excellent entertainment for kids and adults are like as there is a large variety of video games as well as mechanical action games (i really enjoyed top gun maverick game as you can see with it's large 4 screens and two player action) -the food that was served here was generic fried food such as fried chicken french fries pizza bread and crusted hotdog and a basic pretzel -i do wish that they had arcade games spanning different generations, from streetfighter 2, mortal kombat, double dragon, outrun, hang-on
The food was awesome . Danielle the sever was nice and great . Never been here before is on a mini trip . My son loved the human crane and loved the games . Me and my husband and son had a great time .
We visited on a weekday evening, may have also been a holiday if I recall. Arrived in time for happy hour, though waited nearly 20 minutes to be seated, which was odd since that hadn't happened on prior visits. In any event, we were about 15 mins past happy hr once seated, and the manager was kind enough to honor our request to order from the happy hr menu given our wait time. The exchange was appreciated because there was no negative back & forth, and our gentleman server was very kind. We chose the eat &
If you have kids of any age, you will have a great time at this Dave & Busters .... but be sure to bring your wallet. It is pricey to play games but the kids have a blast. The food was good, the service was slow but we could tell they were busy. We did reserve a table the day before so we did not have to wait.
Went for my grandsons graduation lunch. He loved it. The whole family was involved. Service this day was amazing gotta admit that service is hit or miss. But the young lady that had the pool Table section was great!
We came to Dave & Buster?s to enjoy a meal and some games with my son, but the dining experience was a huge letdown. We were told it was self-seating, so we sat near an occupied table to make it easier for a server to spot us. One did see us, but instead of coming over, he chose to stand by the bar chatting the whole time. The place wasn't even busy, so there's really no excuse. After waiting too long with zero acknowledgment, we decided it wasn't worth it. We definitely won't be bothering to dine here aga
Title: Disappointing Experience at Dave & Buster's in Pelham Manor My visit to Dave & Buster's in Pelham Manor left much to be desired. As we arrived at the desk to check in, we were met with a disappointing lack of customer service. It took a frustrating 17 minutes before we were even acknowledged. We had high hopes for a pleasant experience as we were there to celebrate a graduation with our kids on a weekday, June 20th, at 3 pm in an attempt to avoid the crowds. Despite the low crowd, the service did n
Rudest bartenders I have even met. Try to remember that this is a place for children to enjoy themselves. There is zero reason for the staff to have such attitudes. For such a good place for kids, the poor demeanor of the waitresses and bartenders really ruins it.
I think we went during an off time but all the tables were dirty we had no where to sit. Went Saturday night. Finally someone cleared the table but it took forever for a server to come despite it being pretty much empty. Our food was burnt, we didn't finish it and someone only checked in our table once. I never been to Dave and busters before but I don't think I'll come back.
Went in Wednesday and my nephew had the best time. Def will be going back.
Arcade Games Were Good Even Though One Of The Machines Were Not Working and Ended Up Wasting 14 credits on it. But At The End I Took My Daughter To Have A Great Time and She Did. The Food Was okay. The Service Was Very Mid As In Could Be More Attentive and Professional.
My son and brother his first time enjoyed the games and food. This location has the crane which was pricey and u only can get one prize just bad advertising but overall my son had a ball the 1 hour and a half wait time to be seated was a bit long but understandable for a Saturday night I would suggest to make reservations beforehand Food was good great portions service was a bit slow but it was crowded maybe short staff for such a big place
There is just a whole lot of teenagers working there who clearly are not trained right. Waited for my togo order which they missed multiple items, asked for the rest... another wait and an issue to get my redbull drink, it was also OPEN. I had to leave, asked for a refund they had to go call for a manager another wait. I ended up leaving. This was ridiculous. They really need to work on their services.
Came here to celebrate a friend's birthday. Our waitress was really nice and checked up on us often. The food was good. The seating area to eat and drink is pretty cramped though. They have a good variety of arcade games.
