Fast food and friendly service. Upon my second visit I felt the need to give you an update with Dave & Busters here in Arkansas near Nrth Lttle Rock off I 30 highway. Dave & Busters at this location are consistant. They staff are super nice and the Bar- Tenders are ultra helpful, I totally recommend this location for anything from a Birthday Party for kids of all ages to date.night for couples of all ages.

First and last time I will come here. I hoped that we were here for a good time as a family however, that went to ?. as soon as we were seated. It began with the table being nasty so we asked for it o be wiped off at which time the guy who was sent to clean the table got the cleaner in one drink, on one set of silverware, and on 2 of the people at the table. RANT!! Worst place I have ever been. We came for a family members bday party. We arrive go to the group who was seated, only to be told by the waitress we could not sit down with our group because she didn't have 2 extra chairs. Yeah, we went to see about a table and told it was a 2 hour wait, what our group had reservations at 6. 2 guests had to go somewhere else and couldn't join. Then we tried to order drinks met with almost an hour before we could get them. Tried to order and a total fiasco. Every order

I Love this place. I probably come here at least once a month. Love the Wednesday Half Price games and the fact that you can redeem points for food! And the food is delicious! The gaming people that redeem your points are always very kind. Also, we always have a good server! On top of all this, I work out of town a lot and have been to many many Dave and Busters all over the US. Even for being a smaller one, the service here makes this one Top 3.

It's been a while since we have gone to Dave and Busters because we felt like the last couple times were a disappointment. We decided to have date night and give D&Bs another chance. I'm so glad we did because it was truly a lot of fun. I also want to give a shout out / praise to Beaux! He single handled made our experience tonight fun and we will definitely be back! We came for the VR game. It was worth the drive. It was fun and a pretty good workout. It's even better with more players. Definitely will be coming back to play again. There was some confusion about how to book the game. It sucks you can't book/pay online. We were told we could pay with game cards but that was not the case. Heads up! My kids loved it. Some of the games have seen better days. My kids scored pretty big on a few games so they were happy. It was a Friday night and it wasn't terribly crowded. The staff that we interacted with were very friendly. We didn't eat or get any food so can't speak to that. Plenty of people had alcohol from the bar in the game area. Fun place. Would go again.

Terrible The Mangers were standing around talking and No one came to help me. Had a good time with the friends we met up with. The service was inattentive and slow, and when it came time for check she took 45 min to split our tab. We were delayed playing the game room that we reserved because of slow service. My boyfriend and I were expecting the additional gratuity fee and we were the last of our group to pay. This is a great place! No one thinks about going to a place like this for dinner, but let me tell you, the restaurant is better than 98% of the nicer restaurants around here. It is very, very good! Beau was very helpful and patient with me and our kids. He was very knowledgeable about the games and gave good advice for the arena and assisted with set up and the flow of the games for the kids. He made the experience more enjoyable than if I had to navigate through the system on my own. It could have a stressful time and the kids wouldn't have been able to play more than a few games. After coming here several times over the last decade or so, I think this visit will have been my last. What used to be a place to play some mediocre arcade games and have a bite to eat for ~30 bucks has turned into a place with beyond subpar games, average quality food, and worst of all---mixed drinks that are basically $15 each and have a tiddlywink of liquor. We always enjoy coming here. Food is fantastic, servers are amazing and management is always kind and courteous. After we eat, we head to play games. The gaming area is clean and well maintained. The staff who handles the checkout area for tickets and prizes are very friendly.

The food was amazing ?? I wasn't expecting the food and drinks to be the highlight but it definitely was. I would recommend for a date night or to watch the game! You won't be disappointed and then after eating the BEST food ever you get to go play like a kid. I mean really what more can you ask for?

We had a blast at Dave and Busters with friends for a couples date night. Great food and good fun! We went on a Tuesday night and wasn't overly busy. We felt like we were able to play the games we wanted without having to wait on others. Also, the prize selection is amazing. I spent $25 on a game card and won 2500 tickets, which got me one of those TikTok ring lights, which are about $25-$30 on Amazon. Lastly, the food was well above my expectations; it tasted great and not frozen like many other places.

