This was my very first visit to a Dave & Buster?s since I'm originally from Guam, and I was genuinely excited to experience it. My husband and I had a great time enjoying the games, even though a few were faulty, we still made the most of our night. Unfortunately, the service experience was disappointing and made me feel quite unwelcome. I had the Fried Pickles and the Cajun Shrimp Pasta. The fried pickles were good. My pasta tasted good and the shrimp was cooked great, but it all came in a pool of oil and grease. I know this place isn't supposed to be known for their food, BUT any place that serves food should take pride in what they're giving to their customers and I don't think anyone would enjoy being served a pool of oil/grease. I had such an amazing time! The manager, Chris, even came over to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and asked if he could get us anything else. I was super impressed especially since they were busy. I also played the games and found the children and young adults very polite and respectful. Everyone seemed to be having a blast! Will for sure go back, oh and get the ribeye!!

Service - what's the point in making reservations if I still have to wait for 45min for a table. Every other table that someone wasn't sitting at was filthy dirty and had been for a while. 'The Arcade' as my daughter calls it. We come about once a month to come blow off some steam and play some games. The games work consistently, the crowds aren't bad before 9 and the food isn't half bad! Service always takes longer than you think, but they are quite polite!

Definitely a step down from what it used to be. Everything is play for tickets and not so much arcade games. My food was cool. Nothing to write home about. My server, who was also the bartender, took great care of me. And even went to help my kids when no one else took their order. The atmosphere was the usual vibe. Noisy, loud, boisterous. My family and I visited this Dave and Buster's location. It happens to be connected to the Lynnhaven Mall. The game selection was sub-par and a good amount of the games weren't working. We went out to Dave and Busters for dinner and video games. The food was decent, and there were big screen tv's on every wall. Drinks were good but not strong. I went on a date here during half off Wednesday and had a wonderful time. During gameplay a photographer came up to us to take pictures which we had the option of buying and we did. The service was wonderful and the photographer was very sweet. I'd recommend this place to a friend.

Took my son , daughter, niece & nephew for my son's 21st birthday! Had a blast! The food was really good and despite the walking and playing we did not get hungry for a while! We arranged to bring a group of 60 students and everyone had a fabulous time! The service from our hosts Cooper and Tasia was absolutely fantastic. They accommodated every request and helped to navigate food allergies and gluten-free needs. Our students had plenty of play time at the arcade and had a ton of fun. I took the kids on a weekday, early afternoon. Not a lot of patrons inside, but it was also hard to find employees. It was fine. Biggest gripe? There are ZERO prices on their alcohol menus -- they make you ask the price for each drink and tell you "because their prices change all the time." This was by far theeeee worst time I've experienced at Dave & Busters! We (myself & family) went for my daughter's 10th birthday. This is what SHE wanted to do! This is our 2nd time hosting a bday party here. Staff here is always great! Special shout out to Molly! She was so sweet and took care of all of us. Did not have a good time, maybe it's my luck but like 3 games I went to were broken. It was getting pretty frustrating. There was a guy there that was helpful and gave me 20 credits back (I lost more than that on broken games) he was nice so thank you to him. The prices of games also went up. The girl that came to fix one of the machines had kind of an attitude. I was so frustrated with the whole experience that I left. After I use the rest of my credits up I probably won't be returning.

Such a fun time! Friendly staff started with the greeting at the door. Purchased a $25 game card for each of us and went to the bar for food and drinks first. I've been here several times before and they never disappoint! The food and drinks are all amazing and the atmosphere and the people are all very inviting. What can I say? Good food, good fun. My wife and I surprised our 17 y.o. daughter and 11 y.o. son with a visit to Dave & Buster's. The 17 y.o. was being difficult because she didn't know where we were going, but that didn't last long. They had fun, enjoyed all of the games, and were able to walk around the mall and see the puppies in the pet store. They wanted to come back to play more games and asked about the next visit.

Thanks D&B, we have a good time. Most places are closed on Easter, in fact the whole mall was closed, but Dave and Busters was still open which made a really great visit for me with my kids since I live out of state. Lots of games to play but they are expensive. The kids put all their tickets together to get a slushie cup and they use it everyday. There was a petting zoo the last time we went. Better deals and shorter lines at customer service would be great.

