We absolutely LOVE Dave and busters in desert ridge! We are weekly regulars for the last three years and can't get enough of this place! Lexi is our FAVORITE server she is sooooooo nice and has the best memory ever she always remembers our food and drink orders and is just the best server you could ever ask for! We love her! We always get the wings dry with dry lemon pepper rub and a side of all our favorite sauces! We really enjoy the smashed burger, sliders, and we always get the kids chicken tenders! We

After now having been to a Dave & Busters I am convinced that this place is a place for adults disguised as a place for kids ??! We all had a great time and would absolutely go back! I am giving Atmosphere a 4-star only because my 10y/o is on the spectrum and it was crazy loud and he did struggle with it a bit.

I wish I could remember the man's name who wore many hats the day my family and I went because he was the whole vibe. It was on a Thursday at midday. My family purchased the Kids Bowl Free summer pass. He was helpful through the purchasing process, he was our waiter and cleaned up after our visit. We came here for a date night. It was a bit challenging to find the entrance as we aren't from the area but it's located in the centre of the walkable plaza at this mall complex. The area is very clean and clearly marked I'd say. Was easy to obtain a players card from the machine at the front lower level though they do have options to speak to an employee. Been coming here for years as a video game patron? because you know it's D&B. But, I am writing this review solely on the stellar experience that I continuously receive from the (2) bartenders Wayne and Zoe. Not only are they ALWAYS welcoming, and very personable? my girlfriend and I come in just to see them? but also, it gives me a reason to whoop her butt in Mario Kart multiple times a week. Remember the names when you come in? Wayne and Zoe! If I can give more stars I would!

Food was just ok. The tenders and wings were soggy. I expected them to be nice and crispy. The service is slow. The food took about 40 mins to arrive. Then waited about 10 mins for someone to show up at front counter to purchase a gaming card. The manager on the floor was not very friendly. Restaurant is pricy. Ordered a salmon for $20 thinking it would be a nice size serving, when it came out, it was about 3oz. So tiny was barely able to taste it.

The food at this place used to be a bit better. This is all just wholesale frozen foods reheated and poorly so. The food service has always been slow. On this visit the food was barely warm and just barely edible. Our service was lackluster at best. It's best to eat elsewhere first, then come to play games. Great place with a tons of games that were all in working condition. I was surprised on how good the food was. Service was 'ok' but she was trying to take care of both the bar and tables. Front desk downstairs was the most friendliest guy!! I think his name was Caleb and his tag said "he likes to dance" - he really started our experience off right. I was surprised to see the dining room closed when we arrived with a group of 5 for dinner and games on a Sunday night. Dinner tasted great but the server was a little slow to check on us. Bathrooms were not kept as clean as they could be. Girl at the ticket redemption counter could be more personable, she didn't seem to want to be there. Music/noise level was too loud overall. Bowling alley had terrible acoustics, as it was uncomfortably loud to be in. I suspect they aren't as staffed as they should be.

My family and I come here very often! It's our go to family night out! Today we went & my daughter was short a few tickets for the toys she wanted in the prize shop & the girl at the counter, Destiny, took out her own card with tickets from her wallet and swiped it to cover the difference. Came here to watch the ufc fights. We got there early so we could eat and it wasn't too busy. It's a huge place that has a section to sit and eat and be served, a sports section where you are served further away, some bowling alleys and upstairs a huge arcade room. What is going on here? No management? Came in and sat down, ordered drinks. Server never came back to take our food order, we were there 30 minutes and drinks didn't show up so we walked out. Bartender was walking around the bar literally doing nothing. I'm not even sure why she wasn't making our drinks. She was checking her phone, sticking toothpicks in jars and wiping things down. I had a pleasant experience with my children. Unfortunately, the bowling alley bumpers were malfunctioning. The manager, who appeared unexpectedly, inquired about our preference for a different lane with operational bumpers. My children were delighted with this proactive service, and I appreciated the manager?s attention to detail.

This place is ALWAYS a great place to go. However, the staff here were greatly helpful, very nice, and quick. The games were well maintained and plenty of them to not make the place overburdened with people. Our kids are 4 and 7 and we all had an absolute blast. Also, the food was really good. If you are visiting the Scottsdale area this is a great place to eat and let the kids, or your inner kid, let loose and have fun.

We decided to give Dave & Buster's at Desert Ridge a try to watch the NFL championship games. This place was cool. It had a great atmosphere. The down side was that there was only one waiter in our entire section, so we had to wait longer to get our drinks and take our order. It was kind of discouraging, but the pub style food was delicious, and there was no shortage of TVs. We enjoyed the rest of our visit. Overall, they were above average. We will give them another visit.

First time at a Dave & Buster's and impressed. Three generations loved their food. Grandma especially enjoyed the curled steak fries. I do enjoy my time at Dave & Buster's, but I rarely play on any of the arcades anymore. When arcades go cashless, it suddenly seems to jack up the price. Spend $10 minimum for an even number of tokens while every game takes an odd number, leaving you with tokens left over to make you feel like you need to buy more. You always have at least 1 leftover.
