Love love this place.. went on my birthday. ddnt make no reservation and was placed on wait list which was totally fine. The waiting when we finally got a table was a bit long though... games were fire though had a wonderful time

This was the first time I have ever been to a D&B, there was A LOT to offer! We spent around 4 hours there as a couple sharing one card and it was perfect! Those memories created will be remembered forever. I enjoyed the pickles, my husband enjoyed the cheese sticks. Our server Alyssa was very sweet! We got tons of ducks!! That was probably our favorite part! The pixel game too was really fun!!

This is a very nice D&B located in Schaumburg with two stories of fun. Was there during lunch and the place seemed a little under staffed. No one was around to greet us but once we got someone's attention, we were seated and attended too. The staff was very helpful even though they were being asked to do multiple jobs. The food is good. We typically just order appetizers and eat & play. This seems to be the best for this type of venue. I will say, the pretz dogs missed the mark during this visit. Hard as

I was sad my Addison location closed, but after visiting here for the first time I was happy. The food quality here was awesome. I got the cheese burger and my kid got the pizza. Both were great. The games were all working and newer since this location is new, I assume.

First off I wish I got the supervisors name that helped me because he was awesome. My son dropped his play card and couldn't find it with 1800 tickets on it, the supervisor looked up my purchase and got the card number from the lost card and found out someone used the tickets. He added 1800 tickets back to my son?s card so my son could pick out prizes. Very good experience and very kind of him! Thank you!! Sorry I didn't get your name cause I would love to tell your boss how amazing you were to my son. ?? F

I went to Dave and Busters Wednesday night with my son. Took a while to get seated because there was no one seating people. Took a while to have a waitress come over to take our order, but when she did she was very kind and helpful. When the bill came she had a handheld terminal and I tapped my card, did the tip, and got the notification on my phone that the charge was on my banking app. Great, it's 6:30, time to play games. Except it wasn't. The waitress said her terminal still showed I needed to pay. Eas

went to dave & busters for appetizers and games! tried the pretzel dog bites and mozzarella sticks, which were both very tasty! lots of arcade games to enjoy!

Great spot for date night!! Air hockey, Mario Cart and more!!! The foods phenomenal and they have an extensive gluten free menu! Shout out to Dante for serving us with personality and humor!! All the staff was incredibly kind and made our night more than memorable!!!

The staff here is OUTSTANDING. The communication about the details before the party with Sussy was great and Sean who helped us the day of the party was so nice. We had the best time! Our server Steve went above and beyond the entire party and anything I needed he made it happen. We are so happy that we chose this location for our son?s birthday. I came to this location to drop my sons cake off 2 hours before my event and didn't have a chance to call and the ladies working the bar downstairs stopped what th

We had the pleasure of having Alexa As our server! She was amazing it was our daughter?s golden birthday and she made sure to be attentive and friendly! Not only that she was confident and made everything easy and great for us! Hoping to see her again soon!

Over priced for the game card, you get 100 chips for $20. Pretty much all the games required over 7 chips per swipe. When we asked to be seated, they told us 30 minutes which turned to 50 as they only had 3 servers. Beer prices were $10 per glass. Food: they don't understand Flat Bread, it looked more like unbaked pizza dough with lots of cheese, Brussel Sprouts were un-cooked, 4 of our other items were not brought out due to short staff, and the mgr came by and apologized. The only good thing was the pla

I took my son to D&B for his birthday along with sis and her family. Everyone had a great time! Dinner was great, service was top notch, and everyone had a blast playing games afterwards.

False advertising and poor service ? disappointing experience Review: I visited Dave & Buster?s expecting a good meal, but the experience was disappointing from both the kitchen and the staff. I ordered the St. Louis-style ribs, which the menu described as ?basted in honey BBQ & slow cooked in house.? What I got were very spicy and tough ribs, with no trace of the sweetness that honey BBQ usually implies. I mentioned this to the server, and he told me it was buffalo sauce. I pointed out that the menu cle

Opening day was awesome! The new location is great. Service was top notch. Cora was our bartender and she was so kind and the drinks were delicious. All the staff were great! The bacon burger with fries and chicken tenders were both amazing. The backwoods blueberry lemonade drink and dangerous waters island punch were really good. Lots of awesome games, including some cool virtual reality games. The place is huge with two bars, upstairs and downstairs. The backwoods blueberry lemonade drink and dangerous wa

I will start by saying this place is clean and although we haven't had the food yet this place is our go to. Wednesdays are the day to go if you want to enjoy good deals on drinks and games. This place is not close to me at all but there are 2 staff members that keep us coming back and that's Natalie and Adrian. They make us feel comfortable and are always attentive to us. We enjoy them a lot, I hope they're around for a while. Can't see myself going back if they leave.

