Fun place bigger than the other 2 we've been in food was good and drinks were too

This location is excellent for the most part. It's pretty big, new, and has a really nice selection of arcade games! It's also linked to the mall and Level99 is next door. They also have lots of really nice prizes, ranging from cheap to VERY expensive. My only complaint was the food service. The food and drinks were excellent, but the service was horrible. We got our drinks quickly, but had to wait 20ish minutes before we had to get a DIFFERENT server who ended up not asking us what food we wanted, so we h

Dave and Busters is going down hill, and fast. Took the kids today, probably our 6th visit this winter and I was disappointed. One of the employees was very condescending when asked a basic question, a few of the games broke down or didn't work mid-turn (after we paid and you can't find anyone to help) and there was a 1 hour wait for the restaurant even though it was 20% full (see photo). Edit: We go to Dave & Buster?s all the time with the kids. This time around we went with friends to grab some snacks and drinks. We Our server was the coolest and funniest girl, drinks were awesome and food was tasty. We loved the funnel fries! OMG delicious! Great place for kids AND adults! Nice spot for dates, birthdays and whenever you need to take your kiddos to burn some energy! Great drinks and food too!

Not sure what to put for the atmosphere. This place is the middle of an arcade! Me and my kids had a blast though. The food was pretty good and the service was great. We'll come again when we're in the area.

At this D&B I had a horrible time after eating the amazing food. We went to go reload the game card, and took 10$ from us and they didn't even have a camera to see. After spending 25 min trying to reload finally we got to playing just to find out the games aren't updated, clean or even working. We spent chips on machines that didn't even work. Overall food was amazing good thing we started with that, but to play it wasn't fun at all.

Hosted my husband?s 35th birthday here, what a great experience! The food , atmosphere, and customer service was superb! All my guest were very impressed!

This was a good Dave and Buster?s (I've been to more than I want to admit). It was well maintained given how busy it was being attached to the mall. The bartender was very nice and made a good drink. I would have given it 5 stars but a few of the games were broken and a couple ?ate my quarters? which is annoying considering it's a digital system.

Only issue - First game played got jammed and did not award points. Luckily a worker happened to pass by and was able to correct. Otherwise meal was as expected, service was great, kids enjoyed the games and point redemption.

Just a 5 Star time. Bring the kids. Too good. cold beers. What more do you want?

Had our daughter's 13th birthday party with her friends. They had a great time. Loved the staff that helped us. Dana was our host. She was very friendly and professional. We were impressed.

it wasn't good. I didn't have a fun time at ALL. First of all, i was expecting a more calmer atmosphere, not the children running around screaming mercy! We thought we were going to be able to spend more tickets and no one informed us that we would only have a 1000 ticket limit. Disappointed.

This place is great! Easy to find in the mall, don't have to wait in line to get a new card or buy extra credits, and the environment was exceptional. There are definitely new games being put here every so often which spruces up the place. I've got to say, the good tasted like I was at an actual restaurant. Not to down play Dave and Busters but you don't plan to go out and eat at a D&B, you go there for the games. Food was GREAT! Server forgot my drink but fixed it very quickly. Highly recommend this place

What can i say? WOW The video games are blast, the food was very tasty, the cocktails were good! And all the evening was just fine. The games are not cheap though but if you want to party in a while it's the place to visit.

It's a great place for kids and family. You get to play a lot of games and have good food. I often come here with my little sister or my friends. It's not too expensive to have a good time on a budget as a student. I would recommend it! ??

Nice place to relax and play games. Went in the early evening and it wasn't too crowded. The staff was friendly and had a great time. Definitely be back for more tickets.

Machine was down and half the play time was already gone with only 2:30 left out of 5:00 (I thought it was 6). The guy working the machine doesn't want to restart the timer or give credit back. Would not recommend. Would not come back. Good job emo hair cut boy.

We go here for date night Wednesdays, half priced games. Tonight I ordered my usual, the fish and chips. Normally it is fantastic. Seriously. Delicious. Tonight they had to substitute something in the batter and it wasn't right. Not only did management address my concerns quickly and explain why my fish was off, but they handled the whole thing fabulously. Our server tonight, Noelle, was very sweet about the whole thing as well. 10/10

I took my eight year old son here while we were on vacation in Boston. We had a blast.

Our experience for our son?s 10th birthday party was great. The boys had a blast with the wide array of games. The food and service from our waiter, Stevie, we're just perfect. I will definitely return and would recommend as a venue for a kids party.

The food was good. Most of the arcade games are fun except some that are just built to put a dent in your pocket. Lately, it's been a little irritating as they have got too loud music.

It's crazy that drink are little bit more cheap than Providence Rhode Island over I spend $21 on 1 beer and 1 mix drink and Natick I spend $15 on same thing

We had to wait a little bit to be seated, there wasn't anyone in front of us?? we got seated or waiter came and he seemed not with it basically the whole time. The appetizers weren't great and same with the food. I go to pay with a new gift card that had $50 on it, and the guy says it gets declined. But they can definitely do some better things to run that place.

We went as a family on Wednesday, March - 09th-23, because it's ("half-price Wednesday ") because you can get more for your money! Lots of fun games, great service. We also had the cantina nachos which you could easily share between 4 people. Nachos were really good and had lots of toppings.

