Customer Reviews

What an awesome time. The manager Kerri from the moment we walked in was so welcoming, friendly, and accommodating! She treated us as if she knew us and we weren't just a customer! She took care of any hiccups we had with ease and her main concern was making sure as a family we had a great time! Kerri was very visible and available for customer needs throughout the night without needing to ask for a manager she was out working on the floor and easy to find which you don't always find with customer service p

I really thought this was a family venue however the bathroom has a single baby changing station. I always put down a personal mat when using any public changing station. However I always use some method to still wipe the station down before laying down the mat. I used hand sanitizer because it was all I had. Disgusting, the toilet paper I used to wipe it down with was black! Yuck. Not to mention the sanitary condition of multiple toilets as well. Most employees had their cellphone out, watching videos, h

Very nice/fun place. Just FYI: if you purchase the ?new? eat drink and play card for $60 with 90 min unlimited play, they DONT TELL YOU that you can only win 1500 tix then no more tix nor do they tell you the entree you get is from a very limited selection on its own menu(see pic) . My kids won 1500 tix in first 20 min of play?luckily they are old and dont care. But some might. Still had a great time and Dani(sp?) our waitress was SUPER.

My girls had fun.. the food was decent, and the service was pretty sour. We sat a good 45 minutes for our drinks, and that doesn't include the wait time to order. And a good 30 for our food. To hold down kids when they want to play and I tell them not till after they eat.. is rough, and the wait time killed it! The server was at my table 2 times to drop off drinks and the check. That was it The number one way to keep me interested and make me feel bad for someone and still tip high. .Make me believe you're

I took my kids, 6 and 15, along with their grandparents, and we all had a good time. The food was decent. We spent a few hours playing, got a couple jackpots, and the kids were able to choose from a nice selection of prizes. I was impressed by the available choices. Even Grandma came away with things she liked.

Rated Dave and busters two years ago. Gave it five stars then. Still give it five stars. Place is clean hand sanitizer accessable in the Covid era... Games are all in great condition and work. Lots of arcade have broken down machines all the time. Bartenders are fast and friendly. Restaurant has absolutely great food. The one thing I do not like is that when you eat and get the eat and play combo thing... When the bill comes they suggest you tip on the total bill. Not just the food. Still five stars th

Love the unlimited pass. I haven't been in a while. Decided to take my children, and they now have the unlimited pass with food!!! Finally, I love this ideal!!! Their drinks are creative and good. Even the food was good, and that's a lot coming from me. I typically hate play/amusement center's food but I smashed and sipped while the children had a blast for 2hrs str8. Perfect ending to my busy day!!!

Kyle & Skylar was awesome. Kyle was friendly and accommodating. We got the share drink thing and it was so good. Skylar was hilarious and loved talking with him. Had so much fun in the Arena and the male manager I spoke to before we left was very nice. Overall, will definitely be coming back

Best family fun Field place almost ever. You cannot go wrong bringing your family here, coming on your own, or for a night out with your friends. Excellent service, food and games everyone can enjoy. Awesome place to make memories.

Great place. However, the stools at the gaming area are too high for short people. The seats need to be lower like the ones at the Casino. As far as the food. I recommend the pizza and the bacon smash burger with extra bacon. I also like how the gaming area and the dining area are not close together, cuts down on the noise while eating. I definitely will be going back to eat for sure. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have a lot of televisions all over. You can watch the game from just abou

I was pleasantly surprised about how good our food was. My expectation was low. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to eat. The pretzel was really good. The habanero dip on the side is amazing. The Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich was good. Fish and Chips were good. Kids enjoyed the pizza.

Food wasn't too bad for my first go! The bartender was really nice and knew what he was doing. Seems like a fun place to hang out with family and friends. It wasn't that busy when I was there.

Met my friend and her 7 year old son for dinner and games. We ordered Chicken potstickers, cheesesticks, wings, Barbacoa quesadilla. Everything was good, better than expected. Games are pricey. Avg of 6-8 credits per play. Spent 2.5 hours here and between dinner and games we spent $200.

It is a great place to celebrate a birthday. The food & service were great with our large group.

First time ever here, walked in the hostel was very very helpful. We got seated, and was so loud! My 2 year grandson was covering his ears. The waitress kat was not very helpful. Didn't explain the eat and play. We waited 15 for our check so we could let the 3 kids go play. Never got a refill on our drinks. First time being here wasn't impressed.

