The atmosphere is exactly what you expect of an arcade. The food was mediocre. Chicken sandwich came out with a soggy un. If you don't like soggy butter drenched pretzels, I suggest asking them to hold the Garlic butter, and the fish and chips is not served as pictured (much smaller and fewer pieces). This place is awesome, but it does take some time to get used to. You'll need a card or a digital one to play, which you can set up through the app to pay for game credits. They have kiosks to help with this, too. As I mentioned in my previous review, the host staff is completely inattentive and unfriendly. This was my first time going here and I am very very disappointed. Ordered boneless bites , they ran out of celery, ordered chicken strips got 4 little pieces with no flavor ordered cauliflower, they ran out of that so got the Brussel sprouts, which were burnt and had no flavor at all , tasted like I was eating air , got a bacon cheeseburger, it was so greasy couldn't finish it . I wasn't super impressed compared to my first visit in September. It was overly busy, so I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt. However, my food portion lacked, and my first beer was from the bottom of the keg. Hoping for improvement on my next visit.

We waited 30 minutes just to order drinks after being seated to the point that we had to ask what the issue was. This was our second experience of waiting long for service. The first time we figured it was because they had just opened. This time they were not that busy. Food was good. It took another 15 minutes for to-go boxes & another 20 minutes for the check. The atmosphere is amazing - lots of games to play and tons of TVs to watch sporting events. The salads and burgers are excellent. The service hasn't been the best when we've come here. Today, Jack, who works behind the bar, was the best bartender yet. Constantly checking in on us and making sure our drinks were filled after other employees avoided us for over 10 mins.

Only reason it did not get 5 stars was because location is less then a week old yet there arcade machines keep breaking or freezing up. Staff are very helpful and nice. Food was good. Super overpriced for what you get, $375 for 6 people and the arcade games aren't like they used to be, they take 8 or 10 tokens for 15 seconds of play time and the ticket payout is super low for the reward prices. Just disappointing, the kids card is constantly empty and she didn't earn enough tickets for a decent reward even though we loaded $80 onto the card.

Very busy, bustling yet FUN atmosphere. The Wait Staff and the Food are really particularly excellent. The games are FUNbelievable! No long waits for food! Had a reservation for 10:30pm for a date night tonight and waited and waited and waited for 25 minutes and our server never even came to our table. I don't understand because it was very slow and all the wait staff and a few managers just stood around laughing and talking. Got up and left and will never go back. Came for my daughter's birthday. We've been to Allentown many times. Was told an hour wait for a table so we decided to play games instead of eating there. For a new building in a big market they failed. Way too small and cramped. Could hardly move without getting bumped into. Not many games the kids wanted to play. The price per game was higher. Sam was our server on Sunday afternoon and she provided excellent service. She was nice, attentive, and very informative of the specials going on. We even purchased our power cards through Sam! We will absolutely be returning and requesting Sam for next time.

Kids were really disappointed. We bought the unlimited pass for January and February and each visit you need to reactivate the cards. After an hour of trying management couldn't get our cards activated. By that time they just wanted to go home. Waste of money.

I love the location.. atmosphere and the game selections. Staff provided great service. I ordered the pork ribs and chicken fingers for the other order. The quality of the chicken was stringy. And the ribs were not as tender as I would have liked them to be. Perhaps baby back ribs may be a better menu option and perhaps easier to be tenderized. I enjoyed my time here and hope to go back. We went there for the first time and had the game card promo. We all.ordered it and gave the kids the cards. It was honestly really fun. Between all of we had the All American Cheeseburgers and boneless wing bites. The kids were full on the wing bites and they both liked them. The Cheeseburgers were huge and the portion of fries were big as well. My burger was a little cold but nothing make a fuss. We didn't get offered refills but we all asked for water beforehand. Yesterday my husband and I went to Dave n Buster's by us for the first time and I wanted to be impressed. I really did, but we just didn't get that WOW factor when we went in there. Went for a late dinner on 6/6 at about 9:30 and ended up staying until 11:50. It was relatively busy, but we got all our food in about 20-25 minutes after being seated. We had the barbicoa fries and a couple different Flatbreads. This place is awesome. I've never been to another so I can't compare but it's super fun. I do wish there were more video games though. I'm not into the skill games. I also think the food was better when they first opened. My fish and chips batter keeps leaking in oil. I don't think they're being gentle when placing it in the fryer. I visited for the first time today and hand trouble with the virtual card thing on my phone that had my tokens for the games so I asked the hostess for help. We came opening week during lunch time While we didn't eat and just played I wanted to leave our experience. We were welcomed the second we walked inside. The woman was very nice and walked us to a kiosk to get a power card. I had bought one the day before on my phone since there was a 20 for 20 offer. Dave and Busters is the place to be in Scranton! This restaurant is one of my favorite places to go. I've visited the restaurant 4 times since it has opened and my experience has been extremely positive and pleasant each time. Just when I don't think it can get any better, it does. Servers, managers, and other staff members are constantly checking in and asking about our experience and if there's anything they can get us or do to make the experience even better.
