Customer Reviews

I came here with my friends and I absolutely love the place. They had variety of options for food, drinks and lots of arcade games. It was so much fun

Went there after our wedding. We both love gaming. Our waitress was amazing! Her name was Ash. She gave us a $25 play card when she found out it was our honeymoon, and that we were celebrating one year of sobriety! One of my rings went flying off when I was playing dodgeball. The staff was fast and friendly upon retrieving it. The food was amazing! The bartender? mad respect being 6 months sober doing what you do for a living man! Keep it up!

We've been to a couple of different dave and busters. This one seemed a bit smaller than denver. But the kids loved it, and we ordered the meal with game play. $60 for unlimited game play for 90 minutes plus food. Down fall was that the unlimited game play has a max of 1500 tickets. One game within 10 minutes, I already maxed the ticket amount.

Our waitress was the best! She told us about a deal where you can get so many points for $45 for 4 cards. It seems like the power cards are a lot cheaper doing it that way, split between four people. Great memories made here tonight! I got the chicken parmesan ??

We went in a Monday night and it was such a great time! My boys are 5 and 7 and I thought it may be too grown up for them but I was super impressed. They have a rewards program/app (free to sign up) and the promos were unbeatable! currently rewards members get 50 percent off the food menu (no joke) the menu is brand new and is excellent! The games are super fun and new! Service was excellent and it was nice to have an arcade but also the nice dining experience that was family friendly

This place was phenomenal! Our server, Melissa, was really friendly and nice, and the food was spectacular. There were a lot of games, and you could definitely hear them ??. A wonderful arcade to have amazing food and play fun games with the family or a date.

Good food and service...had the pretzel sticks for the app, there are 5 in the order but I forgot to take the pic before we started to eat and it also comes with a carmel chili sauce but we didn't really like it so it was off to the side. Appreciate that the server asked my son if he wanted double fries rather than the other side it usually comes with. Burger was tasty. The pretzel app was filling so not everything was eaten but it all was very good.

The food is mediocre on the best of days. Service is fine when there are people on hand to help you. I've gone to Dave and Busters for almost 20 years and the current value you get for your dollar is at an all-time low. It's now at the point where I feel like I'm getting hustled every time I go in, and the people hustling me seem inconvenienced by having to take the money from me.

If I could give the food a 0 I would! Do not recommend not edible! Really gone down hill. Games are fine the one that are working. Service was mid. Never can find anyone to get a prize. I was giving it one more try for food as my 5 year old want to go eat and play before school. Safe to say I'll never eat there again

Food was good, b-day party overwhelmed the kitchen, but even then, still should be able to get orders correct, appetizers out before the meals instead of after, and have the bill separated out (requested before ordering) without having to ask when you're ready to pay! The Bathroom....... AWFUL!!! 2 stalls don't even have a Door, the 1 that Does lock, doesn't Flush! Been there Many times, but have never seen them in This bad of shape!!

This has fell off so hard that I don't even know how it's still open. The food was the worst I've ever had and was completely cold. I have no complaints about the service as they did a good job. Half of the games don't work or don't give tickets when they should. Everything raised in price but quality dropped dramatically. This is disgusting

Took my daughters here. we had a great time and the food was very good we will definitely be back. Service was wondering and very friendly. Food prices were not bad, I spent more on the games.

Expect to spend more money compared to similar businesses depending on whether you'll use the arcade area or not & for how long. We came as a party of 6, our food did not come out together which I thought was strange but some of the kids ordered from the appetizer menu. The first 2 items I tried to order were unavailable. We got tickets to use in the store for prizes without even trying that hard, the kids were really happy about that.

Took my son there for his birthday. Food was good and our server was AWESOME. We asked about the cereal cake without realizing it was the day before the offer actually began, but they still made it for him. ?? and of course, he enjoyed playing all the games.

Drink prices are not listed for cocktails. Make sure you ask or you rack up a $200 bill pretty quickly. ?? Our waitress was phenomenal but please, for the love of God, include your prices.

First time being here, and it was pretty decent. We brought our family to play in the arcade (We had just gone out to eat across the street beforehand so we didn't eat or drink anything). Other than the extremely loud games, it was lots of fun. They had a special going, the night (Wednesday) we were there, so the games were half the normal credits. So. much. fun! We paid less than $30 and got about an hour and a half of enjoyment with our family of 6 (each person taking their own turns on 1 card).

