Samantha was a complete joy! She suggested the stop flight drink from the bar (wish it was stronger but the red was our favorite!) and the new philly egg rolls (which were amazing by the way!) we decided to go with that as well as the pretzel sticks and alfredo sauce. All of our food came out hot, fresh and fast! The kitchen manager Jasmine also stopped by to check in on us which we really appreciated. To end it all off Samantha suggested the brownie bliss and it was so delicious we had to get 2! Overall 10

It was smaller than most D&B I've been to. It's updated and clean. Restrooms were clean and good size But deff could have better games. I did not see a lot of shooting games and only 2 Claw machines:( Wish the prize area had more Sanrio items The photo booth took cash or card. Not the gamecard Food and drinks were great. Employees were friendly. Michelle at the bar was a sweetheart and was attentive to us Happy with everything over all

We had a wonderful time today when we visited. We ate delicious food and had a fantastic server. Her name is Marvelous and that just speaks for itself ?? They have a great variety of games and our family had an amazing time.

Finally visited the only Georgia location I had yet to visit. I enjoyed my visit for the most part. I was a bit disappointed that this Dave & Buster's didn't have some of the more popular games like Flappy Tickets, Crossy Road, Galaga Assault, and even the Yahtzee game. I've been to multiple Dave & Buster's locations across the southeast and this location was the first one to not have ANY of said games. I came to Savannah/Pooler pretty much just to go to this Dave & Buster's. I live 4 and a half hours away.

This is a smaller D&B compared to ATL but it doesn't matter bc it was still a great time. Everything is at grasp with the restaurant & games. The food was great along with our waiter. They had the latest games & a tone of tv screens for your sports preferences. Just an overall nice look staff. All smiles.????

Ms Samantha is the BEST waitress ever, as a fellow waitress, i appreciate her kindness and enthusiasm! so sweet 10/10 recommend asking for her if you dine in!!!

We went here on May 14th 2025 with a couple of friends but this was our first time ever going to a Dave and Busters. Our almost two year old was a bit unsure when we first got inside but she loved the lights and the staff working the prize room were so nice when she kept running over to look at the toys. Some of the staff in the prize room even played with her and showed her some of the prizes they had. It got to the point where we were far away from the prize room closer to the Photo Booth with the prize r

I came on a Sunday around 2pm with my son. We sat at a bar table. There was no wait. We got there before a big football game so I guess we had beat the rush that day. The staff was friendly and attentive. The manager stopped by and checked in as well. The food was delicious! I got the Mushroom Stout Burger and the Potsticker appetizer and they were both phenomenal, I cannot recommend them enough lol. My son got his usual grilled chicken and french fries and enjoyed those as well. We bought a card for games

This was a wonderful experience! My server destiny was amazing! The table was kept clean, food was brought out fast and fresh and our drinks stayed topped off. Amazing personality loved it! I definitely will be back

UPDATE: told me to call and leave my name. Just to be said we cannot help you again. I should have known better not to believe what people say from this store. If I could give zero, I would give this place zero they are so good in taking your money, but can't help you when your card gets lost. There's cameras everywhere you can look who redeemed the tickets. Their system was down and nobody was answering the phone, but I guess screw the customer for losing the point,The food is OK nothing special about it s

This was our first time there and it was for our son?s 10th birthday. Our server Dale was amazing. He surprised our son with a fruit loop cotton candy birthday cake which he said was delicious. If you want to have great service definitely request Dale! Thank you for helping our son have an amazing day!!!

My family and I visited Friday, May 17, 2024 around 8:30 pm. The staff was very friendly, polite, and helpful. One of the games had issues?took our chips twice and never started; however, I expressed it to one of the team members and he paid for the game only for it to do the same thing by the time he was 4 steps away. I didn't want to be a bother so I just took the L. The food was a kind of disappointing although the waiter was very kind. Because of his kindness I didn't even complain, but majority of it c

Came here to kill some time with my buddies before they had to catch their flight. The staff was very nice and helpful and directed us to the best options. Shout out to Christiana who was extremely helpful when it came to cashing in our tickets, and helped guide us to a bowling game where we could use our remaining credits. Overall a very pleasant experience made better by nice people.