The food was k. The nachos that my bro had was way better than the food I had to eat. The drink was delish
1st time here my kids had a good time. My partner isn't impressed. In order to get our free food with the food & game special. Had to involved manager. Food came nada to be wow about. Over all it's ok. Don't think I will return.
I wish there was more separation between the dining area and the game area. The food was delicious, but there was some type of part near the dining area that was really loud. Otherwise, I had a great time
It's a great place to bring your kids to have fun at the arcade the games was great but once we was seated and ordered our food I was very disappointed because of the portion sizes for $24 dollars the grill salmon was small also the side of mashed potatoes was extremely small I don't recommend it at all. The kids pizza was dry basically cheese on bread unfortunately I won't ever eat here again
The food was amazing. The atmosphere was also pretty good. There was also a beautiful waitress there. I suggest anybody go there and get the wings
My wife, brother and I took my kids for my son's birthday. It was a Thursday. Not crowded at all!!! The food was great! Try the breaded cauliflower!!! Even my PICKY eater loved it! Obviously the games were awesome!!!!!! The staff was great we had one issue with a game and they addressed it immediately. I would definitely recommend and be returning in the future!
Your child or inner child will love this place!! Games galore to play!! All games worked. Clean restrooms, plenty of areas to eat, nice bar, football and sports to watch. Nice gifting area to decide what to get with your rewards. We truly enjoyed the time here with our granddaughter. She enjoyed the crispy chicken; we enjoy Coors Light draught for $3.99.
Pretty sad experience. I was there for the sports bar. Lots of screens yes but poor beer list, poor service and poor food. See the pic of the carrots that came with my wings. Little pieces of dry, splintered wood. The bartender didn't know what the word "domestic" means when it comes to beer. She was also not attentive. Go there for the PAC Man, not the food.
I was so disappointed by the service and how poorly the manager addressed a scam they tried. 5 of us dined their and I paid and tipped generously. For some reason, I checked my receipt and saw they added automatically another 20% tip for a large group. I asked the waitress why they charged that she said she didn't know. Please read your receipt and don't trust them. The manager came out and was more annoyed than me. I have been going there for 6 years.... this might be my last. Be careful when you pay. The
I like Dave & Buster's. The concept of Eat and play is so cool and fun, Dave & Buster's sure knows how to do it best but my visit to this particular Dave & Buster's was OK. When I entered with my party there was no host/hostess to seat us just a gal at the counter looking too busy to assist us, we where confused and unsure whether to wait or just walk on in and pick a table, so we walked in and picked a table ourselves. The place is pretty big with several dining areas surrounding the bar in the center with
Sat at the bar while my daughter & friends played the games. Had the Korean Ribs App & they were actually very good. Service was slow though for an empty bar. Plenty of games for kids & Adults to play. Also has pool tables.
The games are more expensive there than any other other. The games are also missing balls and rarely maintained. Offers are to give you more games of one's available, making the experience more limited. Food was burned and was not pleased with the quality. It's just a lower maintenance version.
Kevin was not the best server. Took him 10-15 minutes to acknowledge us at the table, another 5-10 mins to bring our drinks, then 15 minutes after we told him we're done and ready for the check he disappears. Had to flag down a different server to get our check. Food and drinks were great. The selection of games was decent, disappointed they didn't have skee ball and quite a few games were down. Also noticed the games seemed to go extremely fast. Overall had a fun time.
It was a beautiful experience... Everything was amazing... food was amazing vibes and the games amazing... the stuff very helpful and welcoming... definitely recommend for families and kids.
I love this Dave and busters. It is true that sometimes They are understaffed but you can't be mad at them for it. Even though they were understaffed they were able to serve quite a few tables clean the machines and find my phone. To the workers who help people get their stuff back you guys truly are good people. The games range from shooters to connect 4 basketball to gambling for tickets. The place is clean and modern. The bathroom sink was so nice it felt like I was at the white house. The place was dark
The food is a very good American cuisine good burgers and wings fun drink also the kids love it many games fun prizes. A very safe and clean location. They also had a pool table for the adults and this awsome virtual reality ride they did the transformer one. Also they sell or rent these portable rechargeable charger for cellphones.
