All the bathroom stalls were disgusting, no one cleaned the entire night. We waited until minutes into the second quarter for them to put volume on the TV which we asked for like 3 times (conference finals). Our food. Man. Ordered barbacoa fries and it came out cold. The cheese already became solid. We believe our server was under the influence. The bartender kept cursing out the waitresses.

Food came with a hair stuck to the bacon. Virtually no service and the employees look like they don't want to be there. Whole restaurant feels dirty and greasy. Game room is what it is. If there is a Next time, I will eat somewhere else then just come for the games.

Depending on the activities your doing, the atmosphere can change dramatically. I went in for a 1.5hr pool session. Things were quiet and intimate. I ordered multiple drinks and enjoyed my time the whole way through. The waitress was so kind and patience. She checked in every so often which I really appreciate a lot. I decided to venture out into the arcade hall- big mistake. It was so loud, crowded, filled with screaming kids and the waiters/waitress were so busy I couldn't get service- I just felt bad fo

Just an incredible place to hang with friends. The servers are all super nice here. The games are clean as well lit and everyone I find is very friendly come by and air hockey or shoot some zombies or sink some basketballs.

My boyfriend and I went to D&B the night before my birthday for a meal and games as we do often. We were sat, one of two tables in the entire dining room; and yet, we were still waiting 5+ minutes for someone to greet us. Once they did, they took our order but, for the rest of that night, our server did not once check on our table. They didn't run the food, didn't ask if we wanted more drinks, didn't see if the food was okay, and the food was even late to come out and she was standing in the corner chatting

Went with a family friend who said they went to the Woodbridge location and said it was fun so we decided to check the Franklin Mills location out and we weren't disappointed. The server was nice and helpful. The prices are reasonable as well. Also, they have bowling which you cannot go wrong with.

Had a great birthday party for my adult son. It was good for the grandsons, too. Had appetizers and then played games. Will have to go again as a family.

Good place for the kids but game cards are a little too high. Paid $65 and my 2 kids played on games for about 25 min. Very clean and i love their pool table area!

i had a bad day today and decided to bring my kids out to eat . host was sweet and directed us to the game room. we found a table and met our server kye moments later from the beginning he had great energy i told him about my day and he told me he will do everything to try and make me happy. he introduced me to a combo where we can eat drink and play which saved me A lot of money i must say !!! food was out fast and hot. had one game card issue which manager Evelyna ( might be spelled wrong) came and fixed

Casee and Shay were wonderful servers. Neither one used a notepad or tablet to write our orders down but everything came out delicious and correct. I would absolutely recommend going to Dave and Buster's at the Mills or Franklin Mall, not sure what it's called anymore. But it's not the first time that my boyfriend and I had a great service there.

The food was garbage, we asked for bone in wings well done, they came out barely cooked, the wings were soggy and gross. They were out of half of what we ordered but didn't get informed of that until ten minutes after. The server disappeared after our food came out, and we couldn't even pay for the awful garbage we were served. At the prices they charge, the food should at least be edible. Not one thing we ordered was eaten even close to fully. We have a small child so we might come back for games but I wo

Not sure what changed but the place somehow has stayed the same and gotten worse in the past 10 years every time I come here for a fun night the food gets closer to plastic and the life behind the eyes of the employees grows darker and darker. The bathroom now has a chrome finish but the amount of fresh piss and toilet paper towers from the bowls never cease. Come on Wednesdays only.

Bartender was great in the gaming area. There are multiple bars. The place has an old lodge feel to it. Dank, a little musty, some disgruntled older bartenders hanging around with sour attitudes. There are far nicer D&B?s around. I'd give it 2 stars if it weren't for some of the staff which were really nice.

I decided to have the S'mores chocolate cheesecake for dinner.... Prices are a bit high. I was hoping that there was more adult games but it is mostly for kids, bowling and pool are available with serving staff being on time with service.

We enjoyed Voodoo pasta and a Hawaiian burger. The pasta was exceptional, with a completely new and delightful flavor. The burger scored a 7/10, but we upgraded to truffle fries, which were a remarkable 20/10. It was a truly satisfying experience.