The food was SO GOOD, not what I expected at all! The staff wasn't very friendly or helpful. We got seated at a dirty table that we had to ask to be cleaned. Spending our tickets was hard when the staff didn't speak to you and mumbled with hands over their face.

Good food, no organization nor communication on the billiards. Per our host- There was a private event that ended at 3, the system is first come first serve. I checked in at the bar (they are in charge of the billiards) and there was no wait list or ticket system. The bartender said ?no worries, I'll remember who you are? although I'm unforgettable (sarcasm inserted) in a busy atmosphere I didn't find that reassuring. By 3:10 I checked in with the event manager who said the tables would be available at 3:30

Such a mixed review. The employees were extremely friendly, the venue is clean and very fun. Now the service in the restaurant was horrible and there were only five tables being waited on. My son started a tab at the bar next he and the rest of us sat all together at a huge table. Waiters walked past us at least ten times with nobody taking an order for a table of nine people. Eventually, I walked up to the hostess and asked for a waiter. After another 15 minutes I walked up to the bartender and asked if I

We had such a great experience at the Dave & Buster's in Schaumburg, all thanks to Melissa Kavanagh (original post had the wrong name )! She went above and beyond to make sure our visit was enjoyable. She personally came to our table to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly, which already made us feel welcome. But what really stood out was how she helped when my niece and son were having trouble getting the rubber ducks they wanted. Instead of brushing it off, Melissa had an employee come ov

I'll leave a better review next time after I try out some of the newer games. We went to Kurimu and decided to check out the newest D&B location. I love that they kept games on both floors like how GameWorks had it. Restrooms can also be found on both floors and they were clean. You can eat downstairs but they also have a bar upstairs. Plenty of seating in both areas. There's an elevator if you're handicapped/have a stroller or just plain lazy. Judging from the appearance itself, it looks way better than th

Ribs fell off the bone! Very meaty BBQ sauce was full of flavor. Great price $18.95 half slab. Filled me up... I upgraded to Cesar salad instead of fries at a very affordable price as well. Server took great care.

This was by far the best experience my friends and i ever had at any Dave and Busters! We were at the upstairs bar today and the bartender Gianna was OUTSTANDING! The Barbacoa fries were yummy and i love how big the place is! We will definitely be back!

This place is new, it was clean and has two floors for you to enjoy and play. There is an area for private parties. The food was good, and service too. I visited, because me and my family lije to visit the D&B at Rosemont.

Great Family Fun at Schaumburg Dave & Buster?s I'm glad Schaumburg picked up a Dave & Buster?s location after the Addison one closed?it's an easy ride down 290 and well worth the trip. The venue has a great mix of games spread across two floors, with plenty of ticket games that are actually easy to win, which made it especially fun for the kids. The food and service were excellent. I had the All-American Smash Burger?juicy and perfectly cooked. Another dad in our group tried the boneless wings and gave th

The restaurant area is run by the most unprofessional people. Approximately 70% of the tables are empty another 15 are dirty with dishes and they put you on the waiting list for 45 minutes. This place is loosing money like crazy !!! Hey owners open your eyes and do something. You have the hostess taking and laughing with bartenders for 10 minutes upstairs and a line of approximately 15 people waiting to get on the 45 minutes waiting list. That's crazy

This was our first time here. We all had a blast!! There were plenty of games and it wasn't overly crowded. The food was excellent and our waitress was really nice and attentive!!

Decided to go here for a daddy/daughter day. I haven't been to this exact location since it was Gameworks, and let me tell you, DnB doesn't compare. First, pricing. The games are overly expensive per play. Most seem to average $1.50 a play and 80% of the venue is ticket games. So $1.50 for a 10 second game. And with so many ticket games their prize pricing is on the high side, 320 tickets got 3 pieces of candy. Over all, it was about $110 for food and games for 2. That's extreme! Also, don't do what I did

poor service? was told to see host to be seated but host has not been on its station for more than 10 min? no one checks in if how your food is?.. might be different for other person but this what we experienced when we went at this location? other than that you have to come see someone to attend your needs.. nice place poor on service?