The food was great had a great time
We threw a birthday party here for our son. All the kids had a blast and so did the parents. The service was great and the food was great.
I visited this Dave and busters with my boyfriend for a date night. What I immediately loved about it was that the bar was separated from the game area unlike the one on 42nd Street. I also loved all the dope games they had and the fact that the bathroom was really clean. The food was good as were the drinks. In all I definitely recommend this place for a fun time in NYC.
I had the best time love the food the environment is very clean and me and my family had the best time. Big shoutout to Derek he has amazing customer and made me and my family have such a better experience he's definitely amazing at his job props to him.
I like this Dave & Buster?s it's nice and big with plenty of space for the kids to run around and it has a pool table room along with a huge screen TV and a bunch of small ones everywhere good atmosphere.
This Dave & Buster?s was not well staffed behind the counter. Seemed like it could have used more people. But it is around New York City. So I don't really expect it to be well managed do to the regional condition of people that live their.
Honestly just got to 42nd street for the amount of time it takes to get here for most of the machines to be out of service , customer service is subpar ? 20-30 minute wait to order and even longer to receive the drink much less the food. Staff is almost non existent? and overall for a birthday I wouldn't recommend . Also my shot came with floating brown pieces in it ?? it was a lemon drop at that
Everything was cool. *To answer you Dave and Busters. You received a 4 star because our waitress spilled a drink on my 12 year old nephew. She was very apologetic and was very pleasant otherwise. Everything was great. I had no complaints. Sometimes it's best to leave well enough alone??. Stay blessed ????
Had a great time. The food and drinks were good. Just on thing I wasn't happy about. Alot of the machines were out of service.. this should be mentioned in the front when purchasing a card so I could've put less money on my play card.
We have been to many Dave & Busters, and this one was great. It has a large parking lot. We went on a Saturday afternoon around 3 pm, and there were plenty of spots available. We used a Groupon deal to purchase our points. They were easy to redeem at the main counter. This location has a very large dining area. Everything looked newly remodeled and in great condition. All the games were in working order, and they had a large selection compared to other locations we've gone to. Everything was nice and clean.
Great Food Great place. Not overly crowded
Came in and was greeted ok we asked to be seated No problem. We placed are orders everyone @ my table got the food they drinks except me so we sitting trying to figure out what's going on here my wife sent back her order 2? as we sitting first time every here we just started feeling uncomfortable because everyone order was right and none even tried to accommodate us for the cold food. Spoke with the manager & still no positive results. My brother ordered his drink way before he ordered his food & Never Got
Difficult to hear each other talking with loud noise might consider being your ear plug or something. Food was ok the restaurant service was prompt. The waitress seems to expect you to know everything but it's my first time here and I wasn't feeling welcomed. On the menu stated scan table QR code to order but I wasn't able to find any code I can scan. Expect to spend some $$ for games, they are not cheap and runs short period of time.
This Dave & Buster's here is really, really excellent. Not only are the drinks are fairly priced, the games here are super fun to play. When I first that Halo: Fireteam Raven was coming here, I have been dying to play it. My chance finally came and it really lived up to expectations. Anyway, the staff were real friendly and any defects we saw, they reported it right away. The drinks themselves were so good too and the food was delicious. I'll definitely come again and it is truly a place for all ages to enj
Phenomenal service. The food is amazing and the vibes are great. My server Brianna was extremely professional and kind hearted. She deserves a raise!
Hey Guys, not sure what's going on but I remember I use to come here last year. The services and the drinks use to be good. However, Last night I ordered 3 pitchers of drinks of Alcohol. All three tasted like fruit punch tropical, tap water and regular juice. The wings we ordered was honey chicken. They added cinnamon on the wings. We also order 2 more drinks. Both drinks didn't taste like mojito. To be honest, the games in David busters made my day but the services was 0/10. I am not coming here for food o
One of the cups of water was super dirty in the inside. The water had white things flooding in it. The utensil were disgusting. When I asked for plastic utensil they informed me they didn't have. The waiter was positive and helpful. The food took super long to come out. We had to eat with our finger because there was no way we were eating with dirty utensils.
