Rudest bartenders I have even met. Try to remember that this is a place for children to enjoy themselves. There is zero reason for the staff to have such attitudes. For such a good place for kids, the poor demeanor of the waitresses and bartenders really ruins it.

I think we went during an off time but all the tables were dirty we had no where to sit. Went Saturday night. Finally someone cleared the table but it took forever for a server to come despite it being pretty much empty. Our food was burnt, we didn't finish it and someone only checked in our table once. I never been to Dave and busters before but I don't think I'll come back.

There is just a whole lot of teenagers working there who clearly are not trained right. Waited for my togo order which they missed multiple items, asked for the rest... another wait and an issue to get my redbull drink, it was also OPEN. I had to leave, asked for a refund they had to go call for a manager another wait. I ended up leaving. This was ridiculous. They really need to work on their services.

Came here to celebrate a friend's birthday. Our waitress was really nice and checked up on us often. The food was good. The seating area to eat and drink is pretty cramped though. They have a good variety of arcade games.

My wife, brother and I took my kids for my son's birthday. It was a Thursday. Not crowded at all!!! The food was great! Try the breaded cauliflower!!! Even my PICKY eater loved it! Obviously the games were awesome!!!!!! The staff was great we had one issue with a game and they addressed it immediately. I would definitely recommend and be returning in the future!

Your child or inner child will love this place!! Games galore to play!! All games worked. Clean restrooms, plenty of areas to eat, nice bar, football and sports to watch. Nice gifting area to decide what to get with your rewards. We truly enjoyed the time here with our granddaughter. She enjoyed the crispy chicken; we enjoy Coors Light draught for $3.99.

Pretty sad experience. I was there for the sports bar. Lots of screens yes but poor beer list, poor service and poor food. See the pic of the carrots that came with my wings. Little pieces of dry, splintered wood. The bartender didn't know what the word "domestic" means when it comes to beer. She was also not attentive. Go there for the PAC Man, not the food.

I was so disappointed by the service and how poorly the manager addressed a scam they tried. 5 of us dined their and I paid and tipped generously. The games are more expensive there than any other other. The games are also missing balls and rarely maintained. Offers are to give you more games of one's available, making the experience more limited. Food was burned and was not pleased with the quality. It's just a lower maintenance version.

Kevin was not the best server. Took him 10-15 minutes to acknowledge us at the table, another 5-10 mins to bring our drinks, then 15 minutes after we told him we're done and ready for the check he disappears. Had to flag down a different server to get our check. Food and drinks were great. The selection of games was decent, disappointed they didn't have skee ball and quite a few games were down. Also noticed the games seemed to go extremely fast. Overall had a fun time.

I love this Dave and busters. It is true that sometimes They are understaffed but you can't be mad at them for it. I visited this Dave and busters with my boyfriend for a date night. What I immediately loved about it was that the bar was separated from the game area unlike the one on 42nd Street. I also loved all the dope games they had and the fact that the bathroom was really clean. The food was good as were the drinks. In all I definitely recommend this place for a fun time in NYC.

Everything was cool. *To answer you Dave and Busters. You received a 4 star because our waitress spilled a drink on my 12 year old nephew. She was very apologetic and was very pleasant otherwise. We have been to many Dave & Busters, and this one was great. It has a large parking lot. We went on a Saturday afternoon around 3 pm, and there were plenty of spots available. We used a Groupon deal to purchase our points. They were easy to redeem at the main counter. This location has a very large dining area. Everything looked newly remodeled and in great condition. All the games were in working order, and they had a large selection compared to other locations we've gone to. Everything was nice and clean.

Difficult to hear each other talking with loud noise might consider being your ear plug or something. Food was ok the restaurant service was prompt. The waitress seems to expect you to know everything but it's my first time here and I wasn't feeling welcomed. On the menu stated scan table QR code to order but I wasn't able to find any code I can scan. Expect to spend some $$ for games, they are not cheap and runs short period of time.

This Dave & Buster's here is really, really excellent. Not only are the drinks are fairly priced, the games here are super fun to play. When I first that Halo: Fireteam Raven was coming here, I have been dying to play it. My chance finally came and it really lived up to expectations. Hey Guys, not sure what's going on but I remember I use to come here last year. The services and the drinks use to be good.However, Last night I ordered 3 pitchers of drinks of Alcohol. All three tasted like fruit punch tropical, tap water and regular juice. The wings we ordered was honey chicken. They added cinnamon on the wings. We also order 2 more drinks. One of the cups of water was super dirty in the inside. The water had white things flooding in it. The utensil were disgusting. When I asked for plastic utensil they informed me they didn't have. The waiter was positive and helpful. The food took super long to come out. We had to eat with our finger because there was no way we were eating with dirty utensils.

Service was not good. Waitress was rude and smelled the food before serving us to identify which wings was different in sauce. And also got the game cards mixed up with orders, with different table.

Went here for a private event. The event rooms adjoin the main gaming room, which is really nice. There was a buffet for our group and the food was excellent. Great selection of games. Minus one star because some of the games needed maintenance. Overall had a great time and got nice prizes.

Terrible experience . We got here at 2 on a Saturday. We were seated and ordered immediately the food took 2 hours to come out then when it did they forgot my son food with. We had to wait another hour for . The food was cold and when I looked on my bill they added 3 extra drinks that never even ordered . So our little lunch date turned into dinner . The place was crowded , poorly managed and food might have been okay if it wasn't cold when it came out . My son pizza was disgusting he didn't even eat it .

Definitely the best Dave and Buster?s I've visited within a reasonable distance to NYC! I've been to the one in Times Square and this one is MUCH bigger and cleaner. Many more arcade games as well. Overall a much better experience!

The entrance was chaos. It was hard to determine if there wre lines at the initial entry, people were all over the place and only when you entered further were you able to see two attendants handling a bevy of people seemingly at the same time. Once in the queue, waiting for your name to be announced, as they said they'd do, did not happen.

Good spot if you play arcade games. You could also buy drinks. Kids love this spot, a nice spot for a family outing.

Every single time I've dined in I've had an issue. Wait service is slow. Food comes out cold or incorrect. Last visit I was served this order of chicken tender and French Fries and expected to pay $15 plus extra for seasoning and sauce. This should have never left the kitchen to be served to an adult. Soda was seltzer water and also had to be sent back. And now my kid has been throwing up his order of chicken tenders all morning. Go for the games and eat elsewhere!

Absolutely terrible experience. They shut off the lights at 12 on the dot while I was playing a game with my friends. The whole place was dark. The customer service was terrible. The new hire at the bar did not provide good customer service either. I will never go here again.