Their food is overpriced and very small. It's like being in a fancy restaurant, but it's not fancy. Also if you buy your card at the table the base your tip off the card and your food !! so like my food is $47 and I bought a card for $122. The machine suggested I tip my waitress $37 as a 20% tip when the food only cost $47 that's almost 100% tip like that's crazy and if I wasn't paying attention, they would?ve gotten it. I had to change it & tell the waitress you did a great job but on a $40tab $47 after ta

Although the food was almost 40 minutes late, it was quit tasty. We were a party of 9 adults celebrating 3 birthdays. Candy coordinated everything for us. She was fantastic. Edward also went out of his way to take care of us. Kudos, as well, to the cute lady bartender (sorry I don't have your name) who remembered us from our scouting party over a week ago when we were deciding whether to host the party here. We are in our late 70s and quite unfamiliar with the services offered by Dave and Buster's. During t

The bartender seemed to be the only one working or doing anything and was clearly stretched thin. No door greater in sight when we walked in and waited. Bartender was nice but again stretched thin. Out of menu items. Game card kiosks broken and not working. Was referred to the bar. Upon trying to cash in on prizes, we had to yet again go to the bar to get the same bartender to call someone to the prize area after waiting for several minutes. There did not appear to be much staff present and after playing ga

We went here as a family today to celebrate Christmas together. We had a great time, and our service was amazing. The only reason this went down to 4 stars was because the Men's restroom sinks were leaking water onto the floor anytime anyone used the ones that worked, and the photobooth looked like it would work for a group of people but in reality the camera was off center and zoomed in so after trying twice to get 5 of us in it we gave it.. still recorded a memory, just not the way we had hoped when step

Fantastic place for an adult night out. We went in a huge group (about 15 of us) and closed the place down. Most of us hadn't seen each other in months and this was a great setting to catch up, casually. Strong mixed drinks, juicy burgers and good sized appetizers for sharing at the table. Plus all the games! Seriously, so many fun games to play- you won't get bored!

GREAT SPOT BUT HAD SOME ISSUES! Waitress seemed as she was rushing me. I like to take my time, enjoy a Race or Game then go play a few games when I'm layed over in any town that has Dave and Busters. GREAT BUILDING LAYOUT. Service felted rush, 20% of Games was broken, claw games or Foreign games, staff said only 1 guy knows how to work on them. Then u better get some cross training down? ????? Just give people there space. Waitress didnt attach my phone number either so I didnt get credit purchases ????

The staff is extremely accommodating! All of us as a family love it here. Above and beyond service! It is loud, slightly expensive but there's really no other place like this other that I can think of other than amazing pizza machine.

Check food deals before adding credits or recharging card. Got a snack and a comfy place to sit for a deal while the kids got ample credits to play. Prior to our visit, I downloaded the app and gathered random cards from the junk drawer and added them to see how many accumulated tickets we had. Also if you have multiple cards, they can combine them for you.

The server Don was on point friendly attentive and very aware of the crowd/party needs. Ben Baltimore (area manager )was also amazing and quick to resolve my concern. The WILLIAMS family will definitely return!!

Bathrooms were dirty. Food was good, and fresh. Service was mediocre. There were quite a few machines not working. I'd say at least 5, and I didn't look at all of them. We had an issue attempting to get a glass of water at the bar. The host sent us there, and both bartenders ignored us for close to ten minutes. Not even so much as a hello, and both stood directly in front of us more than once. People that showed up after us were acknowledged and helped before we were, so it had nothing to do with how busy t

Space looked clean and well maintained for both dining side and arcade floor. We however ultimately decided to go somewhere else as there was no skee ball to play. The whole reason we went to check out the arcade was for skee ball. I would like to go back in the future and try out the food and play the games. Just a bummer we didn't see skee ball anywhere.

First time here. My meal was amazing just wish it was a patty not chicken strips and the bf was pretty happy with his no complaints but not anything that really wowed him. The backwoods lemonade was very delicious. The games were very fun good adult variety. Now to the bad part. The service was trash. We had tried going once before but got sick of waiting to be seated. This time took a while too but not as long as before. We were seated by the bar and the 2 bartenders serving our area were busy showi

Teenage Kids had a great pricey time $120 playing games while I enjoyed watching the Chiefs win at the bar. I had excellent tasting cheeseburger sliders with great buns and fairly priced at $4 each along with $4 unlimited diet coke. Tons of tvs to watch the game. Very satisfied!

