Customer Reviews

Big groups? Check. Perfect for sports? Yes. Food? Good enough to keep you full through all the action.

Way bigger than most around southern California. The bar was awesome and we really like that there is a whole section on the side with receptionist to check in to be seated.

Celebrated ?? my son birthday 19 years old blesses & he enjoy himself with family & good food.. May God bless him with many more.

Amazing place for all events for the entire family ??

One of my favorite locations to come to, lots of new games I see being added every other month or two. and the service is always amazing. Food and drinks are always great and it's always a blast to play games here and have fun with the whole family

Went in for new year eve?s. I go every year but this year was a disappointment. Called in before to confirm timings and 10 pm happy hours promos are still there. The person on the phone said Yes. Went in, had drinks, tapped out and server said no discounts today. Irony is that the same discount came on TV infront of me atleast 50 times, mentioned i was told its there, negative. Ordered food, cutlery was dirty as in pics, waited 45 min for nachos, reminded server, another 10 min & we got Nachos finally. Serv

Great food and games. Our waiter Jay was excellent and went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed and kept our order together, despite having a big party with a 3 way split on the payment. First time coming here and definitely will be back

The food was fire ?? the Dave & buster burger...I have not ate a burger that damn good in a very very long time so therefore if I feel like having a burger to go I know just where to get it. My wife our 3 children & my father had a really awesome time. Thank you Dave & Busters for having great burgers & other stuff there sorry I'm a burger fan.

Like any other D&B, consistent and this one is fairly larger than some others. Food was good, nothing special. Amicable staff and quick service.

We've tried coming on 4 separate occasions waiting for more than 30 minutes for service servers walk past us and they don't acknowledge us we have left each time because no one attends us , I'd avoid coming to this Dave and busters its honestly the worst run one and has ZERO!!!!!!! customer service

I wasn't expecting an extraordinary experience with D&B All You Can Eat Wings but if I knew it would be this bad, I would not have wasted my time and you shouldn't either!! They served COLD wings that looked like they were sitting out for a while and barely came back between servings to put in an order. My friend got the chicken strips but it was basically just fried batter on a bed of fries. Even Round 1 has better food than this! Wild.

I did not eat or drink anything here. I only came to play the games. Games were okay. Not great but I had fun for an hour and that was enough for me. The prize section was horrible. Not many nice little things to win.

Who ever was in the kitchen today give the a raise ?? ?? food was on fire so tasty also are server was a one Rae ?? much love

I'm currently sitting waiting to be served and the service that we are receiving is nothing short of terrible. From the host that was not friendly at all to the waiter that walk 0a

Food was spectacular ???? happy hour drinks were 1/2 off and delicious!

Had a great father daughter time in this place. A lot of arcade games, the sports bar was great.

Amazing place to have fun with your kid/kids and friends to play and have few drinks. New and upscale games at dave and buster's

We got the special, $19.99 includes food plus $5.00 card to play. I don't know details in the card and playing as I was only a chaperone. But did notice that back in my days, a quarter when playing pac-man and you completed the puzzle, you didn't have to add another quarter to continue, sad that you have to swipe/insert the card to continue. The people I took enjoyed the hamburgers, waitress was very helpful, she said we could upgraded the $19.99 special but unfortunately they only gave me a certain amou

While the food itself was fine the service from the staff was extremely poor. They gave us a hard time when trying to redeem the offer we bought and made us get the manager just to redeem our voucher. Very rude and unhelpful.

The food was surprisingly good. I was not expecting the friend a good steak there. Also the fried pickles were delicious. The arcade had plenty of selection and wasn't very expensive. The average price is 8.8 credits. If you have an old card bring it, it's cheaper to recharge it than buy a new one.

Service was horrible got my order wrong and never came back to my table lol... n I hate to complain so u just sat there patiently... for nothing! Lol

My friend and I surprised our dudes with date night. Nothing like whooping their butt's in some games! Great drinks too!

My experience was great, it's an extremely amazing place to go sit & watch the game, bring kids to run and blow off energy playing different varieties of video games. They have different drinks, the food menu is nice as well, you have different items to choose from.