Did not honor half price meals. 20 to 30 min wait at the bar on a Wednesday as the employee wanted to gossip with her friends. I spoke with the manager and had to push our dinner reservation out as we were still waiting at the bar. We were the only other people at the bar. Took over an hour to get food. Staff did not credit my rewards account for the food order. Showed them the app showing 1 credit per dollar spent but they didnt honor that. Got in line 15 min before happy hour ended. Took them that entire

Okay place, the girls at the entrance were double their thighs talking not paying attention on us, they should be much faster and friendlier. The place was completely empty and they seated us in a corner, unbelievable. The waiter tried to be funny but didn't succeed. And just because I asked for an easy on ice cocktail, it doesn't mean he should bring me a glass full of ice. No one asked for the bill, but he brought it when he decided to and dropped it on the table. All in all, it's okay, but I don't think

My husband and wanted to have dinner here, the girl at the front sat us down at the booth downstairs. No one came up to us to ask us if we wanted a drink or what we wanted to order. Every worker that was working tonight was too busy talking behind the bar with each other. Waitress and manager both walked past our table TWICE! After 20 mins of waiting and our stomachs growling from being so hungry my husband and I got up and left. Won't be coming back here ever again due to the poor service we just received.

Natalie was an AMAZING bartender. Everytime we come in she takes such great care of us. Shes the only bartender who when sees me coming has my drink ready for me as I'm settling in and we love that. Shes always so sweet to us with her bubbly personality ?? KEEP UP THE GREAT HOSPITALITY! We had bad experiences from the past from other bartenders so we make sure we come in during her shifts. Me and my friends LOVE her.

My company had our holiday party here. So there is an upstairs with seating for parties but there is not enough seating, I think they are hoping people will eat and dissipate to the games, but most people will get a seat and keep it so more seating would really be nice. The food was not done in timely manner and at a consistent rate which sucks. We had a few hundred people so it was a little crazy. We all had fun. The prizes seem to be a little more realistic for ticket value!

I was part of a large party for the trivia night but I arrived about 20 minutes late (as others also arrived later) and the waiter assigned to our table never took my order. He revisited the table multiple times. I did try to flag him down to let him know I wanted to place an order but he told me he'd be back and never took my order. He still tended to the other people at the table. I was left out. Another waitress (Alexa) dropped drinks off at our table and I asked her if I could place an order. She did s

Went here with my girlfriend and we both had an awesome time!! Great selection of games on two different floors. We had the truffle fries and the chicken pot stickers as a snack and they were sooooo good! Had one small issue where we had to wait for a manager at the prize area for 15 or so minutes to verify my game card (I won too many jackpots lol) but other than that the service was wonderful!! Will definitely come back whenever I'm in the area :)

Edwin was my server and he was the best server I've had by far since I've been coming here, great energy, talkative, personality is great and overall the best!! Will be looking out for him every time

Food was ok, not as advertised with pool tables while you wait... Pool tables(2) are reserved for parties first and you have to wait another half hr after party for clean up. never got to play pool and spent over 120 with tip seemed like a waste because tables were hardly used. Main event will be go to from now on.

This place opens today! 02/26/2024 at 11 am! I had the pleasure of enjoying this place before it actually opened. It's a one-stop shop....food, sports, games, drinks, party needs, and family-friendly. It's a must go.

My kids really loved the Addison Dave and Busters for the amount of games offered that were great for all ages. This location is very, very small and definitely geared toward adults. Not many games for kids, and way too many coin pushers. Feels more like a casino than an arcade. My kids spent most of their time wandering around trying to find something to play. We were very disappointed, but if you like a more adult, gambling oriented arcade you may enjoy it. Skip it if you're looking to take your kids to a

I am writing this review for the family budget-conscious reader. I am comparing Dave & Buster's in Schaumburg, IL., Main Event in Hoffman Estates, IL., Enterrium in Woodfield Mall, Velocity Esports in Woodfield Mall and Chuck E. Cheese in Streamwood, IL. Game Variety: ??? Tons of games and all new, but the number of tables eat up most of Dave & Buster's. They have always been known to lean more toward the adult clientele than kid clientele, but this had to be the most I have ever seen eaten up by food tabl

This is a nice, new, clean Dave and Busters location but compared to what it replaced (Gameworks) there's seemingly fewer games (or more large games?). The restaurant and bars are huge, but service was dreadfully slow. In our server?s defense, she was the only one assigned to a section that looks to have about 30 tables in it, but it shouldn't take 10+ minutes for a beer and 20+ just to get our food order? when only 4 of those tables are full. The food itself was fine, though. No complaints. Only other c

My only issue is with the bar upstairs. We have gone here twice and each time we have had some sort of issue. First of which I ordered my drink and was told ?got it? and in the time it took the bartender to say that she forgot and it took her at least 20 minutes to come back for me to remind her. The second my husband went to order two beers and was gone nearly 30 minutes. I went to check on him and not only had the bartender not even taken his order another patron felt so bad she even paid for our beers.

