I go when it's half off games day. I've had a blast with my kids or even on a date T Dave and busters. I cannot complain at all. It's like a whole different world in there so fun

The last time I was at this business was well over five years ago. My daughter wanted to send time with her friend and we went. We ordered wings extra crispy they came out in about 10 minutes soggy and just gross. Ordered a side of guacamole and my first bite was pure onions, no flavor, lime, I ended up not eating it. Our server simply disappeared. I ordered their new Gold dust Margarita and I'm still trying to figure out what they gave me . Like why was mine clear !!!! ?? To get service I had to approach o

Great arcade. Staff could be more informative on packages and the details included which do matter when your dropping $100 plus on your kids playing some games just to find out you can't play all of them on an unlimited game card. Food is average, looks great in the picture but not amazing. Kids had fun, all that should matter I suppose.

usually I have a good experience at Dave and busters aside from today. I work in the area and wanted some nachos for my break! I did a phone order so it would be ready on time for my scheduled break. And let them know this in advance. We decided I'd pay when I got there to pick it up and I'm glad we did , they said it would be ready in 15 minutes which was perfect. I waited 20 minutes to pick them up as it is a weekend so I decided to give them some extra time. When I got there to pick it up they didn't hav

My family had gone here yesterday, Thursday April 17th. It was my nephew's 9th birthday, and he wanted to go to Dave & Buster's for his birthday meal. The food was not bad, the coleslaw wasn't the greatest (had barely any dressing) but that wasn't the main feature of the food. But all of our meals were great aside from that. I got the mozzarella sticks and they were so full of cheese, as well as fresh and hot. Service was great, and at one point a manager came to check on our table (Von is the name of the

I reserved a space for my sons Birthday party , from beginning to end the staff was friendly attentive and professional, they made all the kids happy even the adults were saying they'll have to book this place in the future. I'd give it thumbs up.

We came here for dinner before going out for family night. The food was good. The service was not great.there were 5 of us and our food came and they forgot a meal. It took another 15 plus min. To get that meal. Everyone was finished eatting when it came. So we then waited for him to eat. There was no apology for this. Which I work in Service and know this happens. But you could atleast acknowledge your mistake. There were always about 6 to 8 employees just hanging by the drink station doing nothing. I fee

Fun place for my son. Expensive though. Great trip with my son. It is our tradition to visit the night before school each year for dinner. The food is always presented well, and our waitress Molly was fabulous. 4 stars as this place is expensive as to why we only go 2x/year. Games, food, drinks are pricy. Feels more like a tourist attraction than a place for locals to go to hang out. Plenty of parking

What can I say it was my first time here and as a gamer Dad this place is off the hook! But my biggest surprise is the food!! it was a delicious I had the Beastmode burger and picture will speak for itself my wife had the voodoo pasta and she was thrilled and amazed as well *(and she's the biggest critic on food!!) Kids had burgers and butter pasta they were pleased as well and we had an amazing waitress with beautiful butterfly pins that my daughters love and she was absolutely phenomenal, very timely and

It was pretty loud in there, so having a large group ( like we did ) was difficult with conversations. It is to be expected tho since is an arcade games hall. It's amazing on the arcade side. Tons of different games. Had great time with kids and grandkids.

Nice atmosphere and setting! If you want to drink a cocktail, it will be so-so, because the bartenders make it in a hurry... The food is delicious, plus we took into account the wishes for vegan dishes

Do not go here!!!! The server, Javaughn, took extra money from us! We went here on the 8th of march. We had a big group and there is a mandatory 20% charge for big groups. When we went to cash out I noticed that me and my friends bill was way higher and didn't make sense. When looking at the receipt that I had requested we noticed that we had paid an extra 30$ tip ON TOP OF the mandatory 20% tip. We requested the manager and he said it looks like we ?picked up the slack? from other people who didn't tip. N

Don't eat the fish! Took my nephew there for food and games. My parents joined us. Fish made me sick but not my parents, we all got the same besides my nephew. I was sick for almost a week clearly from fish poisoning. The games are the same from 10yrs ago, the atmosphere is the same from 10yrs ago. I use to take my nieces there and it's all the same. Wouldn't be surprised if it went out of business lol. The calories one would get from any burger there is all calories needed per day. Come on man!

