Took my son here. Had a great time. Extremely friendly staff and good food. I ordered from the eat, drink, play combo. Had the Papi Chulo Queso as an appetizer.

Update : the statement far below still stands for the workers who we encountered Friday 3/21/25. However after an encounter with the general manager Clive I recognize that my business is not appreciated nor welcome. As mentioned previously we were there to celebrate my daughter?s 13th birthday just her and I so I ended up earning a free appetizer coupon and which we chose to dine in after a bit of shopping. I ordered the barbacoa fries, As well as the spicy Korean wings. Upon a first appearance everythi

Great experience from start to finish! We held our son?s birthday at the Milford location. Great party packages, food offerings and gaming options for our party. Our server Natasha was so helpful with set up and organizing our event. We had a great afternoon and our guests had so much fun. Thank you for a great birthday party!

We had a fantastic experience at this establishment! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the customer service truly stood out. The staff went above and beyond to assist my wife in redeeming her birthday points, ensuring the process was smooth and hassle-free. They took the time to explain her options and made thoughtful suggestions, which made her feel special on her big day. Overall, it was an enjoyable visit, and I can't recommend this place enough!

We recently hosted our son?s birthday party at Dave & Buster?s, and I cannot say enough about our incredible server, Renee. She was truly exceptional from the moment we arrived to the very last goodbye. Renee didn't just meet expectations. She anticipated every need before we even voiced it. Drinks refilled? Done. Kids? food requests? Handled seamlessly. Any parent question or last-minute pivot? She was already on it. And she did all of this with the most positive, cheerful attitude, creating a genuinely f

My visit to Dave and Buster's was an incredibly enjoyable experience. We were there to celebrate a birthday, and it turned out to be an awesome outing. This was my first time here, and I was thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere was just right - not overly crowded but far from dull. It struck a perfect balance, creating a welcoming ambiance. The venue offered a wide range of activities to keep everyone entertained. We started with drinks, followed by a delicious dinner. Afterward, we indulged in various gam

My family and I had a ball today at Dave and Busters. We arrived around 115pm and there were no servers which was a bit strange - but the bartenders set up a table for us and took care of us. Food was very good and kids had an absolute blast. If there is one area for improvement it is the bathrooms - they were pretty gross, but the rest of our experience was Fantastic. We will definitely be back!

Had an unofficial birthday party for my daughter where we just had a ton of food and six kids. The staff who served our table were wonderful and totally on top of everything. Plenty of food and water and everything we needed. Everyone had a great time. I highly recommend it. The food was okay and better than most kids places so no complaints at all about the food.

Great games and prizes, overall a good place to have birthday parties at. The food is a little pricey but it is good. Large collection of new and well kept arcade games to play. Lastly they have large clean bathrooms which is a must for an arcade.

I had a great experience at Dave & Buster?s, thanks to our server, Josh! He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. I ordered the Game Day Grub, and it was really good fresh, flavorful, and perfect for a night out. Josh checked in on us at just the right times and made the whole experience even better. If you're stopping by, definitely ask for him top-notch service!

Me, my sister and our friend came here for my sister's 21st birthday. We ate and had some drinks first, played some games then came back and had a couple more drinks. Our waiter Renee was lovely throughout the entire night. I mean literally the best waiter you could ever ask for!! She gave us great recommendations and checked in with us throughout the night and made sure we were good. She also made sure the drinks and food were brought out quickly. The food, drinks, service and games were AMAZING!! My siste

Went last Wednesday after I got off work with the family. The service we received that day was fantastic, and we would definitely return to this location. The server was attentive, the beer cold, and the food delicious. I haven't had their old menu, but the current menu is fantastic. Sliders were great, the bacon burger was awesome, and the fries were nicely seasoned and hot. The food runner even explained that the back made the sliders look like a caterpillar for our kid, which was an awesome touch!

Service was horrible it took the server over an hour to get to our table and then we ordered and waited an hour for our food. Then we had to say something to the server for them to acknowledge we didn't have our food. Then we waited an additional half hour and these were the crispy chicken strips that I received.Never coming back here for food. I think dog food probably tastes better. Also there was a piece of pineapple in my coleslaw.

We had a great time for our first visit here. Games were fun, and we felt like the amount of games for the price was reasonable. We ate dinner before and the food was all good. Will be looking forward to taking our kids here sometime in the near future.

