Came there at opening on a Tuesday morning with a group of 8 and the kids had a blast . The waitress did great especially since we had 4 different bills . I wish I would have gotten her name but a wonderful job because we were keeping her busy . Everyone was happy with their food also .

Kids had lots of fun. Food was decent. Restrooms was not clean. There was barf in all three sinks at my visit.

My family always visits this D&B location. The manager Tamara is wonderful (she makes awesome drinks!), as well as the servers Chelsea and Elizabeth - they are real friendly. Food prices are what you'd expect at an establishment like this, but it tastes good; haven't been disappointed yet.

Dave and Busters is always a blast! Service was great. Our server Maddie was so kind, personable, and very attentive, even tough it was a busy evening, she still made sure to check on us several times. The managers we had experiences with were both amazing, Natalie and Chase. Even the front desk personnel were all kind and made the evening fun. The restaurant was clean and kept up, as always. Food was delicious and a nice variety as well. Lots of games to choose from and such a great atmosphere to enjo

Had great experience. Can't remember the young lady that waited on us but she was great. Food and drinks where perfect and we like it a lot more than the waterfront. We will be back.

It's very deceiving.... you walk in and there is a whole section of tables empty but there is a 20 min wait. Ok no big deal. Probably having a hard time with staffing. We sat at the bar hoping to get a drink. Waited 15 min before a bar tender came over. We she asked what we wanted it was if we were bothering her. Once we were seated it was at an already empty table... in the bar area. Our server was nice and but not very attentive. Our soft drinks never got refilled. Food was good. No complaints. The gamin

The way the bar is set up is absurd. You're not allowed to order anywhere around the bar. It's kept to one very small spot, which causes lines. We waited on line for almost 20 minutes. Typically, I wouldn't even care and would just wait, but my husband and I watched as the bar manager stuck receipts directly into the drinks, where they sunk into the drinks before the servers would pick them up, remove the paper and ink that had been floating in the drink and then took them to the patrons. The people drinkin

This is one of the better Dave and Busters in Pittsburgh. They have a great layout and tons of games. The food was quick and delicious. The drinks were tasty and refreshing. The staff was friendly. I lost a like 50 tokens on a couple games that didn't work ?? but I wasn't pressed, I had fun anyways. Great place I definitely recommend for a date night or family fun or a group outing.??

Always a fun time here! Kris and Natalia were super helpful and friendly the last time we were in, making sure our night was a great one!

The pretzel dogs were delicious and the waitresses was friendly, but she had no clue you could redeem points and get free food. Nor did she know what on the menu you could redeem. She made my boyfriend seem like an idiot when he asked her, so he just left to check the machines himself and get his free food coupon. Otherwise the place was clean and the games were fun! Great place to go, kick back, and play some fun games. Maybe one of the other servers will be better, and service at the bar was great!

If I could share any word of advice to anyone who may see this review: Weekdays at this location are way better than going on a very busy weekend. I went for a Thursday evening date night and found the staff to be warm, accommodating to the point it was impressive, and an overall excellent time. If there is one thing I could change about this location it is the water pressure in the restrooms, and maybe the overwhelming overlap of noise.

Servers were attentive and made excellent recommendations for food and beverages. They answered all my questions about ingredients and double checked with the chefs to guarantee allergy safety for my daughter. Very impressed. We will definitely be back!

I reviewing this place thru the eyes of a child since this kind of place is not for me. Grand children loved playing all the games and cashing in their tickets for pretty much nothing. But it was something to them. Food and service was good.

I took my kids here just to do something and it was an amazing experience. The staff were so nice and welcoming, there was a manager Shaina I think her name was but she was very helpful and friendly with my children. We will for sure be back.