Service was not good. Waitress was rude and smelled the food before serving us to identify which wings was different in sauce. And also got the game cards mixed up with orders, with different table.
Wow an amazing time with three to six people as a group, fun to share with kids, Dave & Busters are very well kids friendly along with adults. Okay drinks and plenty of beer ?? too swallow, overall my experience was great, fun and another time to come back...
Hailey was absolutely fantastic. Her attention to details and customer service was 5 star. Tk u.
Went here for a private event. The event rooms adjoin the main gaming room, which is really nice. There was a buffet for our group and the food was excellent. Great selection of games. Minus one star because some of the games needed maintenance. Overall had a great time and got nice prizes.
I have been here twice, with this past Wednesday, June 12, 2019, beeing the second time. I had a great time. I enjoyed the Virtual Reality games as well as the game with the coins and Star Treck Cards. They also have great French fries. thank..
Terrible experience . We got here at 2 on a Saturday. We were seated and ordered immediately the food took 2 hours to come out then when it did they forgot my son food with. We had to wait another hour for . The food was cold and when I looked on my bill they added 3 extra drinks that never even ordered . So our little lunch date turned into dinner . The place was crowded , poorly managed and food might have been okay if it wasn't cold when it came out . My son pizza was disgusting he didn't even eat it .
I had a great experience and our waitress Ari was great! We were there on Wednesday 4/9 at around 8pm in the Pelham manor location for half price games!
Food & service were avg. Our waitress was very attentive. Seems like half the staff is on a cloud & all they can manage to say when you ask questions is "it's self seating". Lol, the ice cream scoop of mashed potatoes is also disrespectful but we live & we learn. Lol
Definitely the best Dave and Buster?s I've visited within a reasonable distance to NYC! I've been to the one in Times Square and this one is MUCH bigger and cleaner. Many more arcade games as well. Overall a much better experience!
The entrance was chaos. It was hard to determine if there wre lines at the initial entry, people were all over the place and only when you entered further were you able to see two attendants handling a bevy of people seemingly at the same time. Once in the queue, waiting for your name to be announced, as they said they'd do, did not happen.
Good spot if you play arcade games. You could also buy drinks. Kids love this spot, a nice spot for a family outing.
Its a really nice place for dates, families, friends etc- the food and service is average. The games are fun. However, it can get very hot! So dress accordingly.
Had A Great Time, But A Lot Of The Machines Were Messing Up & I Had To Go Searching For A Crew Member To Fix Things.
Been here twice. They do just enough; never really go the extra mile. But overall, they pass the grade.
Needs new games... new food. And better music. 1 person came out to sing happy birthday to my son.
Had a great experience. Limited menu but food was pretty good. My server Ari was very helpful, friendly and attentive. When I needed help with the app, Jose, who's one of the managers was great at helping me. All in all a great experience.
Came for a social gathering . We ordered the burger, nachos and wings. Pretty good overall. Server was very attentive and pleasant . Kids had a good time and so did I, my drink was on point.
This place is amazing for kids and adults it just makes the experience much more fun
Ok. So the food I ordered was not that good. My kids had the crispy chicken and fries, the cheeseburger and fries and we had the pretzel hot dogs. I had the Flatbread Buffalo chicken thing it wasn't that good. Other than that my kids liked their food mines was not that good thats why it got a 4, my drink was the strawberry watermelon margarita and it was soooo good I tipped the bartender. Now the place was busy it was a Saturday so if it was less people I know it would have been great. The bathroom was nas
Need a place for some family friendly fun and food...Well this is one if the places to go..filled with a wide variety of arcade games, where you can gain tickets to exchange for some token in the store... But note if you want any form of quality prize for your kids or looking to impressed the other half you need to win over 2000 or more tickets??... The food has improved a great deal since the last time I was there and service was much faster...note no manual menu...have to scan code to access menu on your
For some reason, they decided to revert the Pump it Up version to 2015, which removed almost all of my favorite songs?
