Waited over an hour for a drink. They don't have local drafts, and then they were out of every draft I asked for. I finally just said to give me whatever, and she brought me a Corona. Food came out quickly and it was average. Then it took another hour to get my bill. My bill was incorrect by $4.00 due to charging me for a drink that I didn't receive, but I was so tired that I just paid it because I wanted to go home. Tip was automatically added due to group size of 8. It was also very loud because they brou
I visited during my vacation in Memphis and have to highlight Jessica?s amazing service she was so fun and friendly! The place is incredible; I can't even describe how much fun I had playing it made me feel like a kid again. The drinks are fantastic, and while the food is a bit spicy, you can ask them to leave the spice out if that's not your thing. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience!
Came at 11pm with 2 of my friends. They close at 1am. We came in with good vibes and nobody sat us or served us. We waited then sat ourselves. We had to stop a waiter to service us a drink. He said he's new and don't know what to do. Also mentioned it'll be a long wait if we ordered food. The place was basically empty and employees everywhere. Went to bar to get 2 shots and the lady said I need 2 separate ID?s?.the girl didn't care to ask us for help or serve us and the guy told us they were short staffed.
If there was an option for zero stars, this rating would have been more accurate. Our family arrived around 3:30. The restaurant part was NOT busy at all. TWO hours later, we were finally ?served?. Our food was cold, fries beyond soggy, the fish & chips came with garlic aioli because they were out of tartar sauce (which was NOT communicated prior to serving), and one in our party had a strawberry drink with no strawberry?! To top this, the bathroom stalls had doors literally hanging off the hinges, or wit
PARTY OF 9.... Wish I could give ZERO STARS. First walking in, it was extremely hot and stuffy. We requested a table and were told we would have to make a reservation 48 hrs ahead. We were 1st put in a booth by the games, then they moved us to a seating area next to the dj. Destiny (our server) was rude and had an attitude from the beginning . She got my order and my nephew's order wrong. I ordered the ribs, and the coleslaw that came with it was AWFUL (not edible). The drink i ordered tasted like juice.
I went to Dave & Buster?s last night to celebrate my birthday with friends and family, and it ended up being one of the most frustrating experiences I've had at a restaurant. From the moment we walked in, there was poor communication and a serious lack of customer service. We were not properly informed about how the game cards or gift cards worked, and the employee at the front desk had a noticeably rude attitude, which only added to the confusion. Although we were told our wait for a table would be 45 mi
Lord, we really wanted to have a great time, but why do people get jobs in the service industry when they don't care about doing that?? Our food took forever, half of the table didn't get their food for over an hour, yes we complained, spoke to several employees, we didn't get anything compt but got plenty of excuses. Look, i worked in this field, i was very reasonable and we really tired to be kind about this situation but they didn't really care and they did not care about making our time there comfor
For my son?s 16th birthday I took him and one of his older brothers to Dave & Buster?s. We ordered food before playing. Service was good but slow. We each ordered a hamburger and fries, and it felt like it took forever to get the food to us. The waitress was very nice, very helpful but again the food just took forever. Our burgers and fries were good and cooked well. After eating we chose to play and if you don't know this, Wednesday?s are half price play day. Which means if you go and buy $55 card when you
I sat at the bar and met one of the new bartenders, Keya and I love her attitude. She was very welcoming and answered all of my questions. She was also very attentive. The food and the drinks were really good and the atmosphere was very pleasant! Will be looking forward to coming back and getting served by her, she makes good drinks.
