I've visited several times Since Dave and Busters has opened. Usually it's to watch a football game, UFC fight or boxing. Every seat is great for viewing because they have so many screens available. They have a full bar and a great cocktail selection. Food is tasty. I visited 5/3/25 to watch a Pay per view boxing match. They charged a per person $20 fee to sit in the dining area which had the biggest screens. To me this was a very reasonable price for the event. They were seating people as they arrived. I'm

All the workers are super nice and have amazing customer service!! Our waitress was super sweet and always had a smile on her face! My family really enjoyed eating and playing in the arcade! I forgot to mention that the manager gave us free mozzarella sticks!

First of all, I must say their service is horrible. When you walk in there it takes them at least 10 minutes for them to even say hi to you. And then when you go and move to the bar they move to the other side and don't take your order. Then when they take your order they let your drinks sit on the counter for 20 minutes. Had a GREAT experience at Dave & Busters on Saturday the 22nd.Booked a table for 10+ at 5pm and it was ready and waiting for us. This place is not my favorite. The whole place is loud, dark, and really overpriced. No one who works there ever really wants to help the customer. But the last time I went, my server Will was amazing! He was kind, helpful, nice, attentive, and respectable. He had a great attitude the entire time we were there. This location has just opened not too long ago. The place is great. You will have so much fun. They have many games and some of them are new that I haven't seen before. The bar and restaurant are good too. Their food is delicious and the portions oh? HUGE. We had some non alcoholic drinks and they can make everything for you. Met my daughter here for lunch on Sunday and it was my first time ever eating at Dave & Busters. We sat in the bar area. I really liked the way the tv?s are set up to enjoy any game that's on. I was hosting a youth event for my church and decided that Dave & Buster's would be the best option. The event staff (Jaqueline and Christian, I think his name was?) did a wonderful job. The FUNction room was beautiful, and everyone from the babies to the grandmas had so much fun on the games! The wait staff (Patrick and Emily) were attentive to our needs, and the food was delicious. If ever we're in Modesto again, we will definitely be back.

Server Nadia, was rude. Does not let us finish saying our full orders. She served our food, then asked us if we're ready to pay because she's already going to be off the clock. What if we needed something else while we're eating? No server checked on us once she left and after we paid our bill.

Food is better than the one by SF and the servers are phenominal. Very friendly, attentive but not overbearing. It's smaller than other Dave and Busters I've been to and very loud that it's hard if you're a lounge a d talk kind of person but overall very nice experience

Visited for the first time and the food was horrible. I ordered a well done burger that was pink inside, had to send that back. The Voodoo Pasta was horrible my daughter took one bite and had to send that back. The creole shrimp dip had too much bread crumbs on it even the server was shocked. I would add photos, but they took the plates. I think the only decent thing that came out right was the fish and chips and the salad. I will only be back to have my kids play games, but not to dine.

There needs to be a training on rotation and bussing tables. There is an hour long wait for tables and I'm literally looking at seven that haven't been touched in a half hour. By the time we sit down, the kids cards will be spent. This isn't the flow one should expect. Even once tables are clear, they sit for over ten minutes as the lobby continues to fill up. Bad communication between staff and it's too much money spent for such subpar service.

I love the fact the front server lady allowed us into the big room (even though it was closed) for our own booth due to the fact she saw us struggling with our crying two year old daughter. To top it off she even brought her a plush doll. They went above and beyond to help us enjoy a meal out with the family which is very appreciated. This place is beyond my expectations!! The service was quick and the staff was friendly. Soni the server did such an excellent job, great communicator, and overall such a kind soul. I had the Carolina Style Bbq bone in wings, side of fries and a Tres Tequila Margarita from their Happy Hour Menu. The wings were ok, the Carolina Style Bbq sauce has a bit of a spicy flavor.

The restaurant has been disorganized and ran poorly from opening. Figured years after opening the service and logistics would be better, it remains the same, establishment/management does not have a clue of how to run a restaurant/bar. No plans to go back or recommend to anyone. At least food was decent, but don't have any expectations of decent service.

We went to check out the place, but we decided to eat while the kids played. The food is pretty good. The Korean sticky ribs are very good, and the salads too. The service is good and food is very affordable.

The service here is really bad and there's definitely a lack of communication between management and staff and / or training of employees. McDonalds even has a more rapid service than this place.

Horrible experience on my first time here. Our 2nd bartender Tyler was the only saving grace here at this establishment... happy hour drinks are priced decently. This was the 2nd time here with the kids and we all had a great time again. Food was good and the games were fun. I'll be sending the kids out to the road medians to beg for money in order to recoup the family's financial losses today, but it's worth it.

Service is hit or miss but the food is good. The drink menu is amazing especially during happy hour. And of course the arcade games are what really brings us in. They also have a bunch of TV's everywhere. And they even show UFC and other PPVs.

Only reason doesn't get a 1 is food is decent other than that just trash. Game prices are basically 8-11 points. $22 gets you 100 points. You go through that in 15 minutes. Spend more money. Just a pure rip off.

Good selection of games, though some of them don't work properly, such as this one that said 46 points was worth 100 tickets but only paid out 80. They didn't let my friend bring a water bottle inside, which I wouldn't have minded, but she was pretty upset since she likes having her own bottle for health reasons.

One persons beer didn't arrive until 20 minutes after everyone else?s. Hot wings and fries were cold. Server kept trying to take them to another table. Overall nice looking bar but wouldn't go back. Taking kids to Bowlero or TenPin would be a better experience.

Avoid eating here if it's busy! You'll wait over 1 hour (we personally waited 2.5+) for your food. We went during the game and we expected slower service but not that slow. Manager rectified the situation and the food & drinks were phenomenal when they finally arrived to our table but it left a bad taste in my mouth since 4 different servers and the manager assisted us & we still waited 3.5 for our entire meal.

We went on aTuesday evening around 5, it wasn't busy at all BUT our party of 4 still waited for TWO HOURS for our food to arrive. The place is like what you would expect from a sports bar that has video games and is open to family and friends to handout. They do move fast and bring the food quick. They make it easy to access their amenities and if not too busy, you can sit by the video games or away from them which it helps if you want to have a conversation with your party. We arrived and placed our order. It took about 1.5 hours to get a kids macaroni and kids cheese pizza. The macaroni tasted like it was made when I ordered it one and a half hours ago. Cold. This place was fun. I took the granddaughters there for some games. It's really a one-stop entertainment shop, as it has a restaurant with a full bar in the middle of the establishment. We just played games for a bit. I recommend it. I do miss the quarter based 1980 arcades, though, lol.
