We have had a couple of end of the season parties for our soccer team at Dave and Busters. Both times have been perfect! The team there always does a fantastic job of taking care of the group. The kids have a great time playing games, eating and playing more games ??! It's the perfect setup, gives the parents a chance to catch up with each other and the kids to spend some time together off the field. Highly recommend and appreciate the team at D&B!! Thank you

We recently purchased one of their summer game passes and what a value for your dollar! Have taken my kids multiple times and they have played as much as they want for no additional cost. Their food is always amazing and the staff is super friendly! Definitely recommend!

This place is great to take kids and your friends to hang out, have drinks, play games, and have a lot of fun! The food is pretty good for an arcade. Service was pretty quick for us too! Our family loves coming to Dave & Busters and this is by far the best location to go to! The staff is always super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure we are all having a great experience. The food is great too! I highly recommend taking your family here or for a fun date night.

Took my kids to Dave & Busters today and had a blast. The food was great and the service was awesome. Cynthia, the operations manager, greeted us when we sat down and Drew (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly) was great as our server. We came here to celebrate my sons middle school promotion. The service is and has been awful. I only have given it multiple chances because my kids want to mix up what they do. Multiple times I have been here and have waited 30+ minutes to have a server. I have bartenders l, while I am sitting at the bar ignore me and others. They lack a variety for vegetarian, when they used to have more. Never seen positive attitude or proactive approach from any employee. At this point, this is a management issue and will never enter this establishment again.

I recently visited Dave & Buster's with my family for the first time. Although we didn't dine there, we thoroughly enjoyed our time playing arcade games. The overall experience was excellent. The best place for family fun, games, sports, drinks and food. First I want to start off with the strawberry margarita and strawberry pureed ice cubes absolutely delicious! II went to the arcade with my kids, but the game cards I received were not working. It took 45 minutes after asking the manager to get a refund for what I paid. The manager did the right thing by giving me credit on a different card, but he could have done that from the beginning instead of making my kids and me wait so long. In the end, my kids were happy, which is why I am giving this rating.

What a wonderful first time experience, my husband and I visited the Thousand Oaks location and we were greeted by Marlon who completely made the experience Wonderful , we wanted to spend some time with our niece and nephew. We had scheduled a birthday party with a total price of $350. However, we were later billed $475. When we inquired about the discrepancy, we were told that the package had been automatically upgraded to include unlimited games, resulting in the higher charge. After some discussion, they eventually adjusted the bill to reflect the original agreed-upon price The question is why did they do that?

Came here Sunday with my sister and her son. It was my first time here and i enjoyed the games. After we played some games (They looked brand new and no issues with them which is a plus) we found out that we're able to use our points we accumulated for food. Went here for date night August 2021. We had a blast. Great food and drinks. Plenty of games for adults and kids. The only thing is now, you have to look at the menu and order from your phone. You also pay when ordering, not after. My S.O. and I were looking at the menu on separate phones and ordered from them so we had to pay separately. Came from a long long drive.. drove over a hour to get to Northridge location only to not be able to get in. So so so lucky my kids checked on thousand oaks rules and ended up driving maybe another 40mins or so to this location? It's smaller then Northridge but considering how busy they were the food came super quick! It's a shame that the food is so bad here. The atmosphere is electric! But the restaurant is usually low on servers so waiting to place drinks and food takes longer than most places. Sit at the bar if you don't want to wait. This place is awesome for sporting events. Food is blah.

I took my kids here and the arcade games were fun and entertaining, they also enjoyed the games and prizes they won, but the service at the food area were horrible, the servers were walking everywhere, talking to each other and just standing behind the cashier drinking soda, literally doing anything but taking orders, they passed by tables who were still waiting, the service is terrible, I hope next time I visit they will do their job better.

I am from Arizona and I was trying to get a drink from here and I'm well over the age of 21 and if you don't know the Arizona ID color Just updated to black and white. Dave & Buster's has finally come to Thousand Oaks Ventura area. It's been around since 1982 back in Austin Texas. But my first experience with it was in Denver Colorado when my kids were young. Dave & Buster's is the adult arcade on steroids. This version of Dave's and Buster's is no exception. It comes with all the video games you remember from your childhood and more. They've adapted video games movies and even small games that we played as children and our children play his children to make them fun ways

Food was so so (family had some kind of bacon burger, Fish & Chips and a kids burger)...my fish was tasty, light and flacky, the bacon burger wasn't anything special, and sadly my son could barely eat his burger...just didn't like the taste. Drinks were decent...the games were A LOT of fun! Some of the prizes were reasonably "priced" and some were 4+ times the price if you bought it off Amazon. We held a birthday party for my niece that turned 5 here. Staff was really accommodating and friendly to our needs, even though we had not made previous reservations. Definitely enjoyed it and am grateful that they made it happen.

By far and away the cleanest and most efficient D&B we have been to. We visit them all over the country and this is our favorite location, and are always treated like family from arrival. The food is consistent and the games are maintained. Amazing place for family weekends.

Fun but expensive I recommend you go on wednesday when it's half off otherwise it's not worth it. You can also go online and get Dave and Buster's discounted gift cards to save. It's like 20 dollars for 10-12 games. Also virtual reality was 6 dollars it's over priced on non-wednesdays. Don't go on weekends or non-wednesdays. It's fun otherwise highly recommended, the food is okay but definitely better then any other arcades food.

Where should I even start, my first mistake was not checking the arcade before purchasing a card because it was awful. 80 percent of the games were not even ticket based games they were just simulations or games that reached the limit of 100 tickets as the jackpot. Dave and Busters Thousand Oaks is honestly a really good place to go if you want to have fun. You have many TVs that surround the food area and great food that actually fills you up. My friend and I came one day to have a drink and eat and had this lovely server named Bianca who made sure to always be there for us and come with a smile. She made sure to check up and help us if we needed something. The new menu was out and she made the greatest recommendations. I could have not asked for a better server ??.

The food was nothing great. Appeared to just be reheated food. Nacho chips were stale and sauce was bland. The server was very nice, but it took 15 minutes to even be asked about our drinks. She apologized for the poor service noting they overloaded her area in a short amount of time. Might try it again, but we will see.

The food here is amazing I would seriously come here just to eat. The mozzarella sticks were so delicious. The marinara sause was a perfect match. The fries where great and then the pizza. absolute trash experience!! The server with the crazy looking fake freckles was absolutely incompetent it's actually wild she can hold a job of any sort!!
