First timer. This restaurant is pretty big even the arcade has plenty of games to play and room for celebrations either birthdays, graduation, etc. I ordered the Cajun Shrimp Pasta. From the first bite, you taste all the flavors, super creamy recommend it. If you are a seafood person ??

Dave and Buster created a really good chain restaurant. My daughter took us there for a birthday dinner for her daughter's 18th birthday. The venue's vibe is a sports bar in one area, a restaurant in another area and an amazing video gaming experience in a third area. The food was excellent. We had a Margherita flatbread appetizer, delicious. I had the signature Dave & Buster cheeseburger, also excellent. Since we were there on a Tuesday, were able to play the weekly trivia game. Our group won second priz

The atmosphere here is warm. We were greeted immediately. The hostess was very friendly. The food was tasty and non-greasy. Nice

Awesome location. Had lots of fun celebrating my nephews 17th bday with my family and friends. Food and drinks were amazing. Great atmosphere and vibes. Security also and public safe parking. Merry Christmas, everybody ??

Hey, you guys, it's been a while since I did a review, so here it goes. I went to Dave and Busters in Westchester off Center Dr. The parking wasn't a bad price and they had a lot of parking. When I walked it was nice we picked our own table and we sat not too far from the bar. The waitress was nice and placed our order right away. She was very attentive and checked on us frequently. The food came out right on time, and it was fresh, hot, and good. The drinks were not bad. We played games and had a very goo

This place is always a lot of fun. I decided to take all of my nieces and nephews out for a night of games, food, and drinks. We had an absolutely amazing time. The staff is always courteous, the food is great, plenty of games, and they also had the UFC fight on. Will definitely be back again with the whole crew. Thank you.

Dave and Buster's is always fun. The drinks are reasonable and the atmosphere is great. I only wish we didn't have to wait so long for our food the night I went. And portions could be bigger for the price. But overall a good time.

Food was good! Never had an issue. Drink delish as always as well. Someone was always on the floor fixing games and or picking up after the customers. Restrooms could be a bit cleaner but overall a good experience!

There's always games out of order. It takes forever to be seen, to sit, and to order and then the food takes forever so we never eat there. The game card system either works for you or it doesn't but if you can't figure it out or you have something going wrong with it, the staff there aren't much help and it's not realistic that I'm going to wait on an automated help line to troubleshoot. I wouldn't go on a limited budget.

Most of the games are now atleast 10 tickets. Be prepared to spend big??

It's fun & the games are cool. They have family friendly food items on the menu as well

The bartender was AMAZING. Can't remember his name but his favorite drink to make was the Cadillac. I got mine with Mezcal. It was pretty perfect. He's the only reason for any stars above one. We were a large group so we expected a bit of a wait. We were told 20 minutes and we were seated pretty close to that but the waitress didn't come to take our order for another half hour after that. The initial food came out pretty quickly but it was trash. DO NOT order the game day meal. 100% NOT worth it. They forgo

This Dave & Buster?s has a classic setup with a restaurant and bar in front and arcade in the back. It's spacious and not too crowded, making it easy to enjoy the games. You can carry drinks while playing, which adds to the fun. Prices: $3 activation fee per card, $25 for 100 tokens. Ask about their monthly unlimited pass for a better deal! Located in a mall, there's plenty to do nearby. Paid garage parking (no validation). Staff was helpful when we purchased a play card, and my 5-year-old had a blast! Wo

Food service is horrible. They were placing multiple parties in a section when the waitress decided to walk out tonight so multiple tables had been waiting for over an hour without any assistance. Some people decided to walk out. It was a constant "I'll see who can serve you" to "well this isn't my section anyways". We were told the manager would then be taking our order but she never came either. The gaming portion is great, eating however wasn't.

I'd go here every weekend if I could. Honestly, enjoyed the food, friendly bartender, Jell-O shots, let's goooo! Also won a cheesecake with my tickets. A night for the ages.

We went on a field trip to this D&B with 300+ 8th grade students. The service was outstanding. All of the employees that we interacted with were so patient but also quick with their service. The food wasn't bad at all considering the fact that it was buffet style.

Pretty crowded but that's to be expected for a Friday. There were also a few games I tried that weren't functional. Though, I'll admit that it was relatively clean inside even with all the people, and some of the games I loved from 4+ years ago are still there, so overall I'm quite happy with my experience.