This particular Dave and Busters is not as enjoyable as other locations. I will get the good points out first. The food is really good and the place is usually well kept/clean. Now the negative aspects. The music seems very loud at this location and borders on being unbearable. The management has a very careless attitude towards customers. Also the redemption area does not seem as well stocked as other locations. But the main reason why this particular location falls short is the waitress service around th

Games where clean and in working order. The food was really good. The shrimp dip was excellent (no picture). We came on a Monday afternoon and the bar was empty. We had to wait a couple of minutes each time for a server to show up

My family and I attended the Bunny?s Breakfast Bash and it was one of the best kid friendly events we've been to. Not only was it well organized, but the staff was amazing. The buffet was also great. My little ones had the best time on the Easter egg hunt, took home crafts and loved the Easter bunny.

Loved this place! Fun games and great food.

Very kind staff, plenty of fun games, great deals, extremely clean. LOUD as HECK, but it's to be expected as it's an arcade. A fun way to bond with the wee ones.

I can't say enough nice things about the bunny breakfast bash!! The staff was so kind and so accommodating. The bunny was super fun and engaging and not just a prop. It was the perfect breakfast spread for my toddler and the egg hunt was so wonderful.

The customer service received here was out of this world. I hadn't experienced customer service like this in a while. Our server Steven went above and beyond for us. The staff throughout the establishment greeted me with a smile and was very helpful. The atmosphere and music was great. What I didn't care for was the lack of parking and the cost for games. Expect to spend around $50 per person if playing the games and eating a meal. Although this establishment is kid friendly, it's definitely catered to the

Didn't eat here. Just came to play some games. The value for the money is there. Games were ok but this isn't one of the bigger D and B's so its expected. Good times.

Great food and service! Long wait for a table but worth it. A little loud but fun and good times to be had. Chicken Bruchettaover pasta was amazing!

Great experience, great food, Kim was an amazing server. Food was out quick. Drinks were refilled before I had to ask. My kids had a wonderful time. I highly recommend eating and playing here.

Really dope location. High ceilings, clean restaurant and gaming area. I came here with some friends and we finally left after 3 hours. All of the games were working. Wide open parking spot and safe place to bring kids

Food was pretty decent to get a burgher but service I was surprised at a server refused to just order me a sandwich said I had to go to the bar for some reason but I was with a kid so I couldn't sit I had to order and take a bite and go back instead of just having a small table in her section. It was also Sunday morning so not very busy. Surprised but hey she missed out on a good tip.

Service was subpar at times, but 3 of your staff members did an excellent job ensuring my comfort and sealing the deal of my return. The good: Steven was an excellent server. He was very transparent about how busy he was, but made every effort to make sure things were accurate, delivered in a timely manner, and checked in with care. He made us feel very special by taking his time taking our meal order, pointing out items on the menu he recommends, and he spared a couple minutes to talk about sports. Hayle

Terrible experience, arrived at 7pm for date night. Got seated, ordered drinks, our waiter was very friendly. We ordered the wings and the chicken parm. A table arrived shortly after us. After about 20 minutes, the waiter said it would be about another 10 minutes and refreshed our drinks. Shortly afterwards the table next to us was served. An hour after our drinks were taken the waiter returned to say there was an issue with our order and that it would be right out and that our meal was taken care of. The f

All of the staff was very good. The managers Chase and Natalie made sure our experience was excellent, along with our server Kim and the other server Barbie who ran us our food and made sure we were okay. Everyone was very friendly and the food came out very quick. Definitely will return again! :)

I love coming here because it's fun for both kids and adults! This location specifically has really nice staff and is always really clean.