I want to give a big shoutout to Dave and Buster?s for an incredible experience! A special kudos to Natalie and our server Jackie for their outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond to accommodate our big family event, ensuring everything went smoothly. The family had an amazing time and was absolutely overjoyed with all the fun and exciting features this place has to offer. From the games to the food, everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you again for helping make our family gatheri

Met an employee, Leon for the first time last night, and I'm glad I did! First, my wife needed help with a claw machine, which he was happy to send someone over right away. He even gave my wife a prize for the inconvenience, which she was super happy about since it was her birthday, unbeknownst to Leon. Later on, my silly daughter ran into a table and started bleeding. He just so happened to be the first person I ran into looking for a cup, and again, he helped right away. He offered ice as I was walking ou

Failure to meet basic expectations of service from managers found in the restaurant. Took just under 2 hours to eat and get our bill, with over an hour of that waiting for "unlimited" wings. Our server was fantastic and the manager was miserable and combative with us. Unsure of the disconnect between the servers and managers, but being told "you ordered wrong" by a manager isn't really a respectful or expected behavior of a customer service representative. Miss the Gameworks that was here prior, hope it c

This place is a major disappointment, been here for over 10 min at the bar, still no service. And it's dirty, the bar is sticky nasty, old drinks and food on the bar top,i had to clean it myself. I would not recommend it. Gameworx was much better.

The worst food I ever ate. I feel like throwing up after eating the strawberry cake and vegetarian pizza. Fells like poor quality not fresh food filled with preservatives and cooked with old oil ???? very disappointed after spending 53 dollars for food

In 2023 we went to Dave & Buster's in Addison and the food was great. The Games were fun and all around the kids had a great time. In 2024, the Addison location is closed and now in Schaumburg. Maybe it is from the move, maybe people aren't trained yet but the food was overcooked and dry, some of the games weren't working properly. Still a fun time but the food was disappointing.

Service was slow. The servers were all next to the bar talking to each other and watching games. The bill came wrong and I had to ask for it to be reviewed after paying. The arcade games were good and was the only part of the experience that I will repeat. Edited as yiu can by the responce they didnt even offer to correct the mistake and fix the bill!

Family night out for my family of 5.. Alondra made our visit so smooth. She was super helpful, nice and always had a smile on her face. She made sure we had everything we needed & checked in on us frequently. She even interacted with my kiddos, they also mentioned how nice she was. Keep up the great work Alondra.

I'd give 0 stars if it wasn't for our amazing waitress Tequila!!!! Our food took an hour and a half to get to us (not our waitresses fault) when we ordered all you can eat wings, they kept going to the upstairs people and not us. My sister spoke to the manager and (the manager) aggressively started to get into a verbal altercation with my sister; stating that it's OUR FAULT for not ordering correctly. Thank goodness the general manager came in for the rescue! Unfortunately we won't be back and the lesson in

Stopped in with the small group just to go to the bar. I stood at the corner of the bar to order drinks for our group, and a young woman started taking my order, but then seemingly disappeared to make someone else?s drinks. I would?ve rather been acknowledged, but then told I'll be with you in a few minutes then too take my order and then make me feel ignored by making someone else?s. To add insult to injury, another server offered to help me a couple minutes later but the first bartender said no him ?I go

We had an issue with the waitwr iver charging us. The manager wasnt availabke to do the refund and I was informes they would call later. Manager never called and charge was never corrected. Watch your receipt when visiting Dave and Buster!

The food was amazing the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls are amazing of course I killed it in all the games

Complete order took hour and half and can in three phases?that's after they figured out 1/3 of the order was missing!! Food was amazing though, and after the manager found out about this mess she corrected it. She didn't charged the missing food and provided game cards for the kids?really was professional.

We had a great time here on a Wednesday night! As soon as we walked in, 2 employees greeted us with a smile and walked us to our table. Dinner tasted great (we had a Cali Avo Caesar Salad Bowl and a Southwest Salmon Bowl). Our server was very attentive and friendly. Games were fun too! I just wish there was another dance rhythm game (there's only one). A really great experience overall; we will be back!