Every single time I've dined in I've had an issue. Wait service is slow. Food comes out cold or incorrect. Last visit I was served this order of chicken tender and French Fries and expected to pay $15 plus extra for seasoning and sauce. This should have never left the kitchen to be served to an adult. Soda was seltzer water and also had to be sent back. And now my kid has been throwing up his order of chicken tenders all morning. Go for the games and eat elsewhere!
Brought my kids to celebrate their 8 and 15 birthdays born on the same day 7 years apart lol . They had a wonderful time they loved the games they enjoyed the food. Service was great . It's a fun outing for the family and the kids really enjoy it
Had a Fantastic time, I won a 1000 tickets on my last spin. Food is good and the Bar was Great.
If you come here you MUST try the chocolate cake! It was so good & I really appreciated the presentation . I also ordered chicken tenders & fries and they were over cooked but the barbecue sauce was good + they heated it up. The waitress I had was nice also & fixed a problem I had with no issue. The dining area could be cleaner , I had to ask someone to wipe my table. I wasn't asked to show proof of vaccination to dine in. As far as the games there were a couple that didn't work but I did see workers active
The food was good!! one thing I din't like was that French fries ?? were too salty????other than that I really enjoyed??????
We waited over 20 minutes after seated for a manager to ask if we waited to order. The food was served sloppily but timely. When ordering some ice cream for 1 child for dessert we waited for 25 minute. BTW Truffles are not salt or seasoning. Chicken wings were bot fully cooked
The place is nice overall but they do not have enough fun games. They took off all the fun claw machines.
I didn't know that place and omg I love it u can eat and play at the same time . Definitely I'm going again
My server was amazing. She's sweet and attentive! She helped me with my entrees and explained everything clearly. Thank you Zoe!
Food was good. Arcade was fun it was a little pricy for an hour and a half at the arcade but my son and I enjoyed our time there
My fianc? and I are big fans of Dave and Busters. We recently moved to the Pelham area and decided to try this location out. Upon entering, we were not greeted by anyone. We decided to walk ourselves to the bar area since it was happy hour. Once approaching the bar area, there was a strange smell in the air and we moved down thinking it was just the place we decided to sit at initially. We moved more toward the center of the bar where we could be noticed by the bartenders. There were 3 bartenders walking ar
Went to Dave and Busters today and decided to try their Voodoo Pasta with Salmon. It was delicious!! A must try. I had the Backwoods Blueberry Lemonade to wash it down. I would have preferred a piece of bread to go with my meal.
Service was very slow, but our waiter was soo nice despite everyone yelling at him. Managers kept saying they don't work in kitchen so can't help :-(
My colleagues and I came here to have our holiday happy hour and everyone was super rude and the service was lackluster. It took over 40 mins before someone came to acknowledge us to take our order. There's no organization and again people were rude for no reason. NEVER AGAIN!
Matt E, the general manager, helped us when we ran into an issue with our power card. Kids had a good time. Thank you!
Wait for food was too long, tasted ok but salty...otherwise it was all fun and games. I loved it
Absolutely terrible experience. They shut off the lights at 12 on the dot while I was playing a game with my friends. The whole place was dark. The customer service was terrible. The new hire at the bar did not provide good customer service either. I will never go here again.
Pretty big location, plenty of parking, really clean, the service and the food were awesome. We had so much fun, planning in coming back soon.
Supervisor Jemma ellis was excellent along with our server were amazing. We celebrated our sons 12 yr birthday party and they were more then helpfull. For 7 kids. From the food to the napkins and photographs that were taken. A absolutely recommend this place and ask for the manager Jemma thank you.
Food was good, but drinks are weak. We were seated by the gaming area so there was a lot of foot traffic
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