bartenders are crap. they do not know how to run and service a bar at all. service is very slow. got seated at a table, waited almost 45mins for a server, no one still came to seat us. moved to the bar, waited another 15mins just for a drink?on top of the bartender been missing for the last 20mins. i see why i haven't been to dave and busters in years now. wouldn't recommend this place of business to a bird in the sky. i definitely won't be back to this location
After placing our order, we waited far longer than expected?only to realize that our food had been completely forgotten. When we asked about it, the staff seemed confused and unbothered. When the food finally started arriving, it was one plate at a time, spaced out by 15-20 minutes. By the time the last person in our party was served, the first person had already finished eating. The manager did make it right and gave our table of 7 game cards to play. The games were fun and everyone had a great time. If y
Well, on friday night, the parking lot crowd can be a little intimidating. Weed fills the air, as everyone has to be completely stoned to enter Dave & busters. I think they should add off duty cops for parking lot duty. Trying to get my family inside before the shooting begins. Let start with the price, wow your very high for entertainment. We ate chicken tenders fries and sodas. Food was good. The overall value wasn't here. I think Main Event would be a better option. While both are similar, I feel safer a
I went here for an early birthday celebration with friends. You'd think it would be easy to get service on a Sunday afternoon/evening. But that wasn't the case at all. My friends and I sat at the bar, and 40 minutes went by before anyone acknowledged us. Then we proceeded to wait another 20 minutes for our drinks. The servers consistently looked at us but no one ever came to take our food order. One of my friends had to walk up to the register and flag down one of the servers. Another 40 minutes or so later
My family went there to celebrate my oldest daughter's birthday. The games and arcade were good. It took the host forever to seat us to eat. The waitress took forever to take our food order. When the food did come, all the food was cold. The waitress was nonchalant about how we felt and was making excuses the whole time. The kids did enjoy themselves. Next time, we will only play the games and arcade and eat somewhere else.
So we celebrated Father?s Day here for their ?Dad Games?. My father passed in March so I knew it was going to be a rough day for me, but I had set the intention to celebrate my WUS-band because he is an excellent father to our son and daughter. Let me tell you it was such a wonderful experience!! Kendrick and Alexis tended to all our needs with such sincerity. All the families got along and we were all laughing and cheering each other on. I really had so much pain and sadness on my heart but being there wi
I come here quite regularly at least twice a week every week and it's always been a good time but yesterday on 12/29 I was so uncomfortable I was sitting with my guest while my kids were playing and I was asked how many guest were in my party and I told the lady 4 she told me I had to move and find another table they all were nasty which is why I sat where I sat in one of the bigger booths plus myself plus guest and kids aren't petite either so I really felt discriminated and disrespected we got up and move
Awesome atmosphere and game selection. So much fun and friendly for all ages. The food and drinks were excellent too. Really good wings, Philly cheese steak, fried pickles (all pictured) and the mixed drinks were well made too. Our server, Maya, was very friendly and helpful. She did great! Overall awesome experience and will be back!! Only negative was the prize we got was "mispriced" in the system from what the tag said so I had to buy more tickets to win the prize, which seemed bogus and messed up, consi
Do not go to this restaurant, the service was horrible. My husband and I along with our 2 children walked in to the bar area after we sat down the waitress waited 15 minutes before coming to our table and that was after I got her attention, mind you that they were not busy they was just standing at the bar talking. After our order was finally taken we never got our drinks it took the bartender 10 minutes to make the drink and after she made them she looked at us sat them down on the counter and walked off w
If I could give no stars I would. We had our 30th class reunion celebration there on Jun 6, 2025 from 8pm-11pm. We arrived there at 7:45pm didn't get into the room until after 8pm. The food was supposed to be served at 8:30pm didn't come out until 8:50pm it was not hot or warm it taste as if it had been cooked hours before we arrived. The waitress was rude from the time we got in the room until we left out at 10pm. My class spend $2,675.00 that night to be treated like crap from the time we arrived at facil
I love a good Dave & Busters trip no matter where I am. But I have to admit that I was slightly disappointed this time. We went around 1pm and there was only 1 server there and she worked the bar also. They were not busy in the bar area at all but it took her forever to take our orders and bring our food. When it comes to customer service I'm very upstanding but with it being as slow as it was there was no excuse.
I didn't eat anything. I just took my kids for a couple of hours to get out the house. We will definitely be going back. It was clean and all the games worked. Next time I will try some food.
