Dave & Buster's Lubbock

We went here today and it was very busy. My husband ordered shrimp Cajun pasta without sausage. When the food came out the pasta still had sausage in it. We waited for about an hour before my husband could get the correct meal. When the shrimp pasta came back out there was a piece of meat in it. How it got there, I do not know. Booked a party for an elementary graduation. Process was very easy, Barb and Shay were very helpful over the phone with questions and changes to party before event. Joseph was phenomenal as our host, food was ready on time and all of the kids enjoyed it. Kids loved the unlimited play cards! Joseph was available to help with any questions or issues with cards. Our servers were also attentive and helpful. Overall great experience and we will book a party here again!

It was fun. Waitress was very good. Wife had two drinks, and I had two beers. We shared an appetizer. $70+ with a tip. Wife and kids decided it was finally time to try this place out. We were sat immediately on a Saturday and our waitress was very friendly. The food came out quick and it was pretty good. Not a single complaint from a full table of people. We enjoyed some games after we ate. All the games were functional and it was not very busy. The gift shop leaves something?s to be desired. Absolutely amazing service from Alex at Dave & Buster?s! From the moment we were seated, Alex was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made our experience better. He checked on us regularly without being overbearing, got our orders perfect, and had a great attitude the entire time. We had lunch here this past Monday 7/31/23 . It's a little loud but that's expected because of the type of restaurant it is but other than that it was great! Our waiter was friendly and attentive and the manager came by to check on us a couple of times. The best part was the food. It was hot , fresh, and cooked very well. I took my wife and our 7 children to this establishment on a Sunday at Five o'clock. The Rude and Obnoxious waiter that we were so fortunate to get said that they were out of Steaks and Ribs. The only appetizing items on the menu were the burgers and wings. Bar tender was male and me and my wife and two daughters and son are accustomed to females servicing us and find them crowD pleasing when we go spend are hard earned finances!

I understand a lot of people go to have a good time, enjoy the food, etc?.. but if u don't make a reservation, u have to wait? I see plenty of empty tables, but since I didn't reserve one, I'm S.O.L.. this place loses business because of this. It's not that fancy in here.

1st off if you are sensitive to light and sound do not go to this establishment. If you aren't sensitive this place is super fun!! Expensive but fun!! If you want about an hour of fun it will cost you about $50, that's not including food. Food, my caesar salad was VERY good, the nachos were probably the worst I've had. About $15 a plate.

Tremendous experience! Our company rented out D&B for an appreciation party over the weekend. I cannot speak highly enough about how kind & courteous all of the staff treated our employees & their families (86 total). From the management to those supervising the arcade floor & food service areas, everything was well-organized & enjoyable! I tried to call the store but the call center says there is no ?direct line? to talk to them. If you're looking for a place for a decent meal, drinks and some good fun, this is the place. A venue for adults and family alike. Although there's an age requirement, families abound here, where the adults have drinks and conversation and the kids while away the hours with myriad arcade games to play, from the latest driving games, to good old air hockey. I highly recommend you give Dave and Buster's a try. You won't regret it!

The only complaint I have is that some of the games you do not get much tickets for even if you win and you have no idea how much your going to win until you win, the prizes that are for small ticket amounts are like dollar store toys that you could go buy for a 1$ and then the bigger toys that are 1,000 tickets or more are things that you could also just go buy at the store for less than you would spend playing their games. My grandson's pizza was hard bread with sauce on top. My granddaughters chicken alfredo was good and so was my husband's burger.