I had fun at the arcade with my cousins we even took a picture as Ghostbusters it Made us feel like we were Ghostbusters! I haven't tried the food yet so I can't read them on that and the service but I love the arcade. It's a fun place to be at on the first date or with friends and family. Update: on the food it was delicious! I got Barbacoa fries ?? yummy

Had my teenager party here in one of the party rooms it was really nice didn't even know they offered this. The manager vibe was energetic which made it the place to be and the team was really nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.......

Edit: The only part that was disappointing and keeping this from being a 5* was that there were a few of my favorite games that were not working and they were left broken until I had to leave.

Such good food n courteous service my son n hubby had a blast with all the games loved it

Fun and impressive array of games, some simple and some very high-end. There are employees around to help when games break down, but they're a bit hard to find when you need one. We didn't eat anything during our visits, but the staff at the drinks/bar area were pleasant and helpful. I've been to nicer D&B's, but this relatively new one (seven years old as of this review) down at the "dead end" of Del Amo Mall is pretty impressive. Easy covered parking directly outside, by the way.

This place is really fun. The atmosphere is great. Even with a lot of people the food is still good quality. The service is great. Shout to Carlos the server for his great service and great spirit. I would recommend this location for all types of event. Good drinks as well.

All of the video games were sticky. Food and customer service was great. Very loud inside.

Had a fun 42nd birthday here. Great atmosphere all the games worked clean friendly environment

Jessica our server was amazing will definitely be back again!

Had a fun and great evening here. Great drinks and fun games!

The service is impeccable, Linda L, Luis the bartender also the manager Joe has been great host and services during our time here. I would definitely recommend coming here for your drinks food and night out, great staff great service! What more can you ask for ????

Very loud sensory overload, but its an arcade, so... its expected! (Bring earplugs!) Staff are very nice, and pretty empty in the mornings, nice spacious place to treat yourself to various arcade games. ??

Had an afternoon snack & cocktails, it was good ?? Repost 3/13/2022 It was still a good experience & service by Luis at the bar

My experience was excellent Dave Buster excellent food fun place for kids

I liked the combination between the drinking, sports games, food and kids entertaining all into one place. Of you want something really good, you have to try the garlic fries and nachos with chicken! The beer ir really good, specially if friends are coming with you. For kids, there are plenty of different arcades and others. Highly recommended ?? ??!

We had a blast! 14 co-workers celebrating April Birthdays.

I always enjoy my time here. Great staff all around.

2nd visit. Friendly staff! I was very glad to see, helpful, and didn't mind assisting with questions. Place gets crowded but was still able to have a good time! Didn't see any games out of service. Balls could use some inflation. Saving tickets so didn't visit there. 1st visit. Ate at bar and tried a drink. Friendly staff! Had the Pepperoni flat bread, so good!! I bet better with cheese! Drink was good also, sat at the bar. Next up is the restaurant!

It's not exactly what, I remember growing up to as far as an arcade. It's a family fun type of arcade where one can sit and enjoy food!

I feel so sad to leave this review because it was my kids special day, but I felt a really bad vibe with the customer service. From the waiter that seemed to be annoyed at our requests to the employee in the redemption counter rolling his eyes at my kids! WTH! I don't feel that we should be receiving this kind of treatment. I will think twice before coming here again.

Great danes. I wish they had a little bit more of a better selection on the food

Don't bother. Head to Westchester. Poorly operated. Made an online reservation. 1hr15min ahead of time. Only to wait and be told the restaurant is closed and that EVERYONE knew. Everyone except those whom made an online reservation. Zero announcement and zero effort to message us and notify us. Could have saved me the drive, money, and grief. This location is worthless.

We had a blast here! Drinks were good but the food was not that great. The service was pretty good overall. The bathrooms could be cleaner. Loved playing all the games. There was a good selection of prizes available. Love the 50% off games on Wednesday!

I was actually really surprised about the quality of the food at this Dave and Busters. Normally every time we have been to one it's mediocre. Service was a little slow though and the arcade was meh. Pepperoni flat bread pizza is definitely a must order though.

