Customer Reviews

First time to D&B. Took the front counter staff a little bit to address us. We were seated but it took a good bit for our server to come. Luckily, Nikki came to the rescue. She was very attentive. We had just ate so we ordered appetizers. They were good. I was kinda shocked by the price of the game cards and that they charge an activation fee for new card. We had to load our son?s (15yo) card twice. $27 each time + $5 activation fee. He didn't really didn't have much play time. Not someplace we wil

Had such a fun time with my friends! Arcade for all ages and all the machines are in perfect condition. Plus you can watch games and eat inside the restaurant. And don't forget to pass by the ticket area to collect a prize in the end

We went to Dave & Buster's and for the first time, I truly felt well taken care of. Gavin, our server, was absolutely awesome?attentive and friendly throughout. Erin, our hostess, was incredibly polite and kind. The food was very good, and we got it fast. All the staff was very friendly and attentive. Great service and great food?thank you all for a wonderful experience!

Overall, this is a great place to unwind and enjoy some fun. The bar area is really nice, the restaurant staff are amazing, and the food is consistently 100% on point. The layout of the games throughout the building is well thought out, making it easy to navigate and enjoy. However, there are a couple of areas that could use improvement. The game machines could be cleaned more regularly?while it's definitely not a Chuck E. Cheese, the higher-end vibe of the place sets a certain expectation for cleanliness

Excellent and fast service, the food was fantastic and delicious, most of all, eat and play combo is back!!

We had a lot of fun here! We visited on our honeymoon for something fun to do. The food was good and they had a good variety of games. We both enjoyed playing games. It's a bit pricy but it was a fun date.

The food is usually good here but the other night I ordered the elotes cauliflower and it didn't look anything like the pictures, however the boneless wings were good.

So much fun - it was clean and had a good environment. The employees were all so nice

We have never been here before and I loved it! But for some reason I was under the impression that kids were not allowed or there are not very many kids, but there were in fact a lot of kids there. There were more kids playing the games than adults and we went on a Friday evening. That did not bother me, but it's just the impression I had from the TV commercials. Everything was really clean. We sat at the bar an hour bartender was wonderful. The bathrooms were really clean. All the games and the area around

They wouldn't seat us at a table, a family of 7, because the waiter only had so many tables he could serve at but yet there were PLENTY of empty tables with signs that said "see a waiter for seating". My daughter and son in law spent plenty of money on tickets for the kids but we couldn't order any food and there weren't any seats to rest on while grandchildren ran around and played games. I won't be back and I will not recommend this place to any one. I'm pretty sure my daughter won't be back either.

This place is a combo of gaming+food. If you are a lover of arcade games then you might want to visit this restaurant on Friday/Saturday night. They have a great collection of arcade games (adult+children). We tried playing couple of games until we got our table and we had so much fun. But, food was really disappointing. Fries were too greasy, bruschetta was something else with over fried bread and Korean sticky ribs was dry. Overall, food was below par and service was too slow!

My two children are eleven and six years old. They were playing the shooting buck game and I guess chose the option to shoot without aim. We didn't know what was wrong and we saw no indication that it was working. I swiped a few times because we were trying to do two player mode. I still thought it was not working even though I tried the gun myself. I let the prize box guy know, and he called someone over to come check. The guy that came and checked was rude. No empathy or understanding what the issue was.

I'll never be back to this location. The managers are literally no help at all for any issues. First was the issue with not being able to move my chips to another card, the manager said she has no power or any way to do anything. So I got to spend ANOTHER $150 on chips due to their incompetence. Secondly my son decided to switch his prize out with another one but they "have no way of exchanging" prizes. Ridiculous, every other location I've been to has been outstanding, but these kids working here are just

Fun place to take grown kids. During a weekday had no problems with waiting for a game we wanted to play. The appetizers we munched on were tasty as well. We will be back to play again! Love the old standbys as well as the newer games.

We didn't get food. Just a couple adult drinks. 2 drinks were 25 dollars total plus the 67 we spent on tokens. So we spent close to 100 dollars and had fun.