We came 2 nights in a row and the 1st night, service was pretty bad, 2nd night, it was probably the worst service I've ever received in my life. Server was so rude. We planned on having a few drinks, but never got asked for a refill. She brought our check over, but I then asked if we could please order dessert. She was clearly annoyed by that and brought out my supposed to be warm brownie in a Togo box all cold with Togo plastic silverware when we wanted to eat it here. Then didn't see her again for another
I made a table reservation for 6pm. They gave me a table. And then I've sat here for 45min with nothing. I asked for a manager about 10min ago and they never came. Ive watched everyone else get their food and have their fun. I won't come back here!!! I'm so sad I picked this for my birthday. Edit: spoke with the manager who didn't even apologize. He was so rude and acted like I was the problem.
Service was non-exisent at best. I visited during the Tank vs Roach fight night. I understand it gets busy but I didn't see the bartenders doing much other than walking around. I was at the bar for over an hour before being acknowledged along with most others at the bar. The bar was super dirty when I got there and they only cleaned up a little bit. I flagged down a bartender and asked if she would take my order, she said yes then walked away and never came back. An older gentleman at the bar had enough af
The food was fresh and delicious, but it does not make up for the lack of service. I ordered water while everyone else drank alcoholic beverages and had to ask for it multiple times and did not receive it until after the food came out. It was the worst experience I have ever had at any establishment, and I travel and try new things constantly. We were there for a celebration and didn't even play games due to the poor experience. We ordered dessert first and had to ask for it twice and received it last.
The atmosphere is nice and food is good. There was not a long wait food, and service was moderate. But the they refuse to honor there promotion, despite me clearly asking for it when I arrived. That is shaded business practices. Double checking your receipt before paying.
Takes a lot of tickets to play each game. Most games seemed very short. Food was not good, and service was terrible. It took 25+ minutes just to have our order taken, and no they were not busy. The staff would rather stand around and play on there phones. Several games were out of order, floor was absolutely nasty, turned the bottom of my white shoes black. Only reason we'd be back is to use up the rest of the tickets we paid for.
Came to this Dave and Busters location because my of my besties birthday. Everything started out fine there was a moment when we checked to redeem our gift cards that the cashier was dreaded dealing with our party because we had gift cards. But we got it taken care of or so we thought and proceeded enjoy ourselves. We were told there was a 45 minute wait to be seated and about 15 minutes later we had a table. We ordered the waitress was very nice and accommodating. We received our drinks we started to noti
Had a Great time and great food! The pretzel Dogs are the best! Love the always new edition of games every time I come, as well as the Wednesday half off games make it even more rewarding
Had an awesome time tonight with the family. The DJ was on point. All the food was very good and our waitress was funtastic! Manager was very professional and welcoming. We'll be back!
This was the second visit at this particular store. It was my wife and I anniversary ??. The server najee was awesome. Very attentive, understood our needs despite the objective of a frozen drink. She never had to write anything down. My wife and I enjoyed the experience. If you do come just ask for her she will make you feel like your welcomed. The food she recommended was great and out in a timely manner. We really enjoyed ourselves.
First time visit family fun night we wanted something to eat first but realized that this place was highly under staff 45min wait time on a table. Was told we had 5 minutes to return after text was sent ok not a problem play some games but most of the games were taken our tokens without the game even starting. Text came we went to our table order very nice sever but then she got slam with a big party forgot we were there. Got our drinks i order a sweet tea was told manager makes it an he from the north so n
Food has always been average here. Mostly go to have some drinks, watch the game and play some games. Always a fun place to go for games. Mostly good experiences with employees here. Wish they updated prices as often as other places.
Wasn't a bad time at all. It's been years since I've played some of the games featured here and the food was well worth the price. The Mushroom Stout was great along with the fries. Quite a few cute waitresses and okay music. Had technical issues with a few games but all was righted except a single game of Pong.