This Dave and busters is not for the ones who want to come and drink. I had ONE crown apple and cranberry and the manager proceeded to cut off my entire table (after one drink) because he didn't want to stand there as a manager and do his job. They refused to serve someone who is 23 because she didn't have her ID, so he had to sit in the restaurant the whole time we were there and when he was ?over it? kicked us out. Brody, the manager of this Dave and busters took it upon himself after I ordered another dr

Well, while waiting in line at the entrance, I got hit by a chair by one of the workers when they were walking by, that hurt. Decided to stay, after barely an apology. Food, sub standard for the price. My 10 yo son quit eating his chicken and fries less than halfway through, honesty of the young. Games were fun, but on the expensive side. Very, very, loud in there. Edit-- a few minor edits for clarity. Thanks for reaching out, I'll fill out the survey. Edit 2 -- lo and behold, filled put the survey

First time at this particular restaurant?watched MLB playoffs on big screen ?? Ordered All- American Smash Burger ?? server was very friendly and periodically checked to see if I needed anything;

The staff is great, fast, and kind. We have had very little problem in all of our visits combined, which were handled quickly if it arose. I do, however, wish there were a few chairs/bench in the gaming area for disabled folks or anyone else in need of a sit down.

My 5 year old grandson was overwhelmed with the choices and atmosphere. He really enjoyed himself. Food was very good and much to choose from. Biggest pretzel I ever seen. Didn't get a chance to play anything myself as my grandson was on the move picking his next game. Will be going back again.

We took our grandson for his birthday. What a great place! We all enjoyed our food. Especially the amazing juicy smash burger. Friendly service. Wonderful game choices.

Food was great despite getting our order slightly incorrect, it was still delicious. Service was fast. I like the ability to buy credits with dinner. Love that they are using cards instead of actual tokens and tickets now. The arcade is a but dizzying with the number of lights and machines in a small space. One of our children has sound sensitivity. They used headphones to be able to play games and it turned out okay. I couldn't imagine them actually being busy bc the arcade side is absolutely packed and f

Spent 1040$ here on my daughters birthday. I had to serve the kids the food myself. Asked for chocolate milk for the birthday girl. Never got it. Had to walk into the kitchen to ask for a knife to cut the cake. Saw my not serving server on her phone. Got yelled at by some lady. Refused to give me a knife. Thanks for nothing I guess?

Bought the game day grub sampler board, payed 31 dollars just for 4 chicken wings (which were soggy), 3 pretzel dogs (pretzel was cold and hotdogs were slimy), and 3 small burger sliders. Very overpriced and not great quality. Games were fun though.

Bar tender was on phone entire time. I'm positive the waitress was not trained. She obviously couldn't count, party of 5 kept bringing 4 of everything. Had to ask for silverware. My meal was cold by the time I got a fork. We will not eat here again...used to like it here. Sad really.

I purchased a winter pass online prior to arrival, but never received the email with the QR code to utilize the card. I spoke with a team member at the Rochester location who escalated to management, as there is nothing that can be done without having the QR code from the confirmation email that was never received. The manager ensured to contact guest relations himself multiple times, and ensured follow-up with IT for it to be resent. Additionally, he compensated us with coins and ensured we got our food/dr

Went with a large party for a birthday. Service was quick for how many were at our 2 tables. The food was good. I had the Chicken avocado club. It came with fries which were ok. I have high standards for fries. The games were good. No issues. Only saw one machine out of order. There were a lot of the coin pusher machines, which I'm not really into. But there were enough old school games to keep me occupied.

Honestly? pretty tired of these places scamming. I ordered nachos?. Was served a pile of chips with about 4 pieces of chicken and very very little queso. I was pissed and sent it back. The waitress even said it wasn't right. I purchased the ?advertised? gold unlimited play card just to find out it doesn't include all games and you can't gain more than 1000 tickets a week. What kind of limitations is that on a card that's meant to be unlimited and in the guest favor. The servers were helpful and understandin

This place is pretty good. The food was above average but not stellar. The cost was good. We went with a family of 4 and ate for around 100 dollars and bought the premier 56 dollar token package which lasted us about 3 hours. The service on the other hand was subpar. Having to track down our waitress and flag down other waiters for drink refills is never fun. Management seemed to be absent all together as when we asked to talk to one they never showed up. It was not a huge deal and we wanted to enjoy our t

First of all this place smelled amazing!!!! And not talking food smell. It smelled like very pleasant perfume. I thought it was just me but apparently they hear this a lot. Our waiter was extremely pleasant, the drinks were amazing and the atmosphere was awesome. The food came out fresh and fast the fried cheese curds are to die for. They had a huge selection of games for all ages and likes. I would recommend this place for sure.