1st Time at this Dave and busters location. I will say overall my experience was pleasant. Food: I do however wish their menu had a more options. (Forgot to take a picture). Games: There were plenty of different games to try and I think they were fairly priced. Prices aren't too bad either and they have promotions going on currently. I would download the app to get more points through their challenges. (Completely forgot to take pictures) Location: I think the location is actually pretty convenient. It's

Took my grandkids there for a couple of hours. We didn't eat, just played games. The kids had a lot of fun. A good way to pass the afternoon and the kids loved it.

This was the first time my friend, a single mom, took her kids to Dave & Buster?s, and it turned into such a positive experience. While she wasn't sure how to play some of the games, some friendly kids?complete strangers?stepped in to teach her kids how to play. She was so thankful for their kindness. The place was big, lively, and filled with families having fun together. There were so many new games she'd never seen before, making it a great adventure for her kids. The food was good, the environment was

First time at this location. Food was very good but not too many variety to choose from. There was only one server available and 1 at the bar. My appetizer came out before our drinks. By the time we got our drinks we had already finished our appetizer. Even though they were short staffed the server was amazing and she tried to go above and beyond and the whole time she had a smile on her face. That is the only reason I'm giving a 3 star becuase of being short staffed it it hadn't been for that I would ha

This is the best place to have a nice time wirh the family. Its also inside the mall so there is variety . I highly recomend it .

This is a great place to go with my teenager.. he played games and we ate dinner.. the food was good, just seemed a little short staffed.. overall I would go back

bartender girl was very rude. she was mad because she thought I singled her out and continued to be rude to both of my parents. guy bartender was very nice but if u don't want to be misgendered don't go to this location.

Had a great time with my family. Food and drinks were excellent, games were really fun. Server was so friendly and attentive. Can't wait to go back

Took my son for his 16th birthday Today, we didn't book a party there because minimum party price was over a Thousand dollars. So I took him and his brother with myself and spent about $200 over a few hours there. They loved it and that's all that matters. Our server Erica was very helpful and Friendly. The Patron Margaitas are very tasty also...we'll be back again soon !

Bought the summer gold level deal - worked great for us. Food was delivered fast and was good. We'll definitely be back soon

Nothing but good things ever to say! My kid?s favorite place to go but the Easter Breakfast was over the top! So unbelievably cute well put together and my daughter?s and granddaughter and niece had a blast and food was basic and good! The easter egg hunt was awesome

Updating review because they have great customer service. Feel like being short 2 tickets for a 50 ticket prize shouldn't be a big deal lol.

Took my 10 year old son and his friend. They loved playing the games, some of the games were malfunctioning or not working, but they still had fun. I hope they will bring back VR games and laser tag, for older kids. The food and service was good, very short wait times.

Would have been a good review but we Went on Saturday with a group of friends and got our credit card info stolen and charges racked up on our cards. I'd say it could have been from anywhere, but it's no coincidence that 2 out of 3 peoples cards who used them at this location were stolen right after our visit. Front desk employee should be investigated by management and fired.

Not my fav location but the kids enjoy it. All the rides and games are usually working, the virtual coaster is one of their favs! Legit makes me nauseous like an actual coaster lol. Love that they clean it in between rides. I'd like to see more hand sanitizer stations as everyone is touching everything. The food has gotten better and I love the waiters and waitresses we pick each time we go! Drinks be poppin! Definitely recommend and we go once a month so, WE?ll BE BACK, terminator voice lol!

I went to Dave & Buster's this past Saturday. We had a great time overall; with my work schedule, it is hard to find time to hang out with my High Schooler. We did not eat there (only went to use 200 Points we had accumulated on our Power Card). There were several games that we wanted to play together that were out of service (two person dinosaur shooting game, motorcycle game where only one of the two (you can play multiplayer) motorcycles worked - that part sucked. Again, over all good time; Dave & Buster

My family enjoys going to Dave&Busters for the kids to play. Yesterday we went for a birthday party though. The kids had a great time! Staff was very friendly and polite. My food/drink were good. I had sweet heat tenders and a strawberry henny drink. Will definitely get again.

Good spot for a hang out / date night. Good food & lots of fun games to choose from to play. Good for couples or families. Pretty good food , huge portions !!

