Customer Reviews

Food was fast, adequate for the price and satisfactory. The staff were very attentive, manager stopped to say hello. Only com was 3/3 menus were really sticky. Pet peeve of mine. Arcade was fun and not too many games were out of service.

The food was surprisingly good here.Burgers were juice.Great chicken sandwich and good flatbread.Prices for food and drinks were reasonable. Service was very good.Server had great personality and was spot on. We had a good time playing the games especially those somewhat old school. There were a few that were not operational. The one caveat is the games are expensive so plan for it.Great prize selection

I'm giving D&B a 5 ?? rating for the arcade. The food is mediocre, it might be better if you drink ?? more. ?? Unfortunately, I can't remember what any of the food was ????

Food is OK came out cold the biggest issue was half the games were broken I brought it up to management and they said they were fixing it. I mean I get it but there were at least 15 games broken super disappointed

Great place for a birthday party or date night we go every other week on our own and our kids love making regular trips as well. Food is great and games are always fun.

Went there to take grandchildren out. Food was surprisingly good. Noisy, but that is to be expected with all those kids running around and arcade games.

I love Dave and Busters for the arcades. They are always top of the line cabinets and well maintained with very few not working. Food is bar level service which Is passable for a quick bite but not worth the money for a sit down meal in my opinion. It's nice to have the option to grab a quick bite between sessions of games.

This is my first time doing bingo here and food is great definitely will Come back to do bingo night

We booked a birthday party (it actually was a graduation party) for my daughter and her friends to have a fun, no stress, party. Everything went wonderfully, even though we were an hour late, because when we were booking we did not account for 5pm traffic on a Friday. Julia, our waitress, Caitlyn, our "ambassador", Amy (manager on duty) all did an exquisite job. It was the, THE, easiest party I have ever booked. Easier than a movie theater party, we didn't have a cake, the kids are actual food, and playe

We come to this location every year while in Manchester for a soccer tournament. We've sat in the large group are and had the same waiter each time. He's awesome, humorous, and very accommodating. Great visit every year.

Had a great day with the family. Food was delicious and the games were fun as always.

Been going here for years this is the first time I've been to this establishment where the service was completely poor the food was horrible took 20 minutes for a server to take a drink order after we had to find here my Buffalo tenders came untossed i asked the waitress she said they dont toss them anymore? gave me hot sauce to dip it in and toss myself ..not buffalo.. our drinks were NOT made properly I wanted a Irish trash can they gave me a long island with a watermelon Red Bull when all night I was dri

Another family, friendly fun place. We enjoyed the menu in the variety of games. Nostalgic And something to offer everyone

My best friend and I came to D&Bs for dinner/drinks/games. Service was phenomenal! Our server Alex was very attentive and we bonded over shared movie/entertainment interests. 100/10!

The drinks are good n the food is good ! Our server Alex was a great! Comfortable , welcoming, friendly and attentive! We enjoyed his personality!

We didn't eat here, but the food and drinks looked good. This was a much better gaming place than most I have been to. The building was clean and well organized. The games were new looking and in good condition. Only one or two were not in service or were being serviced at the time. We had a great time. Spent 70 for a little over 2 hours and won 2700 tickets (just playing around, not trying to be competitiveor win tickets), enough to get my son a stuffy.

Had an amazing time here with my son. Food was great and so was the service in the food area. I minused one star because the blonde girl with curly hair in the point redemption area is not helpful and a snob. She was giving me attitude because i asked her for help with something. Other people were even saying she was rude aswell.

Good enough entertainment. A bunch of games don't work leading into loss credits. Food was good but the service was practically absent. Nowhere to be found when needed a refill or service. Barely came to check in on us. The restaurant floor is not busy, so why the lack of service to the customers that are?

Generally a really positive experience but it's hit or miss. I usually go when it's not very busy and the food has been decent, service is generally slow. Although today I was asked if there was anything in particular I wanted on any of the huge screen TVs, that bumped them up a star. There have been a few times where it seems about half the games don't work, other times there are no issues and we have a blast. Generally very clean, the restrooms are spotless, the dining areas are clean and the games mostly

It was fun and the food was great. When I accidently spilled my drink the bartender gave me another one.

Took my 6 year old for the first time he was so hungry! Waitress Amanda was great and made sure his food was out instantly. She was great!

The service provided was subpar. This establishment requires comprehensive training for its servers. Despite frequent visits in the past, I have never encountered such a disappointing experience.