We went last night, and I ordered the chicken cantina nachos (about $17). I asked for no pico. No biggie right? The picture in the menu still LOOKS good without the pico. I wish I would have taken a picture of my plate but I was too busy trying wrap my head around what was given to me. I was FLOORED at the plate that was brought out to me. I would have been better off ordering queso and chips and a side of chicken because that would have cost less and I probably would have gotten more. The plate that was br

Came here at the request of my youngest daughter ?? we love it. Food wise in our four visits here this was probably the one time it did not exceed. The chicken was a little rubbery and the fries cool and way to salty but hey it was the atmosphere I'm here for to watch a game and let the kiddos play some games. For me the worst part was the long wait for the beer ?? but they were doing a keg swap so it was all good. Definitely be back and keep coming back!

It's gimmicky. Wouldn't be so bad if I could actually play more games. Imo, it's too expensive. Also, your guitar hero sucks. It has like 1/10th of the songs. The good songs take extra credits and half the time it's not calibrated....and the buttons are broken. I bet corporate could easily order replacement parts offline and fix them. Hell a new one is $125. And I know damn well the return on that machine alone is by now over 10,000%. So like. Make it better Dave. You're out here bustin my balls.

Great happy hour, food is really good. Nice place to have a fun with the whole family. Let's the kids play and enjoy the happy hour. All you can eat wings mo day and Thursday with a $10 play card.

Dave and Busters is part restaurant, part sports bar and alot of colorful games. It's next door to Malco Pinnacle movie threatre, so my friend and I planned dinner there. I hadn't been in years. There was a protein bowl on the menu that was healthy and tasted great. Our service was good. All the games are a bit much for me.

It's loud, but that's to be expected. You have to almost yell to order. Games are expensive so we usually try to go on unlimited 1 hour days or half price days. Kids always have a blast. This time their bathrooms were trashed, man behind the counter in prize booth area was just unfriendly and did not communicate anything. My daughter was terrified of him and he never would tell her what she had left on her card after purchasing something. The food is average, nothing special. Always took the waitress

I was very disappointed in this visit, the food item I always ordered had changed for the worst! I had no idea it had changed until it was delivered! There was a group of ten of us, and only two people stated their food was satisfactory. It reminded us of the statement...... "it doesn't matter about the quality of the food. People come for the atmosphere"

The games are by far the best in town, high tech, all working, easy to use. Food is slightly above average for a bar, but would eat somewhere else prior to possibly next time. Took much longer than expected. I would recommend the nacho appetizer and salads. Hot wings were smaller than expected, but the drinks were all good!

Dave and Busters is just a good fun place to go, really cool, and awesome atmosphere. This one is at Pinnacle Hills outdoor mall. Fun environment. I recommend the Strawberry Moscow Mule. LoL it was pretty Great.

Had my son's 14th Birthday party here. Was super fun. Made a reservation and the table was perfect. Service for a big party was great. My son got to play while his burger cooked and then we had cupcakes I brought in. We will be having every birthday party here from now on!

This place was ok. We paid $56 and my husband and I played for about 45 minutes and got about 500 tickets which like Chucky cheese it's worth much. It was clean and had a lot of game options which were nice.

I should?ve known better than to come to Dave and busters expected a decent steak. But did not expect it to be this bad. For $30 I had hoped that the steak I was about to order would taste somewhat good, but I as I damn wrong. Got our steak, fianc? started cutting into what was a 70% fat & tendon steak. We told the waitress and she said that was how ribeyes are supposed to be. To those who are considering eating here and possibly getting the steak, I advise to go elsewhere. Will definitely not be going back

Server didn't want to help us since we signed up for the $20 eat drink and play deal. checked on us about 2 times over that span of an hour, only got 1 refill on our drinks since she never came back, and we asked for another side of sauce for our wings but ended up waiting so long that the wings were stone cold (they were smoking hot when we got them). when we kindly ask to remake them since too much time has passed, she rolled her eyes and walked off. the manager stepped in and got our food. not even an ap

1st time going.... Meh. I probably won't go back tbh. I had the nachos, and I didn't like the chicken on them, and they were bland. My husband had a burger & fries that seemed basic. The drinks were good for sure. Games were kind of boring. It was fun and all but not really a place I'd return to spend my money. Reminded me of ChuckyECheese for adults. It's just ok.

Fun place to visit. They have a variety of arcade games. It's located next to an outdoor mall.

Went for the first time and definitely enjoyed ourselves. It was a little crowded but that is to be expected, and they were out of some menu items when we arrived unfortunately but what we did get was wonderful and our waitress was so kind and attentive even with so many other tables to look after. My husband loved the games and enjoyed the atmosphere. Definitely would return.

