Fast food and friendly service. Upon my second visit I felt the need to give you an update with Dave & Busters here in Arkansas near Nrth Lttle Rock off I 30 highway. Dave & Busters at this location are consistant. They staff are super nice and the Bar- Tenders are ultra helpful, I totally recommend this location for anything from a Birthday Party for kids of all ages to date.night for couples of all ages.

First and last time I will come here. I hoped that we were here for a good time as a family however, that went to ?. as soon as we were seated. It began with the table being nasty so we asked for it o be wiped off at which time the guy who was sent to clean the table got the cleaner in one drink, on one set of silverware, and on 2 of the people at the table. Then when we got our food it was nothing like the description. As you can see in the pictures the chicken strips (5) were not even half the size of a d

RANT!! Worst place I have ever been. We came for a family members bday party. We arrive go to the group who was seated, only to be told by the waitress we could not sit down with our group because she didn't have 2 extra chairs. Yeah, we went to see about a table and told it was a 2 hour wait, what our group had reservations at 6. 2 guests had to go somewhere else and couldn't join. Then we tried to order drinks met with almost an hour before we could get them. Tried to order and a total fiasco. Every order

Genuinely the best burger I've ever had in my life lol The server was really nice, she came as often as she could even though they were very busy. Great place

I Love this place. I probably come here at least once a month. Love the Wednesday Half Price games and the fact that you can redeem points for food! And the food is delicious! The gaming people that redeem your points are always very kind. Also, we always have a good server! On top of all this, I work out of town a lot and have been to many many Dave and Busters all over the US. Even for being a smaller one, the service here makes this one Top 3.

It's been a while since we have gone to Dave and Busters because we felt like the last couple times were a disappointment. We decided to have date night and give D&Bs another chance. I'm so glad we did because it was truly a lot of fun. I also want to give a shout out / praise to Beaux! He single handled made our experience tonight fun and we will definitely be back! Thank you Beaux!!! Also 10/10 recommend renting out their new bays with a group of friends.

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Beau at Dave & Buster?s for making our night extra special! My girlfriend and I came in for a fun date night and spent some time playing darts. Beau went above and beyond?he was super friendly and even extended our play time on the house, which totally made our night! It's rare to find someone who genuinely wants guests to have a great time, and Beau absolutely nailed it. His positive attitude and great customer service didn't go unnoticed. Thanks again, Beau?you rea

We came for the VR game. It was worth the drive. It was fun and a pretty good workout. It's even better with more players. Definitely will be coming back to play again. There was some confusion about how to book the game. It sucks you can't book/pay online. We were told we could pay with game cards but that was not the case. Heads up! Reserve game play at a kiosk up front. It's $5 per person on weekdays and $9 on weekends. Hopefully this saves you some trouble. VR was the highlight of the night. The other g

Beau was great! He showed us the Arena game and helped us to understand what to do. So much fun! Love this place!

My kids loved it. Some of the games have seen better days. My kids scored pretty big on a few games so they were happy. It was a Friday night and it wasn't terribly crowded. The staff that we interacted with were very friendly. We didn't eat or get any food so can't speak to that. Plenty of people had alcohol from the bar in the game area. Fun place. Would go again.

Terrible The Mangers were standing around talking and No one came to help me. One Manger who should be fired and I'll see to it Just Walked right by and didn't ask us if we need help or even cared this place needs to hire better Management I will complain to the higher ups. Who ever is the General Manager SUCKS. Would not recommend This place disgusting tables and service was horribly slow Wait was beyond too long plus No one apologized no one cared I will File a complaint Via Dave and Buster I will see to

Update: The food was ok but the service was great! The waitress had to take care of everyone in the restaurant section. She was on point. The food was decent. I had wings and fries. Which were really good. The fries were to. My family liked there food also. One had pizza, bacon burger, Didn't dine at this location at the time because they were out of everything on the menu. We actually just played games and left. The irony though is I sat at a table and the waitress said it was an hour wait and couldn't si

Had a good time with the friends we met up with. The service was inattentive and slow, and when it came time for check she took 45 min to split our tab. We were delayed playing the game room that we reserved because of slow service. My boyfriend and I were expecting the additional gratuity fee and we were the last of our group to pay. We got stuck with all the mess ups on our tab. The server admitted to mistakingly ringing in wrong items our table didn't order. She said she would get the mess up items compe

Fun casual place to eat and play. The food is standard American casual dining with nothing really bad on the menu. But the reason you're there is for the arcade, and let's face it it's awesome. Whether you're trying to play a coin pusher, a VR simulation of a Kaiju attack, or some straight up carnival games, Dave& Buster's has got you covered. That prize room will make you forget everything you thought you knew from Showtime or Chuck-E-Cheese

