Dave & Buster's Tucson

Working from out of town for the next five weeks and staying at the hotel next door. I'm glad this place is within walking distance. The pictures are each from separate visits. My favorite dish out of all these is the Stacked Steak Bowl. It's so good and not heavy. Everything I ordered was great. My only complaint is the desserts. Small selection and everything is way way too sweet. The S'mores cheesecake is a good example of this.

Today my visit to Dave and Buster's was short but very fun! I was greeted by multiple employees as I entered the building. It was Tuesday afternoon so it was pretty quiet but it was good to see the employees were very friendly. I looked around at their game selection and decided to play a few games. The environment was great, even though they are very strict on their prices. We had to get an alcohol drink plus the soft drink that came with the meal instead of getting a discounted price. But overall, it was a great experience.

Went to celebrate birthday for 24yr son. The first waitress we had was on top of it, but when she had to clock out another waitress took to long to bring food and tge drink alcoholic and just soda and most the time only brought some drinks not all

First time here and I'm really impressed. Food was good and reasonably priced. Service was really good. We had a large party (12) and food was hot and served relatively quickly. While the kids played games, the adults were having fun playing interactive games (Kahoots) against each other and other patrons. All in all a really good experience. Will def be back. If you've never tried Dave & Busters, you'll be happy you gave them a try!

Alan took care of my two daughters and I. We had an issue with our game card and he handled it and got us back to playing and eating. Great customer service. Thank you Alan!

I love Dave & Buster's. This one is really no different than the others, but I have never had any issues with the food/drinks or the games. Wednesday is half price on games, so take advantage of that if you can. They no longer serve the salmon, jasmine rice, and green beans meal in the picture. Just returned from a 6 month deployment and the menu no longer has it ??. Food was still good. I ordered a ribeye with mashed potatoes and green beans.

Went to Dave and Busters on Mother's Day Sunday, May 11th with my friends for a bite to eat. We were told that the restaurant portion of the entertainment center was closed because some of the staff was sent home because business was slow being it was Mother's Day. We wanted to sit down have a bite to eat and talk about a movie we had just seen. The manager Alan B. wanted to sit us at or near the bar, we said it was noisy and we wouldn't be able to have a decent conversation without yelling at each other.

Awesome place to eat and take the kids to play. Wednesday is the best day to go for half-price games. The food was delicious. Customer service is great. I haven't tried the bar area yet, but it is there, and I'll update when I do.

I fell in love with the modem atmosphere. I was ecstatic to receive such service. Not so busy, not so boring. The annoyance is like a club or casino. I recommend this as great family experience.

Such a good time. This is an awesome place for Birthday Parties, they give you food, a table, and cards for the amount of people for a reasonable price. The food is cooked well, not top tier but enjoyable for the moment. The service is well oriented and the people are kind and direct you in a well manner. The Games they have are so fun and it really is a primary place for all ages. I do have a record down below for how much per person, I said 30-50 but this was for the birthday party pack. I had a great experience at this location, great food and great drinks. My margarita was on point, my second drink was late, but the manager made sure we left happy and gave us 100tickets for free. Me and my bf had a lot of fun !!!

We went for a birthday and it was ok. Spent a lot of money and got food poisoning but we overall enjoyed the games. Recommend having a few hundred dollars to spend. We did the dine and game deal and it came out to about $30 per person plus we got one of the unlimited for $60. We still needed to spend money to be able to play many of the games.

Not that crowded, food was great, service was excellent. We dropped $179.00 for 4. That's buying the eat and play. You asked. If I what would change my 4 star to a 5 star. In order for me to change it. You would need to have maybe a birthday choice gift. Until then, my rating stays the same.

We were having trouble getting a claw machine prize on the shelf & Allen helped us out! He was super kind, great costumer service! I love spending time over here especially during football season. never disappoints!

Came on Wednesday night, half price game night with our 14yo godson. It was happy hour with $5 drinks and discount apps. Very good. Watched the baseball playoffs on the big screens and played games. Our food was very good and our waitress was excellent! It was a fun night.

We enjoy visiting this place during the summer months. We take our children there to play the games, and they offer a special discount of half off on Wednesdays.