Reading the reviews, it gives an unsure opinion of coming here. I wanted to see for ourselves and just make the best of it. We came here for a date night, Friday. Our visit wasn't bad. Upon entering, the dining area appears small/crowded. Security was present. I don't really frequent Dave & Busters, but some of the games did seem pricey for the object of the game. Ripoff. Nonetheless, we had fun. Our server Amber was friendly. The food and drinks were good as well- Wing platter. I would return gives someth

Just personally for the amount of money we spent a lot of the games were broken or only one side worked so you couldn't play with your family. The food was okay. The best thing we got was the mozzarella sticks. The cheese pull was crazy. Our server was rude. She made us uncomfortable. Everyone was very polite even when she messed up orders we didn't send anything back or make any fuss at all. She questioned us as if we didn't know what we asked for at first. It was unnecessary. Honestly I had way more fun

My family and I had an absolutely fantastic time at Dave & Buster?s in Pooler! From the moment we walked in, the energy was great, and the experience did not disappoint. The drinks were spot-on?so good and mixed to perfection. The bartender knew exactly what they were doing, and everything we ordered hit the mark. The food was just as impressive, arriving hot, fresh, and beautifully plated. It not only looked appetizing but tasted amazing! The games were a blast, with plenty of options to keep both kids an

Love the Pooler, GA location! Very friendly and helpful waitress, her name is Sam. She was amazing. I snacked on appetizers while my family played games. What a great experience.

Dave and B must be had the A team working tonight. I was able to make a reservation online. When I walked in 3 host were up front, one in training I had to ask. They were so nice I had to ask everyone?s name. To the host Alyssa, Megan, Aaron- he was happy to be at work. The food came out hot and fast! Omg that BBQ flat bread and lemon pepper wings just do it for me yum! And to my two servers, one was in training and they were great shout out to Kay and Kaitlyn. As we were enjoying our meal the manager stop

Food was not good at all. It smelled good. Prices were very reasonable. It's a fun place but that food was not good. The fries were hard. The queso was cold, the burgers were half cooked. The service was sooooooo slow and there was barely anyone in there. The drinks was tasty but not strong but good for the price. Would recommend to play but not eat. Beautiful place though.

The service here is awesome! The staff were very friendly and accommodating and did their best to make sure we all enjoyed our time at Dave & Busters- gaming, food, drinks- everything was great!

Dave and Buster's is a fun place. But a quick place to grab a bite it was not today. My friend and I had just appetizers, and it took over an hour from the time we sat down until we checked out. Our drinks sat empty for over 15 minutes as our waitress never came by to even check on us.

Chelsy was our waitress and was awesome today! No complaints, we were seated quickly, drinks were brought out fast and so was the food. Atmosphere is always great here. Place is very clean.

PJ and Jeff and their crews ALWAYS go above and beyond to ensure my boys have the best time at our local Dave and Busters! We have done birthdays and even celebrated beating cancer! It's always a fun clean atmosphere and they truly care that their guest have a great time we absolutely love it!

I had the best server at the pooler location. She was so happy and energetic, never had to wait on anything. I will only come back when I can have Destiny as my waitress.

Recieved excellent customer service when we asked for non-dairy options. Our server Adriana was patient with us while we reviewed the menu.. The Kitchen Mgr came out and provided a allergy sheet.. GM came out to ensure we ordered items with no dairy.. We appreciated the attention to details and ensuring our kid didn't eat anything she was allergic to. Thank you D&B..

