Customer Reviews

My grandson had a great time playing here today. The food is low quality (not many healthy options) but tasty. It can get expensive playing the games so look into package deals. Overall it was a good experience.

Dave and busters is always fun. But this location has had a few issues with machines not working while still deducting credits from game card. And it's not easy to find a person to help.

Mother?s Day and Not good service We arrived at around 11:30am Usually the food is of good. Service is always been slow. We are fairly polite to our waiters/waitresses with please and thank you(s). We ordered drinks and it took a little bit, figured they had just opened recently as there had not been a lot of people there. We got our drinks and then ordered. Watching as others sit down to their tables and order drinks and appetizers. We had only ordered two appetizers ourselves and I ordered another drink.

Went for a late afternoon meal and games. Our waitress was great and every staff member we interacted with was friendly. We ordered the barbacoa quesadilla and the pepperoni flatbread. Both were really flavorful! The flavored lemonade was yummy also. We bought a 90 minute 1500 max token game card, which was good for our purposes, but it forced us to wait 30 seconds between games. So we ended up buying a second card, which is what we'd do next time from the beginning because we could both play at the same ti

Self seating was a little confusing at first, I had to approach someone that was dressed like a cook but from then on very easy. The smash burgers were surprisingly good. Pretty costly though. All in all my kids had fun and we got out of the heat.

We came here for my son?s birthday to play some games but decided to eat as well. Food was disappointing to say the least. Nachos 2/10- because the chips were so stale. We also ordered Parmesan Fries, Queso, Kid?s Pizza, Kid?s Mac n Cheese, Chicken Potstickers, and Wings. We enjoyed the wings but everything else was meh. However, their Watermelon Margarita was delicious! Service was great from the time we entered we were greeted by the hostess and seated right away. Our waitress was very attentive and promp

Worst run establishment in Queen Creek. We have not been to a Dave & Buster's in a while. Last time we did was in Tempe before the QC location was even thought of. When we entered, there was no hostess present. We assumed we could seat ourselves since there was no sign to wait to be seated. But seating was full, and they blocked off an entire section for Dad games for Father's day. So we searched around for someone to ask. The waitress we finally found was complacent and lead us back up to the host, who w

Incredibly understaffed. Waited 15 mins for the bartender to take my drink order. She had to wait on tables. Waited 10 minutes after I wad donw with food to take the plates away. Waited 20 mins to pay for my check. Not good. The saice for the mozzarella sticks tasted like tomato paste. No seasoning. Fries were fresh.

Overall a great experience however I did have an issue with the food, I ordered a burger that was supposed to come with pork belly however when it came it had none. I asked and found out that they ran out of it so they put some extra bacon on it, it only had like 3 pieces of bacon so not sure how extra that was. The manager and waiter was nice about it but I expected since it was more expensive then the burger with bacon they would discount it however they still charged full price so I was kinda disappointe

Ok, Here we go on Dave and Busters...The bartender was waiting at the bar and tables which prevented her from actually acknowledging me for 15 mins. Lack of staff was absolutely terrible. Wings were meh. Asked for extra crispy and weren't. The management is completely useless. They were just sitting at a table not helping. Again terrible experience. Likely to go back...2/5

Food is always good here. I personally get a burger or wings and never had an issue. My daughter wasn't huge fan of the pizza but likes their mac n cheese. They are offer amazing drinks!

The absolute worst experience! I ordered a chicken sandwich and she brought out wings half an hour later, which tasted like they were microwaved. I also asked for a water and never got it. Someone at my table ordered a beer and it took so long she had to go order her own from the bar, only to have the waitress still bring it and charge her for the extra one.

100xs better than the D&B in San Jose, CA. Their games are fun, their ticket store isn't empty like in San Jose. I just wish they hadn't changed their "roulette" game. But, the one with all the stacked coins is the best. The ones with the cards doesn't pay out as well. The employees were exceedingly nice and helpful.

Happy hour, half-price games, great food. Flatbread pepperoni pizza and nachos, nummy! Repeat every time. Waitress Marissa, Amazing! Ran around like a chicken to all her tables, yet was the BEST waitress! Kudos to Marissa.