Fun place to come watch football and play some games. 30+ TV's and even more video games. Service is very friendly and fast. Only my child ate, looked good enough and was a sizable portion.

Pretty decent food if you are willing to wait. Staffing could be a lot better but with the current situation it is understandable. Because of limited staffing service was slow. Games and drinks are overpriced unless you go on the right day.

I am a pretty easy person to please. But Dave and Busters is 0 for 2 in the food department. The first time we waited for nearly half an hour for a waiter that never came. Staff just hanging around. Wasn't terribly busy but we never got service. When I asked why we hadn't been seen they acted like they didn't care. Also fine, we just ate somewhere else. But I was impressed by the fact that they reached out to apologize and offer gift certificates to come back and try again. Try again we did. Half way throug

The service bad and the ribs not have good taste

My daughter got an award at school and they gave her a ticket for one hour free play . There are some games it won't allow you to play however it does allow you to play the games to win tickets . HOWEVER when you take your card to the store to get a prize well I was told because it's an hour of free play tickets don't count . I explained to her that it allowed for us not to play other games so if it's allowing us to play the game, my daughter should still get the tickets butttttt no . The manager was rude a

They had a bunch of games, good food, and it was enjoyable for all of us. (The first time we went to D&B) We went there to celebrate our daughter's birthday and she loved it! Keep your card for the games (if you plan on returning) it will save you money ($3 for the card) and the credits can be used at a later date.

The food is EXCELLENT. The drinks are also great! Service was good as well. I would recommend Dave and Busters for a great day date!

The kids had fun. Meantime we had some drinks snacks and desserts

Outside of there not being any female servers on our visit which ruined the experience, we had an overall good time and food!! We played way longer than planned for the allotted time set by my son, but he was overall satisfied with the decision to stay longer in case it'll be a while before he can hang out with me again by himself or as a family.

Can't beat the value for quality food, entertainment and atmosphere. Best $12 burger around, try it, you'll see... Super cool crew as well, very fun and personable... Plus it's one of the only places around to play the most current arcade titles. We are very fortunate to have D&B in Rogers.

Love this place, games are fun, atmosphere is bright n loud like it's supposed to be :)

One of the best places in the area. We usually come here to watch UFC, they have a lot of big screens. Don't forget to come earlier or reserve your table if you are about watch big cards, it gets very crowded.

So much fun. Great date option. Lots of game to play. Some we could even do vs on! Enjoyed some drinks (recommend the strawberry watermelon margarita. Zach was a great server as well! Whole staff was helpful and friendly and explained things to us very well on our first trip!

Awesome place to get together with friends and family! The food was also very good! Recommend it!

Went there on a evening to hangout with some friends and absolutely loved the environment. Had parmesan garlic fries and they gave us on a plate which is almost sufficient for 2 people. The fries had the perfect seasoning of parmesan garlic and the dips were tasty. It was worth 10$. The vibe of Dave&Busters is so good. There were a lot of arcade games present and it is definitely a must place to visit on a friday evening.

Dave & Buster's in Bentonville, AR is a fun, creative place to bring the family. Delicious food, a huge game room with every type of arcade game you can imagine and big screen TV's everywhere! Our waiter was fantastic. We had the double pepperoni flatbread and split the philly cheese sandwich, and still had enough to take home for another meal for one. Highly recommend!

Kind of pricey but we had a good time anyhow. Nice variety in games, and our food was hot and as expected.

Didn't like that servers were unaware that $5 late night bites were not available despite the advertisements being on the table. If you don't offer a promotion during New Years and New Year?s Eve make sure your disclosures state that. No mention of this in the app and your staff seemed as surprised as I was.

Normally I really don't like to give bad reviews, but this was easily the worst dining experience I've had in NWA. The restaurant was completely empty and it took over 30 minutes to get a Diet Coke and over an hour before getting any food. The couple next to us had the same experience and sent their food back twice for being completely incorrect/food allergies. I will be back for games but never again for food. Waiting an hour an a half for the most mediocre meal was completely ridiculous.

Fun times! Smaller than other Dave and Buster's we've been to, but enjoyed our time here.

Every seat that wasn't occupied was dirty to sit at. I'm usually not one to complain, but bar tender gave us menus (that I had to ask for) and placed it around used cups and on top of salt and limes. Had to ask for her to clean up & the response was attitude-ish. I actually got the rag and spray she left near and cleaned up properly. Other than that, entertainment was cool.