DISGUSTING THATS ALL I CAN SAY. TRYING TO HAVE FUN WITH MY DAUGHTERS AND WE SAT AT THE BAR TOOK 8 MIN WE ORDER DINNER AND DRINKS KIDS MEALS CAME FIRST WICH ITS FINE THE PERSON WHO BROUGHT THE FOOD WAS SUPPOSED TO BE "MANAGER" (FEMALE) SHE TOLD US TO MOVE TO A TABLE BC THE "LAW" SHE WAS SO MOODY WE DID AT THE END OF THE DAY NO ONE WAS ATTENDING TO US NO WAITRESS NO BARTENDER NO MANAGER AND AS A 20 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A MANAGER WAITER BARTENDER THIS PEOPLE SYSTEM IN THIS LOCATION, SUCKS FOR REAL. NO RECOMM

I have a friend that worked here and she recommended that I come here to have fun. So on our wedding anniversary, we came here to celebrate, and it was so much fun! They had all the arcade games that we enjoyed playing. The food and mixed drinks were very good too!

This place was absolutely fun as heck!!! You need a card to play all the games which you can purchase at the counter when you walk in. So many different cool games, perfect for kids and family fun. Some of the games I never heard of, I love the fishing ro game they have, classic skee ball, air hockey. Hungry Hungry hippos and so much more. They are open till late as 12am and later.

Over priced with horrible food. Anytime I take the kids, we eat elsewhere before we go. The cei has never ate at dave and busters before because if he did he would never serve this food.

They really need to train their chefs/ cooks.... quality has gone downhill. This was a "steak salad bowl" and was expensive. I waited an hour for this.

I couldn't believe how good the food was! Got the voodoo pasta and a BBQ buffalo flat bread and the parm truffle garlic fries. Crazy good!

Dave & Buster's at The Block is as fun as a casino! It's clean. It has a great selection of games for both adults and kids. The atmosphere is great! The food was pretty good. It tasted better than it looked. But it doesn't live up to the description given on the website -which claims their food is "award winning". It was standard, sports bar, family chain-restaurant food to me. The new potstickers were too spicy. The Hawaiian chicken sandwhich was really good. And the boneless wings were tasty. Service suck

I love the atmosphere and the food is decent, but EVERY TIME we come here, they are completely understaffed and it takes FOREVER to get service. There are no bartenders in sight and my drink sits here alone and empty. I want to give you my money. I want to tip you. Help me HELP YOU. (I honestly don't blame the staff. There's just not enough of them.) Update on 2/23/2021: Sat for over 15 minutes. Not a server to be seen. We left. Probably best. Prices went up and are way too high. I would not recommend eati

I had a blast. Not one person in there wasn't having fun. I do prefer the one on the Waterfront.

We have a party of 30. Reserved in advance. They only have us one server. She did an amazing job. So I don't blame her at all. But you can imagine how long service took for a party. It was a great time.

My friends and I went here tonight for a guys night. They had a good deal on a meal plus a game card. As you can see from my pic I had a nice portion of Fish n Chips. This place is very big and also had a ton of fun games to play. I recommend 4 Player Pong. It's so cool!

The food was really delicious and had so much fun playing all the games. Definitely coming back here. Got three great prizes with all the tickets I won

Flat bread Pizza is ok with no ranch served and only Heinz ketchup bottles , plates served were out of dish water and not dried and not cleaned properly. Overpriced for the money spent but gives less credits which were to loose anyway in all arcade games for less fun!! Do not recommend.

I'm actually very disappointed that I chose to have my kids' birthday party here The cheese flatbread was very mediocre, which should have been pepperoni. I ordered an extra 5 cards and only received 10 initially. I had to ask where the rest was.. then came time for the bill, she told me she couldn't figure out why there was extra so she took it off. I give my card, sign grat then she comes back and tells me it was the wrong amount. They did not give me a copy of my receipt so I don't know what the heck I w

Tamara was so friendly and helpful! We loved all the games and our family had a great time!!

Always fun?s and clean. The kids have a blast. I had a card/token issue and Tamara was incredibly helpful! Def recommend this location!