Nice arcade, their games are really full and well maintained. Nice dining as well, they always have a lot of good deals on food and play. Very clean, great service

First time visiting this location, and had a great time! We came on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't very busy at all, which was nice when bringing little ones. The inside is big, with a ton of games to play! There is a large bar area with plenty of seating both booths and high tops. TVs everywhere with all sorts of sports on. We came for the games and it was fantastic! This location is very clean and it was noticeable. There are plenty of games for all ages, too. Getting your play card was very straigh

We took our son for a small birthday party and were able to get 2 booths for everyone. The kids loved the games and getting fun toys! My son got a Himalayan salt lamp and he loves it!

Jordan was great! He dealt with all of the ongoing requests from our large party, very well. The happy Hour Drinks were pretty good too

I've been there about 3 different times now. The food is awesome (mostly ordered appetizers)! The last time I went, we had already dropped a pretty penny on food, drink, and games. I was trying to get one more round from the bar and the bartender (name tag said Tortilla) completely failed to deliver. He was more interested in a conversation with his coworker, Mel, and they barely paused their conversation long enough for me to rattle off 3 drinks. Then, when it came to getting the check, it was nearly impo

Cheese steak and queso were delicious. The best game they have is the axe throwing!

Angel was our bartender and very sweet, helpful and on top of our request. Jesse helped with our players cards and was super patient. We love the atmosphere there and always have fun!! Thanks guys

Didn't eat much but what I did was pretty good. The service was really good, and the atmosphere just was so enjoyable. Even the adults were all acting like kids and it was a really fun time overall

A fun welcomed addition to the community. Good food, plenty of drink options, and a good variety of new games. Much better than having to drive an hour and back to Tempe. We had fun with plenty to do!

Absolutely amazing! Our server/ bartender was amazing and the food was on point. Aside from the unattended kids, this was a great experience.

Is it normal at this place to ask whether the service was bad depending on the tip amount? When asked i was given an explanation that tip was being divided into bartenders too even though the food was served by the server. Is that a fact ? Reply to owner: And I would be happy to give the full stars once I get my answer to the question asked above

Glad they opened a new Dave n Busters to the east valley. This one is only half the size of a typical DnB but they do have a ton of new games and VR games I hadn't seen before. I'll still make the drive to DnB in Tempe but this one is also worth your time for family fun.

Avoid at all costs. Took my kids for a Sunday fun day activity got ignored at the host stand, abandoned at the table, spent over 2 hours waiting on a burger and fries.

It's great for kids. But it was too busy and loud for this old lady!! Grandkids has a good time. Food was but high prices.

It was fun with the kids. But food was better the last time we went. It's still not bad, but something changed a little .

This place was wonderful I came here with my friends for a birthday party we have a lot of fun and the food was amazing definitely prefer this place for fun!

We arrived at 4:30. It wasn't super busy. We got a table right away. After a couple minutes, we noticed the servers all standing around and talking. They continued to ignore us and walked right by us until 5pm without ever stopping by our table to see if we had been helped. We finally got up and left. Really disappointing because we came with the kids and planned on eating dinner and playing arcade games as a family. Next time we will just go to Fat Cats or Main Event

My family and I came on Wednesday for half priced games, we had the best time ever! We played for 2 hours and definitely felt like we got our monies worth. Mercedes and George were so friendly and helpful and service was very quick! We'll definitely be back and recommend this spot to locals!

This location is fantastic! It was clean, the staff was friendly, and all the machines were in working order. Based on the Tempe location I was hesitate to even come, but this location is very well maintained! We came for half priced games and had a great time. We also sat down for a bite and our waitress was absolutely on top of everything! The food was great!

The food is good especially for the prices it's not the best but it's close. The service though is top notch. From. Management to servers. Even if they are understaffed and behind. They make no excuses try there best and be honest and are beyond nice. The restaurant is so popular sometimes u have to wait. But that's how good it is. Dave and busters is all around a great place.

Came to this location for the first time tonight to celebrate a friend?s birthday and had an amazing time! Clean environment, delicious food, fun games, good drinks, and our server was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back.