The food was good. And fresh. But the waiter..didn't come back to give us our refills. On our drinks. We order everything on our phones food and drinks. She checked on us once. I asked for a refill. We waited for 20 min...I just paid for our food which you do on your phone. I didn't like that. But we had fun playing the games. We won a lot of tickets. walked away with a phone ring light and. A mood ring and some candy goodies my daughter was happy.
Had a party here and it was a good idea. Yet the organization of lines to check in is a disaster. The lobby was full..the door had to be held open. There was only 1 person behind the register and they walked away after every interaction. I had walked away from my group in the lobby, because I saw 3 other employees standing at a podium talking. I asked if I had to stay in line if I have a party reservation. I was told it is fine but the one who was behind the register (the frequent walk away) was who I had t
Food was GREAT, but our server sucked. He disappeared on us quite often. We had to recruit neighboring servers to refill our drinks, replace the missing condiments, and get our ticket. The games were fun! Wish there were more games for the toddlers, but even they had fun just pressing buttons. There was a little boy who couldn't find his mother. If you're going with your kids that are younger than 7, PLEASE make certain they know your name. This baby didn't know how old he was or his mother's name.???????
This was by far the worst Dave and Busters I have been to, and my family and I drove 3 hrs to get here. The first thing was that we had a reservation. When we got to the establishment, we were 15 minutes early only for the hostess to tell us it's an hour to 2 hrs wait even with our reservation because they only had 2 servers and 1 cook but they had a lot of hostess that were sitting behind the desk on their phones! So we decided to get playing cards and play while we waited because I thought reservations we
Made reservations weeks in advance. Get there was not clear on the long line and where to go. Finally got some kind of directions and then they tell me I have to wait an hour. Asked for the manager and he was just as clueless and said they were overbooked. No bit of customer service then he walked away. This is horrible. Only seats available was at the bar... Will never come to this place again
If you're looking for mediocre service with cold food when it arrives look no further. The atmosphere will always be Dave n busters. I've been from Ohio to New York to Atlanta n usually get consistent results. Even my wife commented we've never had a bad Dave n busters?. This one knocked it out of the park?? I couldn't figure out how to reply to your response but as the owner replying to me why would I fill out a survey. This location needs attention it has a 4 star review but look at reviews trending withi
I came up here for my 15 y/o brother?s friend bday. They didnt want to let us in as i am not a Parent of my brother, though i am of legal age to be a chaperone to him. I was trying to show hhim my ID and he said that we both needed to be over 18 to enter. Then when the parent of The birthday boy came to the front with two other Kids that were not hers ( Bday boys Friends) the other associate said it was fine for us to enter as She said i looked young and said that it was fine for us to enter.. THEN i am eat
ABSOLUTE TRASH the games are fun and it goes downhill from there. the service takes forever and once you finally get service it's underwhelming. the food is mediocre at best and the bartenders are lost and slow moving. You would think getting a hold of a manger would make the experience better, SIKE it got even worse he acted as if he didn't care like I shouldn't get my moneys worth and went and sat back down to finish his food while the dining area descended into chaos this place will never get another dol
No one mentioned the 19.99 deal is only before 5p my first time being there and I reserved my table for 5:30 for my 2kids, husband and I.... getting this news after 30 minutes of being there had me upset& very confused...and the waitress was just making ugly faces while trying to explain that it's mentioned on the menus at the table sooooo me trying to get all the info I need off the website was a waste of my time when no where does it say the deal ends at 5p...so I'm stuck having to paying a 175 bill for 4
Well. All in all we had a fun time tonight, but our experience wasnt worth 5 stars. As a matter of fact, I gave 3 stars because game play was a lot of fun and I look forward to playing again. I really like the variety of games offered and that tonight they were half off! There really are games here for everyone! You can easily lose half a day playing these games. My issues were with foodservice. We told the gentleman at the front desk we wanted to eat he told us to go sit anywhere we liked, so we did. We s
We where seated at the bar , which was not clean. The bartender came and cleaned the area but never came back to take our order or give us a menu. I spoke with the manager , he didn't seem too concerned. We set there for 20 minutes with no service. I know 20 minutes is crazy too wait but I wanted to see how long it really would take .20 minutes was our limit .