My kids love this place but the service at the bar was one of the worst I've ever experienced. The 2 bartenders walked past me for 10 minutes before they asked me if I needed something. The male bartender looked at me repeatedly while I tried to get his attention and just kept walking away serving other people. The lady finally came up to me and helped but I was beyond frustrated by then. Other than that the time was fine. My kids had a great time and I guess that's all that matters in the end My other comp

Dee or DeAHla (not sure of the spelling) was a rude waitress who walked up to our table and insisted we needed an ID check. No ?hello,? no ?how y?all doing" ,nothing. She just collected our IDs and walked off saying we needed an ID check. About 10?15 minutes later, the manager Edgar came back and said they didn't feel comfortable serving us and that we could order ?to go? at the front. I explained that we hadn't even ordered anything yet.?I also told him that the waitress was incredibly rude, didn't ask us

Went in with my family fairly early in the day, and the place was almost empty. My kids were able to use all the games they wanted without having to wait in line. This is very convenient and centrally located establishment. There is enough variety in food selection to satisfy kids if you have any. Service is great, and the self-serve card charging station makes it even better. Update: With summer break in full swing, Dave and Buster's is a little more crowded than the last time we were there. Nonetheless,

Bartender was awesome I alway sit at the bar for faster service me and my family enjoyed our time!! Some of the family sat in the back and the waitress never bring the food out they were disappointed ??

?????? WHAT A WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TIME WE ALL HAD STILL CELEBRATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY 60TH BIRTHDAY??????. I HAD TWO SURPRISE GUEST THAT MADE MY WISH COME TRUE THANKS TO MY FAMILY. NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! COMPARES TO FAMILY LOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????? I LOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????? MY FAMILY SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH. WE ALL REALLY ENJOYED OUR TIME HERE, EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND

I recently hosted a corporate party at Dave & Buster's, and everything went smoothly! The package we were suggested by the social planner Joelle fit perfectly within our tight budget while still providing dinner, drinks, and nearly unlimited games for everyone. While cocktails weren't included in our drink package, the team allowed us to enjoy fancy shots instead, and everyone rolled with it. The staff did a great job accommodating our needs: having the party room available early, providing to-go-boxes, hav

I been coming to this location for over two decades and it seems that the quality of service has went completely down as time goes. Sometimes I've waited over 15 minutes to even get a server to come to our table (it was not busy at all). They really need to fix that

Great location. Staff and bartenders were great. I was seated at the bar and had a great bartender who looked like she was managing most of the seated bar plus the walk ups. She was awesome.

So much fun. The food was fresh and flavorful. I was not disappointed! Love playing games with my friends and family!

Had dinner with my daughters while the grandkids and my two younger kids played games. All the workers and servers were nice and friendly. I've been here before and the addition of the cameraman is awesome.

It's close and my kid like to come here but IMO it's a bit over hyped and definitely over priced. The atmosphere is tolerable but the clientele can be?..a bit annoying. Bring all the cash and all your cards and make sure to be patient.

Me and my coworkers had a great time! Food was good for a chain restaurant, and the drinks for happy hour were pretty good. What really stood out was the service. Dredre (I apologize if that's spelled wrong) was hilarious, gave great recommendations for food and drinks, and overall made our night really memorable. We'll definitely be back and asking for her section.

Came on a Wednesday back to this place since they have happy hour starting at 4pm plus games are half off. I'll be coming back to check out taco Tuesday for sure. I recommend this place if you want to have fun.

It was absolutely great. As soon as you walk in your greeted and seated . The waiter we had was Jaron .W.. He was absolutely wonderful, he attended us right away and made sure everything was good and ok. This waiter deserves a 10 ?? for the great customer service and great communication. Will definitely be going back .

Lori Olsen loves coming here and we always have a blast. The people are very nice. The games are fun. The food is decent, but it's convenient. You have a good time with the family.

1. Chicken parm was actually great (highly recommend) but served on a cold plate. 2. Barbacoa fries were blah (do not recommend) and they forgot to bring it out, I had to remind them. By the time it was brought out we were done with our dinner so it was kind of a waste. 3. Had strawberry watermelon margaritas (very sweet) and Jameson long island iced tea (little sweet) both were amazing 4. Bro tried to charge tip based on food AND game card. Gtfo bruh. 5. A lot more kids here than adults compared to other

Family outing was fun! The kids had a blast! Us adults had a great time.