We went just for the billiards and lunch this time, and everything was awesome! I tried their Crispy Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich with Truffle Fries, and it did not disappoint!!! The portions were more than enough as I was only able to eat half, which made an awesome lunch the next day! My husband had the Cheese Steak and regular fries. And to make the visit even better, I beat my husband 3 to 1!!!! ??????

We bowled today and had the best service. Hostess was very nice from when we first walked in until we left. Our waiter Kyle was so attentive. 10/10 Will return.

Amazing food ? I especially loved the nachos. Thank you, Kelley, for the wonderful service and friendly attitude. You made the experience even better!

I had my son's 15th birthday here. We were a party of 10+ our server's name was Hannah she was super sweet and attentive the whole 3 hrs we were there. She took care of us and was super on the ball. Hands down a great experience.

Today, I had the pleasure of visiting this location with a party of six, including several pre-teens. While the kids were seated at a table, a friend and I chose to sit at the bar. We decided to go with the Eat & Play combo for $60 for the children. However, when it came time to order, an employee named Jay informed us rather abruptly that the deal was only available on weekdays. To clarify, we had already confirmed with the front desk staff that the promotion is valid on weekends as long as the order is p

Went here to wait for our table at Kpot last night. Is was clean and not too crowded. So many gaming options so the wait for games wasn't a problem. The bar was a little slow. We only got sodas. Tons of pool tables too. We hate waiting for pools tables to open! Plus the gentleman we sold us our game cards was hilarious. Good experience. Haven't been to DD on yrs but we're gonna come back real soon.

It was a great, fun time here! Music was loud which was awesome! Loved the atmosphere. Lots of selections of games to choose from. All the games/arcades looks new, there were neon colors everywhere. Took 5 kids here to play while adults shopped at the outlets. Kept them entertained. Did get a little bit pricey. We were able to get a lot of stuffed toys from the claw machine which was great. Usually they're such rip offs and you never get anything. Nice selections of rewards, too. Will come back!

We came here to get out the kids out the house. The food was OK the kids had fun. It was hard to get someone to get our order and the food took a min to get to us but the kids had fun. That's all that matters

excellent service and food was great. We celebrated my 15 yr old son birthday with a group of friends and our waiter Hanna was fantastic and very attentive. Always came and checked on us.

If I can give them a zero I would I do not recommend coming to this location the staff members are so rude. My brother and I went to have a fun day while he was playing games I decided to seat down and grab something to eat 30 minutes pass by I was refused to get served they kept telling to wait and I wait for 1hour to get served but I left since they kept ignoring me and the people across from me got served before and I was there before them and waiting for an hour. When my brother and his friends sat down

plenty of parking in the massive lot . friendly staff. plenty of ways to entertain you and your group. play pool , bowling and of course many arcade games . food is always good but a bit pricey. Overall a great place to hang out .

Bartender was super friendly and nice.. and made me the best drink for my birthday.. it was a very pleasant experience. .definitely will be back...

Remodeled primary bar in games room. Action is pretty much everywhere. Food is good class as above average bar food. Staff is very helpful, friendly and service was quick. It is certainly entertaining from the electronic game room, bowling lanes, pool tables, boardwalk games, two bars an a dining room. We had a good time and meal, it's up to you how much fun you want to have.

The food was good. My dad loved the Manchego chicken. Pepperoni Flatbread didn't feel like a flatbread was too thick. I ordered the tres tequila Rita and it was awful. Not crowded. Many TVs to watch sports. The service was very good. I think if the drinks were better it will definitely be more busy.

Went for my daughter's birthday. Had a blast. Food was great. Games were fun and at the end of the night, my daughter had so many stuffed animals I had to ask for a bag to carry them all.

We came here for New Years - Evelina was truly wonderful and took care of our every need. She hooked us up and made us feel right at home with all of the special touches that make an event memorable. The food was great, the drinks were strong, and Chris did a lovely job on the pasta bar. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better New Years celebration to finish out 2024!

A great place for food and games. It definitely get busy on weekends and most nights there's not school. The staff could be a bit more friendly, but they're not out right rude, or ignorant. There's a wide array of games, including bowling, racing, and arcade. The food is delicious and service is fast. This place is located in Franklin Mills by the red entrance.

