Dave & Buster's Louisville

We attended a corporate event. Food - chicken legs & thighs, sausages, corn bread, baked beans, potato salad, lava cake, and an Alfredo pasta station. Food was ok. We played some games after the food. It was strange they had weird point values like 3.8 to play a game. ???????

When I was younger, D&B seemed to be advertised more like a "grown-up date-night" kind of place, so I was pleased to see it was very family friendly. We went on a Saturday afternoon but it wasn't extremely crowded. Seems well maintained, only a couple out of all the games were down/out of order. The food and service was nice as well. We will be back!

We have been to this location so many times and watch it change a bunch. This used to be one of our favorite places to eat but recently changed their menu and we lost our favorite dishes. Still very good food to be had though and great drinks! The machines to play are really fun. Typical issues with broken machines and faulty equipment but it's few and far in our experience. I had never been to a D&B until this visit. It made me think of a casino, for the family. The food was good, flavorful, and delivered rather quickly. The drink I ordered was good, a watermelon concoction with strawberry ice cubes and lime salt. I'm not sure that I'd go back just to eat if I wasn't gaming due to the noise, but it was a fun place to stop in and check out.

The service is absolutely top tier. One of the training employees (I believer her name was Marcy) was an absolute delight. Such a sweetheart and so attentive and kind! The man training with her was awesome as well. I just loved Marcy?s whole vibe. Also the bartender Sarah, great conversation holder, also very sweet and attentive, and good at making drinks. This was our first time here. The food was excellent. There were some promotions going on with the chips. It was a little confusing trying to figure out which package to get. There was also a $20 credit on the app. We couldn't get any of that to work so the manager just did it. There wasn't anyone to run the VR so we had to wait a bit. Then it messed up when one of our party tried it again. Manager was very helpful but some of the games messed up quite a few times. All in all we had a good time.

I had a fantastic experience. Amber was the greatest bartender and she had great recommendations. The manager even came by just to check on us. I love this place. I will definitely come back!

First and foremost we came out here as a family first thing that happened was ribs came out with plastic still on them. The food was horrible. My father order the ribeye and it game and they had cooked it in the plastic, and when we asked for a new one they brought back the exact same one. This place is so big and full of sports events on big TV screens. And so many games to play. From the smallest person to the biggest person will find something that they would enjoy. The new interaction rooms are big and very fun to play. So many bright lights and games everywhere. Even if you're not playing games yourself you can have so much fun just watching others play. They have a really outstanding food menu. And their food is always on point

We love Dave and Buster?s our 1st ?date?(we were still friends now happily married) and now we love spending time there!!! We are traveling for my husband?s job and are here in KY for 13 weeks! Went during pandemic so half the machines were off. The food was good and so were the drinks . First time at a Dave and Busters. My husband and I were visiting our son for the weekend and wanted to do something fun before we got on the road to head home. We arrived shortly after opening so it was not busy at all. The gaming area was clean and all the games we played were functioning as expected. Afterwards, we sat down for lunch. The food was good. You only ever get one first impression and boy did Dave and Busters have a bad one. First our reservations made over 24 hrs in advance with the request of a regular table was ignored and we were placed by the bar. A great time! It's a huge place with a ton of games -- and many of them are games I haven't seen anywhere else. It's super easy to get your card and start playing. The staff was very friendly as well.

Most of the machines in the arcade weren't working properly, just stealing my credits. The card wasn't keeping track of all the tickets I earned either. The employees did refund credits for some of them but it really kills the fun when you have to seek out help for a broken machine every 5 minutes. Went to have a family outing and finally try the food. After being seated we waited about 15 mins for the server to finish cutting up with what i assumed was friends or family at the table next to us. After that took another 10 mins to get water. Upon trying to order we were told that the eat play combo advertised everywhere was not available on fri or sats. That is not listed on the signage or website. Was a shame games were fun nonetheless. cool place. went there and surprised to see a cyberpunk 2077 game., thats my favorite game and I tried it and one of the employees name of alex was really hyped about it and showed me a couple f secrets in it and even gave me a free game and played a round with me. then i walked around for a while. place is huge. wish they had a coffee machine or something tho but im gonna hit this place up every so often. i hope they get a witcher game too

Sat down and it took about 20 mins before I was approached by a server about what I wanted to drink .. she was pretty unfriendly . But the food was great . Me and my boyfriend came to visit Louisville for a graduation. And I wanted to stop in the night before we left and play a few games with him. We had a wonderful time! Customer service was great. Cody helped us tremendously!! Gave us great detail in many of my questions.

Waited by the podium for service for 10 minutes, then went to the bar to inquire about being seated. The person behind bar appeared to be only worker. Great drinks and food and perfect place for a team outing for work! We had one of the best waitresses I've ever had. D&B is attached to Mall St Matthews, so there's lots of parking. I had an awesome day at Dave and Busters yesterday! My work pals and I had a team building day and had a blast! First we had a great catered lunch, then we broke up into 4 teams and had some friendly competition. The staff was so friendly and they made sure we had a great time. Had such a good time here with my wife! We got a groupon for 25 bucks for two unlimited games passes, and then I had a free ten dollar gaming card from signing up on the email list thing. We had such a blast. Played until we got tired. The games are a really great selection for all ages. The place is so clean and new. I was there to celebrate a family member's birthday. It had a wonderful atmosphere and would recommend it to people to throw birthday parties here.

A very clean well organized place to come to eat and have fun. The food is very delicious little on the high side but well worth it. Very clean open and loud LOL that's what makes the experience nice.

The arcade games are fun and all but when I went to eat, I ordered a well done all American burger to only get an undercooked burger. It was pink. My boyfriend's burger was also undercooked and pink. His fries were also undercooked.

I have had a power card for 8 years from when I lived in Chicago and never went. I moved back to Louisville and we just got one this year. I. Know.. we slow lol... And I wanted to go with a friend and her grandson and the card still WORKING.. and we had a ball.

Almost every game we tried to play ate our money and needed attendant to come fix for us. Prize we got after spending almost 200 dollars in play, an auto fetch ball launch for dogs, was missing the most important part, the ball.

Prices were about to be expected for the area unfortunately but the food was delicious and there were plenty of games to keep our kiddo entertained. The 'cost' of the prizes was excessive for also items that you could've paid a dollar for at a dollar store. Our server was very good at her job but extremely busy. My son and I randomly decided to come here today. I bought a $66 card which came out to I think $74 after tax. It gave us over 400 points. We both were able to play for a couple of hours. The food was okay, the waiter in the beginning came around often, after we paid she didn't return even after a box was requested. The drinks were hit or miss depending on the bartender. Overall it wasn't a bad experience but I wish there was a bigger variety of multiplayer games.