We went on half Wednesdays. My son enjoyed it very much! Of yall didn't know they have power hour. Unlimited play for a hour for some of the games worth it if you have several kids they can share a card . Haven't come here for food in a long time only come for the games

For $35 you get 165 chips and most games are 8+ chips. Way too expensive to play for just 20 minutes. Such a scam. Kids can't even enjoy themselves. Make the games less expensive!!! So people can actually get their money?s worth. I also prepaid for a VR play and the game was closed due to insufficient staff. Ridiculous. Way to celebrate my sons birthday. No fun. You literally have to spend $100+ per kid to have a decent time.

Celebrated a kids birthday. But thos place is also for grown ups, teens, kids, young adults, and children. Video games, tvs, bar and food. So much fun. You can be a kid again without being judged. Parking is plentiful and free. If you're looking for this place it's in the back of the mall if you're on the main strip where you see the front of mall with stores...go around the side to the rear and you're set.

The first time trying to order to-go. The website says they close at midnight. I look at the time it's 11:15 I said ?oh man I'm able to order? call and the server answers I said can I please have a Steak bowl to go and she said I'm sorry I can't do that we close in 45mins!! Mind blowing if you asked me. Being a restaurant manager at one time in my life I would never allow this. But anyways my first and last time

The food was good. Drinks were as well. Server Jason was nice. Came on a Saturday 8pm-12am In terms of the overall setting, loud, can't hear anything, but already knew that coming in (and I would come again). Unfortunately people leave their empty cups and garbage around the arcade area so it's quite dirty. Good thing the lights are dimmed. Bathrooms are also dirty, toilets filled, stalls without toilet paper. Also drunk people everywhere. Saw someone fall off a chair at the bar and later throw up. Kinda gr

Food was not up to par. Plus waiters and waitresses took forever to get our orders at the table . Then our drinks were thrown out because we were playing games you would think they would ask .The games and atmosphere is so fun .

Quinn is the best waitress ever she was expectinollay attentive and gave me everything I was looking for I would write here 2000 stars if I could she was better then the Big Dipper

I gave the food 4 stars even though the ribs were chewy because other items on the menu were good.

Food took over 45 min to get to table. Then dessert took so long we got tired of waiting and left. Excuse was that the ?kitchen got slammed?. No attempt to make it up to us, or apologize for the big miss. Do not come near this crowded, overrated place on a Saturday night.

Really good experience this location is much more better than down in NYC Dave & buster?s locations. Food and staff are decent and huge parking lot for free, definitely will come back again.

Food was great. Family friendly. All my kids had a great time playing the different games.

I like being able to grab a bite to eat and play some video games. The staff here is friendly but definitely seems short staffed. You used to be able to get points for ordering certain foods, but that option has been taken away. Only big downfall to me is the games are expensive and the prizes cost so many points. It's hard for the kids to really win anything, It was like 400 points for a nerds rope.

Went with some friends all had separate checks and we all got charged a mandatory 20% extra and was told but a manager that's just how it is. Also there was no one at the front desk to help with cards and any issues I had.

Long story short , I let the picture spoke for itself. Took my son to D&B and order dessert, find a spinach inside the cake. Server Michelle i believe that her name say it a mint , A mint leaf size of a spinach , no way. I ask for a small spoon for my kids and they told me that all they got , soup spoon

Go here for the arcade and FUN games!!!.... Eat if you are absolutely hungry... otherwise, there are plenty of better places near by for good food.

My grandkids had fun . Playing games. The food and drinks was great

I like it hear the food is good the staff are nice to you and there's a lot of games to place it has a nice selection of games

Food was unbelievably soggy, disappointingly so. Could not finish more than half of the food. The waitress was disappointed in us not ordering enough, even though we ordered about $90 worth of stuff.

Probably one of the best places to hang out with friends and family, this has everything for someone looking for entertainment and fun. A Sport Bar, Restaurant and Arcade. The food I've ordered was delicious and the arcade had many fun games to enjoy, I did bought a cup souvenir with the tickets I've earned. Would recommend.

I can't believe how awful my experience at Dave & Buster's was! We bought 320 game chips, and they vanished in no time. We kept swiping our cards for games that wouldn't even work, yet our chips disappeared like magic. When we asked a technician for help, they had the audacity to say everything was fine. What a joke! Then, we finally hit the claw machine and won 500 tickets, only to be met with yet another error when we tried to claim them. Are you kidding me? This is absolutely unacceptable! I've never be

I'm from NY and moved to CT last year. Ive been to Dave & Buster's in NY many times and loved it. This past Sunday was the first time I came here and had an amazing time with my family and friends. There's tons of games to play.