Dave and Buster is a fun place to go I like to go on the middle of the day about lunch. Time is less kids. More adults and the drinks are awesome.

Super fun place to go out to eat. Great drinks too! We ordered food and then played in the arcade. The arcade can become crowded but it's really not that bad. They also have security on weekends who patrol and keep everything in order. I hit the jackpot on one of the machines so we were able to get quite a bit of stuff from the store. It was a pretty fun time.

Giving two stars because the games are AMAZING but if I were just judging by food and service on the restaurant side, zero stars would be more appropriate. Our bartender on Wednesday was rude to say the least. The bar was very sticky and covered in crumbs. We found the cleanest area but asked nicely for them to wipe down the spot after we had been sitting and ordered drinks. The bartender became obviously annoyed and didn't do it. I let him know about my food allergies and he told me I couldn't have any of

I went for the first time today with my 19 year old to the one in Henrietta . This was a wonderfull experience , all the employees were so kind and helpful . And the one waiter Kris was so professional and on point with everything he did. Ask for him to be your server in the restaurant if you eat there. You won't be disappointed I promise . Good job Dave and Busters ????????????????????????????????

I'm here to talk about D&B?s food in here: They have limited items on menu, but they are so selective. Those items on the menu are popular ones we can find them anywhere, but the way they are making those is different from others. They taste really good and satisfying. I went thrice, and I had chicken parmesan, pasta, wings, truffle fries (special mention) and grilled chicken ciabatta. Except ciabatta everything?s really great and worth the price. They have some unique selection of drinks for kids. Cons:

Always a good time at Dave & Busters! The cocktails are yummy, have not tried dining though. I use to go very frequently when they'd have coupons and token specials on the app. It's rare that happens now ??

its ok....good selection of games, but it takes mucho credits per play! i only went in because i downloaded the D&B app that would give me free $20 play - the catch was the $20 would be loaded via the app. *surprise---app just kept giving me errors! the $42 i loaded lasted the fam & I approx 20 mins -so not a great value @ $20 per 10 mins

Staff is pretty slow and the food is mediocre since they changed their menu but still a fun place to bring the kids for a few games to play

Food was overpriced, but decent. Service was excellent. Attentive but not annoying. Fun, but pricy way to spend a young adult birthday celebration.

Went on a wed (11ish). No wait at all. Waiter was nice and helpful. Food was nice and hot. Chicken sandwich was not spicy at all. Bought 20 dollar worth of games on my card and was able play for about a hour

Always a vibe for grown adults to come play games. ?? Food is alright, nothing special but that's not why you're there anyway, so no issue there. It's typical bar food and drinks ????

OMG, we came here to accompany our friends with their kids. They told us that the food was good, ummm that was an understatement!! The food was AMAZING! It was the busiest time of the day on a weekend day and the food came out looking and tasting perfect. We will come back for just the amazing food and desset and drinks??

Went for a birthday party and got charged 4x for dinner with no apology or anything then tried calling corporate with no answer or call back so thanks for STEALING my money

Ordered the pork ribs and they were AMAZING! So good that I had to write a review! And they brought them out pretty quickly. Only have 4 stars because of a confusing in-store experience where a sign says seat yourself but you actually have to wait to be seated.

Not a bad place to enjoy a fun night out. The marketplace mall overall is trying to get things back in order after moving to the outlet mall model. Overall it's a fun place to stop and enjoy, including this Dave and Buster's

Was a good experience. The organization can use some work but other then that GREAT FOOD!!! FUN GAMES!! AND GREAT SERVICE!!! loved our waitress

Last year I hosted my 30th birthday here and everyone had a great time, so this year I hosted my boyfriend surprise 30th here and it was a hit. The party room is roomy enough for about 30 people and the food/drink package was really reasonably priced. The entire party for about 25 people cost around $1200 with a buffet of burgers, nachos, pizza, and chicken fingers as well as unlimited coffee/soft drinks. This price also included the room rental, 25 alcohol drink tickets, and $15 game cards for each guest

The Dine in was available and this weekend they will open up for gaming. Cant wait. They have churros ??. And Rachel, our waitress was great. Glad to have them open again.