The staff were overly nice. They were helpful and efficient especially the server. I had the best experience at Dave and Busters and the best server hands down! She was phenomenal! Thank you so much for making my daughter?s birthday smooth and special! Everyone to the managers and people in charge that day were awesome! Job well done!

Definitely one of the nicer Dave & Buster's in the area. The unique 2-story layout really puts the facility over the top, especially compared to the Addison location. Since it is relatively new, the games, floors, tables, and everything else was very clean. Food is decent for the money. I recommend Buster's Bacon Burger. Lastly, the staff is very helpful and friendly. I'm looking forward to coming back.

This was a nice surprise! Did not realize one opened up where the old Gameworks was. Nice and convenient, closer than the other two locations. Staff was very friendly and welcoming when we came in. Place was very clean and had a decent amount of people there (for 10AM on a Wednesday). Kids enjoyed their time. Both floors had a good selection of games and most of the machines worked. It is very nice having newer facilities. Will be coming back in the future

Not a lot of variety and most games were 7-10 points per play. There's a few machines like skeeball and basketball that would take the money but not let you play.

Went there last Sunday and left unhappy. Our Family of 4 wanted to sit down and eat after gaming & before our hour drive home. Got seated by the hostess, waited close to 15 minutes with absolutely nobody acknowledging us. At 1 point the guy bartender asked another employee " who's table is that" ( talking about us) the male employee says ( idk not my problem) after that we waited a few more minutes and still nobody! We just got up and left. A bunch of immature lazy children working here. Never wasting our t

The place is good but the hostess are horrible I reserved for 3 people they told me waiting time was 45 mins when there was empty tables. I waited for 50 mins and never got a message so I went to ask and the hostess rudely told me there was priorities and I have to wait another 30 mins while 2 of the hostess talking and flitting with the security guy. Unprofessional people.

OK, I don't know where to start but let me tell start by saying the food is horrible. It comes to you ice cold. The brussels sprouts were so hard that I actually cracked a tooth on them. The cauliflower there was four pieces in it. The mac & cheese was ice cold when he came to us, they brought me something with peanuts in it when I told him I had a peanut allergy . Good thing our waiter caught it because I will say that the waiter was great. ? The kitchen really lacks , two things were made completely wrong

Angela was great with her service. Only gave 4 stars because she was the only one willing to help. She deserves 5 stars.

Generous 2/5. The food and drink service takes way to long. The selection of games is very subpar. The original gameworks and the enterrium arcade down the street have better games. No claw machines which is crazy for a modern arcade. This place did not use the spacing well after the gameworks closed. 70% of the spacing is dedicated to bar and food area and It gets insanely crowded on weekends. There are 2 pool tables that just never seem to be available. If you are looking for an arcade, enterrium and espo

Fun times! The game selection was not bad but could be better. Food was good. Dan our server was super kind with my autistic client and Shawn the manager went above and beyond in trying to get me a copy of my receipt after the token card kiosk malfunctioned. For our first time at Dave and busters we had a lot of fun. Will definitely be back.

We recently made a reservation for a small marriage gathering on a Saturday late afternoon. I absolutely need to mention that our 2 servers were soooooo WONDERFUL!! Not only were they on high alert in our reserved area but they made sure to keep themselves visible when our party was out playing games also! The food was delicious. Dave and busters staff were at every turn in the building in case they were needed for anything. It was very busy but also very clean, and all the games were working! Most importan

My son and I had a great time. Food came out fast . Burger and tenders tasted good

Ezekiel is such an amazing worker. Everytime I come at this location I'm always greeted with Ezekiel's charismatic energy and I can really tell that Ezekiel enjoys his job here at this location. Ezekiel was having a computer issue one time I was there getting some tokens and Ezekiel went above and beyond to make sure not only I was taken care of, but that my rewards tokens were placed on my gamecard. By Ezekiel doing that it made me realize that every worker here specifically Ezekiel really wants to bring a

DDR clone Step Mania X. Its good.

The food and games were amazing! Make sure you play the VR racing game and the UFC fight game

I would not recommend bring toddlers as the manager made it clear this was an arcade geared to 21-35 year olds. They don't have anything for little ones to win in the prize area, there's just no way a kid under 5 could win that many tickets.. not even a tootsie roll to choose from!