Noisy place, so if that is not what you are looking for...don't come. But the service is great and the drinks are cold!

Dirty, slow and food came out cold. Wasn't even crowded either. I don't recommend this place ever

Food and drinks were really good and so was the service. I had mozzarella sticks as well as the sliders and both were really good. Also the Long Island will certainly put you in a fun place lol Only reason for 4 stars is the price. Games were super expensive to play and you can tell they all have certain pay outs to make you add more to your card. That's the only reason for 4 stars. I played 8 games for about $20 which I think it should have been either $1 a game or .50 a game. It also stinks cuz the game

There are always growing pains with a new store. This one is no different I love the location. I wish they had party rooms like the other locations. The managers are amazing. They are all highly experienced Dave & Busters employees. They are working well with the new employees. The new rewards app has some issues linking with the store, but they are ironing out the kinks and things get better every time I go in. There is no one under 18 without an adult. I have tested this a few times. They know me a

Food was far better then expected. The drinks were great as well. Good times.

A great place to hangout and watch games with good food and drinks. If you are curious about the cereal cake, it's very good! They even had people making balloon animals when we went! I highly recommend this location.

Fun place, but really loud. Games were a bit on the expensive side. Went on a Sunday, not overly crowded

Came in on a Saturday at noon and it wasn't too busy. Ordered a cheese burger, the bun was stale and the patty did not taste quite right. My husband ordered their chicken pasta and it came out with the smallest slab of chicken. Had to order another breast. Their truffle fries were actually pretty good, only thing I can say that was worth trying. Our server, I think her badge said Tequila, was awesome though. Very attentive and checked up on us frequently. She is the reason I am giving more than one star. Ga

Thank you, Sean!!! The Manager went above and beyond to make our Experience very enjoyable!!! Then, we were short by a little bit of tickets told me to go to the bowling game and you get a bunch of tickets from!! We'll be back for sure! Had a blast with the kiddo and she got her stuffed animals!!!!

We've visited a few times since the opening and you guys! ... I can NOT Love this place more! From the service, food, games and atmosphere I am so impressed. We found our new local family spot! * Fellow first responders and nurses, you get a discount for your service ! ( Tysm D&B for this ) ! ???? Tejah always takes great care of us! Food: Salmon and Rib eye do not disappoint for the price and setting. Half price games on Wednesday... & Then hit the cute photo booth on your way out for memories!

I've been to many Dave and Busters and this one had a very similar set up. The food was okay, but the service was really slow. After waiting 15 minutes, a manager finally came over to take our order. There were only six other people in the place. Trying to get our check was equally painful. Not sure I would go back here.

Came here with 2 of my kids for some fun games, and it did not disappoint! We were able to acquire enough tickets for multiple trips (as long as we didn't get large ones). The location is clean, the staff was friendly and food was good. Coming in on Wednesday (half price games) allowed us to really stretch our budget.

New games and serving staff is great. Definitely love bringing my kids here!

We went for a date night with some friends. We ordered the garlic fries as an appetizer. They cost $10 and were maybe the size of a large fries at McDonald's. For dinner, my wife and I ordered the salmon and chicken wings with a Cesar salad. Our friends ordered wings and the Manchago chicken. The food took so long that the manager came out and apologized, stating they were waiting on the wings. They brought out only three of the entrees, with our friend waiting around another 5 minutes for his wings to

My family loves coming here. The food is always great and the service is spot on. It's nice to enjoy food and all the games while the kids play.

Thought I walked into a casino with all the noise and bright lights, my granddaughter loved it! Fun Christmas tradition

This location has some very unique games! Might not be the biggest but they make up with it with the quality of games here! <3

The food was good. I tried the buffalo and lemon pepper wings. They were on point. The nachos were AWESOME! But the dessert was out of this world!!! My favorite was the strawberry shortcake. Great atmosphere. I took my kiddos and their friends, which range in age from 9-14. We were their for 4 hours and they still weren't ready to go. OVERALL: They really enjoyed the games, and everything was CLEAN. I will definitely be back.

