Dave & Buster's Niles, OH

Popped in for a bite and a bit of fun and was pleasantly surprised! I ordered Cajun Shrimp Pasta and The Ribs. The food was very good! The service was even better. The only feed back I would offer is to assign someone to the game kiosk as they are not very user friendly. Other than that, it's a great time!

Amazing place for all ages! We had a great time for date night. Great atmosphere and employees. Everyone had a smile on their face and was helpful. Our bartender was friendly and kept up with our drinks. Games were fun and quick to pick up our cards. Reccomend! The nachos, ribs and shrimp pasta were amazing!!!

My wife & I had a great experience. It's a bummer this place got bad reviews on grand opening week. People should not be surprised for the long waits. What did you expect? This place is new! The bad reviews are not warranted. We waited a week before going to check it out, and it was a fun experience. Food was good, hot, and came at a timely manner. We grabbed drafts from the bar before heading to the game area. We definitely enjoyed ourselves! I hope this place does good and sticks around!

Amazing and highly recommend. The tables are limited based on the level of business they are due. So there are long waits for tables. They need to invest in more seating areas. Other than that, it's a great time.

Some games are rigged to lose too often for the amount of tickets available to win. Especially when you consider the price tag on the big ticket items like an iPad. 180,000 tickets. When a game costs eight credits to play, and the average amount of tickets earned is 30-80, that makes for one super expensive iPad. You'd need to spend about $2,300 to earn 180,000 tickets at an average of 80 tickets per play at 5 credits each. (When purchasing the $40 power card, with the optional $10 increase.)

Here for a birthday party. Kids kept getting told they needed IDs to be there and parents needed to be with them. If that's the case why let a kids birthday party be booked? Service was good for as busy as it was. Unique menu.

I dont recommend getting the pasta or burgers. It's greasy as hell, not worth the price. My pasta was sitting on a puddle of bacon grease. Whoever was in the back of the house did not drain their bacon and it ruined what could've been a good dish.

We had a great time celebrating at the new Dave and Buster?s in Niles! The game floor can get pretty crowded and we had to wait for a table since it's so busy, but we still had lots of fun! place is really small. only sat at the bar. i ordered a drink and didn't know it had editable glitter in it and it was disgusting. i also ordered a side of fries and said SIDE when i ordered it and they put it in as the large appetizer version and charged me an extra $10 than what i ordered. restrooms are also located in the back of the place so you have to walk through the gaming area to use them.

My first experience here wasn't great. All the main draft beers were out or they didn't have. I then asked for a Coke and it was incredibly flat, so we ended up with water. I've just read the reviews after we left and honestly should have before we went in. I've only gone to the west lake Dave and busters where the restaurant is completely separate from the arcade, but they still have areas where you can sit and eat, with a bar in the arcade. I am extremely dissatisfied. We have the winter pass and drove an hour and a half to check out the new Niles location. We went to order and they said they didn't except it. We have been to 3 different locations and the pass was excepted. I spoke to the manager and NO attempt was made to help us. They just said oh sorry corporate never gave us the things to use it. Noah was absolutely FANTASTIC. I came for my birthday with a group of friends and he was super accommodating.