Service was so incredibly slow, like really slow. My party waited like an hour after ordering our food to actually get it. Some people's food was cold and didn't taste the best (not surprised since you're not going for the food), however that's completely unacceptable. Also it took two tries and an additional hour to get our checks and finally get out of there. Worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure to experience firsthand.

We had the pleasure of being hosted by Cooper, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful in ensuring our comfort with the seating arrangements. Chantel served us and was undoubtedly one of the most impressive waitresses I have ever encountered. Despite the establishment being fully occupied, she maintained her attentiveness and politeness throughout the four hours I was in her section. Her service was truly phenomenal.

Took the kids here on a rainy day to play some games. I recommend downloading the app because you can load your cards on there, and there are freebies. My friends and I ate here last night, we had the game night platter, with sliders, corn dogs things, and wings. And two of us had stomach issues, alongside stomach issues, I have puked twice since I woke up. And have been so nauseas I can't speak without feeling like throwing up. The food was not nearly good enough for any of this to ne worth it. Especially at it's price.

Went on a Saturday, not a lot of people for a Saturday night with a game going on. Service took 10-20 minutes to be seen, then another 30 minutes for the food. Then, we were held for about 40 minutes to receive the check. Ordered a side drink that never arrived, and Burger King would have made a better burger than the one I ate there. Just straight bad after bad. If you're going JUST for the games, then you'll be fine.

I took my son for his birthday and was a little disappointed. Prices of games and prizes have skyrocketed and why would you pay for an even amount of plays, but then charge uneven amounts for the games? For example, why are games 11.9 or 7.4 credits? Just make them an even amount so you have an even amount available left to play with! Other than that, it was a fun experience.

Very poor service. Tables were dirty and floors, too. Hostess had a bad attitude. Too many young people who didn't care. Video games are the only highlight to my family visit. This place keeps getting worse.

We come here a ton and absolutely love the games however the service here is always, at best, subpar. We had Diamond tonight and everything was on the slow side. Getting the bill, she tried to charge us $10 for a $5 drink and when I said something she told us ?they don't offer that deal anymore? (the deal was advertised on the table). Took my kids here for a birthday outing. They had a great time playing all the different games that Dave's has to offer. Edit to D&B's: the only thing that kept it from a 5 star, was the area near your free throw (basketball) game. The balls kept flying out and hitting other patrons at other games. Had to physically hunt down the manager since the other servers in our section were too busy looking at their phones and talking amongst themselves to notice anyone in the dining room. Went for a new year event. Food was great, the atmosphere was awesome but the front desk customer service was HORRIBLE. Some lady with wild color braids had a terrible attitude so I reported her, since I did pay my money for an excellent, fun night and brought a chipper attitude to have fun!

Games are awesome. The bar and food area need SIGNIFICANT ATTENTION! The wait time ANY TIME of the day is outrageous. The few staff you have look and act like they hate their jobs. The service when finally received, is sloppy. I never received hot food no matter how many chances I gave. I stopped eating and drinking there. This location has a lot of potential. Do better.

Been here years ago when my kids were in town. Was back the other day after visiting (rhymes with latex) Entertainment in VB town center where in comparison the arcade games were dated. Here at Dave and Buster?s there clearly is a larger following for their variety of large interactive arcade games. My family and I have been enjoying Dave & Busters for years. In 2020, we went every Wednesday for half-priced game night. We always have a great time and have saved up over 100k tickets so far.

An extraordinary place to experience a plethora of arcade games and they are very fun! The only downside is the fact that some machines dont work, but they still charge your credit for ,,using,, them.

Family Fun Night!! But, this was my first time ever at Dave & Buster's and I really enjoyed it. I am so used to just going to Chucke E Cheese so this was like a Chuck E Cheese for Mommy ?? ??. Some of the food came out cold like it was sitting in the window from an old order that was not picked up, others were bland, watery and like a toddler made it. I would not say a kid cause my kids can cook.

My kid loves this arcade. The points used per game are kind of high but i guess it is expected. The prize options are cool and not overpriced. I only have one child but i couldnt imagine having to take 3 or 4 kids and pay for it all. Wednesdays they do have half priced games.