Fun for adults as well food and drinks are delicious

Good for quick visit to play games and have drinks.. Lots of new video games and some old style arcade games.. you will definitely win more tickets..

Food and drinks were good. Bar service was slow. I think the waitresses were spread too thin. Overall great experience.

Amazing food ? I especially loved the nachos. Thank you, Kelley, for the wonderful service and friendly attitude. You made the experience even better!

We recently celebrated a birthday at this establishment. Once we walked we were greeted by a customer service representative who help us with our dining and bowling inquiries. Our birthday party of 8 people were lead to the dining area, after we ordered our meals was presented to us in less than 20 minutes. We had fun in the bowling lanes afterwards. This was a fun and entertaining experience.

Food was good, the staff was responsive however it took forever to get the food. It had more to do with amount of people in the restaurant. Really liked their desert and fries.

I don't know who runs this place but they need to be terminated. It's sad it so disgusting in here and unsanitary. I can't stay here and play games. I found a container Lysol wipes by one of the virtual rides and we carried it around with us. If we feel this way I can only imagine what other people feel and why they don't come back. We havent been here in a few years but as soon as we walk in we remember why. Just fire the GM, district manager if you have one and if this is a franchise....just shut it

My kids really enjoyed spending a few hours here. We even ate lunch here. Most machines were operating correctly and we really had no issues with the equipment. During lunch we took advantage of the order by phone option. Simply just sit at an open table and scan the QR code and place and order. The food came out in about 15 minutes. Our drinks didn't come out before or with the food so we asked where the drinks were. They were understaffed so you can imagine things were hectic for them. Drinks came

Evelina & Lauren were super helpful and professional. These ladies make you want to come back everyday just off of their customer service and knowledge of the perks within D&B!

Went to restaurant part was told to seat our selves. We waited literly 20min not one waitress came over. They just sat at a table together playing on there damn phones. No one came up to offer drinks nothing. Like WTH I bet there not going to last long in business. There's was only a total of 3 tables filled so why are they being so slow will not be going back

Bowling was great, arcade was ok but didn't have very much to choose from.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Dave & Buster?s. After spending a lot of time and money playing games to earn tickets, I redeemed them for a toy at the ticket counter. Unfortunately, the toy was misplaced right in front of the workers. Instead of helping me or offering any sort of accommodation, they outright told me I had to buy another one. That's absurd! I worked hard to earn those tickets and paid for the games, only to be left with nothing. It's unacceptable that they wouldn't replace t

My grandkids and I had a great time here. The staff was outstanding. Our waitress was the best I wanted to spend some time with them and have a great time. What a great place to go,

My family and I love it at Dave and Buster's. They have great, good food, worker's are awesome, they even have military discount there. It's good for family's,go out with friends,co worker's etc. You can eat, play game's,have drinks and have fun for everyone. Its noticeable for traffic. I suggest it for all age's. Not only can you play game's but they have bowling, pool, you can have parties there also. A must go and check out place.

My food was ok. My appetizer actually didn't make it out before my food but they took care of the cost of it so that was ok. Service was really slow. Idk if it was because they were short staffed or not but it could have been better. All in all it was an ok dinner experience.

Nice place to hang out and play some games. The arcade area is good and has a lot of games including big boards of pacman that I loved playing with my kid. The pool tables are well maintained and in a seperate section altogether. There are also nice sports bars there where u can watch your fav game n chill. The arcade games area also has a nice bar in the centre with some food options available as well. The tickets that you earn get you some cool stuff at the shop there. Overall its a great place to be in.

The service was horrible. They had a lot of servers standing around talking with a wait of 45 minutes and a bunch of dirty tables not being cleaned. I witnessed 1 waitress playing with her hair and then going to cut fruit without gloves or washing her hands! Lastly, the waitress who waited on my table was not friendly and I had to tell her stuff more than twice to get it. I order wings and fried pickles it took over an hour to get

The service was horrible!! We order food in the pool area, the sever was busy but did an alright job. Then we went bowling ??, the server, was horrible! We waited 45 mins to an hr . While she sat at the bar ,I had to ask her for menu's , she dropped off the food . Never checked on us .about an hr later she finally bought the check.

Since when is Dave and Buster for 21+? I couldn't find anything on their website saying you have to be 21 or over at a certain time or anything.