Coming here is always a blast. Employees are quick to service machines and if they cant fix the problem they compensate in tickets or tokens. The games are updated and new ones are installed regularly. The prizes are reasonably priced with tickets and the food and drinks are great as well!

Our server Jaiden was awesome & so polite. Jason in the arcade shop was the sweetest ever. ???? Give those boys a raise. ??

If you are a college student or an adult this place it's good to go. I recommend to go late, around 10pm (they close at 2) and enjoy the games with a more calm environment. The food was ok, the margarita was too pricy but it was good. The manager in charge (during the night shift) it's really helpful. One front desk guy(he was blond), don't know his name was rude, I went asking if they saw my phone ( I lost it) and he told me the desk was close for the night and didn't help me. The manager in charge did and

This was one of the best places to go! The service was great, they have many sports channels on, and the food was amazing! I would recommend if you had kids as well.

Was here for an event group for 35. Food portions were inadequate, service was terrible. Since we were from out of state I don't think they cared about our repeat business but it will cause me never to step back into our local Dave & Busters

Our server was the BOMB! The grandchildren had a wonderful time! Establishment was clean! Food was great!

Yeah I mean. Ya know. This is in like a very well renovated warehouse. But, very very loud in here. I strongly dislike a loud restaurant. Servers were nice but not attentive and the nice lady got the order wrong. And they didn't try to rectify it. Food was good, but I could have any of the items cheaper somewhere else. I would not go back unless invited.

The game prices are a bit steep but they are fun. The tokens for prizes don't ever get you anything you couldn't buy at the store for way less but if you steer away from the token games and go to play the games for a fun time it's great

Such a great place for a fun family day! Had a big group but was seated right away and enjoyed a delicious meal. We REALLY appreciate having multiple gluten free options. Rob and his staff was so friendly, kind and helpful. They checked in multiple times and made an effort to engage and even joke around with the kids. With super hungry kiddos we also really appreciated that our waiter checked with us and had the kids meals come out as soon as they were ready. Of course after we ate we had a blast playing a

This is our favorite place to go as a family! We get something to eat and play games! The staff is always so friendly!

Greatest location to play the coin pushers are a blast hah good way to spend your time on the weekend with friends and family. Also very friendly environment with hard working employees.

My kids love this place also great staff we lost a card a few weeks ago and the staff gave us a new card withe the amount of tickets we lost plus money we lost on the card

Hard to chit-chat for parents with birthday party with pre-teens. We wish we knew everything is pretty central.. TWEENS LOVED IT ??????

Love it here. Staff is always friendly. Make it a point to go once a month for date night

The food was fine, and the arcade was fun. Our server and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. A couple of things that really troubled me. One is we went on and there were tons of tables, yet, the server seated us right at a tabe where a big group of people were hanging around and noisy, and were even using the end of our table to place their drinks on. You would think that the staff would be trained in having some sense of positional awareness, specially when there were so many tables available

The manager Brandon was awesome and made it more fun for my kids. Because of him and his great hospitality, I will definitely take my kids there again. The bartender Taylor was also wonderful.

Food was not very good this visit. Its hit or miss. Taste was bland and no flavor. Portions are very small as well. Miller light tab beer tasted gross as well. Waiter said it was just cleaned hence the reason. But it was more like old.

Great place to decompress after a grueling day of adulting. Games fun and challenging. Burger was banging!!

I have never tried the food but the games ARE SO FUN! They got phone games like subway surfers like 8x bigger! And the service at the vr place was great! They gave me the vr things and sent me ahead! The atmosphere was normal. People playing games of course. People having fun. I played a game with this random dude. But it was cool for my first time at a place like this!

The company forces customers to tip the employees via electronic device instead of just paying their employees a livable wage to begin with. Tips are meant to be earned not expected, the waiter we encountered was already tipped handsomely with cash, but then we were expected to also tip with the digital payment method. Greedy behavior practices honestly.

I've been a regular of this location for years. When I travel to other states, I make it a point to visit other D&B stores and it's just never the same as my home store in Rochester. Service, food and staff friendliness is always on point here. We stop in frequently on Wednesdays. When we see the manager, Brody, he always takes good care of us. Grateful to live so close to what is hands down the best location I've visited thus far!

The staff at the bar ignored us It took 20minutes for them to even acknowledge us. It was not busy . They were having personal conversations. We were only able to get 1 drink each and we were seated AT THE BAR.