Service here is abysmal. The staff is apathetic at best, and occasionally downright dismissive. My friends and I ordered at the same time and the food came out separately, several minutes apart; it's been 15 minutes and I'm still waiting for mine. I came a little late and wasn't offered a drink when the server deigned to stop by. My friend ordered pasta and didn't receive utensils; he waited for over 10 minutes to get someone to bring him silverware and then it took several minutes for the fork to arrive af
This is me and Hubby's go to. We love the games. Our children tend to enjoy themselves. Food can be a hit or miss depending on the day and busyness. The is usually amazing. Every now and then they seem unbothered. The games have always worked well for us. The new 50% off promotion is neat. Our favorite is the wings. Wish they had a few more flavors, but I'm sure the wait is shorter because of fewer options. This location is usually very clean. Bathrooms can be special. But I blame the gross customers and ba
I ordered one app and it took 40 mins. People standing around on their phones. Never got silverware, napkins, checked on. Cocktail was made incorrectly. It seemed that there wasn't any engagement with the guests here. Just clusters of staff on their phone. Disappointing.
First time coming to Dave & Buster's was on August 26, 2023. What can I say you will be amaze with the bunch of games they have. Me and my friend spent about three hours just trying out different games Dave & Buster's have to offer. What cool is that you can trade your ticket points for an appetizer, entries, and dessert; of course we took full advantage of that. When we went to the food area it took a little bit for our waiter to serve us, and the foods took a while to get. The foods was so good it was kin
I was here for a birthday party, but while our waiter was very nice..we ordered food and the entres came out COLD before our apps because according to the server "the fries got soggy"..the bartender seemed to forget that we ordered drinks. Then after we spent over an hour playing games as we were walking out we noticed that the tables we used and the whole bar hadn't been bussed yet. As a waiter I can't imagine being this lazy? Idk
the food was horrible! there was so much grease on my plate everything was soggy. there's a photo of what i ordered, telling you what all came on it. and then there's a photo of what came on my burger. i will definitely not be ordering food here again! on the plus side, the cocktails are great!
I have been to this establishment many times and the last three times were just awful but this last time literally just took the cake! I have a big family so I spent $200 getting cards for everyone. As a family we decided to eat first because our last experience was bad as far as waiting to do that last. So, we ordered drinks and that went fine and decided on food. We ordered our food and from there it all went down hill. The waitress who was actually a bartender brought out my kids two pizzas without the f
Usually I enjoy my time at Dave & Busters, but this particular even i didn't receive well service at the bar. I waited approximately 20 mins to be serve at the bar, even though a bar tender told me they would be with me. (She had red hair w/ ponytail and assisted other people without coming back.) I was sitting for 10 minutes then stood under a sign that was to receive bar tender service...and she never came to service me but made eye contact with me. Another bartender ended up serving me and another custom
This establishment is a 10/10 if you want to sit at the bar and watch the game! However the bartenders lack attention to detail, they set around at tables in their phones and text and talk in groups! I'm a regular in almost every spot in Cordova and have never seen a bartender leave the bar to go fraternize with co workers and hardly check on the customers and when you do it's an attitude! Find better bartenders and you will have the best bar experience in Memphis because the tv and bar layout is second to
Service continues to go downhill, visit after visit. To be a level 9 DB member, I expect better, honestly. Had to wait an additional 30 mins after reserved time and still not be seated. Kendrick's shift did a terrible job handling the increased amounts of customers on one of their busiest days of the week. Diamond, who works behind the bar, negative, pessimistic, rude, and disrespectful behavior is unacceptable, unwelcoming, and distasteful. The entire staff was clueless and moved around with a lack of dire
My kids love this location! Nice staff! Super clean! Updated games! Awesome food! It was great!
