This was our first visit here. The atmosphere was very active. Seating was available and the number of games they have were plentiful. The food we ordered was a disappointment. It was nothing more than bar or bowling alley quality. Not what we expected at all. Other than that, our server McKenzie was awesome. Extremely friendly and great personality. We enjoyed having her.

New location, so everything works and is clean. Staff was helpful and courteous. The food was good. Food was a little slow, but she was very overwhelmed. Nice selection of games. Only a couple were out of sorts. This is closer to my house than the one in Panama city, so it will be a toss-up of which one we will head to. Had a really good time.

Chaotic is the best way to start. I brought my nieces and nephews there a week ago and we really enjoyed ourselves. The hostess Raegan was helpful and she greeted us with a smile.

Waiting on a waiting list for over 2 hours for 1 adult and 2 kids from 3:51 till 6:01. We played in the arcade for over and hour to burn time. We had Kia who took forever between visit to the table and the attitude was not necessary. Took us 2 1/2 hours to get tables we had reserved for 1:00. Was told just because you make a reservation doesn't mean you will actually get the tables. I even rented a bay and they refused to give it to me even though there were four free bays. Finally had to just sit my grandkids in the bay without assistance besides the waitress. Took my son there to eat some food and play games. They sat us down at our table we waited 20 minutes without anyone coming and taking even our drink order so we decided not to eat as it was taking entirely too long and they weren't extremely busy so I'd hate to see it if it was busy.