This location was much better than the Hollywood location! We ordered the chicken nachos, and they were...okay. the bottom had zero cheese or ingredients, the toppings weren't that flavorful, and the sauce was a little much...just add more cheese ?? my son raved over the churros with the chocolate and caramel dipping sauces though! We also got the fried pickles and they were THE saltiest fried pickles I've ever had in my life....they gave us ranch which was not helping the salt factor, but they also brought

We ordered our food one hour prior to closing. The Caucasian manager, asked us to hurry with food, drinks we had not received. Once the food , drinks arrived at home I will take my time and I will leave when I'm done. The manager continued to look at his watch, tracking us to say hurry up. My family, and I took our eating our dinner. When you pay for a service you expect excellent Customer Service. Needless to say that didn't happen.

The drinks were pretty good and the food was not bad. Price was reasonable and affordable. My waitress was attentive and was able to manage a large party.

Food is "eh". The desserts and drinks are good. Love the game room for dates, family outings and just a good time.

Service not that great. I know due to covid placws are under staff. We put our name on the list to sit and eat . The lady said 20mins. We went and played game for 40mins. Then came back to see that our name still was over looked. Food was good once we got it.

I went for my seven-year-old cousins bday party. I ordered food to go: the ribs, half rack, for $19 and a drink for about $25 altogether (including taxes). I changed the sides to asparagus and mashed potatoes versus fries and coleslaw. The food was pretty good. I got a shot at the bar & the bartender was funny.

The Taco Burger at D & B 10/10 !! Pros: Fresh plant bases patty Gluten free bun option Salsa over queso offered Crisp taco bites in burger Well plated good portion Cons None Really enjoyed this dish! $15 to play if you dine in also so worth it!!

Great food I love when they put fart spay on my fries and maple syrup on my hamburger. They also put olive oil on your sodas andgrass on you deesert best place to rizzi.

I had a great time at Dave & Buster' s yesterday. The employees were professional and our waiter was awesome. The food was good and the gaming area has a lot of games to choose from. If, you havent been take advantage of the Eat & Play combo. It's a good deal. I highly recommend.

Service was excellent, food was fresh and hot and the kids had so much fun playing the games.

I really enjoy the bar area. The drinks are great and food is delicious always have great service. Nice place to watch sports.

The basketball string bean was very hard it was not cooked

My food took forever even though it was a salad. Everybody else at my table got their food quickly. The majority of the games was ripping me off and lagging. ??

Great service, chill environment, new and improved seating at the bar. The food was good and hot. We enjoyed our meal and customer service. We will be back

I met a friend here for happy hour. I got great service. Our bartender was a lovely young man. Our drinks were perfect. Our food came out quickly and it was delicious. For a Monday night it was really nice atmosphere. I will surely come again.

I visited a D&B a few times while in the service so I decided to visited this one for veterans day. The service was lousy at the restaurant. Our server tried giving our alcohol to 2 ladies that were there with 7 kids (not conplaining about the kids. The lady told the waiter her kids were too young to drink) and then tried to give our food to them. Our food had thousand island dressing even though the server specifically made sure we said we didn't want any. It took forever for someone to even take our order

Adult arcade with a full-service bar, pool tables, and private event areas. Came here on a Tuesday night around 10pm and stayed until closing at midnight. The machines to fill up your card are by the counter. There were a couple of issues with the dodgeball game taking our tickets but not actually working, but when we got an employee to help, he gave us a free play on a game and also gave us back our tickets, so that was nice. You can get alcohol and carry it around the games. We didn't look at the prizes

New Year's day activity for the family. 3 hours playing went by really fast! Didn't eat there and all the staff was great. Nasheed was very helpful when someone in the family couldn't decide what to play next!

Food was blah... the kids had a ball! Atmosphere and server was cool. Parking lot is TRASH!!! Car was sideswiped and guess what... THERE WAS NO SECURITY CAMERAS ????????