Decent, overpriced food, especially considering the high cost of gameplay points, but it is fun for an evening out with or without kids. Very loud environment, but as expected for a large arcade.

It was expensive. But entertaining. A few of the movement games were not moving correctly. One of the shooting games one of the guns didn't work. But overall a fun time. Try the human crane

If your looking for something fun to do in Toledo here's a place where everyone can have a good time. There are a variety of games, and they change them out & add new ones all the time. My son and nephew love it here. They have a blast being able to play and pick out prizes at the end. It can however become a little pricey, on average I spend about $70 per kid, And that roughly gives them a little over an hour of playtime. (There are less pricey options too!) I think their smiles mean everything so its t

Games and food, great idea but it will cost you. Food choices are very limited. The food did come out hot and was decent. Prices however feel a little high. Personally I would eat somewhere else and then go to play games. There is a decent amount of game choices. If you do the math the games average about $1 each. Of course each game costs different and this depends on which token package you choose. There are tickets you can ear for prizes. Most of which is very expensive and have very limited opti

Honestly this was the best time that we have ever had at a dave and busters and we have been to a lot of them. The games were super modern (most we had never played to our surprise) and they were all working. The drinks I got were sooooo good. Like delicious drinks. Also play the motorcycle racing game, it is a blast and we played it 3 times in a row.

I recently visited Dave and Buster's in Toledo, Ohio with my family and had an absolutely fantastic time! This place is not only a great spot for family entertainment but also perfect for capturing some memorable family photos. The vibrant atmosphere and exciting games provided a wonderful backdrop for our family pictures. We were lucky enough to visit on a day when they had a half-off promotion for some of the games, which was a great bonus. It's always a good idea to check their promotions to make the mo

This place is fun! Our 13 year old daughter enjoyed herself and even though my husband and I are in our 40's, we did too. The food was good (appetizers, burgers, steak, kids menu), the service was great, and there was plenty to keep us occupied for hours. Actually, we lost track of time during our spontaneous trip and ended up here almost 4 hours. I noticed Wednesdays are half off games, great way to save some cash! I also downloaded their app (we were first-timers) and saved some money. The app also a

Great food, great fun. People are friendly. If you like to eat and play video games, this place is for you. I've been coming here for 4 years straight in a row and continue to do so

I will say that I did not eat food, so I cannot speak to the quality of the food or the servers. But I did stay in the game section and have a great time. A good variety of games and plenty of space to hang. Some games were down but plenty up. Good times!

Last Saturday 2/8, we met family for dinner and games. My husband and I arrived about 20-30 minutes ahead of family and were seated to wait. Our server was Shellbe. There are literally no words to describe how amazing she was! We own multiple businesses and we are always looking for employees like her. She was so kind and smiling, checked on us so often (despite how busy she was) and so friendly with the little kids. Bottom line, she was on point! I hope her boss and other employees see this and praise her!

update 9/22/24 They just finished up a remodeling moved games around, and updated the bar and restaurant area. No more eat-n-play combos, this makes for a more expensive family outing. Now we only go once every 6 months rather than once a month.

It was fine for what it was. It is not what I would call an arcade. I expect some classics at an arcade. Maybe I'm just used to places like Pin Ball Pete's in Ann Arbor or Free Play around Detroit. The giant Pack-Man was pretty cool, the giant Centipede was neat, and I enjoy air hockey and skiiball. But everything else seemed like it was for kids. Although, the adult patrons were not very kid friendly. This isn't like an adult arcade. Yes, there is a bar, but what entertainment venue doesn't have a bar now

This place is so much fun for kids and adult, my 12 yrs old daughter and son 13 yrs old had enjoy a lot. It's kinda little expensive but not really bad & the food is amazing, drinks is amazing too. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I was there to celebrate my birthday. I haven't been there since 2018 and the menu has slimed down from what I remember. We enjoyed tasty appetizers and played a few games ?? the service was spectacular ????

If you buy your card they expect you to tip that amount also from total. Which I refused to do and tipped accordingly. 5 days later the charge hit my credit card with 20% tip on the total with out my consent. Not what I signed for. They also wiped my daughters 7 years worth of tickets collected on her card and offered no solution for remedy. I still have the card but being told cant look at the history at all.

food was excellent, for a family/sports atmosphere the food was presented in a great manner it felt more high class without the cost. server was great and attentive to us. ribs fell off the bone.

