This is the first "free-standing" D&B I have been to...all the others were tucked up into a mall. This place was spacious and nice to be greeted at door by a team member. Fun was had by all ages, from the young to the seasoned patrons. The adult beverages area was nice to sit and enjoy when we were finished getting our games on. Gotta say, the ticket redemption had lots of nice things you could exchange your electronic tickets for.

My neices came to Tampa to spend QT with me on their spring break. Taking them to Dave and Buster's was a last-minute idea, but man, did we have a great time. We ate first. My 24-year-old son is autistic and had never been to a Dave & Buster's so for Christmas we took advantage of their platinum winter season pass and went to this location. They were amazing The managers Peggy and Michael Moon made the experience so great for him and we're so helpful. We stayed from the time they opened till 11:00 at night and they were so patient and great with my son. My husband and I came here for the 1st time because everyone always says how amazing it was. The food was ok I had no complaints. Your drinks for 2 should say how much you're getting because we were not expecting a half keg ??. We got the meals with unlimited play for 90 minutes because we thought that would be a better deal. However I want to say 35 % of the games were out of order. Very disappointing.

Took my grandboys after their graduation. It was a weekday during the day very quiet and best time to go. When they opened a few years ago my first experience was not good. I didnt make in as the smell of weed and smoking was awful. I turned back around and left. However, it was a weekend. This time around it was quite and pleasent for kids. My grandboys enjoyed the food and games. The prize section is extremely over priced. Items you find in a dollar store they charge $4 to $10 each.

This was the first time I went to the Brandon location, and it's huge, in my opinion. I know Orlando's is big but not like this one. Also, the prizes section was a little better than Orlando's some pretty good choices. The games were super fun, especially the Tomb Raider one. The food and drinks are always good! It was my first visit and it was very enjoyable. There are a lot of games to choose from for all ages. It's a very fun place and the food and drinks are really good as well. Under remodel adding some new games and full screen rooms. They have all the games and the game technician is pretty helpful(Danny). We love going Wednesdays for 1/2 off games. Side note. Buy the gift cards online from Costco. $80 for $100 worth. Then use them at the counter to reload your card

We generally love D&B and have more recently spent over $1200 at this location in the last month. However, due to the poor customer service and management we will not be back. The waiter, bartender, and teen employees were very nice but the management needs to change. We took our son today with friends to celebrate his 14th birthday. We had 2 adults and 5 kids. We had food and bought the highest game cards you can get for each kid. My middle son and his friend won over 22,000 tickets on a rally racer game.

I go here once a year for special occasions and i love it! The drinks at the bar are soooo good that when I finish one I need another. The games are alright nothing special, I do notice that almost half of the games are either broken or out of order but other than that they're still fun.

We went on a Saturday and it was very busy. We had 8 in our party but they made seating arrangements for us. We went this Saturday and it was a horrible experience. The host up front had no clue what he was doing, directed us to take a seat anywhere and when we did a host came up to us telling us we needed to be seated. We then went with host to be seated and she refused to sit us somewhere where we could comfortably watch the TVs. The establishment is undergoing some upgrade maintenance. But, it doesn't affect the gaming or eating atmosphere. It's still my favorite Dave & Busters. The chick manager is a work horse. If you get an arcade credit promo deal, make sure you read the fine print and redeem before it expires (in my case, within 2 months of purchase). The cost of games has gone up significantly. You'd think that getting an arcade credit deal could offset this, but then you find out you can't redeem it on the day you purchased the credit. It's an arcade chain that serves American food. There are tvs for sports fans who want to watch tv while the kids play. The point system is like any arcade, you basically need 100k points for a stuffed animal but the kids love it. I had a birthday party here for my daughter. It was very well priced for 10 unlimited game play cards and $25 in tickets per child. Included food and drinks. Was around $400 or so dollars which to me is a steal.

It is quite larger than what we are used to but the staff were friendly, the games were working, food and drinks were good. Had my daughter 15 th party at Brandon. I had 16 kids total. 2 days prior had 2 cancelled. Tried calling few times no answer, no messages set up to the party ambassador. Apparently, she doesn't work weekends, so I was told too late, I cannot cancel because the food is prepared. Ok, so they charge 15 per kid for flat bread tasteless pizza, french fries, and drinks. They state 3 pieces per kid. But the pieces they are talking about are small square flat. When they bought out the pizza, I was like WTF!

If you can't make it Wednesday when it's half price games then Eat Drink and Play card is a pretty good deal for 39.99 per person. 5 food meals with a drink and $35 worth of credits on a play card. Would be a really great deal if you can get this offer on Wednesdays.

Had to amend my rating from years back. Unfortunately its a different climate. The servers are horrendous. Watched 6 servers 2 managers and a bar back sit on their phone by the pos systems and chit chat while there were only (6) 2-4 tops and (1) 12 top. Not properly being attended to. I watched as it took 20 mins to get a beer, apps requested and nvr fulfilled, soft drinks sit empty for entire course of stay, orders just plopped down and not checked. As a patron i was upset.

it was very nice! nobody was paying attention to the arcade though...there were some spills near wires and they stayed there until we left (1hr 30mins) which is a little bit of a hazard. I remember waiting 20mins for that halo game but the kids there kept buying it so we couldn't use it. I enjoyed the food and didn't notice the size! First time in the Tampa area visiting family and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with how friendly the staff was at this location! Specifically Baby Parks who I assumed was fixing a game, yet he practically dropped everything to assist my little cousin in finding a game that would be easy enough for him to play. Dave and Busters in Brandon is in a good location with plenty of parking. It is a good size with a lot of games. Everything seemed clean and well kept. These are to positives. The woman at the door who I presume is there to help never learned the word smile and was borderline rude. Note that there were not many people and this seemed to be her only job. Entirely the wrong person to have as the face of a business which is supposed to be selling fun. Highly doubt I will go back again.

I came here with my teenage daughter on a Wednesday for half-priced games. We probably spent about an hour and a half in there. It was a bit crowded and kids were running around all over the place. The gift shop mainly had smaller items and nothing too exciting for us to redeem.

It's pretty fun, they have a lot of games. There's games to win tickets to exchange for prizes and there's also fun games like racing and shooting games, plus food and alcohol, so definitely will be going to go back again soon! ???????????

Ok, so my husband and I go to D&Bs because we have a toddler and it's something fun for us all...and somewhere we can bring her and get a drink without feeling morally corrupt as parents. We had an incredible time at Dave & Buster's! Tracy, our manager, was absolutely amazing. Her attentiveness and cheerful attitude made our experience unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, Tracy ensured everything ran smoothly and catered to our every need. The games were a blast, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was electric. The dining area isn't very big, so may have a long wait. They also charge gratuity for groups of 7 or more. There is great game selection, so it's fun for all ages but very crowded.

We made lunch reservations and needed accommodations for a member of our party. The hostess was exceptional. Wait staff had no issue serving us out-of-the-way. We were checked on and served as timely as anyone else. The table we were seated at was perfect and helped ensure that all of us had a great time.
