Dave & Buster's Sioux Falls

Went early on a Sunday morning just to check it out. Lots of games I haven't seen at other ones I've been to which was nice. They did have a lot of the old ones too. Lots of seating for food and a huge bar area. One of the good ones.

Good atmosphere with people having fun playing games! But the service isn't very good, we sat at the bar took about 10 mins to get a drink we were debating on getting food but nervous from The last failure we tried it here. So we stuck with drinks and thought we would have an appetizer so we thought fried pickles they can't screw that up right? Nope they sure can! First time in Sioux Falls, my partner and I are passing through on a roadtrip. Stopped in to this D&B location and were delighted to have had Ethan as our Bartender/Server! He gave plenty of helpful drink/food selections and was very friendly and helped our time here to be more enjoyable!

The food was nothing spectacular, not bad, but definitely satisfying, just not anything to go out of your way for just for the meal itself. Good thing the arcade is attached ottherwise the food alone wouldn't keep the restaurant afloat. I had the flatbread pepperoni pizza which was just what it says it is and nothing more. The creole shrimp dip was missing something for my liking.. but the wonton crisps. I was eating without anything else on them and enjoyed every bite, 10/10!! My burger had great flavor, and the truffle fries were absolutely delicious! This was our first time here, all the games were great had plenty to do and was honestly fun !! The wait for a booth was 30 min and that was okay because we played first then ate which worked out great! We went around 1:30pm on a Saturday and wasn't cramped at all !! First time visit to this location but I've been to other far larger locations down south. Gotta say someone vastly under estimated how big to make this place. Feels very cramped. Came in at 5:30pm place was already full. 45 min to hour wait quoted. Had a fantastic experience at Dave and Busters! We got to try their new menu - bacon burger, chicken avocado sandwich, and creamy chicken alfredo pasta. All were very large portions with fantastic service. $5 happy hour during the week is such a steal and makes coming in so worth it. We can't wait for our next stop at D&B?s.

I don't think we will ever be back. Food was awful all the way around. All the staff minus our server and the bar tender that took a group photo for us were very disengaged.. the lady working the prize room was sleeping at the counter.. the games were fun but very expensive. The food was awesome, and the staff were trying to stay on point, but it was a busy Saturday, and they got pulled every here and there. But my burger was amazing and worth the wait, and I definently suggest the Truffle fries as side!

Great 1st time experience, with all the kudos to David for his friendly and attentive service! He was very personable and had great recommendations! The Voodoo Pasta was amazing, and the games were all a hit with the family. Definitely recommend a visit!

Just took one of my kids to play games and it went well. We ended up playing the vr godzilla game last and that game is really fun but holy shit if you jump scare easy you are gonna scream. I don't jump scare easy and almost screamed lol.

Overall, I was really impressed. However, there were servers on their phones, and while it was a slow day, I hope they do it somewhere private. The food I got wasn't bad it wasn't the best. I, of course, can only refer to the food that I ate.

The Chuck E'Cheese for adults. This place was super cool with arcade games and good food. Little bit of a wait with a large group but great service. Seems to be a local favorite chain.

I've been to D&B multiple times. Very fun place, great food, great service, great atmosphere. Never had a bad experience. Definitely recommend going, especially on Wednesday for 1/2 price games!

I got the steak salad bowl, it was supposed to come with a hard boiled egg and didn't so I asked them for one politely. They brought me a hard boiled egg with the shell still on. Never experienced something like that.

I did send a message to customer support as you said below so we will see if there is a response. I will update review accordingly. Usually we have good service but tonight was awful. The waitress was on her phone and we needed refills. There was hair in my food. Absolutely awful. Won't be back to eat again.

Can someone tell me why it feels like Dave and Busters set up to teach kids how to gamble? I'd say that easily more than half of the machines were games to win tokens to but prizes. I would not call this place an arcade at all. Also, the coin pushers are a joke. I hit a big stack of coins, and it did not add them back to my coin count. The purpose of a coin pusher is to drop coins to earn more, to then, in turn, drop them again. Also, so many unsupervised kids running around.