Customer service has gone down the drain. They served us the wrong beverage, three waiters and waitresses were too busy talking to each other and facing anywhere but customers. It took a while to finally catch someone's attention as they were walking by. The lower half of the bread on my sandwich was still refrigerator cold, the top part had been heated properly but the bottom had not. It's disappointing to see places blame the pandemic for the lack of attention, they were not busy with other customers, the

Always fun to go here but this particular location was so dirty compared to others I've visited. The womens bathroom was a total disgust. The roll of toilet paper was on the floor. The trashes were over filled. I went to the bathroom in 3 different occasions and no one cared to go in there and clean it. One stall was not working from all the paper in the toilet. Was horrified at how neglectful the bathrooms were. They seem to be short staff. I hope they become more cautious since it is a great place to visi

Double charged my card won't do anything about it. Night out with my child turned into $200 evaporated. It's very frustrating I'm not getting any help it has given me a sour taste in my mouth I will NEVER come back to any location

Im giving them 2 stars because of their supposed company policy. I was at a table with a friend while our teens were playing in the aracde area. My friend ordered two desserts while we waited for them. When we said that was it for now, our server asked for a credit card to keep on "file" since we weren't ready to close our tab. Our intention was that once our kids returned from playing, we would order food for all of us. She went on to explain that we have two options 1) we settle the check or (2 we give he

The food was just off for me. I enjoyed the pretzel dog that someone shared, but the Korean BBQ ribs & Honey Bourbon BBQ wings I ordered were a complete miss! Also, they forgot an order of flatbread pizza & they just threw it in the microwave to reheat it once they realized ??. That didn't fly well either. The 2 ladies who ordered burgers said they were good. The drink was tasty even though it was so full of ice & you couldn't really taste the alcohol. We still enjoyed ourselves!

Had a a great afternoon competing in skeeball, bowling, and air hockey. Almost had enough tickets for a shot glass. Settled on candy.

Had a blast celebrating my Cuzn graduation from her Masters Program. We had a catered dinner in a private room. Which made coming and going very comfortable. Who doesn't like ultimate fun and fine dining food. Gave my sister a run on the pacman arcade game. Oh man I played halo for the first time with a toddler and he was good. At one point I was playing with 3 guys under age 8, the youngest was 3 and we were killing the missions. Best team ever. We played for like 30 minutes . It was the best. Then I went

The service was good. The food was pretty good. The games were fun but some were out of service. The bathrooms for the women need a lot of attention. They were dirty. Paper all over the floor, sinks and no toilet paper in one of the stalls.

The management team is amazing!!!! Loved our waitress , She went the extra mile so our party of 12 can sit together!! !!! Thank You !!!

Good Groupon deal, all day Power Up card ( arcade games only, no prizes, blue light games only) for $20. My kids and their friends played a good 6 hours. I did add money to D&B cards that I already have so the kids can earn prizes. Food was just ok.

The atmosphere was welcoming & inviting. The only exception from receiving a 5 star review was that the girl who seated us GHOSTED us both after we were seated so they went looking for her but I think it was her time to clock out. But overall, I'd come back again.

I mean have you ever been to a Dave and busters before? It's kinda like the other ones except? basically the same. Still I recommend that campfire sauce it's fire ??! Also try the games they're fun.

I was there this past Saturday October 30th to celebrate my son's 8th birthday I didn't have a reservation I had a party of 30 that really turn into a party of 40 my waitress was super on point she made sure we got everything we needed the only thing is one of the hostess she had red hair and she was kind of rude to me and my guess but other than that everything else went fine

Service was great, the food was decent. Some of the games didn't work, we didn't let that stop us from having fun.

My best friend had amazing burgers and fries and played great old school and new games.....So much fun and COVID19 free masks on safe fun clean place.....

I am on 7 day vegan and came with family only to find on "REAL" vegan selections?? I was offered cauliflower fried in tempura?? I had green juice I bought while they ate??This NOT vegan nor the fries due to cross contamination. DO BETTER DAVE!

We had problems with one of our Groupons but the manager and gosh I forget the young ladies name who worked really hard to help make this happen last Saturday.. she just wouldn't give up.. I love it!!! She makes me want to return but this time without using Groupon ??. Thank you staff for all your hard work again! We had an amazing time!!!

It was amazing my kids loved it they had so much fun ... I will recommend this ?? absolute amazing ???? ??

I love this place it's fun but drinks and food take too long..although the food is worth the wait good prices, tasty flavors to choose from...I've tried a couple of there drinks, there pretty good but a lil too sweet depending on the bartender..oh yea and most of the games are out of order awesome shooting games tho and basketballs are good to go??

Came on a Tuesday.. before , while and after waiting for a server to come take our order I asked three different ppl to put the dodger game and it never happened . Considering how slow it was it was pretty disappointing .

