This business as updated in a great way since we came years back. It is more friendly, great food options that actually look like the menu pictures, warm welcoming place and not to mention more game options to choose from. My family and I really like enjoyed our time here.

Came to eat & drink but not play lol! After a stressful arrival to the city we decided to grab a bite at D&B! The waitress was amazing! Drinks were on point and the food was delicious! Definitely try the pot stickers if you love spicy food like me!

Came here after visiting the location in Lafayette during my trip to Gulfport from Atlanta. Very good location for being in Downtown New Orleans. Although the Pac-Man's Arcade Party machine coin slot was jammed so I wasn't able to play that, pretty sad. But other than that, I had a very fun time!

It was amazing! My first time there and the people treated me and my cousin like we were family. Our food was amazing, the games were top tier, the employees were wonderful and had pleasant conversation. Much love to Ms. V and the bartenders for giving us such a wonderful experience. The Supervisor was very cool and deserve whatever goodness the company offers. Started really slow when no one was at desk when we arrived and had just seated ourselves after 15 minutes and other employees said someone would assist us. We had purposely been holding out for a Wednesday to go for the half off deal. We went today, on a Wednesday, not a holiday or holiday week, and the woman at the register said it wasn't available. I used to love coming here, I'd go almost every other week since 2021. But the customer service has really drastically gone down so I haven't been back ever since. Visiting NOLA for the weekend and me and babe decided to have a quick outing. Not too crowded. We were there around 130p on a Saturday. We played a few games that worked perfectly. I've been a fan of Dave and Buster's for years, especially for their delicious salmon and steak. However, my recent visit was quite disappointing. I was informed about an 18% gratuity for large groups, but I ended up being charged 20%. We waited over an hour for our meals, only to find that three of the steak meals burned, leading me to cancel two of them. Food was not very good. We ordered the ribs on the eat and play combo. Sauce was off. Only thing we really are was the fries. Half the games were broken or missing balls or coins. Took my Godson here. We had fun playing games. Some games didn't work and I lost money on them. I did get refunded for one. It wasn't crowded, so was great. No waits on any games. We had lunch. I will NEVER book another birthday party at Dave & Buster?s after the awful experience we had. The customer service was absolutely terrible. Our party was reserved from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM, but at 4:20 PM, the staff was already hovering behind us, clearly waiting for us to leave. Shrimp pasta was very good and was on point on flavor. It's kind of nice being able to load credits on game cards, order food, etc. all at the bar. The only issue is paying for parking. First impression: Dirty. The seats were dirty with food particles not wiped off and a dirty place setting. Unfriendly hostess staff but the server was nice and the service was good. My wife and I came here on our vacation. Server didn't get to us for our drinks for 10min - she finally got around to getting our order but then forgot our drinks. The floor is nasty and sticky. My wife and I after seeing the service that we were getting decided to stand up, and leave. This place needs help when it comes to service. It's dirty, grody, not regularly cleaned at all. Parking is not validated and is expensive. The food is passable if you wait forever for it. I found the newer Dave & Buster's location to be adequate. The food was enjoyable, but the service was unfortunately poor. The establishment was smaller than anticipated, and some of the games were malfunctioning, requiring us to request assistance on several occasions. The prize redemption rate was favorable, considering the amount spent. However, we likely will not return.

Getting Started: The service here is horrible. Staff could use some training on customer service skills, hospitality, and just plain old friendliness. When we exited the elevator there was no one at the front desk for at least 15 minutes or more. Finally after looking around, I noticed a kiosk that we could use to self serve. Place is nice, clean and super fun. The food was excellent and the beer selection was fantastic. Great place to go before the saints game or during a night out. Just two things more would make it 5 star - it always seems like the staff doesn't have a clear game plan, there are people just running about sometimes; and second, they have elevator trouble when they open before regular hours for events. Great place to wear ur kids out but service absolutely sucks. We been multiple times & Everytime we go there is never host & not enough employees staffed. Service takes forever to even get taken care of. Waitress still expecting a fat tip but give horrible service. As a waitress I was highly disappointed.