I do want to start by saying thank you to the manager who came to help us. He was great. The food was great. We decided to take our kids for a treat because they worked hard all weekend. After we got sat, we were ignored by our waitress for over 30 mins. Someone even came up at one point & asked if we had placed our drink orders, to which we said no. She came by and took our order. 15-20 later we still had not gotten our drinks so my bf got up to find someone. I just wanted to leave at this point. Our order

We made a reservation and got seated quickly. We sat at our seats for about 15 minutes before another server realized we had been there as long as we had. He was very nice and took our order but that's were things went start getting worse. My wife's sandwich had to be remade and everyone was finished eating before she got it. Also the garlic Parmesan cheese fries looked like they went straight from the oil to the bowl.

D&B was a fun-filled experience! We had so much fun trying out various games. I love the cashless system where you can use a card to download your money plus your winning tickets are added to your card and not spilling out on the floor! ???? The bar/dining area is really clean, open and a nice inviting area. My grand nieces and I ordered the pepperoni flatbread pizza and a bbq chicken flatbread pizza with orange sodas. The food was delicious! Overall great experience! I like how the manager, Amanda, walked

We had a blast we booked a table for the kids birthday and it was a hit kinda high for the food but was amazing our waiter was amazing and she did a great job handling our crowd we will be back again

The reviews do not represent my experience upon arrival we were greeted and Identification was checked if you are under 18 no entry ?? without and adult witch limits young people from acting out !!! My daughter and I wanted a table the host said 35 min wait my daughter and I literally played two games and our phone was buzzing for a table our waiter was destiny who was extremely pleasant our food came out in about 10 minutes I had a watermelon margarita it was strong enough for me to feel good and play some

This place is amazing ! The food is mouth watering ....go see Stephanie and Avery is amazing

This is absolutely the best location I have ever been to. The kindness of the staff and the condition of the games are unmatched. We greatly enjoyed our visit. This is a model location. Proximity to the mall does make the parking lot more crowded than it should be. On rainy days - people park at D&Bs to go to the mall. Your family will enjoy a trip here.

This was our first visit to Dave & Busters, and we had a great experience! We arrived a few minutes after 11 and were given a 45-minute wait time. It ended up being about 40 minutes before we were seated. The food was very good and came out in a reasonable amount of time. I only took a picture of the Hawaiian chicken sandwich, but it was very good! My husband had the bacon cheeseburger, and it was great. The loaded queso appetizer was different but very good! We enjoyed the games as well, although it did

We went for the Hoilday Party preview. The staff were so helpful and polite. The food was really good. The games were a blast. Can't wait to food back!!!

Leah did such a great job with our huge party. She was patient and attentive. DJ helped too, but it was mostly Leah being phenomenal!

We had our date night and we had a great time?food was delicious?husband ribs was falling off the bone and I had the chicken parm pasta and it was delicious we also shared the Brussels sprout was ok. We had 2 delicious with alcohol not strong at all?my husband added and extra Long Island and he said with the 2 drinks he felt a little buzz. Management seem irritated when ask a question. I had to ask her ,, ?am I nothing you, because you seem bothered when I called you over? ?Games were a lot of fun. We will

If you are coming during the weekend it's best to reserve a booth if that's something you want. Because you will be waiting. Personally I didn't play the games, the kids did. Husband paid for their cards, but the good games came be costly on tokens. Example VR GAMES was like 14 or 17 tokens. Food wasn't the best. I personally have experience palette so the Spicy Korean BBQ tasted nothing of Korean BBQ very salty not spicy. Fries was good. FYI the chicken wings legs are meaty and slightly fatty. Flats were b

Took my girls after cheerleading and dance companionship as a reward. The staff from the time we entered was exceptional and we can not wait to come back. The waitress recommended the burger and it was just delicious. I will have the whole team to come the next time.

The bartender here is incredibly unprofessional. I can't help but question whether he's truly fulfilling his responsibilities as a bartender. This isn't about his appearance or background?he's simply too lazy for such a busy place, especially on weekends like Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Just look at his attitude.

