Dave & Buster's Queen Creek

My grandson had a great time playing here today. The food is low quality (not many healthy options) but tasty. It can get expensive playing the games so look into package deals. Overall it was a good experience.

Dave and busters is always fun. But this location has had a few issues with machines not working while still deducting credits from game card. And it's not easy to find a person to help.

Mother?s Day and Not good service We arrived at around 11:30am Usually the food is of good. Service is always been slow. We are fairly polite to our waiters/waitresses with please and thank you(s). We ordered drinks and it took a little bit, figured they had just opened recently as there had not been a lot of people there. We got our drinks and then ordered. Watching as others sit down to their tables and order drinks and appetizers. We had only ordered two appetizers ourselves and I ordered another drink.

Went for a late afternoon meal and games. Our waitress was great and every staff member we interacted with was friendly. We ordered the barbacoa quesadilla and the pepperoni flatbread. Both were really flavorful! The flavored lemonade was yummy also. We bought a 90 minute 1500 max token game card, which was good for our purposes, but it forced us to wait 30 seconds between games. Self seating was a little confusing at first, I had to approach someone that was dressed like a cook but from then on very easy. The smash burgers were surprisingly good. Pretty costly though. All in all my kids had fun and we got out of the heat.

We came here for my son?s birthday to play some games but decided to eat as well. Food was disappointing to say the least. Nachos 2/10- because the chips were so stale. Worst run establishment in Queen Creek. We have not been to a Dave & Buster's in a while. Last time we did was in Tempe before the QC location was even thought of. When we entered, there was no hostess present. We assumed we could seat ourselves since there was no sign to wait to be seated. Incredibly understaffed. Waited 15 mins for the bartender to take my drink order. She had to wait on tables. Waited 10 minutes after I wad donw with food to take the plates away. Waited 20 mins to pay for my check. Not good. The saice for the mozzarella sticks tasted like tomato paste. No seasoning. Fries were fresh.

Overall a great experience however I did have an issue with the food, I ordered a burger that was supposed to come with pork belly however when it came it had none. I asked and found out that they ran out of it so they put some extra bacon on it, it only had like 3 pieces of bacon so not sure how extra that was. The manager and waiter was nice about it but I expected since it was more expensive then the burger with bacon they would discount it however they still charged full price so I was kinda disappointe

Ok, Here we go on Dave and Busters...The bartender was waiting at the bar and tables which prevented her from actually acknowledging me for 15 mins. Lack of staff was absolutely terrible. Wings were meh. Asked for extra crispy and weren't. The management is completely useless. They were just sitting at a table not helping. Again terrible experience. Likely to go back...2/5

Food is always good here. I personally get a burger or wings and never had an issue. My daughter wasn't huge fan of the pizza but likes their mac n cheese. They are offer amazing drinks!

The absolute worst experience! I ordered a chicken sandwich and she brought out wings half an hour later, which tasted like they were microwaved. I also asked for a water and never got it. Someone at my table ordered a beer and it took so long she had to go order her own from the bar, only to have the waitress still bring it and charge her for the extra one.

100xs better than the D&B in San Jose, CA. Their games are fun, their ticket store isn't empty like in San Jose. I just wish they hadn't changed their "roulette" game. But, the one with all the stacked coins is the best. The ones with the cards doesn't pay out as well. The employees were exceedingly nice and helpful.

First time visiting this location, and had a great time! We came on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't very busy at all, which was nice when bringing little ones. We took our son for a small birthday party and were able to get 2 booths for everyone. The kids loved the games and getting fun toys! My son got a Himalayan salt lamp and he loves it!

I've been there about 3 different times now. The food is awesome (mostly ordered appetizers)! The last time I went, we had already dropped a pretty penny on food, drink, and games. A fun welcomed addition to the community. Good food, plenty of drink options, and a good variety of new games. Much better than having to drive an hour and back to Tempe. We had fun with plenty to do!

Is it normal at this place to ask whether the service was bad depending on the tip amount? When asked i was given an explanation that tip was being divided into bartenders too even though the food was served by the server. Is that a fact ? Glad they opened a new Dave n Busters to the east valley. This one is only half the size of a typical DnB but they do have a ton of new games and VR games I hadn't seen before. I'll still make the drive to DnB in Tempe but this one is also worth your time for family fun.

Avoid at all costs. Took my kids for a Sunday fun day activity got ignored at the host stand, abandoned at the table, spent over 2 hours waiting on a burger and fries.

We arrived at 4:30. It wasn't super busy. We got a table right away. After a couple minutes, we noticed the servers all standing around and talking. They continued to ignore us and walked right by us until 5pm without ever stopping by our table to see if we had been helped. We finally got up and left. Really disappointing because we came with the kids and planned on eating dinner and playing arcade games as a family. Next time we will just go to Fat Cats or Main Event

My family and I came on Wednesday for half priced games, we had the best time ever! We played for 2 hours and definitely felt like we got our monies worth. Mercedes and George were so friendly and helpful and service was very quick! We'll definitely be back and recommend this spot to locals!

