a variety of arcade games, the fast food is good love the hamburger the bar lounge area it's nice the also have a pool table area, the cocktails in my experience terrible Prices are fair for a fun night out

Absolutely horrible experience. After almost 40 minutes had to flag down a server who then found our server to finally take our order. Our server pulled another disappearing act during which time we waited another 30 minutes for our drinks. Only for her to have forgotten to put in half our food order. Wanted to leave so quickly and couldn't because it's impossible to get any of the servers to look at you long enough to get your check. Save your money, go somewhere else to eat. By all means have a drink and

Bro half of these games don't even work correctly. Scan your card and the game still don't start. Air hockey doesn't even keep count correctly. Get it together smh. Stop being cheap fix the games!

The stuff very unpleasant they don't even greet you. And the dining area is so bad.was seated but server took take forever to come to the table to even get you started with drinks. They didn't even notice that was left the table. Didn't even get th chance to order anything. Very unprofessional!!

We had a birthday open bar and had a great time! We came on a Saturday night so service was very slow. It took like 15 minutes to grab a drink if you had an open bar wristband. My friends mentioned that it seemed like they were ignoring us but the manager on duty made the experience so much better. I wish I got his name; he was extremely sweet and attentive and I wish he was our bartender haha! Would recommend just maybe come during the week for an event where it's not too busy.

Good times on a cold Saturday. Place was packed. Food was ok, nothing stood out. Kids had a great time going nuts on all the games. Probably be back, may have to go at a different time to avoid some of the crowds.

Service was slow, and I wasn't allowed to choose what I wanted to tip. Instead the server gave herself a 48$ tip not knowing if I had exact change for my visit. Will never be returning to this establishment. Last time I checked the customer is paying food. And the server gets a check. And is up to the customer if they want to tip or not. 48$( that's over the 20% limit for the amount that was spent, if the service would?ve been better I probably wouldn't have had been as mad as I am) , but she wasn't even t

Place is in good condition and food is decent. But expect very poor service when you visit with your kids while on break. Extremely under staffed or the staff Just doesn't hustle. Either way bad look one who ever is managing and more so regional management. Get more staff when required. Unless you would rather guests just walk out, out of frustration

It's was a good experience. Kiosk were easy to use. Front desk had 6 ppl working it which made it simple to ask for help. Food was good. Food services was okay. Waiting for a managers help at the Front desk was a bit of a wait as manager was teaching guest to use Kiosk.

Many of the machines and games were broken but still accepting card swipes. Asked the first time for help and got it but didn't want to have to find someone for every other game that was broken so we just stopped bothering and lost about 4 swipes on different games because we didn't notice before hand the balls were stuck/there was an error message. There were also some games where we definitely should have gotten points but it said none. Also some of the ski ball machines were covered with peanut shells? D

The server was super cool, energetic, had some jokes, but overall very attentive with our food orders. My nephew enjoyed his birthday with his friends. The food order was on time and correctly made for everyone, there was no mess up like in other places I have gone to. Definitely will come back to this location and will recommend other people I know to come visit here and have a good time. Coming here today was great the ladies on the front desk was amazingly and the host to bring in the service she was gr

Great food, wonderful time and the drinks were so delicious ?? amazing place to enjoy with your family & friends ??

Just brought my son here with his friends and they had a blast. First time going, lots of arcades...lots of tvs....amazing food...mall is next door...great overall experience.

It's a fun place, lots of old video games. Food is ok. I got the $5 Asian nachos during late happy hour. Impossible burger. For drinks it was the x-rated Passion and Stella tap (not pictured).

We only went in for the games so I can't comment on the food quality at this location. Unfortunately many of the machines were broken like other recent reviews. It was just not fun after 30 mins and running into more than half of the games we played on broken machines. The pong game isn't registering balls, the basketball points aren't getting counted, the light dot game doesn't work, the connect 4 isn't connecting. Management needs to invest and revamp.

we like here and we come a couple times in a month. no problem. i usually order dave?s bite with medium hot. i recommend it.

Despite recent reviews, most games that we wanted to play seemed to be working. Nice atmosphere for families. Will be back.