Food service was long and expensive and the games were super expensive not budget friendly and you can't split the cards into multiple cards so you basically forced to to purchase the expensive higher priced cards customer service was a 1 the guy at the front at an attitude every time I asked a question or asked for my server

So the crispy crunchy buffalo chicken and cheese was alright, not something I would order again. Need whole pieces of chicken not shredded. The RIBS were DEVINE!!! Delicious and had a great smokey great flavor. Tge fries are regular, nothing fancy. The coleslaw was ??????. NO FLAVOR AT ALL. FAM PUT SOME FLAVOR ON IT!!

The food was great and the games were fun though there are a lot more ticket games than I remember from the last one I went to in Michigan. My wife and I went to the bar area. The seating choices were limited because a lot of tables looked like they were waiting to be bused. We did find a seat at a larger than necessary table. The game where you throw balls at the clowns was my wife's favorite but we noticed one had a lot more balls than the other. It would be cool to have some more arcade style games tha

I had a date night, and Everything was on point ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? We had a Great time. I will be back soon.

An extra charge was activated for play cards for the all you can eat chicken. This was new and not explained to us. We got charged $17 to activate 5 cards. Nowhere on the promotion is that stated. But because we knew nothing of this they did refund us back.

We were the only customers there, so it took a little longer than expected to have our food brought out. One dinner came out wrong, and they happily fixed it. They did NOT comp that meal, which is customary in the industry. The food was better than expected. Everything was fresh and tasty. The game floor was spotless and most games were in good working order. Those that weren't were being attended to. The staff was great

We went to a D&B in another state and it was just okay?which compelled me to write a review for our D&B in Milford which is really fantastic and deserves praise! Lots of veggie options at the restaurant, and everything is fresh. Atmosphere is great and there are often deals (1/2 off games, bonus points, etc.). Thanks for being such an awesome location. :)

Great place to eat n play. Dede is a great bartender always attentive to your needs! Worth the visit if you enjoy arcade games.

We didn't eat there. The games were fun. I wish they had the human crane there!!!

Didn't eat anything. Did play some games. The ticket ponzi scheme is real. They only had two skeeball lanes which was unacceptable. Boooo.

Didn't eat or drink here but I took my grandson to play games and it was Finn as could be. They have new tech as well as the classics...air hockey etc..... we will be stopping here whenever we go to a movie at the post mall. Very fun. Highly recommend this place!! I didn't buy food but we bought 25 dollar game cards and it was plenty. By the time there empty we were ready to call it!

Came here over the weekends it was a fight night but our server Ally was still very attentive despite the business. Really appreciated all the food recommendations. They have an updated menu with some good stuff. Had to bring the kids to come check it out. Thanks again to our server for a wonderful experience ??

food, fun all.in one place, took my 79 yr mom there and we had a BLAST

The food was not good. I spoke to the manager and he tryed to explain it away. Nothing was done. Dinner for 2 was $71.00 included 2 game cards. If I ever return I won't order food. I know the photo looks good but the ribs were so dry that the meat was unedable then covered it with sause. I had mini slides and only 2 out of 4 had meat. Chicken tenders were ok but ice cold.

I always love having fun with my friends and fam here!

My wife and I decided to go here while on vacation. It was pouring out and we were looking for something fun to do inside. I used to take my kids a few years back and it was nowhere near as expensive as it is now to get tokens for the games. It was $80 for the two of us. They even charge you a few for the card you use. There were at least 4 games that were not working properly that we used our cards for. Also, many of the games take a ridiculous amount of points to play, and you barely get any tickets for

My daughter and I love the Dave and Buster's experience, but today the Milford location was a 4 not a 5 for 3 reasons: more than a couple out of service games, visible trash on the floor in dining area (birthday party leftovers), and the pretzel dogs were excessively salty. We will go back because we typically have a 5 star experience, but today was just less than awesome.

Love going there for the games and drinks... food I give a 3 ?? because I liked the sliders and fries I got but not the tenders or sauces served with it... For drinks I got a strawberry mango alcoholic beverage and a strawberry watermelon one as well... Both were equally delicious but I like the strawberry watermelon better because it came with watermelon ice cubes which were just as tasty as the drink itself!!