This is a great place! No one thinks about going to a place like this for dinner, but let me tell you, the restaurant is better than 98% of the nicer restaurants around here. It is very, very good! If you want a great meal, come here just to eat and you won't be disappointed. The people who great you and seat you are really not very personable to be honest; and, some of them really shouldn't have a greeter, seater position anywhere; but our server, Alden, was so cute with a very outstanding personality and

(This is from Makenna and family) I can't begin to thank both Beau and Blaine for the amazing job they did giving us a great family memory!! Our plans got changed due to weather and just out of a whim we ended up at Dave and Busters (Sunday afternoon 10/2/24). From coming in we were greeted and quickly taken care of by Beau who seated us in Blaine?s section. Blaine was sweet, attentive and just an overall kickass waiter! We went to play some game while waiting on our food to find our table had been taken. B

Beau was an awesome guide to the arena we completely enjoyed the experience. Very informative and gelp us understand being our first time to play. 5 stars to that guy!!

Beau was very helpful and patient with me and our kids. He was very knowledgeable about the games and gave good advice for the arena and assisted with set up and the flow of the games for the kids. He made the experience more enjoyable than if I had to navigate through the system on my own. It could have a stressful time and the kids wouldn't have been able to play more than a few games. Thanks to Beau it was a great time!

After coming here several times over the last decade or so, I think this visit will have been my last. What used to be a place to play some mediocre arcade games and have a bite to eat for ~30 bucks has turned into a place with beyond subpar games, average quality food, and worst of all---mixed drinks that are basically $15 each and have a tiddlywink of liquor. We had a drink called "Dangerous Waters", but there really wasn't even enough in it for me to drown myself. Couple that with some food better sought

Beau was extremely helpful and made sure the kids had a blast in the Arena. He explained the games and motivated them. We could not have had the same experience without him! He was awesome!

Beau was very helpful and friendly. We brought a basketball team in and he showed them how to use the Arena and we all had a great time!

Today's lunch before our movie was at Dave and Buster's. One of my daughters best friends had never been here before so I treated them. We had cheeseburgers and chicken tenders with fries. Burgers were great and so was the chicken. Staff is friendly. Lots of seats were available today. There are lots of huge TVs everywhere for the sports fans. Also there is a bar for anyone wanting a drink while they chat with friends or watch the game. And the huge area behind all that is the multitude of games for

We always enjoy coming here. Food is fantastic, servers are amazing and management is always kind and courteous. After we eat, we head to play games. The gaming area is clean and well maintained. The staff who handles the checkout area for tickets and prizes are very friendly.

We celebrated the family?s springs birthdays here. It was a blast! Food could have been a bit better. The game show room you could book was a lot of fun!

Don't believe the hype! This place is over-rated. Food, service, and atmosphere. I'll give it to the advertising company, they're doing an excellent job. The food was cold upon arrival, and our waitress was snobbish, rude, and crowding. I went, I saw, I was disappointed. Greatly.

The service that we received was excellent at the arena. We had so much fun. Beau made us feel comfortable and explained everything to us. And even broke it down for someone like me. I was a little nervous, but he made me comfortable enough to try. I will be back.

IF YOU GO TO THIS LOCATION YOU HAVE TO TRY THE GAME ?THE ARENA? Shout out to Beau for hooking it up. Great service!

The food was amazing ?? I wasn't expecting the food and drinks to be the highlight but it definitely was. I would recommend for a date night or to watch the game! You won't be disappointed and then after eating the BEST food ever you get to go play like a kid. I mean really what more can you ask for?

We had a blast at Dave and Busters with friends for a couples date night. Great food and good fun! We went on a Tuesday night and wasn't overly busy. We felt like we were able to play the games we wanted without having to wait on others. Also, the prize selection is amazing. I spent $25 on a game card and won 2500 tickets, which got me one of those TikTok ring lights, which are about $25-$30 on Amazon. Lastly, the food was well above my expectations; it tasted great and not frozen like many other places.

Beau was a great guide for the arena, we had fun and he was very interactive with us and other guests. we really enjoyed his company and the game, definitely 5 stars.

The game side was fun. I would strongly recommend booking ?The Arena? or darts. Both are fun. Staff was really cool on that side. My only problem was with the kitchen. We arrived at 6PM. We were seated by 06:50PM. No one came to our table until 07:30PM. We didn't get our food until after 8PM. The place WAS NOT crowded. People who sat down after us had a waitress greet them and take their order. We ended up having to adjust our game reservation. It was extremely frustrating. This is not my first experience w

I went here on Saturday with some coworkers and Beau set up the arena games and our gaming bay. He was kind, accommodating, and made sure we had a fun experience. Thank you Beau!

We had a really good time. Our server was amazing and attentive. The food could use some seasoning, but otherwise it was clean and a good time for children and adults.