Beau was a great guide for the arena, we had fun and he was very interactive with us and other guests. we really enjoyed his company and the game, definitely 5 stars.

Great location right by the outlet malls, movie theater and plenty of restaurants. Wednesday nights are half off games and they offer a military discount on all food and drinks. Tons of games, hardly any of them were out of order. Great time for the family and the tickets / prizes ratio is solid.

The games are great but the food was a let down. We got two burgers and they were cooked well done. I guess they only cook to that temp on the burgers. I got a steak and it was cooked medium rare and properly but yeah. The pretzel pizza rolls were like the bread sticks that you get at Olive Garden but they partially cut them into smaller rolls. I had to tear them apart so that was a let down. I say go for the games, skip the food. Maybe I went on a bad night *shrugs

Table was not wiped down properly, there was dried soda on it. The food was ok. We were rushed by the waitress and they were not super busy. We did the eat and play combo on the kiosk and then was informed they don't do that on Saturday at all and that the kiosk shouldn't have allowed it. Well sorry, honey, but it did and that ain't what your website says! They did give us the deal, but get your website facts right. And stop rushing people out like you need the table when you obviously don't.

Will never go back. Waited 20 minutes on a waiter then got up went to the front and told this black boy we were leaving because couldn't get waited on. He didn't care. There were suppose to be workers standing around on their phones. I called them on two different occasions to speak with a manager but got Hispanics both times said there was no manager. This place is great!! Excellent food, fun games, and special shout out to Beau who helped us get set up with sarta in the bay and also the best bartender there, Sareena!! She is there on Wednesdays. We come here every week and always have a great time. Get the avocado chicken sandwich and truffle fries, you won't be sorry. Visited on Saturday and it was amazing! Place was packed but the wait was only 45min. Once seated our waitress was on it! Polite, helpful, and speedy! Wait wasn't terribly long to get our food. The hostess had a coffee stirer in her mouth the entire time. We never got a server and left after 10 minutes. I think we were the wrong color because the severs appeared to good care of other guests.

Terrible experience?do not go! The staff had my mom?s card, and someone at the bar took it upon themselves to add a tip without authorization and charged us twice. This is completely unacceptable and dishonest. I strongly advise against ordering drinks or food from this establishment. The service was not only unprofessional but also rude and inconsiderate.

Honestly, I would just go eat before coming out to play games. Don't get me wrong, being able to eat and play at the same place is nice, but the quality and flavor of the meal do not match the dollar sign attached to it. The server was nice, we seen them 3 times while we were seated. One-order, two-checked on us after food delivery, three-time to pay up. Warning to Parents: Your kids cant actually win most big prizes even with enough tickets.* The large prizes on the top shelves are almost exclusively for display only. Even if a large prize has a price beside it they likely arent available. I saved up 13,000 tickets for a giant bear, and was informed they had none to sell and would not sell the display. So I asked if another large bear or stuffed animal was available and was again told no. I then asked if any of the top shelf items were actually available.

Beau, Bryant, and Chasity were phenomenal. We got a demo of the social room and it led to us deciding to give it a whirl. Food was great also. Plus the kicker is I beat my older brother in darts for once.

We came here on a Saturday and also Veterans Day. Lots of people showed up, as you can guess. Despite everything the service and food was very good. If loud noise bothers you. This might not be the place for you. But it's to be expected with so many kids and adults running around.

Baue- what an amazing experience my group and I had because of him. He was such a pleasure to be around on our visit. He was extremely humble and attentive. He treated my group as if he's known us for awhile. He walked us through how to properly play all of the new features added to Dave & Busters, shared some good laughs with us, and made sure we got everything we needed for the evening. He was hands down one of the best employees I've ever met at Dave and Busters.

My Bartender, LaDonna was truly amazing. Very kind, patient and knowledgeable. I am from out of state, I am here on a business trip, but the service and personality was great. I had a great time, watched the fight and was taken care of. Couldn't ask for more.

My problem that I have is our waitress Makenzie decided to go ahead and add the suggested gratuity to all three checks we had even though we had given her cash tips already.