One of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I order boneless wing and fries with a margarita with Don Julio. My wing came out approximately 30 minutes however there was no fries or drink. I ask about the fries the waiter stated they were coming. The fries came 1.5 hours later. I ask again about my drink the waiter came back stating there was no Don Julio in stock. I request for a different liquor and it still took another 1.5 hours for that. I would not recommend this place ever again due to la

Arrived at a party of five consisting of two adults and three screen addicted kids. The beginning was a bit long as we tried using a Groupon deal of 60$ for 45$. It turns out to be 3 times a 20$ card value, about 92 coins per kid to play. Not much but the kids still enjoyed playing. The best value is purchasing either the 60$ value at the counter for 320 coins or 4 time 45$ cards that will be of 60$ value each. When you enter the place there is a good variety of video games and others, it's funny but it is

Sunday at 6pm, restaurant area dirty dirty dirty! Food and trash all over the floors and under tables. Had to go ask the hostess that seated us who our server was since it had been 15 minutes sitting there and not been acknowledged. Bathroom was dirty and floor area of game room had trash all throughout

I actually saw employees cleaning the games very nice ?? replying to Dave & Buster?s my wings were room temperature if you guys could fix that it would be great

Friendly and kind staff! Games are pretty decent and fun. Food is could be just a bit better though

I love this place. It is always a great time with so many games to play. I live the carnival games the most!!! The food is also great and the drinks are amazing. I like that they are kid friendly too. I recommend everyone comes at least once.

The food was good.. kind of weird I couldn't switch the wonton chips for tortilla chips.. especially when they wonton chips kept breaking when trying to get the shrimp dip. ( The reason why I didn't want them) but it was still good. With one bar tender doing the whole sit-down restaurant part timing was still mostly on point. Im not sure where the manager was but someone could at least helped him out with bringing out the food. If you come for a random weekday make sure Jerome is at the bar.

I went to this location yesterday night, I parked in the parking structure when a group of people pulled in, started blasting music and smoking weed (ghetto). I went inside and was seated and the place was empty and service was slow, waitress didn't even offer us refills however I still tipped because maybe she's having an off day. Food quality was subpar at best and wasn't worth the price. Also they had like a trivia game going on in house and the bar tender got an answer right and started twerking while t

Service was slow and we didn't get our drinks before the food had already been served. Was never offered a refill when our drink ran out. Food is pretty good, but the wings are pretty hot without any mention of this in the menu.

Hostess at front desk was very polite. We asked if she could load our card an she offered us the Super Load. We asked for the $45 load then upgraded to Super for $6 more dollars. Everything was in working order an lots of variety. We did have a good time. The boyfriend felt we could have earned more tickets for the price that was paid. We ate lunch there as well. Delicious smashBurger an garlic parm fries plus a Watermelon blitz with Ros?. Our server was super attentive. She deserves a High-5. We sat in a b

ZERO STARS!!! What a way to celebrate an 11 year old child?s birthday. I was one adult with 4 kids. Walking in the premises, I spent nearly $250 on 5 game cards . The children What is the policy for requesting credit cards on a NON- ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE ? I spoke with Jared the on-site manager who I informed that I was unable to locate the policy on the company?s website regarding holding credit cards. He brought a training policy that stated IF ALCOHOL is ordered then a credit card is requested. If Food an

Great food. The prizes for the games costs A LOT of tickets, though.

Has to be the worst service ever.. Sat at the bar for 30 minutes with a menu in hand and all 4 people behind the bar did not acknowledge once.. It's crazy that an establishment like this would allow this to take place.. The sad part is when I finally got someone to acknowledge I was there and I let them know, they don't care.. If you not a service person.. just don't be in the service industry

It's always pretty chill. Never to busy and lots of good games. I always come up on Frogger yes sir!!! My family always has a good time. Wish they lower the prices on the credits tho.

My teenage son wanted to come here for his birthday. When we bought the game card at the front, they said they had to charge $10 extra for a UFC fight they had on. So $40 for two adults and two teens.. we started to walk out as we had no interest in the fight, but one of the other people working there said it was only $20 since they didn't charge for kids. Turns out that the fight was in the bar behind a curtain, so my wife and I couldn't watch it anyway. We got soft drinks at the table and left our stu

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are virtual reality games in arcades worth playing?

Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