This location is fantastic! It was clean, the staff was friendly, and all the machines were in working order. Based on the Tempe location I was hesitate to even come, but this location is very well maintained! We came for half priced games and had a great time. We also sat down for a bite and our waitress was absolutely on top of everything! The food was great!

The food is good especially for the prices it's not the best but it's close. The service though is top notch. From. Management to servers. Even if they are understaffed and behind. Came to this location for the first time tonight to celebrate a friend?s birthday and had an amazing time! Clean environment, delicious food, fun games, good drinks, and our server was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back.

Came in on a Saturday at noon and it wasn't too busy. Ordered a cheese burger, the bun was stale and the patty did not taste quite right. My husband ordered their chicken pasta and it came out with the smallest slab of chicken. Had to order another breast. I've been to many Dave and Busters and this one had a very similar set up. The food was okay, but the service was really slow. After waiting 15 minutes, a manager finally came over to take our order. There were only six other people in the place. Trying to get our check was equally painful. Not sure I would go back here.

Came here with 2 of my kids for some fun games, and it did not disappoint! We were able to acquire enough tickets for multiple trips (as long as we didn't get large ones). The location is clean, the staff was friendly and food was good. Coming in on Wednesday (half price games) allowed us to really stretch our budget.

We came here 03/02/24 night, and noticed that our tickets weren't adding up like they should. We'd won a couple Jackpots, and knew the amount should have been higher. A nice little Dave and busters for the area. My biggest complaint is having opened a tab at the bar and buying a play card through the bar as they keep your card. When closing out, the entire bill of food, drinks, and play is totaled together, and you are expected to tip on the entire bill. Why am I tipping on a play card?! The service was great, food was good but the entire place was about the size of the bathrooms at the Dave n busters in Tempe. This is not the Dave n busters vibe you're used to. Service was slow. ID check right when you come in the door and then seated to wait 15-20 minutes to order food and drink. I didn't like that it took almost a hour for a dinner for 2 when we got a burger and pizza but it's still new to QC and Melissa was super nice about everything!! The Manager and Assistant Manager are amazing at this location and their customer service is the best. Our waitress was great too. The full staff was great and friendly. Food was good too! The only reason they're getting two stars from me is because the staff was super friendly. The reason they're not getting 4 or 5 stars is the lack of games. Game prices were super high. The drinks are pretty expensive for what they are. $40 for 3 drinks with the beer being not very cold and no lime offered. Says online they show EVERY UFC fight and came to see ufc 300 and watched it and this time we made reservations to watch UFC 301 with multiple people and they didn't show it. Glad Buffalo Wild Wings is in the same parking lot because they showed the fight there and we didn't miss much. Kind of a bummer I like the food at Dave and busters a lot more but ate there and left to see the fight.

We took our grandson here for the arcade games and when we took him to trade his points in, we were told he had way less than he should have. We complained about it and the girl asked if we took any pictures of points he earned at the games. Seriously? Who does that! Anyway, not ever going back. Their machines obviously don't track points correctly.

Honestly we had a terrible experience there. The food is so-so, nothing to right home about or that you would want to order again, sadly. Don't buy your drinks here either. We were supposed to get a game card if we bought a certain amount and even the manager got it wrong and we had to catch it to get it fixed. All of the games are stupid expensive. Went here just for the games. The place is pretty pricey for what they got. Some of the games are junk, like the coin flipping ones. But other games are fun and kids love them. But the main reason I give this place stars is how loud they blare the music. Way, way too loud. Talking to my kid and my friend became a never ending, get in your face and almost yell to hear.

This is a great place for young children, the facility is small and you're able to keep an eye on them while eating. Our favorite time to come is right. When they open during the week, we're usually the only ones there!

D&B?s now places a tax on every game card. We uploaded $40 on our game card and paid $3.50 in taxes to upload a piece of plastic. Establishment is super greedy and I recommend you take your hard earned cash somewhere else.

Why are they taxing the game cards now? My grilled chicken sandwich was bland and had cold chicken, my fries were not fresh, for some reason it was brought to my table 10 minutes before the fish and chips my wife ordered. Showed up to watch the UFC Fights. Your site shows that is shows ALL UFC Fights, but at the Queen Creek location, they were not show the fight. Fight 301 (5/4/2024) was not being played. Paid our tab and left. Basically a waist of our time to come to D&B to see the fights and not even being played. Had to go to Buffalo Wild Wings.

One of the ticket redemption girls made an honest mistake and called the manager over! Sean (manager) admitted they messed up and made it right for me and my two boys with some free pizza and fries! This is the type of actions that will always keep us coming back to Dave and busters queen creek! Thanks so much !

The manager Sean is extremely rude. He is the daytime manager. If you have an issue, he is the one that is suppose to help, and he is never any help. I've never had a pleasant conversation with him, he is rude to employees as well.

Took my daughter for a daddy-daughter date. We waited for a server for 30 minutes before we just got up and played a few games before leaving. The only reason I gave them my money for games was to not completely ruin the night.

The kids love this place to play games and eat. The prizes are better than other places. I love that I can have a drink while they play some games.