Upon arrival, noticed a huge section closed. "Remodeling" i was told. They didn't have as many TV screens as I envisioned. But one of the projector screen had closed captioning for the football game so that was nice. Their chicken parmesan with linguine was average. It tasted a LOT like Wal-Mart's frozen chicken where you cook in a toaster and then add the cheese and sauce near the end. Exactly like that. The Flatbread pizza dough tasted like it was frozen or one of those prepared dough where you gra

Man oh man, do they have a heap of stuff to do in here. The food was good, came out fast. Drinks stayed full. There are a pile of games in here, and from what I saw they were all in good working condition. Another place to come back.

Great place to take your kids to have fun! We ordered Brussel Sprouts & Bacon. That was awesome. The boneless wings, I'd say keep the bone in, it would be best. 1st time here, the games are huge and entertaining for the kids or adults. I'd suggest get rid of the $3.00 fee to just get a gaming card, we already spend enough gaming as it is, that seems a bit over the top to us.

I showed up with the fam (we aren't from here) with my Texas gear on to watch them. Alex was our server and was sensational and deserves a huge raise. Turned the big screen on to the game, bartender mis-poured a drink and he offered it to me. He also saved my table as I would travel the amazing gaming area with my wife and kids from time to time. 5 star experience!

We come for Karaoke on Tuesday nights! We love it because the staff Interacts with everyone creating a good environment for the people who come to sing and watch others sing. Sometimes even the staff will jump in for a song! Dave and Busters in Omaha has some singing talent! The Manager Jeff is awesome and encourages my daughter to sing. Very thankful to spend Tuesday nights here with our family. We wish Jeff could sing more! The food is pretty good too?

First time experience. The games were fun to play. They have a good variety for everyone. A little expensive, but everything is expensive. I can't comment on the food. We only had a dessert to share, Big Daddy Chocolate cake. We ate at the bar, the service and dessert were good. Great experience, will return.

Food was great, waitress was a bit slow, was loud and busy and games were priced oddly so that you had to end up with a percent of points left. Not very many options for prizes that weren't outrageous amounts of tickets

Update - Same broke games, new games are all broken it seems. Still just as bad as last year unfortunately... I personally recommend the D&B in Des Moines over Omaha or Kansas City. Used to be a decent place to take the kids but now it seems most of the games are setup so you get less tickets or simply broken, the claw machines are stuffed so tight they are unwinnable, and the smaller prizes break within a day, this establishment has definitely went downhill and I used to go three to four times a week...

Food was great, staff was friendly and prompt. But I went to play arcade games and each game was a ridiculous odd price 5.4, 6.6, 9.9 credit and so on I was put off, I got to play maybe 12 games if that. Rip off

Our family loves coming to Dave & Busters for special occasions. The arcade is massive and there is plenty for everyone to do. The games they have are so huge. My favorite are the classic remakes like Galaga, Centipede, and Packman. My son likes to play Halo with me. The food is good as well. I had the chicken queso nachos! They are amazing and there was plenty to share! The facility is clean and is kept up well. There were plenty of employees to assist with anything that may arise. If your looking to cel

A better review as requested: A Very amusing and fun arcade/diner. Came in over lunch to late afternoon. The service was excellent and the staff friendly. The food was good especially the appetizers but the main course was hit or miss. There was a large selection of games to play with and if you're a ticket junkie they had a fun selection of prizes. I wasn't paying too much attention to the credit cost but it seemed reasonable. My only gripes were the bathroom was in an awful state with only one stall act

My son and I had a great time. The food costs are a bit high for the portions. Our food did taste good though and our service was excellent.

Lots of fun, good food, my son had as much fun on his 18th birthday here as he did on any of his previous.

Was pleasantly supposed by the amount of hand that were available. Also that it was loud friendly if you wanted to bring your kids in. We got 200 points and lasted about an hour of you aren't trying to hurry through the game.

The environment and atmosphere, food:If you come into this place expecting your typical games and pizza, you'll be pleasantly surprised. Not the finest cuisine available, but better than Family Fun Center or Chucky Cheese. Adult beverages, plenty of sweet options for children at heart. Service- possibly slower than your average sit down restaurant, but large groups are common for places like this, so I'll call it par for the course. Our service was excellent, wait times aside. Server was funny and attentive

Staff always so friendly. Feels like they have gotten better at cleanup. A few too many games ate my credits but the employees are so overworked I don't dare ask for credit back. Yet they still smile so 5 stars for a fun night from me. We only do 1/2 price day otherwise wouldn't be able to play much because it's overpriced, and even food deals late night...just won't accept my survey coupon on those days so that kinda stinks since it means I'll never get to use them :(

The waitress was great. The food was mediocre and overpriced. The atmosphere was like chuck e cheese without the creepy robots. Not my thing.