Avery is an incredible member of the Management team. She made sure our entire experience was great from the time we sat down. Need more people Like Avery

The food was great. Our waitress was wonderful and the General Manager PJ personally checked how our experience was going which made the visit even better. This was by far the best Dave Buster I've seen and I'm looking forward to visiting again soon.

I had an amazing time my server Baileigh?? made it 10 times better she made us feel right at home food was great games was great my kids enjoyed every moment of it ????????

I had an amazing first time at this Dave and Buster?s! Although it is much smaller than the majority of Dave and Buster?s locations, the staff is very nice and give good service, and now and then police come around at night to ensure of safety. Everyone seemed happy and upbeat when I was there!

Over all its good the manager and head of kitchen worked miracles to keep me safe with allergies. It is loud as expected and can be quite overwhelming. I wish it was bigger. I loved the one in ohio they had more and different games.

The bartender with ?the beach? name Tag was rude up front with a nasty look on her face and when I asked how her day was she said good and you with a snotty look . Then refused to take my order . My kids and I stood up at the walk up bar service for Togo dessert before someone else came to help us . Then the lady ?the beach? family came and made my kids stand up even longer to wait after we spent almost 1000 this day and much more many other days. Having an attitude with me but taking it out on my kids when

I went in for a quick bite to eat and sat at the bar. Everything was great. I was in out thanks to my server Chelsy. She was awesome.

Miss Sam was my server and she was absolutely amazing!!! Two different managers came by and checked in on us! Yami and Daniel! Great server and great managers! 10/10 recommend!!!

Awesome all around! The food was amazing! For it being a friday night, our server was very attentive, and we had at least 3 managers come and do table checks. Arcade was clean and the games were fun

The food and beverage staff beget one server was abysmal in service and attitude. ?Oh I'm off? was the tune for that night. How off putting! And get this spike with the manager by phone and was promised a gift Card so I could try the place again. No gift card since December when we spoke. Stay on the gaming side the food/beverage staff is a joke!

All I can say is?Chloe, Chloe, CHLOE!! From the moment we sat down, her customer service went above and beyond. She greeted us with the sweetest smile and the most genuinely kind energy. (Also, her skin is flawless?I probably should?ve asked for her skincare routine! lol) While I was placing my order, Chloe paused for a moment to double-check whether I meant to order the sliders or the quesadilla, since the menu had a photo of the quesadilla next to the slider description, which was a little confusing. I'm

I had a party of 15 on a weekend night. The facility was at max capacity & only 2 weeks since opening. Food was better than I expected! A member of management checked on my party 2-3 times during the dining portion. This location does NOT offer VR (even though I was told otherwise since booking). Great service, considering the crowd. Beverage service needs another staff member would be my ONLY suggestion. One beverage per hour and a walk-up line for drinks. Overall, excellent experience & we will all be ba

I was highly disappointed as I anticipated to have a good evening as I did on my previous experience. My server was nice, however when it came to following through on the service it was not a good experience. I watched my mojito sit for an over 5 mins while she chatted with co workers ? I'm just like this is crazy. It really made me want to have her take it back because by the time I got it I didn't even want it. Not to mention the lemon drop I had wasn't strong and the mojito after tasting it wasn't either

I love Dave & Busters in Pooler ! My server Destiny was very friendly and professional which made my experience very satisfying, I will definitely be back again thanks to Destiny being amazing .

This is probably the cleanest Dave and Busters I've ever visited. Wall to Wall clean. The fries are amazing my favorite appetizer they offer. Truffle dusted. Whew...I can just taste them. The music was great the atmosphere was greater. The games are all up to date and working. If you are a fan of D&B....you have to make this stop. Lunch or dinner....psst!!!!! The outlets right there.lol

I am a Dave & Buster?s fan and have been going to different locations for years. I'm so glad that they brought it to Pooler Georgia! Everything was phenomenal. I was able to visit on opening night. Everyone was so accommodating who was on staff. The service was awesome. The food was hot, fresh and tasty. It was chef quality food! Everything was clean and the games were on point. I will definitely visit again. I have no clue what the bad reviews are about?! Dave & Buster?s is a big deal, so please give it a

Chelsey was an absolute gem during our visit to Dave & Buster?s! Her customer service was truly top-notch, going above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome. Every recommendation she gave was spot-on, and her positive energy was contagious. Chelsey is a true asset to the team, and we can't wait to come back and see her again. Thank you for making our experience unforgettable!