Great place for a family night out with cool and neat games. Most games give points or tickets to claim prizes. I think it's pretty reasonable as s well. Also a great place for a date night ??. Side note so there isn't any disappointments, anyone under 18 has to be accompanied by an adult or no entrance,no acceptions!

The customer service here is ALWAYS TRASH!!!!! I have NEVER been welcomed warmly and have never received a smile from the hosts. I am so tired of being treated like garbage here. I have a season pass and have been coming at least 2x per week for the last month and a half. There is ALWAYS a problem with checking in and the manager is always called to 'help' the incompetent host scan a barcode. I will stand at the front for 5-10 minutes each time. The staff ALWAYS has an attitude, the food service is slow and

It was our first time there and we really Enjoyed it! The Drinks and Food was very Good. The Bartender was a really cool guy and he made sure we were taken care of and would definitely go back! We had fun playing the games as well.

Aside from super fun games for all ages, the food, drinks and atmosphere was great! Service was fantastic, prices were very reasonable.

Definitely had a fun time here. Always have fun at Dave and Busters no matter the location. My only complaint is the guy at the prize counter just didn't seem like a people person. Had a few awkward exchanges. Everything else was great though??

Jake, the service manager, saved the day. There was a misunderstanding from the website and from when I called that had me and my students (on a school trip) upset and bummed out. The service manager understood the misunderstanding and made right by it. Super super grateful and the students cleaned their plates and had a blast. Thanks, Jake!

It was Expensive but we had FUN!! I Got the Chicken, Bacon Club on Ciabatta bread and it was toasted just right, the lettuce was butter lettuce and the Avocado was fresh. Great for a Group Activity!!

It was very busy but my girls had a great time, only problem was the length of time trying g to use my groupon codes but that wasn't their fault. It was groupons and the loops you had to go to get to the bar code. And the food was decent. My table service wasn't the best but I give him a c. To many tables to one person... the coat check in girl was smoking hot. I think her name was dezi? Idk she had a lot of patience with my ass the girls and my codes!! Lol but it's okay. i didn't mind the view while I wai

It had been a couple of years since going to this Dave and Buster's, but it was a nice experience! This review is for the food/restaurant only, although the rest of the facility looked nice. They had menus but we scanned the QR code on the table. It brought up a menu you could order from and your server would bring it out to you. We were going out to Mongolian BBQ until the wait was 45 minutes. Then we remembered Dave and Buster's around the corner! I'm glad we did. Fried pickles appetizer was yum! The st

Had great time! Some good games are blocked for social distancing ??????? went back 2/4 menu has changed significantly since the first time I went! Updated pics as well

I bought Winter season passes for my three boys, that come in the form of QR codes to your phone. I took the boys about 3 times since we had them. The 4th time, it was just my girlfriend, her brother and I. But, our QR codes were not working for some reason. The manager Ms.Carey, not only made sure we had temporary cards to play with, while she called corporate to figure out what the problem was. When I asked about the $5 dollars I could spend off of each pass(per the pass features), she instead offered to

Food all tasted great, only down side we encountered was a large strip on the 12oz sirloin we ordered was cartilage, and therefore inedible. This was a bit of a bummer considering the price of the meal.

Our family just had the most wonderful afternoon at Dave and Busters! Their new remodel is fabulous and my daughter is obsessed with the Arena. It is worth the $5 ! Kari and Kyle took excellent care of us during our meal. We tried one of the new grazing boards which was a win-win for our family! Everyone got what they wanted. Football fans, there are TVS everywhere with every game possible one. We went in only thinking we would spend a few hours there, but left five hours later. We even splurged on one of t

If you go for food don't expect anything to write home about except how expensive it was. The steak dishes are definitely a low quality and so is the rest of the food. Service is lack-luster too. Very slow. Games and great prizes are the only reason my family goes. It is actually nice to see kids and adults win something worth going for as opposed to say Chuck'e Cheese where tootsie rolls and erasers are your most common "prize".