I had so much fun with my husband and teens. I gave it a 3 because I thought the games were really expensive. We have lots of casinos with arcades in NV like this and they are much more affordable. Also, how do you have an arcade without skeeball?! I was so bummed that game wasn't there. We will be back but not often. We didn't eat any food there so can't comment on that.

I have a kid and he's autistic, he always refuses to sit on a high chair because he's always scared, the lady up front gave us a table with high chairs, I asked her if she had a boot table because my kid was autistic and refuses to sit in high chair, she said no I don't this is all I have! When clearly she had two boot available, she didn't even said if your able to wait I can get you one! She only said sorry that's all we have! Fun place for kids and adults alike. The service was excellent, our server, while being terribly busy (I saw him running around to different tables constantly), still made sure to check on us and make sure we had full water, beer, drink, etc. Even brought the kids extra pickles when they liked them. My only complaint is it's pretty noisy. As someone who struggles with hearing, it made conversations difficult. But the food, fun and service made up for it.

We went on a Friday evening at 6 pm. There were maybe 5 tables of people seated which really surprised me. I figured on a beautiful Friday evening it would be packed. Our waitress was really amazing, our food was okay, there was quite a wait and maybe only four tables seated so that was a little surprising. We had a group of 40 for a social event, and the experience was not great. Reservation was placed weeks in advance and it took and hour and ten minutes for all tray platters to be brought out. A majority of our group ended up buying there own food and everyone agreed it did not taste well. I would not recommend for a big group experience. Planning seemed lacking with management.

The lady by the prize area was bossy and rude, the whole experience was more expensive than necessary. Just absolutely stupid that you'd end up paying about $130 to have a good time and end up with a mediocre time and treated by staff like they don't want you there. Would not recommend going here.

We had a 40th birthday celebration there. The atmosphere is great. The service was outstanding. They made it feel like they were all part of the family. The food was good, some was very good. The games are fun. We had a nice time. We had a group of 12 family and friends. All adults except one. The adults enjoyed the games. Some had drinks with alcohol that they liked. Games are fun, but go on Wednesday when it's half price on games. Food is awful! Too salty! Couldn't even eat the fries and fried pickles. Server came once to get order and drop off check. Spent 400 dollars here and was kicked out because I brought my boy to the bar to order a lemonade and Was told kids cannot be at the bar but what choice do you leave patrons when you have nobody serving in the gaming area. Came in 8/23/24 around 10 went and sat at the bar. Bartender took 5 minutes to even acknowledge us. Finally comes and takes our drink order then goes around to the other side and took two other drink orders from two other groups makes them then walks back to our side and ignores us again we sat there for about twenty minutes before finally leaving. Thomas has the best customer service I've ever encountered with Dave and busters on the game floor. (Not sure his job title) Food took a little while but it was delicious, worth the wait. I like how well the machines are taken care of. I've noticed people going around cleaning them which was nice and comforting! Winner circle has prize options for everyone! Definitely enjoy going!

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the price. My kids pick Dave and Busters for their birthdays and its always fun and great but it is so expensive. The games are fun, the prizes are pretty good too. The food is also good and all of the times weve been there, the staff was awesome as well! We will keep coming back!

My husband and I went here last week for his work party and it was so fun. The staff was super friendly. I didn't catch his name but he was helping out behind the ticket counter. Literally, amazing guy (longish brownish hair). He was super nice!! First time there was awesome!

My daughter and I went to D&B today when they opened. We were seated right away and our waitress was there to great us instantly. Our services was excellent because our waitress was the best. She was very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and we did not have to wait long before receiving it. The games were so much fun. So after years since my last trip from one on the east coast I went back. Had the uptown burger and truffle fries. Needless to say, it was amazing. The flavors blended perfectly.