Food great and taste and excellent service her name was Ashley was amazing!!! Then so fun bowling and had a great Deals for Fridays and Saturdays! Lets see the games great deal 4 kids plus 3 (kid like adults) on 250 coins they walked away tired happy and with fun stuff!!! Amazing thanks everyone ..Oh and a bus boy named john was so kind and sweet and helpful too!!

Staff today was very rude. I swear with this pandemic places are just hiring anyone and it shows. Blonde girl that was taking care of the pools table was absolutely rude and should be in a setting dealing with customers. Bathroom had only one work g sink and towel dispenser broke.

don't buy game cards, online for this place unless you get it on their site, Mine didn't work out at all. I had paperwork that said they were good and they still would not accept them.

First coming in there were 6 employees standing there behind the counter but only one line. which caused a back up at an already awkward entrance. Then I was sent to another line right next to it for food. Then I was told I had to wait 30 minutes to sit to eat when I can look around and see 8-10 open tables or locations to eat. No biggie just went to go play games. They texted me when my table was ready big surprise it wasn't 30 minutes. Sat to eat and ordered. We had the cantina nachos which were pretty g

It was a quick stop to eat with my 13 year old daughter who was happy with her food and atmosphere. The girls that worked there that day were amazing and friendly to my daughter and me.

I went there this past weekend. My server was extremely rude. I saw the larger puerto rican manager scratch her ass my chicken was undercooked and mice

As my child approached me covered in nacho cheese and crying because of belligerent gentleman spilled nachos on his head I said to myself this place is really gone downhill I remember a time where you can bring your family here and not have to worry about your child being traumatized when I went to the manager to explain the situation he threw nachos on us as well one star only because zero stars is not possible if you want to get ripped off and have people spill nachos on your children and little kids walk

The lady that was bartending at 7pm on 4-16-2025 with the sunglasses on her head was so ignorant. She kept getting smart with me for no apparent reason. She's the same way everytime i come here and it's getting out of hand. The Philadelphia Mills location in the Northeast

Great staff. More games than the other nearby location. A bit pricy but it's always been like that. Recommend having more specials. My biggest critique is the food. The food is awful.

It's a fun time, but everything is very over-priced. Games are too expensive. And for some reason, no matter when I go, most of the seating is empty but there are no servers available.

Clean, friendly, family atmosphere. Fun for everyone! Nachos and ribs were surprisingly appetizing! Well done d & b!

Kayla was a great server. Food delicious. Staff was amazing and patient. You can't have a bad time here.

The establishment is fairly clean, the food choices are not the best. Just about every dish comes with fries that are NEVER HOT. Seating is minimal so expect to wait for a while to get a table IF you plan to eat/relax in the game room. There is a separate eating area on the other side of the facility without games. The game area of course gets very noisy but the kids will love it. I have yet to check out the bowling area, that will be my next night out.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of every room, especially the Ladies?s room! Service in the restaurant was excellent and the food was great!

We took our kids here and had a great time. We went on a Saturday night. Wait times were a little long. But theres so much to do while you wait. For instance we wanted an a bowling lane but had to wait, sonwe were gonna eat but had to wait for a table so we went tonthe arcade and when the lane was ready we learned that you were ablemto order food as you bowled so we didnt bother with dining in the dining area. The food was good, the kids had a blast. All the games and everything worked. Id recommend this pl

It was great. Good food and great service

Hanna was an excellent server. She was very attentive and sweet. The food was perfect and the restaurant was clean.

Waitress was very nice. Manager Evelina came to check on us. Food was great.

Dave and busters is good value on Wednesdays and not too crowded during the day. Food is decent. Order when you arrive ??

Delicious food here at D&B, the staff are friendly and quick to get your order. They bring the food out for you like you are a king and queen. The food was affordable and so delicious. We had a kid?s pepperoni pizza perfectly sized and the Korean spicy bbq ribs.

If you want undercooked/ gummy tasting rigatoni? freezer burnt fries and fresh attitudes go to this Dave and Busters. I regretted dining here.