Majority of games are broken they need to keep up with the maintenance. Also at the bar they take very long to serve you a drink. Can't really have a good time here and it has so much potential , a shame.

Had a good time. There is quite a bit to do here. Like a million different types of arcade games, tons of people. So many things to see and just have a good time, with friends or family.. Perfect place to go on date. There is a restaurants smack dab in the middle of it all. Went here with my boyfriend. We had a good time. The bartenders really are very good, way better than the floor waitresses. With a gazillion people coming the bartendars whom have way more people to serve than the waitesses on the actua

It was ok. Most of the games worked, the food wasn't great but edible. Our server was nice but incompetent. I'd go back

love that games are half off on Wednesdays! can spend a long time here and not get bored. the only reason i give 4 stars is because a lot of the games seem to have issues. some i remember being sonic olympic game - left machines left button is broken tomb raider - missing a gun skee ball - doesn't dispense balls at once mario kart - the seat second from the left's wheel does not work well there were some other shooting games that were missing guns making it 3 players/had some bugs with the game, i also prob

New location, fresh to Wayne, NJ located at the Willowbrook Mall next to Sears. This playground has plenty of games to pick and choose. Multiple televisions to see games and fights. Good ambience. Has a restaurant with fast food but with the option to eat fairly clean. Plenty of parking. Loud area as with all Dave and Buster?s. Is a sports bar and kids playground, what else can you expect. Waiter was also good and attentive, on top of things. Overall this place will provide a good experience and good p

Has a horrible experience in this place do to overbearing music. The sound of kids and video games is normal. It's the fact that they blast the music so loud that you can't understand what the person is saying next to you. Horrible experience sitting down to eat, the waiter couldn't even hear us, and we couldn't hear them. After repeating it several times over, they still got the order wrong. They thought we said something else. To top this off, the front host couldn't hear us ask questions and we c

Food is good Danny to be specific is a great server we always make sure to be seated in his area. He's very attentive and personable. Very approachable guy and always present himself well with his nice sleek hair. Don't bet served by anyone else but DANNY!! she deserves a big fat tip each time ? keep it up Danny! Chicken wings are the bomb btw

This Wayne location should be called Dave and Busted! So many games were broken or on their last leg compared to other locations and the front desk staff actively ignored me (going to the back room, avoiding ye contact, and continuing their conversation) to the point where I had to ask if there was another desk that I should be going to for help. Will be going to Palisades location from now on.

Had an amazing time here. We all gathered to celebrate our nieces birthday. We had a great time, we ended up reserving a table and ordering food and drinks and played tons of games. Our waiter was great the food was yummy and most important everyone had a blast.

A very nice place to bring kids, the games are all working unlike other arcades I've been to. Food is all very good, and staff is friendly. If you want a break you can go walk in the mall which is just a few feet away. The place is kept clean and there is usually parking if you go to the end of the lot. There is usually a good crowd there, which is to be expected. Overall I am happy with the place the many times I've gone and can't find any negatives about it.

The servers/bar on 12/21/24 failed terribly at giving good service. It took 45 minutes to get 5 drinks for our table?. It wasn't even that busy?. Then when we got our drinks.. guess what? they tasted like juice?. I chugged one to even see if I could feel it, and nope. Didn't feel a thing. Then when we confront the service people at the bar and the server, they played dumb and said it was all measured out. Didn't even apologize for the long wait. The table next to us got up and complained too because they we

We always go for the games and not the food. The food is average. Nothing really to complain about. Kids eat it. Probably not the goal here but we have a great time and play as many games as we want. The staff is always friendly and attentive.

Absolutely garbage experience. Do NOT COME HERE. Half the machines are broken and will take your money. Lost over 100 chips and the front staff only gave me 20 back. Front staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Go to a different Dave and Busters. Frustrated and will never be back at this one.

I changed my rating to five stars after realizing I may have been too harsh with my previous rating of three stars. I enjoyed my time here, the restaurant had very nice food although it was a one hour wait it was worth it. I enjoyed the games I scored 7000+ tickets and had fun. The only thing I found lacking was a lack of variety of items in the gift shop, and people would leave their half full cups on games and it didn't seem like any employees were throwing them away. Overall not a dealbreaker this is sti

I went there to use the arcades with my wife and at least 10 machines were broken in some way or missing parts, I wasted a ton of tokens swiping on machines that weren't playable. Examples: no balls by basketball, jammed pieces, pieces broken off blocking throws etc.. Terrible experience.

