Dave & Buster's Lombard

We went to this location for the first time and it was not busy as others we were able to play in the machines and have drinks with fast service. The only thing is that their dinning area is really small and it's just next to the gaming area were you don't have a privacy at all since everything is around you.

We celebrated my son's 12th birthday here April 18th. Our server was Joe, such a carefree down to Earth guy. No issue was to small. Food was delicious tables clean, drinks good too! The pretty lady at the bar with the short curly hair was very friendly and served up some delicious drinks. The bathrooms were clean, lighting was selfie friendly. Spoke to the manager there and let her know what a great place she was running and she was grateful for my compliments so I'm putting them here for the world to see.

Had a fantastic time here with a group of friends! The person who sat us, Ty, was especially friendly and helpful and really got our night off to a great start. Just a peach, honestly! Our server (I forget her name, but she had a Lilo and Stitch tattoo) was fun and joked around with us, and was super patient and attentive. Our group arrived at different times, but they all got served within minutes. The games were fun here, but the staff were exceptional!

We celebrated my wife's 40th birthday party last night and it was fantastic. Our server, Joe, was on it. So attentive! His concern for our entire group showed in his incredible service. The food was great. The games were so much fun. The managers were so accommodating as well. We saved our cards to fill up again when we return soon. (Is today too soon to come back and continue the fun?!)

We just went here for the first time for a family birthday. The kids and adults alike had a blast! They were able to accommodate our gluten allergies and my son even got to enjoy French fries which rarely happens! The servers were attentive and kind, the facility was clean. We felt safe as well because they had security at the door which is appreciated!

It was a good experience up until, we had went up to a staff member and asked if we can sit at the booth to get food a Caucasian/hispanic lady with dark hair in a pony tail. She asked us how old we were and we said 18. She told us that we had to be 21 to get sat down. We asked a different staff member if we can get a booth to sit for food he told us that we can sit at any open table. She came up to us with a lot of hostility to tell us that we can't sit down because we weren't 21. MIND you we were not order

My family and I was there for about 3 hours today for Mother?s Day. We ate then we went to play. While we was leaving the manager SETH stopped my children and I at the door and asked about my gift card payment. I felt that he should?ve said something after we left the table eating. Not 3 hours later like I was stealing. And asked for a picture of my gift card. I will be contacting corporate. Terrible experience.

I'm here to withdraw my 2 star review and replace with 5. I visited when they were new and hashing out the kinks. The staff was apologetic and urged us to come back and give them another chance. I'm so glad we did! Their staff really cares about the place and the guest experience. Food is delicious. Lots of good game selections.

We had a 50th birthday from my friend. The food was great the games were fun to play and sitting around at the bar for the adults was a great time being a little watch. Stuff sports and everything for adults

The manager is so friendly! He was so kind. The place, and restrooms are super clean. Good place to have a good time. I paid 60 per person with food and 90 minutes of unlimited play.

Me and my family waited for almost 15-20 minutes waiting for a server to come. Mind you the restaurant was completely dead and only one other party was seated. We looked for someone to help us, and we saw all the servers just messing around and talking to each other in the back by the kitchen area and they didn't even acknowledge us at all. We immediately got up and left. We got no drinks food or anything.

Avoid this place! Many of the workers don't pay attention to customers. Really bad service and so much unprofessional people. They have a nice clean place but what's the point if service is bad. On Tuesday night The bartenders were so UNPROFESSIONAL while I was waiting 30 minutes for my food. First I would like to say, my family and I love Dave & Busters. We live in Illinois and we've been to numerous locations (Vernon Hills, Schaumburg, Addison, Downtown Chicago, Orland Park, and even in other states). My Fianc??s birthday was Friday the 25th and we usually doing things the whole weekend to celebrate. To conclude her birthday on Sunday, we decided to finish off with food and games at D&B. Instead of going to her favorite location in (Vernon Hills), we decided to try the new Lombard location.

