Dave and Buster created a really good chain restaurant. My daughter took us there for a birthday dinner for her daughter's 18th birthday. The venue's vibe is a sports bar in one area, a restaurant in another area and an amazing video gaming experience in a third area. The food was excellent. Hey, you guys, it's been a while since I did a review, so here it goes. I went to Dave and Busters in Westchester off Center Dr. The parking wasn't a bad price and they had a lot of parking. This place is always a lot of fun. I decided to take all of my nieces and nephews out for a night of games, food, and drinks. We had an absolutely amazing time. There's always games out of order. It takes forever to be seen, to sit, and to order and then the food takes forever so we never eat there. The game card system either works for you or it doesn't but if you can't figure it out or you have something going wrong with it, the staff there aren't much help and it's not realistic that I'm going to wait on an automated help line to troubleshoot. I wouldn't go on a limited budget.

Most of the games are now atleast 10 tickets. Be prepared to spend big??

Food service is horrible. They were placing multiple parties in a section when the waitress decided to walk out tonight so multiple tables had been waiting for over an hour without any assistance. Some people decided to walk out. It was a constant "I'll see who can serve you" to "well this isn't my section anyways". We were told the manager would then be taking our order but she never came either. The gaming portion is great, eating however wasn't.

We went on a field trip to this D&B with 300+ 8th grade students. The service was outstanding. All of the employees that we interacted with were so patient but also quick with their service. The food wasn't bad at all considering the fact that it was buffet style.

Went in with my family fairly early in the day, and the place was almost empty. My kids were able to use all the games they wanted without having to wait in line. I been coming to this location for over two decades and it seems that the quality of service has went completely down as time goes. Sometimes I've waited over 15 minutes to even get a server to come to our table (it was not busy at all). They really need to fix that

It's close and my kid like to come here but IMO it's a bit over hyped and definitely over priced. The atmosphere is tolerable but the clientele can be?..a bit annoying. Bring all the cash and all your cards and make sure to be patient.

Me and my coworkers had a great time! Food was good for a chain restaurant, and the drinks for happy hour were pretty good. What really stood out was the service. It was absolutely great. As soon as you walk in your greeted and seated . The waiter we had was Jaron .W.. We ordered our food one hour prior to closing. The Caucasian manager, asked us to hurry with food, drinks we had not received. Once the food , drinks arrived at home I will take my time and I will leave when I'm done. The manager continued to look at his watch, tracking us to say hurry up. I had a great time at Dave & Buster' s yesterday. The employees were professional and our waiter was awesome. The food was good and the gaming area has a lot of games to choose from. If, you havent been take advantage of the Eat & Play combo. It's a good deal. I highly recommend.