I will start with our server, because she was fantastic! Friendly, outgoing, funny...just seemed to be loving her job on a busy Saturday night. I wish I could remember her name. The food at Dave and Buster's never disappoints. I can now honestly say that even their burgers are over the TOP delicious! Plan on splitting one or bringing home a doggy bag, cuz these puppies are HUGE!! I can't even speak for the fries this trip because I was too full from half a burger to even try one. I'm sure they were gr

Alex should probably become a comedian, dude is hilarious, I can tell he's very passionate about making sure people enjoy their time here. Thanks a ton, appreciate you??

This is a great place to visit, there's a lot of stuff to play, servers are gentle and very friendly, the food is also very good and they have some good combos if you want to try some of everything, the atmosphere is friendly and fun. It's a good place and you can enjoy your night playing ??

We went here to celebrate a birthday and all had a great time. The experience was fun, the music was loud, the alcoholic beverages were delicious as was the food. Our server was extremely energetic and had a great personality. She was honest when we asked her about different foods which was very appreciated. She earned 5 stars and a great tip. I wish I remembered her name. 4 stars for food. I didn't expect to have good quality food or beverages while attending an adult arcade but this place served just tha

Good food. Drinks were awesome.

So much fun, I always kick butt at Mario Kart. The food and drinks are also very delicious.

Service is horrible they don't pay attention they don't care they ignore you and continue to walk away when you ask for something my pizza was still raw and everyone?s coughing on my food and the games! Management was not polite when we told them are food wasn't cooked and have had the worst service

Food was basic. Drinks were great. Had a blast!

Not gonna lie. I went during a snow storm, but the service was quite good. Drinks were crafted well enough and the entree I ordered was stellar. There are plenty of activities and big screens (drinks and UFC always a nice time.) Hope the review helped if you're seeking games, drinks and decent entrees.

Great place to hangout and have a good time, not the cheapest option in terms of an arcade, but it's worth it.

As well as eating their fire Alfredo the prize center employee faith helped me with all my questions and recommended some awesome game she def made the experience that much more enjoyable. Thank you I will definitely be back.

Alex was absolutely incredible! Great service very attentive and knowledgeable on the menu! Even my crazy 3YO was having fun taking to him! Will be coming back hopefully he'll be our server again!!

Wish I could get excited about D&Bs but since they quit taking cash for the games and went to the cards I just can't (again this is just my opinion nothing more). I find the pricing odd...I just want to pay 50 cents, $1, $2 whatever not 1.3 on a card (I can never spend the exact amount and always leave cash on the card). Then when you go to redeem what you get for what you paid is a joke. A $2 item for $20 is ridiculous. My grandson hit 2 jackpots and several 1000 tickets and still couldn't get anything wor

Food was a lot better than I expected. I played a large number of games here and I liked that there were a large variety of non ticket games and co op games. All in all a really fun time, it was a little pricey but not more than similar places.

Me and my family came here, and had SO much fun! There are a wide variety of games, and it's a friendly eco system. If I'm being honest, I've never had the food here, or watched any games. But when I talked to people there they said they loved coming to watch sports and socialize. I will definitely be back!

Very impressed by the food, totally not what you would think from a franchise like this. The staff was super nice and helpful as well. A little disappointed at the quality of some of the gifts you could win with credits, the slot machine my son got with his credits broke on the second pull. No worries, I get it. The games were great and really no wait time at all even with a full house. My son and I had a great time and can't wait to return!

We just went to play games on half off. We had a really good time. From fruit ninja, speed of light, and Mario cart, tons of games. The best tickets for easy, no luck is the water shooting game. For every player, the winner gets 100 extra tickets. One game had a problem, but they gave us a free game and fixed the game. We got a lot of prizes too. The kids had a blast!!

Arcade is so much fun but a little pricey. Lots of nice and unique prizes but takes a lot of tickets. Nice place to go with friends and family if you plan ahead for deals and download the app. We didn't eat here.

So much fun, but the games eat ur tickets on your cards alot. Got to keep a eye on your print out, but so much fun, friendly staff!

First time going to Dave and Busters and drinks were fantastic and food really good ordered Garlic Parm truffle fries and they were delicious, The burgers we got super delicious and and the Bartender Bryan super friendly and makes good drinks!

It was our first time and unfortunately was a little disappointing. The food was exceptional but the service was extremely slow. It took 1.5 hours from sitting to the food to arrive and when you have kids, faster service is a must. The waitress also didn't clarify that some items on the menu were not available. She waited until we ordered to let us know and it was a little frustrating to have look the menu over again to decide what to eat. The place is a little loud with music buy literally goes with the th

I absolutely love Dave and Buster's. It's a really fun family environment that kids and adults can both enjoy. Please note that minors do need to be accompanied by an adult at all times. They are not permitted in the restaurant without a supervising adult. I see kids running around in there all the time too and it feels like a safe environment for them. The front door is the only way in or out so it would be really difficult for kids to somehow exit without their parent or guardian. The facility has been

Servers are extremely accommodating, we were a party of 14 and they made sure to take care of all of us very well, seating wise and serving ? Can't go wrong to come to this place while kids play and spend some family time as well!