We always love coming here but we have to brag on Beau, he made our date night so much fun. He showed us how to do the new darts game and he was incredibly personable and fun to be around. I appreciated his updates on everything new at D&B and we loved his personality so much, we wanted him to play with us!! I'm not sure I've ever been somewhere where an employee was THAT kind and helpful. This is our favorite date night place and it just got better!

I didn't eat any food here, as I'm a super picky eater. We had fun. Great customer service! Lots of game options.

Great location right by the outlet malls, movie theater and plenty of restaurants. Wednesday nights are half off games and they offer a military discount on all food and drinks. Tons of games, hardly any of them were out of order. Great time for the family and the tickets / prizes ratio is solid.

I really liked the place, good service as well especially beau really chill and nice person I recommend him.

Do yourself a favor and just stick to the games here! I'm so disgusted/disappointed by the bar and restaurant experience I had here. While the kids were playing games, I decided to have a drink at the bar. I asked for a glass of water while I decided on my drink. The bartender brought the water and I asked a question about one of the cocktails. The bartender didn't seem to think it was the best option, so I told her I needed more time. She then aggressively told me she needed to see my ID. Okay, that's fine

Went with my husband for a date night and had the best time. The food and drinks were great, and we loved the variety of games. Our server was fantastic. Overall a great experience and we can't wait to go back!

Beaux was the best. He was very helpful and made our company event memorable. I will always come back here when I travel to Little Rock!

The games are great but the food was a let down. We got two burgers and they were cooked well done. I guess they only cook to that temp on the burgers. I got a steak and it was cooked medium rare and properly but yeah. The pretzel pizza rolls were like the bread sticks that you get at Olive Garden but they partially cut them into smaller rolls. I had to tear them apart so that was a let down. I say go for the games, skip the food. Maybe I went on a bad night *shrugs

Beau helped us in the arena every step super friendly! Even got me a water when I was getting really hot! He was really amazing

We had a good time. Beau was very nice and accommodating! Greeted us as we came in and help with getting a good table.

Beau and Scott were awesome!! Reserved a bay and played darts. So much fun and lots of different games to play. Great experience, I'd definitely recommend.

Table was not wiped down properly, there was dried soda on it. The food was ok. We were rushed by the waitress and they were not super busy. We did the eat and play combo on the kiosk and then was informed they don't do that on Saturday at all and that the kiosk shouldn't have allowed it. Well sorry, honey, but it did and that ain't what your website says! They did give us the deal, but get your website facts right. And stop rushing people out like you need the table when you obviously don't.

Will never go back. Waited 20 minutes on a waiter then got up went to the front and told this black boy we were leaving because couldn't get waited on. He didn't care. There were suppose to be workers standing around on their phones. I called them on two different occasions to speak with a manager but got Hispanics both times said there was no manager. Piss poor place

Had a great time here. My first time and we enjoyed it.

Dave n busters is my go to any day of the week drink, games and quality with my husband, beau was amazing he was helpful and he made sure to get me water when I almost tired myself out haha, definitely would do it again!

This place is great!! Excellent food, fun games, and special shout out to Beau who helped us get set up with sarta in the bay and also the best bartender there, Sareena!! She is there on Wednesdays. We come here every week and always have a great time. Get the avocado chicken sandwich and truffle fries, you won't be sorry. Also they are renovating and making a really cool ?Social Bay? and I can't wait to see it finished!

Visited on Saturday and it was amazing! Place was packed but the wait was only 45min. Once seated our waitress was on it! Polite, helpful, and speedy! Wait wasn't terribly long to get our food. Everything was delicious! I had the voodoo pasta. We had a great time! Tori was a great waitress. I'm sorry if I spelled her name wrong.

Beau was amazing! So helpful and friendly. We had a great time and he made us want to come back! Rae was awesome too!!

Had a great time,Our server was amazing wish I'd have got his name,He was Super friendly an was awesome explaining everything an answered all our questions best service I've had in quite a while! It was our daughter's 16th birthday an we all couldn't have been happier with everything!

Had the absolute best time in the Social Darts Bay! Ladonna and Beau were amazing and took great care of us! Will definitely be going back!

Couples I recommend you going on a date here.No matter your age I feel you will have a blast. The burger is the best I've had in a while. You can play before you eat or after you eat, & even have drinks. The prices for food was very reasonable and the money on your play card go a long ways in the arcade

The hostess had a coffee stirer in her mouth the entire time. We never got a server and left after 10 minutes. I think we were the wrong color because the severs appeared to good care of other guests.

Terrible experience?do not go! The staff had my mom?s card, and someone at the bar took it upon themselves to add a tip without authorization and charged us twice. This is completely unacceptable and dishonest. I strongly advise against ordering drinks or food from this establishment. The service was not only unprofessional but also rude and inconsiderate.