The wait staff is extremely slow with service. I think the manager/host really tries to go the extra mile. He was running around doing the most so much that he was sweating profusely. Beast burger, chicken avocado sandwich and wings. Thomas gave us a great friendly customer service and backed it up with amazing food. Walked in at lunchtime and was seated in a timely manner, ordered drinks and food shortly after. Our drinks were refilled and food was out next. Every American has heard of Dave and Busters if you've ever looked into an arcade. The closest one to me is in New Orleans so even though it's only 35 min away for me I have stayed away till today. Parking here's a little maddening as can be expected anywhere in New Orleans area. Expect to pay 10$+ to park. Honestly, the service here is pretty atrocious I must admit. But who really goes for the service? I will say I did love the bartender yesterday, her name is Elise, she's pretty new but her personality is A+. Last month on 2/7 we came here for a quick bite around 6pm. My wife and I only had 30mins to spare. Me and my family decided to come to this location during our visit to New Orleans. Very bad experience. The poor cashier was trying to take care of everything by himself. This place needs to hire more staff.

If you come just avoid the bar and restaurant all together. The tables are disgusting sticky. The wait staff is obnoxiously slow. Manager stands around with his thumb up his a$$. The atmosphere and service was good but the alcoholic drinks were weak as hell. For the price of the drinks, I want to taste the liquors that are in the drink. The service was non existent and the bar tender was rude. Several employees wouldn't attempt to put the National championship on the TVs and didn't understand how to operate the system. The food is what you would microwave at home. Go anywhere else.

Super fun venue for a date night or family activity! We played Trivia which is every Tuesday night @ 7:30p. And even won a gift card! Drinks/food are on the pricier side. But?. If you go after 9 PM during the weekdays the apps drop down to $5. Happy hour is 5-7 ($5 drinks). They also have karaoke at 9 PM on Friday nights.

We waited quite a while for a server and only had one present after someone who seemed managerial asked if we had been waited on... response was not yet, and he approached a waitress to take our order. She came to the table with the strong smell of marijuana overwhelming us. We ordered an appetizer and fries to start. Appetizer arrived after quite a while, and fries were even longer. You'd think they would be piping hot after waiting more than 30 minutes... but, no, just lukewarm. Not impressed at all.

Overall, the experience was awesome. Jay, the wait staff was knowledgeable and very attentive. When we return, we want her to serve us again.

Great place to go for some fun and relaxation. It's best to pay extra and park in the garage which will cost you an extra $10. This is a nice Dave & Buster?s but it's not as large as others. It appeared that all the games worked and were well taken care of. The staff was friendly, the games were great, the place is well taken care of. The only knock on it is the parking and it's not their biggest place, otherwise it's a great place to have some fun.

Enjoyed celebrating for a friend's birthday at Dave & Buster's. Loved the variety of options on the menu and the Thai chicken superfood chopped salad. Had lots of fun, though it was quite loud. $12 for 60 chips was just enough for me and didn't break the bank. The Pepperoni Flatbread was the best thing that was ordered! We also had burgers and wings. They were good.... not great..but good! The place got busy, and they completely forgot about us. We had to go ask for our tickets, to go water, and take out containers. They either need to add more people during rush time or mange the door dash orders better.

I went here for a Christmas party event held for my job and our hosts were JB and MAYA ...I HAVE TO SAY, JB BROUGHT THE HYPE when it comes to creating a fun and playful atmosphere, we really needed that! And thank you for Maya, she was so sweet and they were prompt on serving and cleaning up after our big crew! Well done!

Good selection of modern video games. The games were some of the latest and greatest all in good working order. You can get a good amount of play on $20 worth of game card.

Not sure if it's the jerseys we wore or if it's poor management but there were plenty of issues. - we were not given silverware and for napkins all we had was a stack of bar napkins - the wrong pizza was brought and my house salad was only lettuce and croutons (I don't fault the server for these and she did take the items back ) - they started playing loud borderline inappropriate music in the section they sat us in *If there was a rating I could apply to management I would give it 1 star

You serve yourself via a QR code someone brings it and never sees them again. However you are asked for a tip on the bill. Just send me a text and I will pick it up . Not used to the age of technology.

So fun! Great to bring kids or super fun for a date! A little pricey, and I personally don't like the menu (it's extensive but not exactly healthy) or sweet cocktails and punches which is what most of the drinks are. If you're into that though, you'll love the kitchen and bar. I just ordered whiskey, so I was satisfied with that, and I can't understate how fun it is to have a few drinks and run around playing games!! It's expensive to play, and it really adds up, so go ahead and spring for one of the deals.