It was date nite we had a ball. It's best to go in the evening if you don't want the kiddos around. If you are not used to gaming, you might lose a lot of tokens during the learning curve. Shooting terminators was awesome! It was exercise, but awesome. Just read first before playing. And senior citizens, you can do it! Go and have fun!!!! Married 45 years and we killed it. We definitely going back! Date nite regular!

I went thinking they they had the arcade open but they don't yet till I June 15th or till they announce a lower tier (according to the server). They have the dining area open and the bar as well. The server was awesome very friendly and attentive. The food was great and fresh. They are practicing social distancing and masks are mandatory until you have your food served.

Very very disappointed I brought family here with my nephew it was his Birthday his 7th Bday I asked them To sing him a simple 1 min happy birthday and they made such a big deal of it even the supervisor David Ferrell was not nice enough to even care enough to wish a little boy happy Birthday on his special day so disappointing and uncaring last time I'll come to this location this is very low standard of respect understanding and mannerism we left with a sad little boy on his Bday ??

Took a long time to get a seat, the food was a bit cold, but very good food and the waitress was very nice. I changed my rating to a 5 star because my review was replied to right away because of my rating i really appreciated that!

Super bad service. We waited 15 min to get a table because the guy was far from his area talking to the others. The only one who was so nice and gave us a great service was Crystal the waitress.??????

Fun times with family. Many different games for all ages.

Great staff thoroughly enjoyed myself. They were busy today because a charter school had came also and still it was clean and they provided great service. Food was amazing also!

Decent selection of games. Prize section is empty though

Nice place to play some games. Kids loved it, which is what matters the most to me.

Had a private 18th bday party here in one of the rooms. Great service and the food was surprisingly great. Kudos to whomever made that potatoe salad and coleslaw it was bussin and I typically hate it when I eat it out. Ribs were great too! Definitely much better food than the Westchester location where I normally go. Thanks for a great tume and great service, keep the human crane open I still want to try it

Horrible. Every single game we tried to play either took the money and didn't work or took the money shut off in the middle of the game with error messages. No joke more than at least 6 different games. Plus the human claw which is the only reason we went was not in service. There was a dude that was very helpful but as for anyone else they made it seem like we were a head ache when we had just spent more then $100

Love it.. enjoy my family lunch. ????????

Food is mediocre. Food service was extremely SLOW. My cousin ordered cake to finish off her meal and we waited for almost 30 mins that we ended up canceling the order and just wanted to leave. It wasn't even a full house. Waiter gave it to us on the house. They have a promotion if you buy the $15 game card you get $15 game credit on them. The app is glitchy and I didn't get the promotion to apply to my account. I had to get them to manually add the promotion so I could get the free $15 gift card. I had to g

We had a wonderful time the food was great and all the games were fun a great time if you haven't been there you should try it out

Cool spot to have a few drinks and chill. Happy hour is best. The food is good, some things can be a bit pricey, but the atmosphere is cool/fun. Deals are always better. A place for you to enjoy some arcade games with your kids or just some friends/family. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Update~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This has become our football season spot to be. David, thank you for greeting us and introducing yourself when we first sat down and got settled in for a day of food and fun. I do have to say I noticed some changes in t

Very good chicken! Good Service from Paul and Javonte

Great place to see the game and the kids can have fun to

This was our first time ever to a Dave and Buster's franchise! It was quite busy but the happy energy was good! I have to say I didn't expect the food to be as good as it was!! All in all ,we had alot of fun and we will return! The only problem we had was that we ordered the cheese curds and they never arrived and we were never charged....the order was completely forgotten. Our server was great though! She had her hands full but managed to not make us feel rushed!

Went here last night and the experience was okay. Was seated for dinner and the food was slow to come out but it was good. Almost all the games worked. My only issue is the to-go order. Ordered cauliflower to go and when I got home was disappointed because it looked picked through ?? when it took almost 20 min to get. Never order to go or delivery.

