The server Alex was great! We enjoyed our time at Dave & Buster's to Celebrate Paula's Birthday!

TEAM RED GREYSTAR . The food and drinks were great, and there was something for everyone. The arcade games added an exciting, competitive edge to the event, making it a perfect mix of teamwork and fun. It was a fantastic way to bond outside of work while letting loose and enjoying some friendly competition. Absolutely had a great time here!!! The bartender was amazing and so friendly!!! My only issue is that in the women?s bathroom the changing table is horribly slanted?. I definitely was not willing to put my child on it for fear of him moving and falling off of it. Please replace it?.

Celebrated my son's 11th birthday here. I had reserved a table 2 months in advance for about 8 people. When we arrived, I could see that we didn't really need to. For a Thursday night, it was fairly empty, but we didn't mind. It did take them a couple of minutes to get a table set for us. Our server Mateo was beyond awesome. D&B's is one of my son's favorite places to go - he LOVES the Virtual Reality experience, racing, playing air hockey, shooting hoops and all of the other arcade games. Definitely fun for family nights out or birthday parties. We normally make a night of it and grab food and drinks from the restaurant. Always a great time.

Loud, dirty, bad service. Fried pickles were soggy. Fish and chips dish was even soggier. Bar drinks taste like juice and water, very diluted with mostly ice. Service was bad, our waiter even spilled soda all over our table and on my son. Everything was dirty and outdated. Bathrooms were disgusting.

You have a fantastic host named Heidi! This sweet young lady always has a welcoming smile on her face. She is so knowledgeable about the app and always helps us with a pleasant demeanor. Her training skills are spot on as she assisted Braylon as well. Love coming there and seeing people with great attitudes like Heidi! That's what keeps us coming back!

Not sure how I never knew about this location and I'm a local! I went on a Saturday Night and it was so peaceful compared to the Concord location. As soon as I walked in I noticed how nice the interior was. It gave lounge vibes versus casual bar. The staff were very helpful and answered all of my questions. Last call for alcohol and food was minutes away but they got everything in and it was BOMB! I love arcade games and I loved all the selections they had. All ages will be pleased.

It's been over a decade since my last visit to a Dave & Busters, and I think Bri's incredible service might make me come back. I assume this location is always busy, and today seemed pretty full, but Bri was a pro. After managing restaurants for over 2 decades, it's refreshing to still see customer service being given. I go to Dave and Buster's a lot because overall, it is a great place however, games do break a lot and they are a bit delayed to keep everything in at least good enough condition to still be playable. The food is very good, however it is extremely unhealthy, so if you are on a diet I do not recommend it. If you have no food restrictions go for it, just be careful of the sodium! My sons and I had a wonderful time at Dave & Busters. We started off the afternoon noon playing the wide selection of games. For starters, refilling my Dave & Busters card was a painless process that took all of 3 mins and we were ready to play. First time at this location. I have to say it's much smaller than concord, but way better. Cleaner, less broken/not working properly games, friendlier staff, and to extend on the cleanliness statement...the bathrooms!!! Wow! Actually felt safe/comfortable using them. Nice place for family and friends. You have something for everyone; large screens for sports, games for both kids and adults to enjoy. The food was OK, the service needs improvement, as it took long to get our food, we got it somewhat cold, had to wait for silverware, which they ended up getting us plastic. Friendly staff. Our waitress was lovely! However food was not it. They kept getting our order wrong. First we got our main meal before our appetizer. I had to let our waitress know we didn't even get it. Meh, we had fun playing games but the atmosphere and everything else for that matter have fallen off dramatically since I last visited over 5 years ago. Great place to spend time on any day of the week. Food and drinks were really good, I didn't expect it from arcade center. I had avocado chicken sandwich and my husband had one of their burgers, price was definitely fair compare to other places in Charlotte. It took quite a bit of a time to prepare but was worth it. My daughter left her jacket at the table after we ate , our server was amazing ! However the host tried to STEAL my daughters jacket , the manager said she put it at the host stand but it was no longer there .. the manager then found it hidden under the host stand covered by menus .

When seated it was us and 3 other tables, waited over an hour, not exaggerating at all about an hour and 10 minutes, for 1 burger and 1 chicken sandwich. I had my son?s 10th birthday out here yesterday, for almost $400 bucks it was NOT worth it. You don't get unlimited food just unlimited drinks so we got the food and it got cold and I feel like the birthday person should?ve got unlimited game play. It was a waste of my money. Never again. Food is really tasty, but on the pricey side. The service is rather slow. Good options of games, but wish there were more retro options. Very loud, so if you want a quiet place to relax, I'd suggest going somewhere else. Some areas have flashing lights, so keep that in mind for people who might come along with you.

Good variety of games, fairly empty for a Saturday afternoon. System was down for over 40 minutes -- nothing worked during that time and no comms to guests. You'd think they have some override or gratuity credits - kids stating at screens nobody can use.

Food was weird & took forever to come, but was room temp. Got rid of ski ball game. However ended up loving ski ball. I appreciated them understanding and comping my meals, but won't be back.