We took my son for his 8th birthday! I reserved a table for 16 on the website. When we arrived they had it all set up for us. Our server was incredible. The food is hit or miss. The bruschetta was incredible, as was the pretzel and wings. The philly and hamburger were mediocre but not inedible. . The space is huge but not big enough that my kids could get lost. It was very clean. Downloading the app is definitely worth it for extra chips and even food bonuses. We did the Top Gun virtual reality game and it

I have personally only been here this one time but I will be going back it does get a little confusing when you first walk in I didn't know whether or not to go where the dining tables are or go over where the bar is there wasn't any clear description or Reason To Know where to go but I did find out that the Booths by the bar that are near the game room are first come first serve basis so if there's an empty Booth ticket then if you look over to your left when you first walk in the entrance if you go to the

First timer. Had a good burger and played some games. I had a good time. It's very loud in there, which should be expected and it's not cheap.

OK, not a bad place to eat at. My group of friends did have a great time. Our server was amazing!! My portobello burger was delicious, but get fries with it. The salad it comes with is not worth it. Speaking of salads, my husband got the Lawnmower salad. As you can see in my pics it looks nothing like the one from the menu. It only had four small pieces of chicken, about four pieces of avocado and he said it was very water with all the lettuce. I would think that if a salad cost $12.99, it should rock our

Not sure what was going on, but all of the workers seemed like they just did not want to be bothered at all. I did not like the vibe among staff. Completely unapproachable. Totally overpriced and horrible payout for prizes. I'd rather go to Nickleworld.

Lots of fun, I go every now and then and have plenty of tickets , food and bar are good but mostly ther for the fun , great place for Kids and Adults!

Took 40 minutes to get my burger after ordering. The burger and fries were just barely warm when I got them. Thankfully the manager comped the food. The drinks were really good, especially the strawberry watermelon margarita!

Great service at our table, top notch bar food and drinks then a really nice, clean and new arcade. Games are all current or quality arcade attractions that never feel like a rip off and the ticket yield was fair enough to get us fun and prizes at the end. So cool to have this near our mall. Will definitely be back for events as it was not necessarily cheap, but affordable overall.

Absolutely ridiculous. We called support line before we got there, No answer, No call back...Get to The Toledo location. spend $122 on Game play as Advised by an Employee telling us they could split the game tokens after purchase with some stupid App.. after Purchase told we couldn't split it because the App doesnt work and is owned by a 3rd party....manager was absolutely useless and gave us a sticky note with an email address instead of addressing the concern and basically walked away... 1 card with $122

Seems like an extremely small place. The use of mirrors everywhere make it seem larger. Still a fun place to go with your kids

I had the burger and subbed the lettuce bun since I'm on a low carb diet. It was good! I just wish there was a low carb side option to replace the fries. ?????

Food was delicious. Games all working. Need to fix prices to play games. A game should not cost 11.8 credits when you have to purchase whole credits. You can never spend all credits on your power card.

We had a great time, we got the 4 pack deal it was $60 a game card but they got 515 credits. We had nachos drinks kids meals. It was a fun birthday for our 3 boys!

The pasta is fantastic! And I love the basketball Connect 4 in the back great two-player game. Lots of tv's so great dor football on the weekends.

It was the first time EVER to enjoy not only Dave and Busters but the first time EVER treating myself and my Oldest Son and daughter-in-law out to dinner. They had a play card and I was starving ?? even though I don't (and don't) play games?????so I road with them and we ate good! My Nacho I chose was burnt and the chips where hard with minimum topping as you see, but the the rest was delicious!!!

We had the best time as a family. We came in, sat down to watch the falcons game, got up and played the arcade games, then went back and finished the game. The prize store is fun for the kids to go to and pick out their winnings. The staff is sweet fast and the food was perfect for game day. I would recommend stopping by if you have the time to spend.

It's just a fun place !!!and the food was great !!! Just a little note the pretzel is bigger than your head .

We went the other day and the food was amazing but the deal we got on game play time was no deal at all. I left disappointed in everything but the food

Server was attentive and friendly. 31 dollars for 5 wings, 5 pigs in a blanket and 3 sliders is absolutely insane. They have a Vader game so they get 4 stars. ??

Great place for bday party or date night. The staff was very helpful and super friendly. Fun games ?? and the food is yummy. Friendly staff

Food was good for being dave and busters. Prices are really high here for being dave and busters! They cut out a lot of the arcade section. That was the shining point of coming here was the huge arcade!