So great to visit and eat. My husband went for the first time. He got hooked on the food and games.

Awesome wait staff, very accommodating and great fun. 20 bucks of points lasted us a long time. . . Lots of high quality games. Beware though, several games took money off my card more than once when I did the tap method to pay. I highly suggest always inserting the card.

Had a great time. Made it for happy hour and the drinks were amazing. Spent a few hundred but we spent several hours there. Amazing place to go on a date or even bring the family. Saw many families there. 10/10 recommend. Will come back ??

Think of a room full of arcade games that appeal to children and adults set in subdued lighting with colorfully lit games like slot machines in a casino and you have Dave and Busters. Throw in a bar and restaurant and a prize redemption center from points earned playing the arcade games and you have the complete picture. My son loved playing the games which was the purpose of our visit but it gets expensive...$43 to get three nice but dollar store value prizes. We do not drink so the bar was not a temptatio

A really fun time! They have a great variety of games, both classic arcade games and new ones like VR. There's also DDR which I really appreciate since it's not common at a lot of arcades. The food is also amazing, literally better than most pubs/bar & grills I've been to. Will definitely have to come back another time!

Food, drinks and service were amazing. Games super fun. The place was trashed. I understand the Husker game was ending but that's not an excuse for the lack of bathroom maintenance.

Kalina had great customer service! She was very attentive and efficient.

We decided for Christmas to come to Dave and Busters. Let me tell you. The staff was amazing. The food was sooo good and the kids got to run off all the sugar intake . Thank you Dave And Buster's for allowing me not to cook and showing alot of families a good time on Christmas

My family and I came to Dave & Busters today and had THE WORST experience with the waitress that was there around 1:30pm. She took forever to check on us or even ask if we needed refills. Mind you it was not busy AT ALL. To top it off, it took about 20 minutes for her to even take our money for us to be able to pay and when she did, she took another good amount of time to bring us the card back so my sister went up and politely asked her if she could have her card back in which she replied in a snotty attit

Our family had a blast when we visited here. The experience of all-you-can-play arcade games for Sunday Funday made up for the lackluster food and service, which, honestly, was terrible. I hadn't been to a Dave and Buster's in a very long time, but I was disappointed that our waitress basically disappeared after she brought our food. She did come by once to refill drinks, but there were almost no other diners in the dining room area. We waited almost 20 minutes for our check, which we had to pay before our

This is my second time at this place everything is good except one of the servers , I catch him twice at the restroom he doesn't wash his hands at all that's nasty , he's a white guy long hair bearded , it's gross that this guy goes to the restroom and doesn't wash his hands , I'll not ever eat again there as long as this guys still there.

We had a Birthday Party for my daughter's 40th on a busy Saturday evening. There were approximately 30 people that joined us. The entire staff went far and beyond for us. Our server Cori was so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed her!! She went far and beyond to make our experience there the best!!! The food was very good and prices were very reasonable!. The kids big and little really had an amazing time!! Thank you so much to the entire team for making it so enjoyable, relaxing and fun for us

The food was fantastic. I had the cajun shrimp and pasta. The beer was ice cold. Since i was a single i sat at the bar. After taking my order the bartender never came back to check on me as apparently 8 people at the bar was too much. I kept asking for a setup and it was 2 floor servers who helped me afterward. After an hour i had to ask the hostess for my check. I will not be going back

I dont normally dig chain restaurants, but the food is fire, the staff is upbeat and friendly and fast, the place is clean, and the games are a blast.

SAD day when we show up for the very Tuesday karoke and the new general manager has decided to stop doing the karoke. We won't be coming back

It was fun going there lots of games you can play while waiting for the food. I had a blast going over and playing those games. We had the game card where you can pay some money for an equivalent amount of points. We spent around $80 for a night. I could say it's a bit pricey but not bad in terms of enjoyment and lots of choices. They have a bar that's pretty neat. Their menu is good, the drinks are great. I had the strawberry mango Margarita which is very good and tasty. The food is awesome and their servi

It's like food for an adult with good taste and a vibe that's family friendly, mixed with everything fun about arcades. Like stepping into my childhood!

Really fun. Your probably here for the games. The Mario VS Sonic game is fun. Theirs more fun stuff here Edit: I tried their food the pizza IT WAS amazing!