We went out for a girls day and enjoyed the games. Anytime a game didnt work a Game Crew would help. But it was frustrating that at least 4 games would mess up, your coins were charged. Just visoted yesterday for my birthday and it was so busy there last night. We had a 45 minute wait to seat our party of 6. It flew by, I mean we WERE at Dave and Busters so we had plenty to do to pass the time lol. The servers were great, very busy but they did very well under pressure. Do not download the app and put money on it. The staff is rude. They don't want to help you with it. They say it's a third-party app yet. This is an amazing place to take your kids or to have fun yourself. The staff was amazing and help us so much. One of the staff Tori was helping us the whole time, so amazing please give her a raise.

This is the best Dave & Busters around Charlotte. The other locations tend to have sketchy guests loitering. This one is good and still family friendly. Dave and busters at Carolina Place mall! Can't believe I spent whole day with the kids here, eat drink and play. My kids haven't gone out since Covid and this is a big stress reliever. Food was great, forgot to take pictures before we start eating??, service was exceptional!

Probably at least 30 to 40% of the games are broken and there are no ?out of order? signs up on any of them. This means you will either be trying to chase down an employee to give you credit back on your card or just counting it as a loss, as it's very hard to find employees on the floor. It seems that more and more of the video games are not working every time I go back. ended up leaving early with plenty left on the playing card because it just was ridiculous. This is Chuck e Cheese for adults. Great interactive games and fun things to play. You will always have a good time here. Plenty of things for kids and adults to do. The service was pretty slow when I was there. Food came out pretty quick, but had to ask for plates from the bar since we could not find our waitress at all. ok so we have been to this location a couple times and it used to be great but after the last coupe times being so bad we are done with d&b we went to play some arcade games and when we go we never spend less than $100 when we show up we go to put chips on a card and we talked to the lady at the front desk payed for like 120 or 150 dollars in chips after we pay i go to swipe my card at a game and it says 0 chips so we go back up to get it fixed the lady had to call the manager up to get the chips to go on o

Dave and Busters Pineville location? the absolute best management and service! I took almost 200 high school students for Senior week. Jim the manager was more than accommodating. He went above and beyond our expectations. The staff was kind, welcoming, and truly on top of everything! This is a trip I hope to do for years to come for our Seniors.

It was a very busy Sunday and there were tons of football games on! I can definitely see why people come here to watch the game. Tons of games, and most of them were good, the claw machines were lacking and really weren't that great. Went to the restaurant and had a very nice waiter. Service was a little slow but it could be because it was so busy. Otherwise I think I'd go back. Prices were a bit high but that's to be expected. Food was good as well. Last time, I gave a 1 star because of crowds and female bartender poor perform. Now, I gave a 5 star. Because, young man from the bar seem so hard worked and patience with guests.

Service was terrible. Food did not come out prepared as it should. Just in case you order wings with a dry rub. I ordered chicken wings with a dry rub and the rub came out in a condiment cup instead of wings being tossed in rub. Will definitely think twice before coming back to this particular location. There is no local Dave and Busters where I live. I was excited to try it out. Definitely VERY disappointed.

The customer service was WONDERFUL at this location!! Every staff member we encountered were friendly, entertaining and helpful!! We did not enjoy the shareables we had but didn't make a fuss about it. We will definitely come to play again but we will eat elsewhere.

A handful of the games were broken and took our money. No refunds even thougb they stole about 12$ from us. Don't waste your time.

Used a groupon for all day blue swipe games for two. Well worth the price. I wish there were more blue swipe games but it worked out for my young children. It is pricey so if you're paying full price for chips the games add up quickly like 7 chips a game on average. Still a good time. We didn't partake in the food.

First time at this D&B. Didn't eat there (too expensive )but played a few games. The place is still being renovated, a few of the games aren't working properly and you have to keep calling on staff to fix something. Not a great experience.

The staff is always great, and I really appreciate how wonderful the servers are. The food has been disappointing the past couple of times we have been. Things seem dried out and overcooked. It is nice to go to a place with your family, friends and kids but it is very overwhelming, concerning, and disgusting to see how dirty, stinky and messy the bathrooms are. Like if there were no staff at the place.

I really don't want hate from this but it is a honest review. The food I had was really sub par. None of it was what I would call restaurant quality it was mostly TV dinner quality. The only reason to go here is for the arcade which is a decent size and has a pretty good variety. But several of the games we played had faulty controllers that 'conveniently' caused you to suddenly lose (in fps games) or wipe out randomly (in the racing games) - which of course leads to the 'pay to keep playing' screen. My food was wrong, could not get refills on drinks after asking multiple times. Sat at a table with signage all around it that made it difficult to even access the table. They did not bring napkins or silverware. We were having a wonderful evening until we went to Dave and Busters.

Been here a few times with the family already and wanted to write out this review. The Dave and Busters in Pineville is great. The experience inside is amazing. With the place being clean most of the time and almost zero problems with machines not working, (happened once). The shop items that you get to choose from are great deals and the kids always have a great time. Would recommend to others.

Took my kids here for their birthday, we played games and ate dinner. We had some trouble with our food, but the manager on duty, Sara, was incredible!!!! Sara handled our situation perfectly in a timely manner without needing to even ask!!!