Large Reserved Birthday Party for 18Adults+ kids... Waitress was wonderful and tried making sense what Management couldn't. ?? Luckily seating was resolved with ingenuity. Food was good. Package deal with Power Cards was confusing and expensive. Total for all roughly $600, not including tip. Management screwed loading Cards and everyone had to wait longer to play games. Game room was awesome and friendly crowd, everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. I would've rated higher, but Management failed big t

It's like Chuck E cheese's for adults with cheap beer and nice prices on games 1500 tickets between me and the wife

I want to start off by sharing my reason for the 4 stars vs 5 due to the high prices/low quality ticket prizes (franchise problem). Dave and Busters is located in a pretty great location, reef build, with other shopping areas close by. We parked in the parking garage (free) used the elevator right through the main entrance and went to the upper level. This location was awesome, large, loud even when not crowded, but very clean especially the restrooms. My son and husband spent about 4 hours here on $100. W

Didn't have time to enjoy any good. Son and I just played games and had a great time!

Food was fantastic! Great atmosphere. Just wish people would take more responsibility of their children. But thats no fault of D & B.

This place is well managed like an oiled machine that perfects customer satisfaction.

If you come here with any regularity install the mobile app. I get so many free food promos (many worth up to 15 dollars). The kitchen was very slow, but the manager comped me my sliders which was very nice of them, and the sliders tasted great! Happy hour beers (22oz domestic beers for 5 bucks) are a great way to chill out while the kids play games.

I want to give this place 5 stars but they don't have enough vegan or plant-based options for us to stay there and eat and play. When I messaged their general inquiry department, I never got a response. 2 stars until they make their menu more inclusive for people who don't eat animal products. Until then we will play and have go elsewhere to eat! :/

We come play games at this location every so often as it makes an entertaining date night. Half price Wednesdays are the best, because game chip prices are crazy without the deal. Food has always been good for American Fare, I used to order the chicken and waffles, but can't guarantee if it's still on the menu these days as we haven't eaten dinner here in a long time. Bar drinks are tasty, though! Prize room was really well stocked on this visit. I only dinged the service 1 star because of a negative expe

I have been waiting for this to open in the past I did enjoy the food and arcade I did do a birthday party here once you may remember that then I moved out after my final visit in July

I was excited to celebrate my friends nineteenth birthday and this lady gave us so much attitude. She was kind to the other guests who were older but was disrespectful. I typically have a great time but service was awful.

Would give the service 0 if I could. Rude and ignorant people with no personality representing the company. Asked for help multiple times and it is a shame. The food was also horrible ontop of the place being dirty too

Very poor service, The waiter seemed like he had no clue how to do his job. He walked past for 20 minutes after we finished eating and it took us flagging him down to get the check. Manager came over and helped us and was very friendly though.

It's a much smaller place than the Waterfront location, and has more limited games. Still fun though! The bar staff was super slow the night I went. I probably waited 10 minutes for my order. Drinks were a bit pricey.

It's a great place to have fun if you're an adult or have kids , it's a place for both but more so for adults. Just expect to pay more than $100 for points, food, and then a drink.

I frequent this D&B and I've had tons of fun experiences! Lots of jackpots, lots of fun games, good deals on half price night... I'm rating it five stars because as an arcade, it's GREAT. The food is really, really lacking, however. The staff is clueless on what vegan means and messed up my order multiple times, giving me conflicting information. I'm just going to skip the restaurant from now on... A few notes: ? They card...EVERYONE. My 31 year old friend got carded for a non alcoholic beer. ? The r

Do not come here on a weekday. I received an advertisement from them today and drive 35 minutes to take my kids. They were closed for a private event. Kids were extremely disappointed. How in God's name is it acceptable to send a customer and advertisement that was good "today only" and then be closed? You cannot trust this location to be open. Don't waste your time like I did.

New location has an awesome layout, super friendly staff, great service and quality food. Well worth the visit, just for the racing llamas

Huge place, full of games and fun for all ages, the restaurant is fine and the food is Godzilla VR simulator is an incredible immersive experience.