They were VERY short staffed. A lot of the food and drinks on the menu aren't even available. All the tables on one side were left a mess and not cleaned. Food was just ok.

My 1st time Overall the place was clean the food I did tasted off of my husband and child plate was good I didn't get a chance to taste my order because their was little nets flying a round and some got on my mayonnaise and I didn't see it until I tried to put it on my order I let the waiter know she was nice enough to give me a new Burger no charge and apologize The next problem I had was the girls bathroom stools nasty I understand that the workers have a maintenance job but come on ladies let's help keep

This place it's so nice and chill but staff literally don't want to work (cashiers) those two guys, are so disrespectful and look like they hate their life, so bad experience just for that, the rest of the staff was nice and friendly

This is not my type of place, but the food and service were good so I won't hold my dislike of the atmosphere against them. If this is your scene, you'll like this D&B.

My kids had a good time here didn't eat the food so can't really comment about that.

Was skeptical about visiting during COVID-19, but this location followed all the necessary steps to ensure their guests and employees safety. Not all games are open to maintain proper social distancing. You cannot walk around with drinks like before. You can only eat or drink at a table or the bar. If you do decide to eat I would highly recommend to try the Brookie Sundae. Definitely share it with someone else too!

Absolutely ?? loved this place, thanks my grandson daughter and son-in-law including myself had a blast. Service experience was ?? great!

Clean arcade place. On the week there's a few people but weekends are packed. You can spend $50 easily with in an hours. It's kind of expensive but the kids enjoy the time. Will continue coming to this place at the Wayne mall.

Brought the little man and friends to this D&B for first time. Opted for the $100 Power Card for all three to share (which I managed by requiring that they played close by or together). They enjoyed the main games, with the exception of VR, and 1.5 hours later still had about 160 points left. We went on a Saturday around 1pm and it wasn't crowded. Only drawback is that there are significant steps to climb and if the elevator is out of service people with mobile disabilities won't be able to go in.

Fun place brand new lots of people but it's spread out that you don't feel so mushed against everyone. The tickets that you usually take out of the machine are actually put on ur point card when you swipe it.So much easier I did see two nice party rooms that were very nice looking they also have both seats / tables / a big bar with a few bartenders ..A security guard is there so you feel safe .. it's a fun place u could typically spend @ least 3-4 hours at with the kids or adults

The employees act like they don't work there. Asked several servers where my party of 8 can sit and they said anywhere but then pointed to a small booth. The worst customer service. Would not recommend for kids younger than 8.

Always the best times when my family come here. Staffs are friendly and always a surprise on our App. Eat and play is always fun.

I enjoy Dave & Buster?s but this location seems to always have a lot of the games out of service

Half day of school on Wednesday, all games are half price. We ate dinner and spent about 2 hours playing games. The kids had a great time.

My kids pizza had no sauce or cheese on half of it it couldnt have been smaller and then its only half. And an accident not that big of deal but my boneless wings were put in sideways and some blue cheese spilled all over them covering them ruining it

I just had my son's 10th birthday here and he and all of his friends had an amazing time, all the guests raved about the food, all questions were easily answered, we didn't feel rushed at any point, and all the staff was so incredibly helpful and patient with a bunch of 10 year old boys running around. It was a blast and we will definitely be recommending D&B to our friends to host their parties. The area we had though shared, didn't feel like it, as we had our own wait staff and host who were always around

Thursday best day to go. 3 dollars for a cats so remember to save them. Games take 6 15 tokens so can go quick. My advice get the $75 deal

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are retro games in arcades still good in this modern age?

Absolutely, retro games in arcades remain a thrilling draw in 2025! Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. Modern arcade cabinets often feature crisp displays and restored controls, enhancing the experience. While modern games dominate, retro titles provide a unique, accessible thrill that keeps arcades buzzing.

Are virtual reality games in arcades worth playing?

Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies.
