We celebrated our boy?s 10th birthday at Dave & Buster?s, and it was the perfect choice! He had a blast with all the games, arcades, and, of course, the food. I had never been here before, Im 29. I took my son(10) and husband(34) here on Thursday in the day. It was absolutely amazing. The food was fantastic. Just went there for the games. I took my 17 year old son. I sent $50 on games. We had a great time. We went on a Thursday so it was not crowded. 99% of the games were working. Just a change of pace. We went for my other halfs birthday last minute and didn't arrive until late. Our waiter was friendly and accommodating. I was a little disappointed that I mentioned it was his birthday and he didn't get so much as a free drink? Nevertheless I have to say the food left something to be desired. Dave and Buster was very accommodating when I had my son's birthday party their. We needed an extra table because more people showed up than expected. They took really good care of us and washable to serve us without an problem. The games and the customer service was excellent.

We booked a business network event at Dave and Buster's Springdale and we couldn't be more satisfied with our evening. The manager, Steve, welcomed us and introduced us to our server, Taylor and it was smooth sailing from there. Taylor anticipated our needs and came back often to check on us. It wasn't too crowded considering it was a Saturday. Two $55 cards got us about an hour of play time. Most of the games are at least 7 credits, which seems high especially for some. Great place for team meetings or corporate events. Their policy to require food for group events makes it cost more, but still more economical than a hotel, and certainly a lot more fun to offer! Very Clean facility and warm, friendly staff.

Went here on Valentine?s Day yesterday. The food wasn't as it was described and very bland for how expensive it was. The games were malfunctioning left and right stealing credits from us. And right before they closed they shut off the machines without notice taking more credits from us. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Our server Gavin was very attentive, made sure things were corrected when it came out wrong, and even helped us get the balloons down that flew up on the ceiling for the birthday girl. And on top of that, the staff was very adapting to us being in the restaurant well past time to finish the birthday celebration.

What a wonderful place to celebrate a birthday party & pay some games. Appetizers galore and that Salmon with Jasmine Rice and Green Beans is to Die For. Fun for our kids and us. Disappointing when games would just take your credits and not work, probably one in twenty games gave us this experience. Dinner took a very long time, but tasted good. D&B is always entertaining. On the expensive side, it's easy to drop $50+ per person if you get food and a gamecard and that doesn't include alcohol. Service good, but usually just one bartender to serve the whole bar during the week, so be patient. Food is almost all good and as described, rarely any surprises. Go and enjoy!

This Dave and Buster's is a nice huge location... Not too busy... A huge variety of arcade games... Virtual reality games.... Its so much to choose from... You could never get bored... They also have a great bar with great drink menu.... The have the restaurant area.. and dining area....you can eat.. drink and have a ball all in one place.... They even have aports tvs.. pool... Lounge area.... This place has it all for family fun.... I would definitely recommend.. and definitely return..

We went for a last minute dinner & activity with the kids while in OH. We had a left over card with credits from another event and purchased another card with $10 value (added $3 activation fee). The kids had a lot of fun and were even happy to "play" games when they hadn't entered credits; thank goodness for young children and bliss derived from lights and movement. They have conference rooms available, though there are several dining areas available which would easily accommodate large groups, as well, if your party prefers to be out in the main area. The description on their website says they clean the games all the time and they promote the gloves and face masks. Games were not cleaned once in the two hourswe were there, there were many patrons not wearing masks even though it was ordered by Mike D's. Our family made it our goal to have fun and utilize the covid measures for our own protection.

I don't understand all the levels at Dave & Buster's. It seems like you are always going up or down stairs as you go from space to space here. That said, this location had an enormous arcade with just about any game you could possibly want to play. They are taking out their golf simulators, which is a bummer.

Our waitress Jakia was very rude from start to finish. Jakia threw our menus on the table and walked off?I asked her if there was an issue and she said no she didn't mean to throw it. We went with friends to watch some of the March Madness games (an annual tradition). They weren't overly crowded when we arrived, but it did pick up. Server was friendly and attentive early on, but he did seem to be gone for extended periods of time later.