Best bet is don't eat here the food is bar food and expensive. Games are fun. But 5 ppl ate appetizer and they are priced at about 14-19 $ for an appetizer. Each person needs 2 @ least bill was 150$ food is not that good wing app is 7 wings that were dry and not that good

Server Justice was very rude and essentially refused to wait on our table because we had separate checks. The hostess was very obnoxious. Did not get her name. They only staff who were friendly and attentive were the manager and a server named Chelsea. The manager had to step in because Justice was too incompetent to handle our order. We had eight adults and seven children. They refused to give us a long booth so we had to split amongst two tables. And then the hostess was very rude and obnoxious about havi

Sammie and Mitch were a delight! We usually stop by for the games but today we tried the food. It wasn't horrible but the service was great, super kold atmosphere but hey that's how it be sometymes. Thanks for for making sure we didn't have a horrible stay!

We were at D&B for a child birthday party. We had a great time. The staff was excellent and took care of any extras we needed!

Love this place. It's so much fun, and the food is always good.

This was my first time visiting this location, and I thought the selection of games were great. The customer service was great as well. We had a problem with our card and they helped us out a lot.

We had a great time and the food and service were excellent. I would like to see more sanitizing of surfaces. It's very expensive.

The service is soooooo bad, they bartenders just sit around talking to each while they stare at you and do nothing

The was excellent and the food was very very good

It's a very nice arcade where you can have fun with the kids, grab a bite and enjoy an adult beverage! How can you beat it! We did the topgun VR and I was totally blown away@

If anyone was looking to purchase a birthday party at Dave and Busters, here are a few issues that arose. Food Quality & Portion Size ? The slices of pizza provided were unreasonably small, more suitable for toddlers than older children. Additionally, multiple children commented that the pizza did not taste good, which was disappointing considering it was part of the package. Lack of Transparency in Game Restrictions for ?Unlimited play? ? It was not clearly disclosed in the contract that the ?unlimited?

Awesome place!!! So much fun!!! Highly recommend

Kids had fun playing games and I had fun drinking beer at the bar. Win-win!

Let's start with the bathrooms, one stall out of all of them had toilet paper, zero soap, next to no water pressure, trash EVERYWHERE. Tattoed male bartender spent more time on his phone than paying any attention to guests at the bar. Moved to the other side after being ignored, Bella wasn't much better. Really need to do better! Live coming here, but this horrible!

My husband and I ate dinner in the restaurant of Dave & Buster?s. Our waitress had a very courteous personality, and she served us in a timely manner. The menu consisted of foods such as burgers, salads, and ribs. I greatly enjoyed my salmon, rice, and green beans. My husband?s chicken tenders were slightly soggy but had a good flavor. His French fries were crispy and had a yummy seasoning. Please note that customers must seat themselves in the restaurant, and this business also has a large gaming area as w

Delicious! Usually we dont do chain restaurants but we had a rambunctious 12 yo w us he wanted to go. The food was excellent and service was probably the best we've had in this area! Daine was our server but they all seemed to enjoy being there.

Food and drinks are delicious! Our server was very sweet and kind as well. The restrooms are extremely clean, nearly spotless. The arcade has a large variety of games for all skill levels. Bar is open to drink and play. Had an absolute blast!

Food was cold. Service was horrible. We waited 2 hours for a table that they told us would be 30 minutes. Games were fun but not worth the horrible experience.

My bartender Tamara was THE BEST. She was friendly, energetic, and efficient! And the drinks were delicious. 10/10

What a great, fun place to spend an afternoon.

The good was ok, it's bar food. Wish they had better deals, it gets pricey

Took my son and some of his friends here. The food was great, and the staff was awesome and very professional. Will come back again.

Definitely a fun place, and clean, however many games didn't work, but still took the credit from your card. The service was incredibly slow at the bar, as well as during a seated dining service. We won't be back to this location.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.

Are virtual reality games in arcades worth playing?

Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