More games would be nice, and less expensive would be great. The staff didn't even help us when a machine was broken and ate our money so that sucked. I like coming here, but it is sooo loud.

Our waitress Chelsy was great! And the GM coming back to check on everyone was great too. Al way great atmosphere

Food was pretty good, games were fun! But wait staff was a little clueless on prices, if we could eat and play - like leave out food and come back, etc. Busboy almost threw our entire plates away! Will go back, but definitely eating later or when it slows down.

Samantha/Sam was a wonderful host. She recommended several options and was knowledgeable about the contents of the menu and even some of the games.

We had such an awesome time at Dave & Buster?s, and it was all thanks to Chelsy! She was hands down the best bartender we've ever had. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel right at home with her super friendly vibe and genuine energy. Chelsy absolutely nailed every drink she made for us?so good! She even gave us some great recommendations that we loved. On top of that, she checked in with us just the right amount to make sure we were happy without feeling rushed.

We had a Birthday party this past weekend and the entire staff was wonderful! Thank you to the GM the waitress and all the friendly employees who made my daughter feel special!

If you're going, make sure to sit at the bar and hang with Amethyst for a while. Service is gonna be good but your cocktails will be better ;)

How is our bill $139.22, and some of our party never received their food?? 1. RESERVATION was at 5. We didn't get our text until 5:32. Was told to follow staff to our booth. Someone was sitting there already. Manager was called. Was told to follow manager to our booth AGAIN. Table still wasn't ready. We were not seated until 5:56 2. Food was ordered AT THE SAME TIME. Why did only 4 people in a party of 8 get their food I don't know. We were told the food was put in two batches so 2nd batch will be out in F

The hostess, Morgan, was so helpful and got us a table right in front of the screen for our Packer game. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our seating. Our waitress, Olivia, was pleasant and constantly checked on us. The food was served quickly and tasted great.

I brought 4 grandkids to eat lunch and play games. Our food took 4ever and wasn't worth the wait. Long waits between bringing drinks, the food and the check. Our waiter sat down in our booth to total and take care of the check. The kids had fun with the games.

They have a secret menu. Ask for it the next time you're there. The last few times I went there the service was NOT great at all. I usually sit at the bar. It took a long time to place my order, get my order, and get my bill. The last time I went there the server was extraordinary good so that made up for the other horrible times I went there. The food is always good though.

I went in today for lunch. The bartender Chelsy was fantastic! She had a great can do attitude and my drink was perfect. Food was great. All around great experience. This may be my new lunch spot. Thanks so much!

Over all we had a great time, I gave a 3 star because it took almost an hour for a table. Im a former waitress and noticed that there were several tables that had not been bused. The person next to us left 5 mins after we sat down to eat and that table did not get cleaned in the 30 mins we were eating. The table turn here is not fast and I believe if they had bus boys like other locations the table turn would be fast and the wait wouldnt be as long. Other than that our waitress was sweet, and of course we h

Only had drinks. Went to new Dave and Busters at the Tanger Outlet in Pooler, GA with friends. Drinks were garbage. I try to be understanding with new places but drinks are made the same wherever you go. We had mostly juice with very little alcohol. Left after one drink. Very disappointed.

Service was excellent ! Our server and all the servers that passed us made she we were fine and didn't want for anything! The kids had a blast !

When I went to Dave and busters I was meet with great customer service and positive attitude, the food was great, and the games where awesome. But there was one server who I thought did really well and that was Angela! she was great very nice and polite she brought everything to us with little wait it was awesome she definitely deserves a bonus!