The food was okay, the service was very slow, but the staff was very friendly. There's a nice variety of games and prizes, but its small compared to Round 1. It's a great place for kids or adults, lots of fun. There's a variety of games and the shop has a pretty nice selection.

Had a great time with my wife for our 1 yr wedding anniversary! The staff we interacted with were friendly and the food wasn't bad. Definitely would have liked more wings instead of 5 on a plate, but that BBQ sauce was fantastic.

My son and I went to Dave & Buster's to play games for an hour or so but also ended up eating lunch and watching a little football on a Sunday afternoon. I got the lemon pepper wings, garlic fries, and side salad. The wings were nice and crispy, yet moist and tender inside. Super flavorful and cooked to perfection. The garlic fries were good, not overly oily or garlicky. The salad was just a salad, honey mustard dressing was good.

My husband and I generally love Dave & Buster's but today was unacceptable! We booked a dinner reservation for 8 people to celebrate his birthday. As we entered, we were told there was a $10 cover charge. We explained that we had dinner reservations and he let us go in. The hostess said it was ok because we had reservations. First time here and if you like arcades then this is the place for you. Food, drinks, games and TV's lining the walls with sports all in one spot. Not a regular hangout for me, but the establishment was clean and the staff was friendly. We ordered a burger and it was tasty. Staff was in it without being to much.

We did have a few issues. The manager Alan and his team were quick to get things sorted and compensated us fairly. We had a good time and will be going back. The Carne Asada queso is phenomenal.

The food was horrible. I had the sliders, took one bite, and didn't finish. My wife had a salad, and the wings were great. Drink service was very poor. It took twenty minutes to get our first drink. We ordered our second drink when we got our food. The drinks came when we had already finished our food, so we decided not to drink them. We left. Also, the main reason we went was to play pool. Come to find out there are no pool tables.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Horrible experience since we walked in the door. First Lady didn't offer anything nor even a seat. Waitress was more busy talking to other employees. I ordered the beast mode bacon burger and it literally had a quarter of a piece of bacon, bun was stale. Had an order of wings and they were gooey. What a waste of money. Will not be going back. So yummy, got the garlic cheese curds and the bacon burger with fries yummmmmm. However, the waiter didn't check on us as frequently as we liked. We had to wait awhile to ask for ketchup and ranch. Other than that, customer service was wonderful and food was delicious!!!!

Great food/ games and great beer! This place is becoming empty sadly but its great enviroment if you enjoy being in a less people enviroment and there games actually work. The Barbacoa fries are amazing! I just went to main event the other day and was not great overall too packed lots of games didnt work or took our money and service was bad. Dave and busters is the total opposite and still a great spot!

The food and drinks were terrific. Waitstaff was friendly and attentive. Bathroom cleanliness was an issue. The men's room was messy sink area and papet towels littered the floor as well as no toilet paper in some of the stalls. Game play was fun for us. A great selection of games. The power went out in the middle of us playing games which was disappointing. We left after power outage.

We waited 5 min at the front desk before someone came to help us. Then we waited for someone yo come take our drink order. Our server came looking for us in the game area not once but twice. The games are awesome. I always have a good time here. I liked the Jurassic Park game, they have old school games like shooting hoops like the old days, they have Halo and Air Hockey too. They sell beer as well, so it's a good time is guaranteed. You can also play some games for tickets and they have cool prizes. I would definitely go again. This place is fun. They also have a restaurant area, so if you get get hungry you can buy food there. It's cool.

I started off giving the food three starts but as I kept thing I realized The food was atrocious and stars needed to go! For starters there was more jalape?os than chicken on those chicken nachos. Second I don't know what kind of fish that was but I shouldn't have had to drown it in Tatar sauce for it to be edible. The waitress recommended the churros for a dessert and they weren't good. Plain tasting and little to no powdered sugar. P.S My review of this place is SOLELY based on the food!

Cory was the bartender when I went. He was super kind and served excellent cocktails. Food was superb! (I had the grilled chicken sando on a gluten free bun with truffle fries. Outstanding!) I love going to D&B Tucson and look forward to making it a habit!