Food service is terrible we went pretty early and we were the only people dining it took them 30 minutes to ask for our drinks. We were ready to order by then but it took them 2 hours to get our food mind you we barely ordered anything. The staff was just rude and the food was meh. If you ever go there make sure to eat beforehand.
I can say so many great things about this place- from the food, wait staff, ambience, and the huge variety of games to choose from. The food each time has always been great for my family, no complaints ever! There are so many games to play that it will instantly take you back to your childhood with a gigantic Galaga machine, the cup game from the infamous, "Bozo" tv game show, and also carnival games. The competitions are endless with racing car games, motorcycle games and basketball. This place is great fo
We waited and waited and waited on our drinks/food. The bartender was absolutely ridiculously slow, I could have made the drinks and cooked the food for the 15 people in the restaurant way faster than we were served. Literally an hour wait for our food and at least 45 minutes for our first drinks from the bar. That being said, when they finally arrived, my burger was fantastic and the games were and added fun.
Was standing at bar for over 10 minutes without anybody offering to serve me before I finally gave up. They are not even busy right now, so there is no legitimate excuse. Main Event is 5 minutes away. Just saying.
My friends and I had a fun night here! The food was delicious and our server Jocelyn was so nice and attentive. The arcade area was clean and had so many fun single or multi player games! Between dinner and arcade chips I spent around $50 just for myself, but considering it was a fun night I would say it was worth it!
Great experience with the family as usual. All of games were working and even tho it was crowded we still were seated and served in reasonable time frame.
Food was okay. I mean it was delicious, but way overpriced. Especially for a platinum member. Service, honestly I had to sit there for a while (30mins) to even be recognized. Atmosphere games and virtual games on point. Least for this location
Only giving this 1 star so i can post and possibly save another hard working family the trouble of coming here..Horrible nachos little to no cheese, there might have been 3 jalape?os on it and only 5 pieces of meat that was not seasoned and tasted like it came out of a can. I wanted the quesadilla but apparently they ran out of the meat for that so I couldn't get that or the fries because that Same meat was on them both. So I had to choose the nachos and I wish I hadn't. The chips were soggy by the time I g
Had a blast. Wings were great. Mini sliders were very tasty. Fries were got. Service was good and our waitress made sure we had everything we needed. Was greeted at the door and they explained how everything works. My daughter loved the games and there was plenty to do.
Too many kids. Not a good bar experience. Update. Corporate is frankly evil. They offer a 12 ounce steak on the menus but the cut of them is too thin to cook anything other than well done. The chefs are incompetent. Frankly, it's unsafe here and the quality of the restaurant has somehow gotten worse than it was pre-COVID. The portions have been scaled back and the prices have been scaled up. Everything here is done to maximize profits and minimize customer happiness and satisfaction. I have never been so
Great place for birthday parties ?? dates, family reunions, and EVERYTHING in between. The staff is friendly. The restaurant seats big groups. Corporate events can be also hosted here, near hotels ?? and shopping.
Got here right at opening on Saturday (11 am ). Typical D&B. Lots of games and food and drinks! Clean and all the games were working. So pretty good only ding was I had to wait a little long for my food. And the kids pizza is pretty low quality. My son didn't know the difference though. Good times and fun here.
We didn't eat, we just came to play. Friendly staff. One of the air hockey machines wasn't working after we paid to play, but they came over quickly and got it up and running for us. We loved getting the free $15 for signing up for the app!
They need more staff. It took way too long to get food, and a couple of the orders were not prepared as desired. After ordering, we were informed that one of the orders was not available--but there was a great deal of time that transpired before we were informed of that. Also, the fish and chips need to be taken off the menu--it is not good.
I give this a 4 out of 5 overall. The chicken was fried a little too hard. The lady who served us had exceptional customer service!!! The only thing I really didn't like was I didn't get a receipt for my order because the lady at the register through it away!!! Why would she do that??? But as long as my son enjoyed himself for his birthday I was ok with everything else
I had my babys 15th bday party today amd everthing was so fantastic. I had a crappy day b4 coming but I PROMISE all is well now. The food amount was perfect for my party, the shared space was no hassle, the chef gave us a complimetary tray of fresh cookies and everyone was super helpful. The event specialist was super professional and the gameplay was off the chain!!! I'm still on a high. I certainly hope this level of service is maintained forever. I feel like a kid again!!