The Xfinity signal was completely terrible, but the bartender was attentive and very helpful! Amanda the manager was very friendly and helped us out with anything we needed.

Always a fun time at this Dave and Buster's. Drinks are made right and quickly! Lots of games to play and prizes to win! *note: This location is a tad smaller than some of the other Dave and Buster's, but not by much!

I would like to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dave & Buster's for the wonderful experience my family and I had while celebrating my son's birthday. We didn't have a reservation but they still accommodated us! We had such a fantastic time filled with laughter, games, and delicious food that I can confidently say we will be returning very soon.Thank you once again for making my son's birthday so special?it was a day we will cherish!

Had an amazing experience thanks to Sam ! Came D&B to celebrate my son 16bday and she gave us an amazing service !

The Best Experience we have had at a D&B the Staff well above and beyond to make my neice feel welcomed. Thank yall so much the food and everything was amazing

We came in today for the first time and was disappointed the moment we walked in. The host was very unfriendly. Treated us as an inconvenience. Our server was amazing though. She was very sweet. Very informative and kind. Great energy and we appreciate her so much. (I think her name was Hannah.) The bartender was new (per being informed) and didn't know how to make a cocktail. That's totally fine, we're bartenders so we understand everyone starts somewhere but when she brought us an ?old fashion? that was p

I will start this as I have been to quite a few D&Bs. The hostesses here seem like they have no clue and are extremely rude. It is inconvenience to seat you and they would rather eat snacks up front than seat you on time for your reservation. The waitress was nice but seemed overworked even though there was plenty of staff. She was covering both sides of the dining area which was odd. We ordered a bowl of fries for an app and it came out half full. No problem, inflation and all. We ordered our food and my

It was a great time. I had Chelsy for my server and she was great, best server I've ever had.

My family and I had an amazing time, great experience. Our server Angie was fantastic and super attentive! We had very little wait and she made sure we were taken care of! Would definitely come back again!

Service was nonexistent. Sat at the table for 20 minutes, asked the host about our server and still no service at all. Wasnt very busy at all either. Several server walked by and not help offered. Not even a cup of water? Finally just ended up leaving. Do not waste your time.

Samantha was an excellent server and provided the best service I've had here by far!!!! When you come in ask for her and you won't regret it!!

Smallest one I've been to with no pool tables. 1 big beer is 8 bucks. Pricey but fun for the younger kids.

First time going to a Dave & Busters and it was just ok. Food was good and the kids had fun but the service was bad. I also noticed on one of the walls that they had all of the Georgia Sports teams but for some reason they left off the Georgia Southern Eagles. I was with several Ga Southern alumni so that was pretty disappointing. It's also odd since Georgia Southern is one of the closest colleges to this D&B location. I'm sure plenty of other fans will notice this oversight as well.

This Dave and Busters is a little small compared to others I have visited. It's still a pretty good one, though. The service is pretty good given that it's always busy. The wait time is always about 1-2 hours on the weekend to get a table. Once seated, it takes a while to get your food. The last 2 times I was there recently. It took 1 hour to get our food. One of my daughters friends didn't get to eat with us. She had to take her food to go. Because they kept bringing our food out one by one. It was 20-25mi

Pretty small location without most games you'd expect (gutair hero, Kung fu panda, etc) mostly. Just racing games and vr games and the typical spin to win Service at the bar took forever Waited over an hour for our food, but luckily, it came out great.

First experience was awesome. Hamburger wasn't cooked as ordered but was replaced promptly and delicious! Experience did warrant us going back but after today's Experience, we'll eat elsewhere next time before letting the kids go play. The chicken fingers were literally the size of a person's finger. Half the size from our 1st visit. I guess because the place was really packed they cut one tender into 2 to make them go further and the amount of fries were skimpy. We had a party of 7 with 3 different tic

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?