The food is actually really good!! Great service with a smile ??.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the incredible service we received at Dave & Buster's in Manchester NH during my daughter's sixth birthday celebration. Our server, Alex, was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. Alex was not only personable but also incredibly attentive to our needs. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect for our group, making the experience even more enjoyable. H

Always a good time here at this location games are fun and prizes are always cool and kids enjoy them too.

The atmosphere was good. Place was very spacious and our bartender was welcoming and friendly. Drinks were very mid. They need to update the dessert menu because it says that they have churros while when we went there they told us that they don't carry them anymore. Please update your menus!! Thank you

Overall kids spot nice they have drinks and food to entertain adults.

We were really disappointed with the service during our first (and likely last) visit on Mother?s Day. Despite it not being a busy time, we waited at the host stand without so much as an acknowledgment, even though several staff members made eye contact and walked away. Our full order never arrived, and it took over 30 minutes to settle the bill while we waited for staff to fix the mistake?which they never did. In the end, we paid for items we never received just to move things along. The tension between th

Waiting for more than 20m to get a server to help our party of 4 even when there were 5 servers just watching the Celtics game. Definitely not coming back for food.

Very mid. Customer service was fine, but it feels like an arcade solely derived for gambling for minimal return. The games are all quite bad.

I went to Dave and busters for the first time with a friend. We sat and ate some food and drinks. Our server Alex was amazing!!!! 10000/10 he was super funny and attentive. He was able to answer our questions and really made us feel welcomed! Please give this guy a raise or something he's a great worker and I'm glad we had him as our server. My friend and I played some games and they were super fun! The drinks were good for the price and it wasn't too busy so the place honestly felt like ours! If anyone dec

It was way too loud, but what so you expect from a fun place for kids?!? Their food was more expensive then most places and not even close to the quality which is a shame because it all sounded good with good options. Paid extra for the garlic fries and it was like they just threw garlic on top..none on the bottom. I asked for well done burger and got medium rare. They were nice enough about it that they took it off the bill, they offered to make another but the wait was long as it was. They had a party of

Food was not great, especially after it sits in your stomach a bit. Drinks were outrageously over priced. Arcade games were amusing but $22 does not get you more than about 10-12 plays which is pretty steep. Once a year splurge with the kids maybe but to over priced in general. Our server (Rod) was fabulous.

Came in with a large party towards the end of the night and Alex was great. Super funny and professional and made sure we had a great time. Will definitely be back again!

Huge tvs to watch! Food is pretty good and super fun for kids, and adults haha. OUR WAITER WAS MOLLY AND SHE WAS SOOO SWEET

They swiftly replaced my tenders that were not up to standard and our server Alex was a great conversationalist and suggested many new menu items that we wouldn't have otherwise tried. Fantastic service!

The food was surprisingly good here

First time at a D&B last Saturday. Food was average and expected it to be. Typical to the kind of place it is. Bar style food. It is VERY loud so don't go if you plan on trying to enjoy someone's company via verbal conversation. Loved all the big screen tvs! Not a bad seat in the house to catch your favorite sports! Now, the games. Clearly this place gets alot of business as quite a few games were either battered and abused or out of order entirely. And they didn't have a large amount or variety. It's sprea

Great place for a family night. Not good if your looking for intimate conversations, to loud

I purchased a Groupon for $65 to receive a $100 game card. It expired in February which I recognize, but Groupons policy is that the amount spent never expires. I tried to use the $65 Groupon today (4/25/25) and neither the manager on duty nor the GM would honor it. They were rude and condescending making it seem like I was somehow trying to scam them. If they can not honor their product they should not do business with Groupon. They have essentially stolen $65 from me. Again- I was NOT trying to get the $1

Fantastic service . Alex was our server and he is fantastic, and attentive. I come here with my family all the time, and this was one of the best experiences I've had in a while. Thank you again Alex.

Fun place for the family friends and kids

HUGE screens to watch the game! The food was really good! My very picky Children loved the food as well!!! Games were top notch and the place was very clean. Employee's were constantly walking around sanitizing all the equipment! Very Happy !

Good vibes for family and friends to enjoy ??

Love to go here we have a good time every time I do miss the walking dead game. Where did you put it? Wanted to play the Jurassic Park game, but nobody would get off of it so that's a good one to play. I had a ton of tokens left, but we sat down at this expensive one. We didn't realize it was like 9 1/2 tokens ate up our cards quick pay attention to how much things are always a good time though.