We came here 03/02/24 night, and noticed that our tickets weren't adding up like they should. We'd won a couple Jackpots, and knew the amount should have been higher. Upon checking the play record we noticed that a bunch of our tickets were not loaded on our card. We took the print out to management, and they said they'd give us only part of the tickets we knew we won because we couldn't prove the amount. I requested that they pull cameras, and they denied my request. They basically told me I needed to be g

Always have a good time when we visit this location. Service was good and the food as well. Our server was friendly and kept our drinks full without asking good job ladies. Come on in and give them your business...

Went in for lunch. Ordered an alcoholic beverage. The drink tasted like a virgin. Im a VERY lightweight and I drink rarely so I ALWAYS feel the effects of a drink pretty quickly. Especially on an empty stomach. After drinking it I asked the waitress if they accidentally gave me a virgin. She said they had a new bar tender that was training and she wasn't sure the measurements. She went a got her manager. The manager lady said they make the drinks so sweet so you can't taste the alcohol. I told her it wasn't

I've been there about 4 different times now and the only reason I go back is because my kids like to play the games. The food is good ,but it takes forever to get it. Well it takes forever for the servers to assist. They are friendly so im assumming the issue is the lack of staff.

I have to say was very disappointed in the service and the food. The food was very over priced wish I took pictures of it. The cantina nachos had cheese drizzled on the top and plain chips on the bottom with no cheese or anything 4 cubed pieces of chicken on it lucky we got ranch to dip the chips and the wings had sauce(was good by the way) on the top but dry on the bottom. Service was not attentive at all drinks was refilled once in our 1.5 hr visit is when we got tired of waiting for her to stop talking t

This place is awesome!! We went for my daughter?s birthday. She ended up losing her card. The staff was amazing. They stopped her other card so nobody could use it and gave her a new one. Dave and Buster?s birthday hero for the win! We will definitely be back.

A nice little Dave and busters for the area. My biggest complaint is having opened a tab at the bar and buying a play card through the bar as they keep your card. When closing out, the entire bill of food, drinks, and play is totaled together, and you are expected to tip on the entire bill. Why am I tipping on a play card?! Tipping on food and drinks, yes, but being handed a play card & it added an additional $70 to my tab... no. My main Bartender was fine over all, however at one point I walked up to custo

I love nothing better than a Dave n busters and was excited queen creek finally got one. The service was great, food was good but the entire place was about the size of the bathrooms at the Dave n busters in Tempe. This is not the Dave n busters vibe you're used to. It's a neighborhood restaurant with a small bit of games for the kids

Service was slow. ID check right when you come in the door and then seated to wait 15-20 minutes to order food and drink. I didn't like that it took almost a hour for a dinner for 2 when we got a burger and pizza but it's still new to QC and Melissa was super nice about everything!! Might?ve been behind but she handled everything great and got everything going faster after the initial meet.

The Manager and Assistant Manager are amazing at this location and their customer service is the best. Our waitress was great too. The full staff was great and friendly. Food was good too! We lost our card and the Manager and Assistant Manager were on top of it like it was their only priority. We appreciate the customer service we received today. Thank you!

The only reason they're getting two stars from me is because the staff was super friendly. The reason they're not getting 4 or 5 stars is the lack of games. Game prices were super high. The drinks are pretty expensive for what they are. $40 for 3 drinks with the beer being not very cold and no lime offered. This location is about the same size if not smaller than a fat cats location. This Dave and busters is not holding up to the name. I'd rather drive to the Tempe location. Dissatisfied.

Went with a coworker to check it out. The good ; Every employee I interacted with was friendly, and helpful. The bad; the music was way to loud, that you had to shout just to have a conversation. The Phillysteak wasn't good at all. The cheese was like the nacho cheese you get at the gas station. Honestly I've had a better sandwich at a gas station and at a better price. Games were a bit pricey, but with the economy as it is, can't really complain about that. Overall, if your a parent that wants to have a al

Great atmosphere, slightly loud but mainly due to our party was seated at the bar, but it was "fight night" on the big screens so somewhat expected. Great view of TV's and targeted programs, yummy food, excellent place to watch big events. Will definitely return.