Had time for my daughter birthday who just turn 8 years old. My husband and I took our kids on Sunday evening and the waitress was wonderful along with the atmosphere. They even gave us $100 dollars worth of free games to play and my daughter a free slide of strawberry birthday cake. Good job Dave & Buster?s in Milford Ct.

We had a huge group come in Sat night with adults and kids from the Allstars regional held in Milford. The young lady and gentleman who waited on us was amazing, so attentive and patient with the kids. Also, we were happy that the sweet manager was able to accommodate all of us. Koodos to your restaurant. We all had a blast in the game room as well. ??

Not a place for me. Too loud. The food basically sucked. They served something they call chicken wings, but it was ruined with breading. The wing sauce so was ok. I heard other people that I was with saying that they nachos were great. I could not disagree more... There was almost no cheese on the nachos! and it seemed like they tried to cover that up by drenching the nacho chips in some kind of white sauce. Nachos are all about lots of cheese! Cheese on every chip! Ugh. Totally disappointed in the food. Th

Great place! I like the food, games, sports, drinks at Dave and Buster's. The service is excellent! And if there's is ever an issue with anything, is taken care of immediately in a professional manner.

The staff are supremely awesome here and made us feel super welcome on my birthday weekend. We felt at home and the everyone was so sweet and attentive. They need all the love they can get here. Really good vibes, really good service.

Grandsons loved it, as did I, can be moderately expensive for game card and meals, got a little crowded over time so best to go a little early

I recently had an amazing experience at Dave and Busters, and a big part of it was thanks to our waitress, Ally. We had a larger group, and she was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our visit. She was patient while taking everyone's orders and consistently checked in to make sure everything was perfect. Her positive vibes and great recommendations made our experience even better. I highly recommend visiting Dave and Busters and asking for Ally ? she will ensure you have a fantastic time!

1st time here. Love the atmosphere. Was there visiting family

Had a blast playing games. After I ordered food the waiting time was long. All-in-all fun place. Chris and Jeff are the best.

When it comes to hosting a birthday celebration that leaves children wide eyed with wonder and parents deeply impressed, Dave &Buster sets the bar high. I was a bit concerned because the kids are 3 &4 yrs old but there was NO disappointment. From the first visit I knew I wanted to have my son birthday there. The heart and soul of this extraordinary experience began with my phone call with Amy the event operations coordinator. But Brian, the manager who was our party host OMG, from our first interaction, he

The french fries are the best I ever had. A must have with every meal.

The atmosphere is great, nice bar feeling, I've been here 4 times with my daughter. Food is slightly salty and soda is flat all of the time. Now, the biggest problem is how long you always have to wait for service, the last time I was there it had to have been the worst. Although our waitress was apologetic, the wait time for everything was way too long. We waited a half an hour just to be able to have our drink order taken, we were going to leave but my daughter was very hungry. Then another 25 minutes to

One of the worst locations I've been to. Small game selection, a lot of broken games, horrible to no service at all at the bar or restaurant. I was sitting the bar just to order a glass of water for my child. 4 employees completely ignored me even though I was the only person in the entire bar. Take the trip to Danbury and go to Player One. This place is a joke.

Its really a mini gambling place. There are very few games for kids to have fun. Most of the machines are to gamble, not for money, but still. If you want your kids to really have fun, take them somewhere else.

So I'll be clear, my review here is strictly on the food. Our experience dining here was extremely miserable. First of all, the food is quite horrible. Our friend commented on it a few days ago, how "inedible" it was. We thought she was exaggerating, but no it was quite inedible. The fries were soggy, the Flatbread tasted frozen, and the vegetables had a weird taste. The service was basically absent. The few times she would appear, she would disappear again before we were finished talking and would keep fai

We came into D&B tonight to celebrate my son's last day of school. Eeve was our absolutely lovely waitress. She was very detailed with our order which was great, she checked on us a bunch which was very nice, and she was very nice to my son, which is always a huge plus in my book.

We love the arcade and it's nice that games are rarely broken here (5 stars for the arcade). We've tried eating here a few times and just aren't impressed with the food options or service. Today was a breaking point to prompt a review when there was only one other table of people there for lunch (12:30 on a Saturday) and no one acknowledged us for 15 minutes. I think it's the first time I've ever left after being seated somewhere. A simple "I'll be with you in a second" might have kept us, but honestly, it

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?