Let me start off with this os for the Tucson Market Place location in Tucson Az, 1st impressions the table was sticky so it was dirty. The menus had been wet on every page and that was all 6 menus placed on the sticky table. The garlic Brussel sprouts along with the barbacoa cesedilla tasted like it was precooked in plastic. And now I am on the toilet with the poops and stomach ack. I will not be going back to eat there ever again. I gave service 2 stars because they should have checked the tables and menus

It's ehh. There's really not much to do, it's all games that give tickets. To be brutally honestly. Going to main event or golf n stuff would be way better. And probably cheaper too

Lots of different types of games to choose from. Visiting from out if town, and there isn't anything like this where I am from. Was really fun. I had never seen a 4 player air hockey table until now. Really cool.

Food was expensive tasteless $100 for 2 adults and a 7 year old. Paid $66 for games that charged 11 credits he went through those $66 in less than an hour.$20 for 3 chicken strips and a handful of fried pickles. Awful not going back

The food was not good and the arcade is designed so you don't know how much you are paying for a game. I took my son and his friend here to have fun but it seemed a little scammy.

So much fun with the kids great games and the food was good too! It is not cheap so plan on taking a small loan out before letting the kids loose. The kids love coming here and ask all of the time to go. The prizes they can win with their tickets are pretty cool. This place is also great for adults with no kids. I don't think D&B needs this rave posting because the brand sells itself, but I always know to call out when credit is due. The staff from the check-in counter to the restaurant, the VR experience to the game floor was just outstanding. Everyone was friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were having a good time. As a seasonal visitor to Tucson, I have now added this to the top on my go-to list for family entertainment to escape the heat.

Updating! Still awesome and still kinda expensive but so worth it. They've updated their games since I was last in and it was pretty great. Loved the axe throwing, the Minecraft and the reorganizing of the game floor. Felt like a new place! I have a great time as usual!

Terribly expensive everything and the drinks were not very good for how much you pay. And 5 to 10 bucks basically for 1 video game is ridiculous. How do you charge so much for a freaking game it's a racket I'll never go back.

The food has come UP!! We ordered the Crispy business sampler. The chicken stripes were crispy and juicey. The fried pickles were delicious! I got the Buster's bacon smashed burger. It was DELICIOUS! LOTS of bacon and the sauce was great! When reading the description of the sauce, I was thrown off by the bacon jam. But I'm glad I decided to order anyway. The cocktails were on point, too!! I had the Blackwoods blackberry lemonade. So refreshing!

This place was amazing once it opened, and has steadily declined over the past 4 years. Several machines, broken/unavailable. Please see picture attached. Management should be embarrassed what was once a popular claw game is now used for storage? on the gaming floor??? Yet.. Defective games still take away your tokens/points. What can I say, we're there once or twice a week. Love the food and the prices are reasonable. Big Plus, it's a sports bar, and family friendly. My favorite server is Theresa, she is genuine and very professional.

We've been going here for a while. Always had a good turn out, staff friendly, engaging, and always aware. Food is good as well. My husband and I have recently gone to Dave and Busters, staff sees us, but they do nothing. They like to get in a bunch near the bar and socialize. First time here tonight and it was a great date night. McKenna was a great server and showed genuine care to make our first experience here a great one. Food was amazing. Definitely coming back! Also saw the other staff sanitizing the games after people used them. It was close to closing so I'm sure it was required but it was just good to see this task gets completed. So I just found out by my friend who works there, she works on the janitorial team, that Dave & Busters literally has their janitorial crew clean toilets, tables, floors, ect then after they are done they get out into the kitchen prep line and prepare food!! Disgusting to say the least! So beware when you go to eat and drink, I took a look on the health department website and they have already been graded low. Made me sick...cleaning crew/ kitchen prep!!

I only give a 4 star for service because they only had like 2 servers from open till like noon and there were already quite a few people there. We celebrated my sons birthday and everything else went well. Food was all correct and warm, server once we got one was very nice and on top of things. Great selection of games, when we had trouble with a game they were quick to address it and refund our credits. Fun drinks. When we went during the day is was quite quiet but I imagine it can get hectic doing busy times.