We had decided to try this place since it's fairly new but were very dissapointed. First,The duration of the wait to be seated at a table was excessive, and the atmosphere seemed disorganized we weren't able to play any games in the arcade while we wait, as those waiting for tables were occupying them. Went here for the first time and left, I won't be back. Got seated immediately for dining and waited over 20 minutes (set a timer on my phone) and never once was acknowledged by anyone, didn't even have silverware or water. None of the staff had any urgency to attend to customers (waitresses, waiters, bartenders, door greeters). Lot of staff on their phones, careless and disrespectful. Really disappointed. All of the staff definitely needs improvement, very poor customer service.

We had an amazing experience! Samantha, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of?her professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional. Chanel, Stas, and Devontae were outstanding bartenders. They crafted delicious drinks, provided excellent service, and created a fun, welcoming atmosphere. The entire team worked seamlessly to ensure a fantastic time. Highly recommend!

Staff was nice, walked in around 1:30 on a Saturday told 30 min wait, kids played game about 35 mins later got a table. Ordered our food and drinks, then ordered a side of fries that never came and was removed. Staff: super friendly. Food: okay. pricey for what it is.. but everything is expensive these days.games were between I'd say 8-12.5 or so credits each? Over all it was clean. Will likely be back at some point.

I visited this location on a Sunday afternoon. It was not busy, there were not many people there. I immediately noticed all the empty cups that were left on the small table tops near the games. There didn't seem to be anyone picking them up. Which was a bit startling to me, since there were many children running around. These cups had a lot of left over alcohol. We didn't dine in or have any food. It was 12pm on a Saturday and the wait was 40 minutes to sit down and eat so we went inside the mall to grab a bite not a big deal, some of the games weren't working properly and ended up taking funds but someone ended up giving us the credit on other games which was nice. We hosted our wedding after party here. We had 35 guests ranging from young teens to grandparents. Everyone had a blast and the food and service was great. So much fun!

Such an awful experience with the bartender and Manager Donavan. They definitely don't know how to handle the guests. Small, not many games. Service is the worst part of this place. I loved the addison location before it started to go downhill when it was about to close down. Menus are sticky. Tables are dirty, employees standing around, Nobody does their job or goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

My experience with D&B has been limited to the Chicago and Schaumburg locations. I took my cousins sons to the Yorktown site yesterday. The kiosks didn't provide new cards. I asked at front desk about cards and she told me to stand in line. When I was standing in line, an employee asked what I wanted - I told her and she told me to go to the kiosks. Yesterday I went with a friend of mine to this location. We wanted to give this location a chance. We had a few issues with the place. 1. The place is almost empty. I was greeted by a hostess, right upon entering the facility was brought to my table in the dining area by the front. The place Is clean as it did just open, but the lights were a little too bright up in the area. Unfortunately, my son had a huge letdown. He had done really good in school and as a reward got to choose where to go he wanted to go to this location as the Addison one had closed to eat and play some games. It's new and clean but very small compared to all other locations. Many of my favorite games didn't make the trip over from Addison. Hoping in the future this location can get more space in the adjoining area from other closed businesses.

Love how there's a closer location to me. It's really nice inside, a lot of gamez and my drink tasted really good (watermelon marg). The only thing I wish was that it wasn't so tight inside. Not sure if the schaumburg location is bigger cus it's ?schaumburg? but I love that the games are spread out over there. My husband & I went on a saturday and it was pretty busy, I bumped elbows with some people. But as my first time experience here it was decent, can't speak on the food since we only came to play.

It's a nice and cozy location. A smaller D&B location. Enjoyed watching the football game and be able to hear the game in the bar area. Will Come back hopefully they offer adult only hours at this location.

Website said billiards which is why we were excited to them in Lombard. Alas, no billiards. Felt the manager wasn't as friendly. The staff called him up and he asked us to show him where it said billiards, which we did. Went to Pyramid in Addison instead.

3 hour wait for restruant. I got in a little faster. Waitress screwed up my salad. The place is smaller than it appears thanks to mirrors. The only thing i would give 5 STARS IS THE MANAGER SAMANTHA. Great location but was refused service at the bar due to having an matricula from the Mexican consulate. Per the individual that helped us those are not valid form of ID in the US. Instead was asking for a passport from the Mexican consulate.

We spent our last hours Saturday playing games, nothing like being a kid again.