Expensive. But best salmon I ever ate and the drinks were made well.. Some of the staff seemed a little less than happy to be there but me and my family had a fun experience for our first time.

This place is fantastic for adults, the little ones (6 and under i would say)cant really enjoy anything. We tried some games with them but it was just really hard. But the rest of us had fun with the games, food, and watching the game on Sunday

Always a fun experience with the family at dave and busters! This one is very clean.

Drinks and food were perfect temperatures and better than expected. Had a lot of fun trying new games. The photo shoot booth was fun and got me out of my comfort zone. My only real complaint is the giant claw machine was broken and I really wanted to play it and also, they no longer had rock'm sock'm robots

Always a fun afternoon getaway with the kiddos ? Wednesdays are 1/2 price games so you get the most bang for your buck. Not a 5 because even at 11 am, first opening for lunch, it's 100% too loud. We said something to the manager and apparently there is nothing that can be done, which is unfortunate. Food is good considering the kids ordered finger foods...

We volunteered there Thursday for a very amazing non profit (Rise) event hosted by DnB. Everything was amazing especially the wait staff. Special shout out to Ed for treating the event like his own. He did a great job. Thank you guys very much

My first time here tonight for our date night and had a blast, me and my husband will definitely be back and staff and management was awesome...Thank you for a great experience tonight and I made #9 in Axe throwing ????????

Our trip today, 6/22/19, was so disappointing. Our kids (6 of them) are ages 2 to 15 and our 11 year old is on crutches, so we were really looking for some high quality family fun that everyone could participate in. Thankfully, the games and prizes delivered for the children. My husband and I were able to enjoy ourselves AFTER the meal, too, but we almost walked out from the moment we entered the restaurant. Here's why: 1. The hostess was super rude. She did not say hi, made no eye contact, was visibly anno

The food was great are waitress was okay but bartending the people that made the drinks OMG they took forever

I never leave reviews anywhere but had to for my experience tonight. I tried the chicken parm for dinner and it wasn't very good- no big deal just let the waiter know he could take my plate and that I just wasn't a fan but it wasn't a big deal. I work in food service so I try not to be a Karen about that kinda stuff and hate even sending unfinished food back in general. He told me he'd have the manager comp it, which he did and came over to let me know he took care of it. I asked the manager if their pretze

We enjoyed our time last night here, the kids had a blast, it wasn't crazy busy! We definitely enjoyed it. I think the only thing I would say to make it just more friendly would be someone guiding you to purchase cards or seating or telling you about self seating, as we stood in the entry way for a second trying to figure out where to go. I don't recall a sign, maybe there was but overall we enjoyed it :)

Bartender made me fresh coffee and provided exceptional service even though I didn't drink. Super amazing team. Games were clean. Staff super friendly. Waitor was very attentive. Food was delicious.

We had to find the Waitress when we wanted something, I was over charged 2 times. For their prices, they need to step up their game.

We recently had a party at this location and had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We ran into a snag with our play cards but they were very professional and understanding and took care of the issue right away without any hesitation. We had a group of adults and kids and everybody had a great time. We will absolutely be back to this location for other events and just for a fun place to go with our family. The food was good and again the games or fun! We definitely recommend this.

Service rocked, thanks Brandon! Nachos kind of lacked toppings imo. Place was poppin'..all new game games..floor was trampled with debris but, it's winter in Omaha. All in all, fun ass time!

Got a Long Island Peach Tea, it was so obviously watered down. Could hardly taste the alcohol. Spinach dip was ok but overall way over priced for drinks and food. Probably won't come again. Edit: we complained about the weak drinks, were given 2nd drinks for compensation. 2nd drinks were a little stronger but I still stand by my 2 star review for being over priced.

Food was good. Waited way to long for it not being busy. 20 min wait between drinks.

Great place to take the kids if you got the money to spend. We always have a blast here!

The place was great but time to get some new games. Most of them are super outdated

What a game the full 5 stars but the chicken was a little soft if they would have fried it harder they would have got five stars

Used to love it here, had a HUGE parking lot, now parking is hard to find cause waste management uses the parking lot as a dumpster site, they're everywhere and it smells bad, wont be back

Our kids had a great time... Beer was cold... Food was really good... the staff was fantastic... the kiosk glitched out and ran my card for more money than it should have... I'll let the bank sort that out! They have plenty of screens to view whatever sporting event is on as well!

Little on the pricey side, but the food?s good and the games are really fun

Fun place. Food is not good and service is lacking

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