We had an absolute blast at Dave and Busters! By far our favorite place to go for games. The food is pretty delicious as well, especially the nachos. Will definitely be returning!

The food was not great and the service was unacceptable. The games are really fun but a bit pricey. However, if you do spend the 100 dollars on a Powercard, it ends up being a good amount of play.

Great place for good fun. Expect to spend around 100 to eat and play. Good selection of games. Great selection of big screens to watch games. Cocktails are ok... food is good. Seems like they were short staffed so service was slow.

It's a decent place for kids, but it's WAY overpriced. The food is ok, but it's definitely an "eat at home" vibe.

Food portions were good, fries were awesome! Prices weren't too high, my wings had no where near enough sauce on them, idk if that's normal or just a one off but definitely more sauce needed on wings. Games were fun as well. It's a solid couples night out or great place for a double date. I'd definetely go again. This location in particular was overall good.

So much fun. Food and drinks were amazing! A little pricey but if your prepared to spend money then it's amazing! Me and my friends went out on a "mommys night out" so when we were getting chased by a 2 year old at 11:30pm it was a little frustrating... but other than that it was awesome!

Service was good... Food was OK although the Korean Ribs Appetizer was very good! Was slow comming out of the kitchen... Games are great as always... nice time to get out... recommend having dinner elsewhere ...

Staff was friendly, our food and drinks were good. Kids and big kids enjoyed the games

This place has an endless amount games to choose from. The prices are fair but not to expensive and you can actually walk in and play games without having to be registered for a table just like at a regular arcade. There plenty of tvs to cover the entire inside for your sports games. The bar sits in the middle and wraps around. The drinks are excellent. You can order beers from the bottle or on tap and they do mixed drinks also. They don't do specials for birthdays though. We paid $100 for game credits and

Honestly I felt like the food could have been better. I did not feel good about the burger that I had for lunch. My stomach was upset until dinner time. It made me feel like I should never go there for eating. One more thing, I ordered buffalo wing burger after looking at the contents, thinking that it's only chicken burger, but it had beef patty along with chicken. It's neither mentioned in the menu nor told by the server. They should change the menu contents. It's fun place for Kids and for people who lo

: Pretty good game area, but I come to eat. I've been to many Dave and Buster locations across the U.S. and this one definitely makes the best food! The salmon is awesome!

Under staffed and my wife got food poisoning from the chicken. Waited almost an hr for the same booth that was open when we walked past it to play while we waited. We even asked about the very same booth at check in.

This was our family's first time to a Dave & Busters... Girl at the front desk had no hospitality skills and acted like we were interrupting her text session. But, it got better... our waitress was wonderful, I let her know we were first timers and she was able to suggest how to buy game cards, typical prices of games, and about how long a card would last with 2 kids. Food was good (a little pricey, roughly $20 per person with an entree and drink). Purchased a card with 375 tokens and it lasted 2 kids about

Some white guy with blond wavy hair in the front thought he was the Main character acted rude to me for just asking if my food was ready or not even though he looked like baymax with hair

Had a really good time playing games. I played the game where you hold the handle and pull down (many times). I landed on 500 like 4 or 5 times. Each time you land on 500 you get a jackpot spin and twice I landed on 500 again so I got 2000 tickets for 2 of the 500 spins. I ended up with 10,000 tickets and someone gave me a 5,000 card so everything pictured minus the wireless charger I got for 10,000 tickets. I left a star off because some of the games didn't really let you play much at all even though they

Best Dave and busters we've been to anywhere. Clean. Well staffed. Good service. First time I have ever seen ALL the games working. Great experience.

I ordered the side of fried pickles and a Cesar salad. There was too much of the dressing in the salad and I had already paid. I politely sent my salad back. Even apologized to the waitress, I asked for the dressing on the side and when I got home there was literally next to nothing in my to go box for the salad. I got ripped off. I took pictures and I have a copy of my receipt. I spent over $18 and tipped the waitress. Who can I contact to fix this issue?

Limited to a staple bar food menu with slightly higher than average prices. Large selection of games to play, including ones for different ages. At 3pm on a Saturday the crowd was tame, but as it neared 5 the volume rose. All in all its nothing so special that it's competition can't still compete, nevertheless it's a great addition to NWAR.

