My family and I had a ball today at Dave and Busters. We arrived around 115pm and there were no servers which was a bit strange - but the bartenders set up a table for us and took care of us. Food was very good and kids had an absolute blast. If there is one area for improvement it is the bathrooms - they were pretty gross, but the rest of our experience was Fantastic. Had an unofficial birthday party for my daughter where we just had a ton of food and six kids. The staff who served our table were wonderful and totally on top of everything. Plenty of food and water and everything we needed. Everyone had a great time. I highly recommend it. The food was okay and better than most kids places so no complaints at all about the food.

Great games and prizes, overall a good place to have birthday parties at. The food is a little pricey but it is good. Large collection of new and well kept arcade games to play. Lastly they have large clean bathrooms which is a must for an arcade.

Went last Wednesday after I got off work with the family. The service we received that day was fantastic, and we would definitely return to this location. The server was attentive, the beer cold, and the food delicious. I haven't had their old menu, but the current menu is fantastic. Sliders were great, the bacon burger was awesome, and the fries were nicely seasoned and hot. The food runner even explained that the back made the sliders look like a caterpillar for our kid, which was an awesome touch!

Service was horrible it took the server over an hour to get to our table and then we ordered and waited an hour for our food. Then we had to say something to the server for them to acknowledge we didn't have our food. Then we waited an additional half hour and these were the crispy chicken strips that I received.Never coming back here for food. I think dog food probably tastes better. Took my son for his 16th birthday Today, we didn't book a party there because minimum party price was over a Thousand dollars. So I took him and his brother with myself and spent about $200 over a few hours there. They loved it and that's all that matters. Our server Erica was very helpful and Friendly. Took my 10 year old son and his friend. They loved playing the games, some of the games were malfunctioning or not working, but they still had fun. I hope they will bring back VR games and laser tag, for older kids. The food and service was good, very short wait times.

Would have been a good review but we Went on Saturday with a group of friends and got our credit card info stolen and charges racked up on our cards. I'd say it could have been from anywhere, but it's no coincidence that 2 out of 3 peoples cards who used them at this location were stolen right after our visit. Not my fav location but the kids enjoy it. All the rides and games are usually working, the virtual coaster is one of their favs! Legit makes me nauseous like an actual coaster lol. I went to Dave & Buster's this past Saturday. We had a great time overall; with my work schedule, it is hard to find time to hang out with my High Schooler. We did not eat there (only went to use 200 Points we had accumulated on our Power Card). There were several games that we wanted to play together that were out of service (two person dinosaur shooting game, motorcycle game where only one of the two (you can play multiplayer) motorcycles worked - that part sucked. For $35 you get 165 chips and most games are 8+ chips. Way too expensive to play for just 20 minutes. Such a scam. Kids can't even enjoy themselves. Make the games less expensive!!! So people can actually get their money?s worth. I also prepaid for a VR play and the game was closed due to insufficient staff. Ridiculous. Way to celebrate my sons birthday. No fun. Celebrated a kids birthday. But thos place is also for grown ups, teens, kids, young adults, and children. Video games, tvs, bar and food. So much fun. You can be a kid again without being judged. Parking is plentiful and free. If you're looking for this place it's in the back of the mall if you're on the main strip where you see the front of mall with stores...go around the side to the rear and you're set.

I like being able to grab a bite to eat and play some video games. The staff here is friendly but definitely seems short staffed. You used to be able to get points for ordering certain foods, but that option has been taken away. Only big downfall to me is the games are expensive and the prizes cost so many points. An extra charge was activated for play cards for the all you can eat chicken. This was new and not explained to us. We got charged $17 to activate 5 cards. Nowhere on the promotion is that stated. But because we knew nothing of this they did refund us back.

The food was not good. I spoke to the manager and he tryed to explain it away. Nothing was done. Dinner for 2 was $71.00 included 2 game cards. If I ever return I won't order food. I know the photo looks good but the ribs were so dry that the meat was unedable then covered it with sause. I had mini slides and only 2 out of 4 had meat. Chicken tenders were ok but ice cold.