We took one of our granddaughters there for her birthday and she had a blast!

This is the third and last time, I'll ever go to Dave and Busters!! Every time my family and I go, we get the worst service! It took us at least 20 minutes to even get our drink order taken, even then we had to go find a waitress to wait on us. Then we wait another 20 minutes to order food, all while everyone else around us is getting service non stop! We finally get our food, it not everyone?s food in our party. My dad, my niece, and I had to wait another 30 minutes before our food came, mind you my niece

Daven busters is kind of special it is a place in America where you could have fine dining in fun games. This locations employees rock!?

Kyle R. at the bar was phenomenal, not only in person-ability but in customer service. Great service is hard to find today, but Kyle nails it every visit he's here!

Food is subpar at best. Pizza is awful, wrapped mini hot dogs were awful. Our waiter Jacob was excellent.

A little expensive, but we had good food & a good time.

We always have a great experience at this location. No issues with any of the games, and the food was great.

Newly remodeled the place was obviously very clean. The bar and dining area are ginormous. We were there for lunch so we had a great time going from game to game with no wait. All our meals were excellent.

The place was packed. We ended up having dinner at the bar and went out and played some games afterwards. My wife and I had a real good time. Even though she whooped me in most of the games we played lol

Great place for family fun and enjoying the game. Had a great game day special on appetizers. Good service and a clean and interactive play area. Can get pricey so prepare for that.

I had a great time on New Years and will definitely do it again. Can yall please get a new Ski ball machine ????

Surprised my wife for dinner here last night manager gave us $30 credit which we used to sit at the darts table which was fun food was great strawberry lemonade incredible and just a good time to walk around and feel like a big kid playing games

We spend quite a bit of money in here and every time we come the service just seems to get worse and worse. So many of the games don't work properly and for the amount of money they charge for everything you would think the staff wouldn't treat you as if it's a bother to assist you

1/29/2020 UPDATE! We had a great time in the gaming area as always still feel like the big wheel game has been rigged, we haven't seen one jackpot in the last year when we used to be able to get 4 out of 10 tries. We FINALLY ate here again after 2 years of just playing games because of poor service and had fantastic service and the food was what we had expected and beyond. We spoke with Frank the restaurant manager and told him it was a much better experience. However I left one star off the men's restroo

Great food!!! games were a little pricey. Wait staff and gameroom staff were great. Will go again but only when there are specials spent $180 for 6adults and 2 kids and only played a few games each. Wasn't very many people there for a weekend and it must be due to the pricing. This place could be so much better if it wasn't so pricey and the plates were a little bigger or maybe a little more fun. Seems like there wasn't as much care put into the food menu as much as the drink menu.

I hosted a corporate event at this location & BOY was it a pleasure have our event at Dave & Busters. Everyone there was so helpful & on it - it made everything an absolute breeze. Our CEO wanted to come by early to set up his presentation & had no problems doing so. Apparently, he even had some tech issues that someone fixed for him, no problem. I, the host, even showed up a little late so I was no able to look over our contract & confirm until our start time but it barely even phased the staff. All the f

This is a great place to come with your kids. They can go play games and you can just sit back and relax. Pictured is their new Chimichurri Bowl, which is AMAZING!

We have been having a blast going there regularly. My girls love it, the prizes are cool. Awesome games. Enjoyed the food when we ate there. Cool bar area I can't wait to try with friends and no kids. A great addition to Toledo. I read tons of neg reviews - but I say, try it again now for those people who hated it early. It has to be hard to open a place like this and it appears they have worked out the kinks. I think you will enjoy it.

So fun but sooooo expensive. 60.00 for my kids. We probably spent 40 mins playing games. They only got 800 tickets and only got a few gummies.

Had a great night away from the kids. Dave& Buster's definitely satisfied. We will definitely recommend friends and family and we will be back.

The burger was amazing ?? but those ribs were absolutely horrendous! My advice is to never order ribs from a place that doesn't specialize in making ribs. Other than the ribs being terrible the place is absolutely great. My daughter, me, and her uncle had a great time celebrating her 6th birthday. #GodIsGood #ThankYouJesus ??????????

It is asp awesome that you can spend tickets to get food and or desserts, like this gorgeous strawberry shortcake Also this never happened to me before that I won 3808 tickets on power drop game wow wow wow

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?