My wife and I just spend a good half day here at the dave and busters. We enjoyed games, and manage to get enough tokens for the 2 of us to have a free meal... and she got a 200$ foot massager onto of it!!!! We came out ahead. While having a blast playing the games. Mind you this experience can be different for everyone. But the over all the atmosphere at this location was great, and all the staff was nice!

This is a transparent honest review. I had a terrible experience weeks ago (a male staff with locs working bar and server for the evening was nasty; bad attitude/combative when he messed up an order!). I had not been back for a while due to that experience. I went back last week & had a good experience within a bad one. I want to say the staff last week was GREAT!! & this review is strictly based on the fact that I am a HUGE GERMAPHOBE and I don't eat out much because of the new age standards of cleanliness

Great food, friendly atmosphere & loads of fun.

Kid and I had plans to see a baseball game, went here instead due to the weather. Food was fine, service was great. Then we played some of the arcade games. Just keep the arcade card for later visits, as it can be recharged and the points "last forever"

The management is beyond unprofessional, they're more on their phones than the customers. We came on a busy weekend for drinks and loved what was served. Though the manager was just sitting on his phone 10 feet from us, everyone else who was working was very diligent and gave a sense of urgency, except the manager.

This place is great for a fun family night! When we got there we ate first. Service was a little slow, but to make up for it, our server was nice, and the food was good. Later, we played some really fun games, I would recommend the trivia game. Afterward, this random lady came up to us and offered free cards that were good till midnight, I thought that was really nice of her! After when we redeemed our points, we went to the gift shop. The gifts were a little pricey, but that was alright. In the end me

We always have such an amazing time at Dave & Busters. There is fun for kids through adults. They have a great selection of games, they are always well maintained. You can expect a clean environment, friendly staff and beautiful memories to be made with smiles in every face ??

Our server was externally attentive despite how busy the restaurant was at the time. We never felt like we had to wait long and were checked on regularly for refills and add ons. Big shout out to all of the wait and service staff. You all deserve a raise and extreme respect.

Amazing games amazing food! Awesome service! Absolutely loved it there. Had a good time. Our server went above and beyond! Great place! ??

Had a super great time. The food was great, staff was friendly, games were very clean. The bartender was super cool and attentive as well! I would definitely recommend

I decided to end my daughters birthday fun day with dinner and games at Dave and Busters. We will start with the table. They put myself , my friend and 4 young girls at a table right by the doors. We spent our entire meal freezing from the cold wind down our backs and within 2 minutes our food was cold. We are sat at this table and within .5 seconds our waiter was asking for our order. I hadn't even had a chance to pick up the menu. I ordered an app for my friend and I and one for the kids. They were the sa

The food was good, people were nice. But the giant pretzel was definitely a giant pretzel lol. Fun place to eat and watch your favorite game.

Restaurant was great, food and drink was delicious. Several games in the arcade "ate" our token. Worker were quite disinterested in helping.

Great food as always and way less restrictions finally starting to feel normal, still a great place to have lots of fun!

Went for the first time with the kids (14+) for an afternoon of gaming. Downloaded the app before visiting and got some bonus "chips" for the games. Game variety was really good. I walked around a bit to survey the offerings and found some that I really liked. Plenty of younger kids around, too, and kids of all ages were having fun. Staff was pleasant and helpful. We didn't sample the food, but I could see coming back for a date night if my wife and I were in a gaming mood

This location is no different from any other Dave & Buster?s. The rating reflects that it's average, nothing better, nothing worse, and nothing unique.

Great place to play games. Food was very unremarkable--who ever heard of nachos with no cheese? Took about 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee at bar on a nite when it was 17 degrees--oh, and the bar doesn't serve hot drinks, either. Everyone in our party had lots of fun playing after a disappointing dinner.

The games are ALL high quality and expansive including a virtual reality ride? The layout is spacious? Kids love this place? The bar looks great almost like an upscale joint in Manhattan...

I like it! This is my very first time going there and I had a wonderful experience,I enjoy playing games, watching TV the chicken tenders and fries I had were very good and delicious and it was marvelous. It's like a package when you get to do everything like eat, drink, play and watch your favorite sports on TV and getting together with friends which I did,the place is fantastic.

Love all the games and the constant adding new ones and keeping up with getting rid of broken ones. Food is always good and everyone is friendly.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?
