Love coming here. The staff is always so friendly and kind. We never wait long for our food. And the food's always phenomenal. I think this place is underrated. It's a gem. ?? And I like to visit the mall whenever I can. Brings back some nostalgia. Highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I came for my sisters birthday, (06-28-2025) and had a wonderful experience. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time! Specifically Angel by the gift shop at the register, and Eric at the bar. They were both very attentive and helpful! Give the both of them a raise!! It was a make or break experience, and they made it. Thank you!

The customer service, atmosphere, and food were all phenomenal at this Dave and Buster's!! I went to watch the Patriots game before going to work and got the Cali Caesar Salad Bowl which was absolutely delicious!! The HD big screen was excellent and a tremendous picture. We love going to this place. The games are awesome, and they have many options to choose from. The food is always delicious and their prices are not bad. The service may be a little slow at times, especially when it's busy. This place is also great for watching games. They have TVs everywhere and a very nice bar. I highly recommend it!

I had Jenn as a waitress and I can't express enough how enjoyable the experience was. She was patient, kind, funny, interactive and just a joy to have. She was able to answer all my questions I had and a smile never left her face. Excellent customer service! She is so funny and nice, out of all the servers I've had there she was the absolute best. My sister and I loved her and it made the experience one thousand times better. We'll be coming back to see her and making sure she'll be taking care of us again!

Had a blast here! The food was very good, flat bread pizza was the bomb!! Drinks were mixed very well, and then the gaming... a good variety of games, and it's always fun to win tickets to cash in at the end of the night.. a must do for anyone just wanting to have fun with or without kids.

Not a bad little arcade. Kids had a great time. I loved how we could play unlimited blue games with our passes. The ticket counter is a great setup. You shop like you're at a store and checkout at the end. This way the attendant isn't locked while children make their selections. Tons of games and not too many broken ones

I am a regular and come here often unfortunately i came today for my birthday and the bartender she gave me half full drink and my partner so i told her if it can be remade you cant serve a half empty drink she was rude said why should she for a 20.00 tip the fact she was rude and didn't even do her job correctly and then she tried to top it off with lots of sour , who does this? Came here today for my son's birthday, the one thing he wanted to do today, and took the day off of work to bring him. We went here today for gaming only. Did not realize that going on a Wednesday was going to be so busy. Waited about 10 minutes in line to get a card for games. Found out after we could have gotten a card on the gaming floor at a kiosk or online. If you are planning on going, download the dave and busters app and sign up for their rewards to get some free extra play. We had a good time overall despite being super busy. Worse bar i ever sat at. Sitting at the bar on a Saturday night and the place wasn't super busy. Not one single bartender acknowledged us. Had to ask for a manager. Very busy place, there was an hour wait for a table, but the bar had a couple of seats open so we sat there instead. Food came pretty quick. I got the Bacon Burger with fries. My wife got the French dip and fries, It was delicious. The service was really good. The bar guy kept checking on us and refilled my beer my only complaint is the noise from all the kids running around. I'm surprised they don't separate all that out from the bar side.

As far as the restaurant portion of Dave & Buster's goes, it was pretty bad. The system is awful. They sit you down and then you look through the menu and order through a QR code. They even ask you for a tip and to pay before you are even seen by a server. The food was way better than I expected. In fact it was great! The menu host something for everyone. Management more than patient and helpful when my son lost his loaded game card. Food was pretty good! Buffalo chicken was awesome ! Wife loved the chicken parm. There isn't really a huge selection of games I'd say 60-70% of the games are like slot machine type games , the corn hole and are throwing games were down I really wanted to try those. They had a VR star wars game that was pretty cool.

Trash experience. I went on 5/2/25 and more than half the games were broken. I paid $50 to play most games that are broken, and the app situation just makes everything more complicated without adding anything to the experience. Really frustrating experience at this bar. Dirty tabletops and drinks that are consistently under-poured. I have given this location 3 opportunities on different occasions to get it right and they have fallen short all three occasions. Their mix drinks have virtually no alcohol and the service is B rated at best. It's a Dave and Busters so the arcade is at least fun.

We had a wonderful time! The staff was nice and helpful, the lady at the front desk was amazing, as well as a gentleman who worked hard to get the virtual reality game up and running for us, even after it was turned off. The service was not good at all. Our appetizers came. We didn't have plates or napkins. Our server kept walking by not asking how things were. We needed water, and he kept just walking by. The food came out it was cold. He started to walk away when we asked if we could get 2 glasses of water. Sorry to say we will probably not go back.

Just celebrated my son?s birthday here ! It was the absolute best experience! Our waiter in the party room was amazing I believe her name was Sheila. Sheila went above and beyond to help set up the party room ! The manager kept things simple when going over the bill and making sure we had the best experience !

It's the greatest fun place that I go to with friends and others!! It literally has a lot of arcade games and great food to eat there!! I highly recommend to people who never been there to have fun there, you'll have a blast and the power card prices are not bad!!!