Your usual Dave and busters place. Loud, crowded. Wait times weren't too bad for the regular games, but for the VR game (which there's only 1...) we waited well over a hour on a wait list. Considering it's an additional charge $6, maybe get another one?? We only wound up here because level 99 (next door) had a 3-4 hour waitlist. All in all we had fun.

Purchased a few of their groupons. Came up a couple of separate occasions to use them and the employee said they weren't eligible for that day every time.. Reached out to Dave & Buster's and they told me basically out of luck.

My kids love this place. It's a great atmosphere for kids and adults. We always play and win awesome prizes. We love the appetizers, food and dessert. If a machine doesn't work properly, I always teach out to an employee or manager and they usually solve the problem right away.

Great food and the employees are super nice and helpful. Me and my boyfriend had a blast both times we visited, and I hope to return soon :-)

I love how there is entry through the mall and right next to the food court. Watch out for your points on these games. Stole a few chips from me. Other than that we had a blast.

This is not a restaurant. It's a Game center for kids and teens. Buy or recharge the game center card by paying starting from 15$. Kids spend easily two to three hours. There is a restaurant inside to eat when you are hungry. Fun place and have some fun!:)

Despite the lack of service, our waitress was phenomenal. I forgot to double-check on her name and I feel so bad, because she was amazing. She was also doubling as the hostess. I went with my colleague a couple of weeks ago for a team party. The party was well organized and the staffs were friendly and welcoming. The lunch service was OK and the food was not that great. Our bartender was wonderful!! I wish I could remember their name.... Also highly recommend the mexican corn quesadilla (not the menu name, don't remember it, sorry)! Did the deal with entree + game card and got a good hour and a half of arcade games in after lunch. Some awesome new games here compared to other local D&B's.

Place is cool in general but review is because the bartenders could care less about you. It's like they are trying not to pay attention to you. One of the 3 behind there was nice though.

Went late night [like the last two hours open] and it had a very low population. Which is always a treat at a D&B. Even with it being towards the end of the night the bathrooms were very well taken care of. Which is always a testament toward the quality of there workers. Which were also very friendly and helpful even for it being almost midnight. Highly recommend this D&B!

It's fun, but I can't stand having 3 credits left on my card with nothing to play. The prizes are kind of cheap unless you save tickets for years, which we do. Highly recommend eating elsewhere and just going here to play.

Waited at the bar for a pickup order for over 30 minutes. The bartender ignored me the entire time and serviced girls who had just sat down next to me and ignored me still. Absolutely terrible service

Simple. It cost about $100 an hour for a family of 5 to play games. It's a stunning facility. Biggest complaint is the draft beer. They have the CO2 turned up too high and is therefore UNDRINKABLE!

Recently went to this location and had a really great time! The place was very clean and the service was really great for how busy the place was. We were very happy about the selection of games there were, it made our date night even better than expected! Can't wait to come back again next time I'm in town visiting.

Excellent service and the food came out great. We loved the game selection but felt the game costs were a bit too high. Randomly, the bathrooms in the back are always near spotless, pretty impressive lol.

We only played video games here. I was very impressed that almost all of them worked. Staffing was a little short by the ticket center. They still allowed you to use the old card which was nice but you can't recharge it easily. It's best to transfer to a newer card. Staff was nice and place was clean.

As we entered a party we learned of our grandmas passing .. we were distraught but had a party planned for my niece. The staff WAS incredible & so kind to us all!!! The manager went out of his way to get my niece a cake so we can bring joy to her day! I can't express my utmost gratitude enough to the staff that worked that day! We also had a fun time playing games & shopping in the ticket prize room. The gentleman was very professional & kind. Overall 10 stars! Food & service was incredible.

Couldn't figure out how to reply to the reply, but for D&B - We were with a larger group and the wait staff seemed to have a really good idea on how to split the bill but it took a long time for food to come, some people never got food and then the bills came and they were all over the place. My bill wasn't what I had ordered but the price was close enough and we were leaving so i paid. The management helped with a discount on the bills but it just seemed like it was a bad night...

Great store and very good location. Games were all in working condition, I got to play tons of fun and exciting games during my visit. The amusement manager Julius was extremely helpful with transferring my card balances and helping with a few minor game jams. Would definitely recommend this location!!!

We really like coming here, parking is easy and if you don't want to eat inside the establishment you have more options at the food fair in the shopping center.

It was good, but it's smaller than all the D&B we've ever been too. But mostly all the games are in working order, which is great! But ADD MORE SKEEBALL!!! As three adults, we each bought $30 worth of tokens, and was kind of over the games before the tickets were out. So I'd recommend taking a lap around before purchasing tickets appropriately. Mixed drink was great, but a bit slow ordering.

Over priced arcade than an actual family / friends night fun place

Came for my son's birthday to play and get out of the house, after a while. Felt loud and noisy, lost the touch. Ordered drinks and dessert. Kids played while I took a call. Stuffed churros were delicious.

Fun place to come but the food was not good. I ordered boneless buffalo wings and Mac and cheese that I wouldn't recommend. The service was ok. Definitely needs to improve. The drinks were good. I am a buffalo wing aficionado and these were absolutely terrible. It was so terrible, they weren't worthy of a photo to post. If you want to order one, don't be upset, I warned you.