We loved the rubber ducks upstairs at this D&B and collected so many ducks, it was addictive. The games here were different than other D&Bs we have visited and we loved that. The racing game where the cars actually moved (I think it was Fast & Furious) AMAZING! They have upstairs and downstairs with an elevator. They have plenty of private rooms for parties. I think there was a corporate party there at the time. We ate appetizers (wings, cheese sticks, and pot stickers) the food was fine.

Now I'm not the person to complain about some arcade like this since I'm a 14 year old with maturity to make reviews. However, me and my mother went today for some fun before my first day of freshman year (which is in five days). Everything was fine, however, this place was majorly understaffed. I'll just say that some people were working the front desk, and the others were at the bar or chatting with each other. While my mom went to the bar to give me a blue raspberry slushy, I drank it. It was EXTREMELY S

Everyone here is amazing! We had an eight top table for 4 adults 4 kids. We ate and played. Our server, Adriana, was super friendly, helpful and experienced. We had an issue with one of the burgers, so Adriana immediately put in a new request. Kuddos to Dakota too, for taking the time to assure me they're taking care of the problem. Melissa, the manager, also came by to talk. She's very customer oriented, friendly and professional. Corporate D&B personnel, please know that you've got a great bunch working

Horrible customer service. Management is a joke. Especially Emily. The Brussels spouts were hard. The cauliflower was warm on the outside and ice cold in the inside raw and not cooked. I didn't even want to complain but when Emily and management asked about things I gave my truthful answer and was treated bad for it and called names. I'm so disappointed. We would always go to the Addison location and had a great time. Run far away from the Schaumburg location it's worth the drive to Rosemont instead. If I c

Great place, service was excellent and very impressed with meal selection and quality of food. Drinks were very standard but a good and honest pour.

Went and stood there for15 minutes. They were not busy they just ignored me. I asked if I could be seated and he walked away . This was part of my big shopping day and you ruined it. Now I'm at smashbuger.

The venue overall is pretty nice. Not congested like other D&B locations. The food was awesome and the staff is really friendly. My only critique is on the location of some of the games, most notably the StepManiaX dance game. Not sure why this was put by the restrooms. First off, very tacky. Second, it's a very obscure location that makes it hard to see unless you're really looking for it. Advice to the management, please move this to a location that isn't so hidden, especially since it's a highly popular

Dave & Buster's delivered an unexpected delight, largely thanks to Lana, an employee whose passion and proficiency made our visit memorable. Her genuine care and technical savvy, especially when swiftly resolving a game issue, transformed our evening into a nostalgic adventure. Lana's vibrant personality and dedication to customer happiness didn't just fix games; it fixed our spirits, making us feel like kids again. The arcade itself has evolved impressively, boasting high-tech VR games and innovative expe

Great lively atmosphere for an arcade and game are as expected for a Dave and Buster?s. If you need a date spot just hit the arcade and skip the bar and food. There are a lot of young adults and children to make a family friendly feel. Maybe it was just the freak accident of the ordering system going down on my visit but the majority of visit was spent waiting foodless/serviceless. The waiter disappeared, the head waiter disappeared, and the manager couldn't read the room after 1+ hour post order gap.

I had a blast here with my dad! The games were so much fun! It is quite pricey though.

Overall, I wasn't too impressed with the opening week of this location. I went to this location on 02/26/24 and 02/28/24. The pros were how close this location is to me compared to other locations, and you get a lot of tokens with these games compared to other locations. The quality, amount, and diversity of games were adequate, to say the least. Some major cons were the number of staff that were still being trained and not knowing how to do their job. I had Flay as my server on the day of opening, and he h

Took my granddaughter Emily for her first time I had a lot of fun watching her and playing myself

The food is very good quality and well portioned. Was apprised how tasty the food was and love the drink specials. Being a newer facility makes the environment confidante and they have a bigger selection of games than the other local dave and busters

Food was ok. Some games are broken or out of order and it still takes your points. Some games are too short for the amount of points it takes.

D&b is always the best time, no matter what, of course there busy and people have to wait, if you go to the er room you wait for hours before seen, so don't let the haters bring your spirit down. Those are usually people that live there life that way Karen's and Joe's anyway get back to my visit the best time, food and service no issue. This servy is for the whole staff of d&b.

We had a pleasant time during spring break, although it was busy we were still able to enjoy ourselves. We had some issues with our play card and Chris the amusement manager was able to take care of it and provided amazing customer service. We will for sure be back as we had a wonderful experience overall.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.

Are virtual reality games in arcades worth playing?

Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