Alex was the MOST AMAZING SERVER EVER!!! Our experience was top notch and our service was absolutely perfect due to Alex being such an experience and courteous server. Top marks all around! Definitely recommend!

If you're sensitive to loud noises, this is not the place for you. They play up-to-date music, and the arcade machines are very loud. As you can imagine, the children playing the games are excited and often talk at the top of their lungs! With that disclaimer, this venue offers plenty of fun for a family outing. You can enjoy lunch or dinner here at reasonable prices. It's quick service, so the meals are not elaborate. They also have TVs playing sports and offer 3D technology playtime. We have visited sever

Alex was the best!! Customer service 10/10. We came in with over twenty people & he handled it with grace & confidence. I got the chips & queso & it was delish.

Dave & Busters is one of our favorite places to visit for birthday parties or date nights. The service was awesome. Our server, Sydney, did a great job juggling our table of 12. The food isn't the best quality - decent for the price. The arcade is the highlight and always a blast - although this location had multiple errors on their machines throughout the night. We enjoyed the variety of games, especially the nostalgic racing- Mario Kart & Cruisin USA. $50 is just enough to win some decent prizes. The val

Great food. All the newest games. Very clean. Friendly staff.

We are there for a birthday party. It was Tuesday night so it was quiet. I personally can't give 5 stars because i don't like the atmosphere but the kids did. The service was great! The food was ugh but the kids again probably liked it ??

Alex was amazing and super thorough with our whole party! We had 20-25 people and he was able to split our check without any issue. Super friendly, accommodating and one of the best servers I've ever had!

My boyfriend and I came in Tuesday night for a drink and some apps. We had a male bartender who I wish I caught the name of who was above and beyond. I am newly 21 however have worked in restaurants for years and seen it all. He made sure I ordered my drinks opposed to my boyfriend ordering for me. My boyfriend and I ordered a second round and went to the bathroom. When we returned both of our drinks had coasters on top. As much as these are small things to most, as a woman I applaud you for keeping your gu

Out waiter Alex was absolutely fantastic. We asked for refills and he wasted no tine getting them. He always checked up on us asking if we needed anything. I would ask for him when I come back.

came in with a couple friends for a work party and had alex as our server, he was super chill and very friendly. we had a lot of people came in and was able to accommodate all of us. he made our experience as guests very enjoyable!

The food was good and the service was great. My reason for 4 stars is because it was extremely hot inside. Also I had paid for a VR experience and the program shut down twice before the end.

Great place to spend your money and let kids go wild ??. Very convenient.

The coolest and most fun restaurant! Everything I tried was delicious! I ordered the Strawberry watermelon margarita. Pretzel Dogs. My favorite item on the entire menu! & Tried the garlic parmesan truffle fries for the first time and they were great! Huge portion! My other reviewer had the giant Bavarian pretzel. When they say giant that's an understatement. This thing was massive! As for the the arcade?always so much fun and new games to play!

When here to celebrate St. Patrick day met the owner he was very welcoming and the place was fantastic. I just wish there was a closer one near the St. Johnsbury area.

Customer service and food are the way a business should be! And the best part is the place is just exciting and FUN!

Not a lot of staff but friendly and helpful

This place is really fun, and we enjoy visiting. Watching the game on big screens is awesome. The diversity of the game machines ensures there's something for everyone. The counter help in the gift shop could not be less enthusiastic about their jobs. The gift shop employees should either get a job they'll enjoy or learn to enjoy what they signed up for. The menu is pretty limited, and the focus is obviously on the arcade and sports bar, which is why I come here.

First time dining in, Alex was an outstanding waiter and very personable! Food and adult drinks tasted fantastic.

Was a very clean and spacious atmosphere. But one side of games were down. Out of order. And it was wendys games were suppose to be half price. But it still seeemed as though the money went way quick.

Our first time tonight ! The food was awesome we loved everything we had including drinks apps and dinners. There is a sporty atmosphere with lots of large tvs that was cool too! The arcade games were fun for us and for our 3 year old! We can't wait to go back!

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are retro games in arcades still good in this modern age?

Absolutely, retro games in arcades remain a thrilling draw in 2025! Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. Modern arcade cabinets often feature crisp displays and restored controls, enhancing the experience. These games thrive on quick reflexes and strategy, with vibrant pixel art and iconic soundtracks that spark joy. Arcades host tournaments and leaderboards, fostering a lively community. While modern games dominate, retro titles provide a unique, accessible thrill that keeps arcades buzzing.

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.

Are virtual reality games in arcades worth playing?

Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