Service was ok- everything is on the mobile app which is awkward as it ask you to pay for everything including the tip before you even get water on the table. If you wanna avoid that just select tpay with cash. Good luck finding someone that's actually gonna come over and attend to your table! the food was great and the atmosphere energetic and its very clean?
Our server, Jada, was excellent. Our food took about 40 mins, which was not great, and they were out of flatbreads. Jada later told us that they were short staff fir the cooks.
Games were fun!! Salad leaves were brown Waiters never came back to check on us! Had to find them multiple times for refills and to add on to order and ask for salad dressing before realizing salad was bad Chicken Alfredo was overcooked, gummy pasta ????
It's been a few weeks now, but I can't help but circle back to praise our angel of a server. Her name is Shan, and off the bat, Shan could tell I was having a day. I'm originally from Memphis and currently live in Starkville, MS with my finance Quint and my child, Wyatt. I still harbor so much love for Memphis, it's one of my (regardless of public opinion) happy places! So my son is no stranger to the 901. However, Wyatt has very apparent autism. We visited the city for the weekend to celebrate Wyatt?s 6th
Really disappointed. Went here to celebrate my birthday with one other person. There were maybe 4-5 other tables that people were sitting at so it wasn't busy at all. After waiting almost 10 minutes for a server to notice us we got menus and after waiting another 15 minutes she came back to take our drink order but we ordered truffle fries and a flat bread pizza at the same time because we had so much time to look at the menu. There were at least 4 other servers and a manager around the bar chatting. We bou
Bartender was attentive and drinks were tasty. The family had fun with the games and the kids won a lot of prizes too. Was my daughter's 16th birthday and she loved it!!
No waiting to be seated, good hot food. We had lots of fun.
Came for my son's birthday it took over 45 minutes to get our food then it was wrong. It's ridiculous people come here and spend a lot of money and can't get their food right and in a timely manner. Won't be back!
Fun and clean place to play games. Staff was very quick and friendly when there were a few issues in the games we were playing. Fixed the ge faults and problems fast!
Dave & Buster's was Great! The staff was Amazing. The food came out Hot and Delicious. The Games were fun, fun, fun! I will be back for sure!
Walked in and was instantly hit with this smell, as if someone blew up up a can of Axe body spray. The service was okay but not phenomenal. I don't think we'll be coming back.
I wish I could give this place negative stars. Every employee needs to be fired and removed from the service industry. We waited and waited, I had to go to the bar to ask for a server in which I got attitude from the bartender then the server. The food sucked. It 20min to get a draft beer and they still forgot the kids drink. When a manager came by to ask how things were I had to express my feelings, and it went downhill after that. We really felt pushed out after that when they "Forgot" our 2nd drink order
The worst waitstaff I have ever seen. The bar was open seating which was full. Certain bartender help there friends when they need a drink. The hostess, made us wait over 30 minutes just to tell us it was a hour and half wait for a table. She claimed she was in the bathroom. I couldn't tell who was working or general pubic. The staff was dressed very unprofessional; hair scarves and hoods on.
Overall, it was alright. Our appetizers came way after the meal. I felt like our table was forgotten. We had to beg for drinks. Possibly, they were busy and overwhelmed.
Good place for kids...plenty of choices for games and all. I went on a weekday, so not much busy as compared to the weekend. Overall recommended..
We asked the guy at the front if we needed to be sad, and he told us to just take a table by the bar and someone would be with us. After waiting 10 minutes, my father ask the bartender if she could grab someone, and she said she would. Apparently she never did, since we waited another 10 minutes before just walking out. As a personal aside, I really like fighting games and they didn't really have any. So all of that kind of soured the experience.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision.