Great Arcade place for kids and families or big parties!! Great service and kids definitely had lots of fun!!

Price of food ratio to portions of food is not a good equal match lines to purchase play cards have a ridiculous wait time in line and the temperature in the restaurant as a while was to cold 1 minute and then to warm the next also the prices to laod card are a bit pricey compared to other places that officer the same if not more also the way thi gift cards has an expiration date is a way of Dave & Busters taking people's money we had $100 dollars in gift cards that we were told we could not use and nothin

Way too crowded ,hours of waiting for a table to eat

This was the first time ever visiting Dave and Buster's and I will be back. The atmosphere was cool and there seemed to be something for everyone to do. The drinks were absolutely amazingly yummy too!!

So I went in on 3/28/2024 for the happy hour that runs Sun -Thurs($5.00 drinks wine, backwoods blueberry, triple tequila and domestic drafts and appetizers)10 pm - closing. Well I went the day before I was getting charged 5.50 per drink. So me and my wife had ordered 2 drinks each the price was fine then we came back order three more Leaving the tab open. We came back decide to get a table to order food and more drinks but had to close out the tab due to the fact it was an open tab at the bar. So we closed i

I love to come to this place Everytime we visit dave & busters with my son we had a blast the only problem is some of the games they haven't fix it in months like the Ghostbusters game.

This place has everything. Cold beers ??, good bar food and video games - for adults and kids!

Skinny white female bartender either doesn't like her job or just has a bad attitude. I went up for a couple drinks, clearly saw me with my card on my hand. Finished serving the drinks she was working on and just started to walk back and forth down the bar. Wiped a few spots here and there. A new group came up to to the bar an she proceeded to help them. All this time I'm still waiting for someone to help me get drinks. I understand you might have not seen me but I'm a big guy and the bar wasn't crowded. Sh

Horrible customer service they just seem to be hiring anyone cause they absolutely don't know how to do their job at all and a simple obstacle that goes their way and now they want to act blind to it and would rather not help you or so it had ended up going up to managers in order just to redeem my tickets since it got locked and we waited 40 mins just for that and for the food we had redeemed our tickets also for food and got the food coupons so we had tried to get them redeemed and we went to the dining a

If you like going out with friends and having a great time, then this is the place to go.

Very different than the one on Happy Valley this location is huge and we had so much fun we enjoyed the drinks and food.

We came here to celebrate the end of our soccer season. I was able to reserve two separate tables online. We got there right around noon on a Sat, so the tables in the sports bar section were still available. The adults had a great time watching the games, and the kids enjoyed themselves for 2+ hours. The food was good, but it took a while to get out order in. Overall, it was a very enjoyable afternoon for everyone.

We had a great time. Friendly service. Happy hour until 7 pm only has alcoholic beverages at happy hour prices. No deals on food. It says on the website it has select food deals with picture. You get there and they say " no, we don't offer that" still a Really Great place.

Love this place! Good drinks, good food and plenty of games for the kids and us adults.

This was hands-down the worst Dave & Buster?s experience I've ever had, and I've visited multiple locations across California and the Midwest. From the moment we walked in, it was chaos. Despite having three employees (including a manager) at the entrance, there was only one line open for token purchases, resulting in a long, frustrating wait. After getting tickets for my daughter, my father and I set out to secure a table?but that's when things really unraveled. There was no clear system or designated sp

My son loves this place his only 7 years old The food is delicious too

I brought my family to eat and they had us waiting 20min. They never came we left very bad customer service!!!!!

Excellent lunch and play deals!

Great time spent playing games !

It's too dark in there if you ask me, but nobody asked me. Just saying. Other than that we had a great time.

My trip was fun, the waitress I got was a little cranky and not very helpful. Also the people at the prize bar were in their own world ignoring us. I spent more than I needed to because I didn't see the specials and was not advised or suggested to try any of the specials like the $5 bites. I ordered basically the same thing they have on the $5 but payed full price because the waitress didn't care to point out the specials. But not necessarily rude, just not very friendly and it seemed like I was interruptin

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are virtual reality games in arcades worth playing?

Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