I stopped in after doing some Christmas shopping and decided to order a burger. The Buster's Bacon Burger is amazing. It's slightly messy due to the garlic aioli. Steve, the bartender, is fantastic and really cares about his customers.

The bartender Marissa is super nice very attentive always remembers your drinks and food you had the last time. Absolutely awesome. She gets 5 stars??

Says online they show EVERY UFC fight and came to see ufc 300 and watched it and this time we made reservations to watch UFC 301 with multiple people and they didn't show it. Glad Buffalo Wild Wings is in the same parking lot because they showed the fight there and we didn't miss much. Kind of a bummer I like the food at Dave and busters a lot more but ate there and left to see the fight.

We took our grandson here for the arcade games and when we took him to trade his points in, we were told he had way less than he should have. We complained about it and the girl asked if we took any pictures of points he earned at the games. Seriously? Who does that! Anyway, not ever going back. Their machines obviously don't track points correctly.

Honestly we had a terrible experience there. The food is so-so, nothing to right home about or that you would want to order again, sadly. Don't buy your drinks here either. We were supposed to get a game card if we bought a certain amount and even the manager got it wrong and we had to catch it to get it fixed. All of the games are stupid expensive. Not the best place to go for either of those things. We will not be returning. It's sad because I had high hopes

Only giving it one star because I got no service. We got seated fast. It was busy for a Thursday. Got there 15 min. Before happy hour was over and we sat and sat while wait staff walked past our table. Serving others who got sat after us. We finally got up and walked out. Horrible how we were ignored. We were excited for this place to open near us and the games looked so fun... I understand they just opened but not one person said they would be with us soon. No one looked at us as they walked by to help ot

Went here just for the games. The place is pretty pricey for what they got. Some of the games are junk, like the coin flipping ones. But other games are fun and kids love them. But the main reason I give this place stars is how loud they blare the music. Way, way too loud. Talking to my kid and my friend became a never ending, get in your face and almost yell to hear.

The food was great and the service was top notch.

This is a great place for young children, the facility is small and you're able to keep an eye on them while eating. Our favorite time to come is right. When they open during the week, we're usually the only ones there!

Expensive but my son had fun so made up for it.

Not the biggest Dave & Busters location I've been to, but it gets the job done.

The kids love it . Food was great and service was amazing

Great experience! Service was great, foid was amazing and we we just had a great time! The fish and chips were amazing and the pit stickers were fire!

D&B?s now places a tax on every game card. We uploaded $40 on our game card and paid $3.50 in taxes to upload a piece of plastic. Establishment is super greedy and I recommend you take your hard earned cash somewhere else.

Lots of fun games. Go on Wednesday for half priced games. Eat and play is also a good deal.

Why are they taxing the game cards now? My grilled chicken sandwich was bland and had cold chicken, my fries were not fresh, for some reason it was brought to my table 10 minutes before the fish and chips my wife ordered. Atleast her fries were fresh. Got to be the smallest Dave and Busters I have ever been to. Don't Bother.

Showed up to watch the UFC Fights. Your site shows that is shows ALL UFC Fights, but at the Queen Creek location, they were not show the fight. Fight 301 (5/4/2024) was not being played. Paid our tab and left. Basically a waist of our time to come to D&B to see the fights and not even being played. Had to go to Buffalo Wild Wings.

One of the ticket redemption girls made an honest mistake and called the manager over! Sean (manager) admitted they messed up and made it right for me and my two boys with some free pizza and fries! This is the type of actions that will always keep us coming back to Dave and busters queen creek! Thanks so much !

The manager Sean is extremely rude. He is the daytime manager. If you have an issue, he is the one that is suppose to help, and he is never any help. I've never had a pleasant conversation with him, he is rude to employees as well.

Took my daughter for a daddy-daughter date. We waited for a server for 30 minutes before we just got up and played a few games before leaving. The only reason I gave them my money for games was to not completely ruin the night.

The kids love this place to play games and eat. The prizes are better than other places. I love that I can have a drink while they play some games.

The kids always have fun. Food is mediocre, but that's not why you come here. My dog enjoys her Turtle Shell

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.

Are virtual reality games in arcades worth playing?

Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
