This was my first time at this location and I was pleasantly surprised. Upon walking through the door, we were greeted by an employee. He explained how getting a game card worked and if we wanted to go to the restaurant how that worked. This location was very clean. I loved the game selections and how many they had. On top of that every game worked. We had a ball. We finally went to the restaurant. I wanted nachos but they were out of them. So that was a bummer. I then settled for the creamy chicken pasta.

Took my son here for Spring Break and he absolutely loved it! This place has something for the entire family! The staff were attentive and knowledgeable! I highly recommend giving this establishment a visit!!! You won't be disappointed! ??

I booked a party at the Mcdonough location for my son's 11th birthday party. I arrived at Dave and busters at 12:45pm. I searched for a manager or host for 16 minutes before someone came to the host stand. My guest were arriving at this time wondering where to go and where to sit. First time at Dave & Buster's. I was blown away when I first walked through the door. It definitely surpassed my expectations! There's so much to do and the atmosphere was nice. The food was pretty good but a little pricey. My kids enjoyed the games. My only draw back was the waitress. She was unpleasant from the beginning to the end. She never checked on us, and when we flagged her down we were met with a frown. I will return, how ever I will make sure we do not get the same waitress again!

Went for my grandsons birthday he's a pre-teen. He, his siblings and friends all had a great time. The adults were able to have just as much fun as the kids did.

Went to play some games and have a drink. The manager accommodated me by transferring my points from the app onto a physical card. HOWEVER; this is a family friendly environment but also a combined sports bar. So when the person I was with cracked a harmless joke to the manager, they refused to serve him by assuming his humor was intoxication. Otherwise, fun time and great place to watch sports. Although the staff is friendly and they continue to apologize for being short staffed and overcrowded, service still moves slow, and orders still get mixed up. My employer rented the location, closed the the public? it was for our families and it was amazing! We had 800 people RSVPing, but it didn't even feel busy! There was a buffet for the kids and one for the adults. The screens were set to our company and all the important games of the day. The staff was courteous and invisible. Looking to host a corporate event, I would recommend it.

The grandsons love to come here for their birthday, and they are very accommodating for large groups. The food is decent for sports bar food and the calorie count is on the menu (ouch!) I have not been to Dave & Buster's since leaving Florida over 10 years ago. So this place brought back a lot of nostalgia with the atmosphere and family time/experience still being the same. We went to D&B to celebrate my nephew's birthday! We had a great experience! We didn't have any wait time from getting our play cards to getting seated for food! We were very lucky! I wouldn't recommend going here on the weekends with children. It seems like there are too many teenagers there to start trouble. Last weekend a big fight broke out amongst the kids where every responsible parent grabbed their kids and left the place. Our family had fun at Dave & Busters yesterday! They are remodeling the place. I like the new look. They are bringing out better prizes too. The only thing that was not the best were the restrooms. We had a such a good time at the VIP PARTY prior to GRAND OPENING! The layout of the facility is amazing with the game area being very open and exciting. There are areas for private parties and comfy bar seating if you just want to watch a televised game. All of the staff were friendly and super excited for the evening. The bartender was having a bad day and it showed. We didn't get our fries with our meal. I had to ask her about them. She charged us for items that should have already come with the meal (per the menu description). We had to ask for things such as soda refills repeatedly even though the cups were empty. And she treated us like we were bothering her. The bar was not full so I expected better service. But that didn't happen today. I'm very disappointed with the service.

Played a few games but spent most of my visit in the "Restaurant" side of Dave & Buster's. Tried the pretzel dogs which were a 10/10 and the triple bacon burger which was 8/10. I hardly ever give an establishment 1-star. Dave & Busters earn the 1-star based on their food and beverage service. Games side is ok. Food is not bad but if you serve it COLD it turn good food bad. Recently opened and very clean (saw the manager at this location mopping, which is rare of people of tier level so I give major props!) the bartender was very attentive as much as he could be; as he was the only one running service. They have a great selection of games as well and they are doing their very best of social distancing during this time.

Great experience only reason I say three stars for service is because we got there fairly late and it was our first time there so I was not familiar with the rules I read over the package I purchased the unlimited food and play for $59.99 and we just started playing not knowing you had to play certain games for unlimited so after 6 games it said our card didn't work so we left to eat and I asked the waiter how it worked and then I understood and had smooth sailing my 6 kids had a blast??

The atmosphere is energetic, fun and entertaining. There are activities for both adults and children. The food is fantastic, and eating area clean. However, customers service in reference to providing information to customers on all service offered was poor. I had to get up and have someone find me a server after waiting a while before someone came. He came , seemed to not be in a good mood, face looked bothered he took our order and checked in if all was well when we got our food. Other than that the food was good and we enjoyed the games.

Dave & Buster's is fun, always a good time. This was my first time at this location and it was nice. 2 of the games went down that we were playing and was quickly serviced when I notified the gaming rep. We were compensated for our tokens lost plus some extra for the inconvenience. We did eat lunch, we both had the American Burgers which is always good! It's about the only thing I get when we go.