I walked into Dave and Busters in Philadelphia Mills on Monday Oct 21st, in the afternoon. I went into the game room and I sat at the bar, where I was greeted by Serena, who was tending bar. She was very professional and was very knowledgeable in mixology. Her customer service was exceptional and that is very hard to come by these days. At no point did I have to ask for anything, because Serena checked all the boxes. One of the managers, by the name of Jay was also professional and very friendly. Again in t

The girl who was working the redemption stand when we went to redeem tickets this evening (11/22/24) at around 4 was absolutely rude, had an attitude, was on her phone, she definitely does not like her job. Her attitude was completely unnecessary! other than that the kids had a blast

Worst management and corporate office! I was going here for months weekly.. spent about $600 a month easily. Poor service with rich complained to the manager nothing . Called corporate and they were also useless. Offered 100 credits after corporate finally contacted me back after a month!!! . What a joke .. I pay 120 and get 500 credits.. how much is 100 credits ??? really ????. What am I really getting!?!? Round1 is way better I'll be taking my business there. Dave & Buster's [ ref:_00D1UwOJg._5002R1Odt

The waitress was very rude, zero kindness, horrible communication, didn't get her name but Latin girl with bracelets

I am at the D&B at the Franklin Mill in Philly Pa worst service We been here since 820 finally got something to drink at 850 and now at 949 we finally got our COLD and salty meals. The sprite was pure seltzer water

The service for food was good, but it depends on the day. But the service for information about games, I found it weak, some games are trickery for kids. Leaving them frustrated by losing their record with bad games, sometimes quantity of games does not always mean quality. But the food menu is very good.

Unlimited Wings and Play was fantastic! They kept bringing out wings and the choice of games was fun for our group.

First time at Franklin Mills. The kids had a great time. Didn't eat but saw some interesting apps on the menu.

One of the best Dave & Buster's ! This particular one at The Franklin Mills Mall is awesome. Nice & clean, very well maintained. They are on top of the game(everything digital)I liked that with the Power Card you don't have to deal with paper Tickes anymore.Good value & variety at the Toy's store.Games for all ages ! The majority of the gamers are polite and respectful. The Billiards room is very spacious. The Restaurant is huge, very well designed. Friendly and attentive staff. Food was surprisingly good, wel

Me and my family had a great time bowling here. Reasonably priced for bowling and good food and drinks.

Just called to ask some questions about coming to the arcade and was hung up on the phone by someone who claimed that they didn't work there but answer the phone. I'm not sure how the service in person is but over the phone they are very rude. It's a shame because I was going to bring my son along with his friends on Saturday.

I can't even begin to say how awesome the staff was. Starting with Isa C. On the phone, trying his best to accommodate 53 people to arrive in the location In a few hours (due to bad weather we needed a last minute indoor facility for end of season party). When I got there I was greeted by two awesome servers and Ron the manager we figured it out for seating, Got food ordered, The 2 waitresses effortlessly Took care of 12 open checks getting drinks and additional food for them. The kids all had a blast. The

We initially went to the restaurant first. We were seated promptly, but it took approximately 20 minutes for drinks to arrive at the table. I can only assume they arrived after an employee spotted half of my family get up and leave. We didn't even get to order food at that point, either. It wasn't even remotely busy. I decided to take my daughter to the gaming part as it was her birthday and that's the only reason why we came here. The game selection was just "okay". I've been to other D&B's in other state

Made a reservation at 3pm during the week for Sunday and everything was taking. A lot of people are complaining about it. BAD SERVICE IN THIS PLACE, definitely not coming back here!

I recommend you go to the one on Columbus boulevard. Staff here is not friendly I got kicked out for being a minor The pizza was not good kind of nasty ?? I recommend you going to the location on Columbus boulevard More games in Columbus boulevard better service there The FDA should shut down this place.

Waiter never came to our area after asking the front desk clerk several times we wanted to order. The atmosphere was ?? ??

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are retro games in arcades still good in this modern age?

Absolutely, retro games in arcades remain a thrilling draw in 2025! Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. Modern arcade cabinets often feature crisp displays and restored controls, enhancing the experience. These games thrive on quick reflexes and strategy, with vibrant pixel art and iconic soundtracks that spark joy. Arcades host tournaments and leaderboards, fostering a lively community. While modern games dominate, retro titles provide a unique, accessible thrill that keeps arcades buzzing.

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels.