Last time coming here, half price isn't half price. Employees had no idea that all there games are 5-6 chips per game now. Instead of it being a usual 3-5 per game on half price. The photo that I attached was taken on July 24, last Wednesday. I was also here last Friday and it was still the usual 3-5 chips per game. This is half price, what you have right now is not half price. Added photo of the exact same game different price. The 4.7 one is today, and the 3.8 was taken Last Wednesday.

food was good, Service from our server was good. but the first interaction with the hosting staff was VERY rude. when we stated we wanted to just dine at a table they rolled their eyes (specifically a boy with short curly hair and harry potter glasses) and as we were standing in line behind people the Hostess(short girl, long curly hair with some blue in it) was very rude while seating us she didn't even smile. then when i asked the same boy for a togo box he said he ?wasn't a server?and refused to get a to

We had a wonderful and extremely fun time as a family here. The kids had lots of fun playing games as we did too. Also, the food is fantastic. I don't know how you guys make your ranch dressing neither do I care. That ranch dressing is on FIRE! Done forgot about Hidden Valley ranch. Yum ??

The food and atmosphere is good. The service is sub par. The girls at the front were on the phone when we came in and not super friendly. The waitress acted almost bothered to have to be waiting tables.

Update 7/31/24 - Games have increased in price 25% across the board (costs more chips to play a game). This is after an increase in the cost of chips earlier in the year (less chips per dollar). Food I've had lately was pretty decent. All employees have been very nice and helpful. Atmosphere is fine. The whole experience is not the value it was even last year due to these price increases.

Fun but the food didnt taste the best. I went home and made better! Check out my shrimp linguine and lettuce chicken wraps

Foods wasn't good AT ALL imo. Had nachos that all I tasted was salt. Bartender made great drink, didn't take too long. Good games.

We went there for the first time to just play the games. We didnt eat anything. There were four of us and it was about 150$ for 250 credits each. And it lasted us about 1.5 hours. We had a lot of fun and the staff were super nice.

The triple bacon burger was awesome! Has a garlic sauce stuff, can't wait for another one! Videos games too!

Had my daughters 18th birthday party here. All the staff was friendly. Place was clean. All the games worked. Spent about 150 on games and food and was able to play for about 3 hours. We will be going back.

We played games mostly. There were a couple that did scan our card and took points off but didn't work. We let maintenance know. Then we proceeded with our day. We didn't get to try out the restraunt this time, so I can't say the service or food is worth it. Maybe next time. Also, maybe ? priced games Wednesday and Sunday!

Great place for snacks and drinks especially during weekly specials

Amazing place plenty of games, save your tickets if you want something big, amazing selection of prizes, refunds and exchanges are available. The only downside is that there was a man here(not an employee) in the prize area who was having problems with something and he was mad(because of something small, but he was making a commotion, and he demanded his money back, like first off the employee that was helping you(didn't catch her name) was helping you the best way she could since you got something from a t

Inept management, scammed me out of $80+ dollars in game chips. They couldn't explain where my game credits went or why my card wasn't showing up in their system despite it showing up on my phone and made ZERO efforts to remedy the situation. They had me wait close to 20 minutes why they tried to find the card and credits before coming back and saying it was lost in their system somehow. Both staff members offered a ?sorry? and sent me on my way , while acknowledging they don't know what happened or why it

Good times always with the kids here! In general no complaints just don't order the potstickers unless you're in for some heat We've probably eaten every app they have I believe that's the only one we had a problem with I do miss the old enormous menu but I get it things are a little different probably hard to train people to prepare such a complex menu anyways my family goes we buy the kids some chips to play on and share multiple appetizers eat, play, drink I think that's their slogan and we do just that

We had an amazing time, the play card prices are a little expensive, but that's where they make their money so I'm not surprised. Our waiter was great even though he was overworked and had far too many tables for one person. He was sassy and I loved it! ??

We were in Bentonville AR for my grandson's baseball team playing in a tournament. They wanted Dave and Busters. We had already eaten, so we tried a dessert. It was some type of s'more. It was great but very rich. I don't see it on a local menu.

Front desk asked to go the bar to order food, bar asked to back to front desk. Didn't get any service. Had bought a card combo, left the card there and left the place. Horrible, felt very discriminated against

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are virtual reality games in arcades worth playing?

Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers.
