My sons go to spot! He's 11 and I offered to bring him here or another fun location not far away. He jumped at coming here and has been running with the card full of points since. Our sever was nice. We got fried pickles, mozzarella sticks, Caesar salad margaritas for me and some crazy cotton candy soda drink for him. We enjoyed the food. It was timely and the server was attentive. Good Evening Google Family. My first time visiting this location of Dave and Buster's. I have visited the location on Delaware Avenue, but not this location. My great nephew was in tow. We decided to visit after we couldn't visit LegoLand in the Plymouth Meeting Mall since they were not open when they were supposed to be which was 10 am. Google reported it as being open at 10 am. I have not patronized Dave and Buster's in years so I was not familiar with the format and how to play the games. Michael was.

Different than other d and b I've been to. Service was great because we were the only people there getting somwthing to eat. Food was just average and the bar area is right were the games are so ita super loud. I was expecting a larger place.

Had my birthday here this year and it was so great! The staff was excellent. They were so nice and attentive and helped with whatever we needed. The apps we had were so great and everyone loved them! And the games were so fun! The adults said they had such a fun time and loved the private room that we had. Would definitely recommend for a larger party.

This was my first visit to this location, and I'd like to share my experience in hopes of providing some constructive feedback. Coming from Philadelphia, I expected a larger space, but upon entering from the mall side, I found the atmosphere to be quite dark. Worse experience I've ever had at any restaurant. We booked ahead for a party of 20. Showed up and placed drink order. 10 minutes later our food order. It started decently well - but at the end when my son and daughter were trying to get prizes with their tickets, we found out at the counter that the ticket prices for items were not correctly labeled (they increased them 25% and didn't update the labels). Took my son out for his 7th Birthday and the staff were amazing. They filled out a birthday card and made him feel special. As a Dad you can't ask for more than that. It was a fun experience and the family had a great time.

My group of four walked in around 5:50pm on a Friday night. We were asked if we wanted to eat or play first. Long work day, we wanted to get a drink and some food. Seated immediately, noticed a lot of empty tables. Waited 25 minutes. No one approached us or even acknowledged us. We walked out.

THEIVES!!!!!!! After handing our server a 20% cash tip ($30) our card was charged $30 over what my bill was. We had multiple multiple mistakes throughout our meal, took twice as long as it should have & has to send our server back 3 times to get the total right. While the kids were playing we noticed the charge, management pushed us off to the next days manager. We were never even apologized to after we were stolen from just told "it'll be back on your card on 5-7 business days"

My kids always have a great time here. The games are always up and functional, and there are great prizes as rewards. I would not suggest eating or drinking here as the service is horrible. But if you can go and have a great time without interacting with any staff, you should be fine! Use the kiosk to reload your cards and definitely try out the virtual reality. The arcade section felt stuffy, smelly and overheated. Although my friends kids did like some of the games, many of the games seemed too short, making the experience feel a bit like a rip-off compared to how Dave & Buster?s used to be. I decided to choose this location to spend time with my partner and best friend. We had a fantastic time! The entire building building is wheelchair accessible. Customer service is fantastic! There was a kind woman that assisted us in achieving the Dave & Busters deal with a digital card. Also, although some of the arcade machines faulted. The manager, Devin, refilled our cards free of charge. They also then put the machines up for repair. I overall enjoyed my time!

First time here and i loved it! The employees were very helpful to explain the play and dining combos and how everything works there. The food was really good as well and the prices were reasonable. The arcade was smaller than i expected but it was still fun!

I took my kids for their birthday to Dave and busters on the 22 of February and had the most amazing time with them from our waiter Ian to the manager I believe his name was Dave but I not sure . I was highly impressed. We have being going to Dave and buster for more than 10 years and by far this was our best experience. They were amazing and very attentive. The way the manager handle a disgruntled customer who was a nightmare I was just amazed and definitely will go again because of this experience.

First time to a D&Bsters in a very long time, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the food and service. My son and I both opted for the combo deal with $10 game cards. By far the worst service I've ever experienced. My friends and I came to celebrate my birthday. The arcade is usually good tho also crowded a lot. The service from people working there is usually good. The food selection is a bit bland however and how things are cooked isn't how I always prefer it, mainly the ribs for example. They are always harder and more chewy than I would prefer. I would say the restaurant kitchen is the weakest point.

Don't waste your time with this location. Management sucks, staff is lazy (not to mention far from classy), and the bar tenders have no clue. The D&B in Plymouth Meeting, unlike the Columbus Blvd location, does allow children. My 5-year old loves Chuck-E-Cheese - so since it closed down, we have been so grateful for D&B. Our waiter was very sweet and attentive. The food was not good at all. It's took way too long for the food to come out and when it did it was cold.