We had a great time here. We are a family of 5 and used 2 cards. We downloaded the app & used that to reload our cards. It was super convenient and the app can tell you how many credits/tickets you have on a card & you can add multiple cards. The establishment was clean, bathrooms were clean and the staff were all friendly. We got here as soon as they opened Monday and were the first people in the door. We got seated & ordered lunch, while it was being prepared we were able to leave the table & go start pla

Beau is awesome! By far best customer service I've ever got from anywhere! He helped myself and my group with any problems or other issues the we encountered. Ask for Beau if you need help!

Honestly, I would just go eat before coming out to play games. Don't get me wrong, being able to eat and play at the same place is nice, but the quality and flavor of the meal do not match the dollar sign attached to it. The server was nice, we seen them 3 times while we were seated. One-order, two-checked on us after food delivery, three-time to pay up. Our server did not bring out our food, which is OK, but they were put off when I asked for napkins. The gaming area is pretty sweet. Most of the jackpots

Excellent server and great bartey! Great atmosphere. Food and drinks were very good. Disappointed that they only run the unlimited wings on certain days. PR needs to do a better job of producing a clearer marketing plan.

Twitty was a wonderful server. He was very attentive. It was nice meeting such a nice gentleman. Keep it the great work Twitty.

We had a blast! Great customer service! Very knowledgeable workers! Everything was clean. Food and drinks were delicious. Lots of game options. Can't wait to go back!

You can tell the employees hate their job . My son loves the place ofcourse . We had a birthday there , reserved the party room weeks prior $450 , they had no idea we were coming when we showed up the day of . My sister also had her birthday there . One girl lost her phone and the employees didn't want to give it back ( manager office ) , it was weird bc she knew the unlock code and everything. We went to the police officer they always have present and had to get him involved . Super weird they would want t

Beau and Chyna were both great! I never expected the food to actually be so good! Beau was super great with my grandson.

Beau was amazing! He took time to walk us through setting up the dart room. He was so patient and understanding with our big crew. He made the experience fun and exciting and took care of us during our first visit to D&B!! He was the best!!

Most of the games we played didn't function properly. We spent more time waiting on someone to come fix the games than playing game's. We were highly dissatisfied with the game experience.

It was such a fun place to take the family. A bit pricy, but overall.. we had fun and will definitely be back again soon.

My daughter ordered bone in wings , the waitress admitted she put the order in wrong and we got boneless instead! She said that they would take them off but because we didn't have time to wait on new wings that we still had to pay full price!! When it was their fault they should?ve made it right! Period!! Also they said the icee machine was down but I saw other people getting icees !! Food was ok tho horrible service

my chicken was bitten in and they took forever to bring it out i love this place just don't get food just play games

The games were tons of fun and 50% off Wednesday they are reasonably priced. Speaking of price, the food is way overpriced. I paid $77 for one appetizer, three burgers and three drinks. It took 20 minutes to get the drinks and 45 minutes to get the appetizer. The food came out around the hour mark. The burgers were very good but the fries were lukewarm. Apparently their system shut down but that's not the customer's fault. To play games you buy tokens and most of the games are 5-7 tokens to play BUT half o

Warning to Parents: Your kids cant actually win most big prizes even with enough tickets.* The large prizes on the top shelves are almost exclusively for display only. Even if a large prize has a price beside it they likely arent available. I saved up 13,000 tickets for a giant bear, and was informed they had none to sell and would not sell the display. So I asked if another large bear or stuffed animal was available and was again told no. I then asked if any of the top shelf items were actually available.

Great place to go if you're in Central Arkansas and gotta little money to spend. My daughter really enjoyed her birthday here

Beau was the best thing since butter. Explaining how the vip section worked while trying to get my food and kid from running around with ease. Will definitely recommend it to the next person and to ask for him

Beau, Bryant, and Chasity were phenomenal. We got a demo of the social room and it led to us deciding to give it a whirl. Food was great also. Plus the kicker is I beat my older brother in darts for once.

The new game ?Arena? is worth it for the kids! Shout out to Beau for the customer service and introducing us to the Arena

love this d&b! It's so clean and well run. The highlight of the night was the disco darts. We had so much fun and Beau kept us energized and taught us some new skills!

Great place with fast and friendly service! Lots of games and things to keep you busy. Love the 20$ app you can eat wings and games on mondays. Perfect for couples and date nights or to bring the kids out and play games all night

Beau was very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. He should be promoted to a manager of possible. Thanks Beau.

We came here on a Saturday and also Veterans Day. Lots of people showed up, as you can guess. Despite everything the service and food was very good. If loud noise bothers you. This might not be the place for you. But it's to be expected with so many kids and adults running around.

Beau at the Arena game was a great help today with my kiddo and I for this game! We had a blast! He even got us a water :)

Dave and Busters is always a fun night out. They have such a good selection of games for really good prices. $20 can go a long way for a fun night. All the games were half off when we went which made it even better!

Service was fine. The location is good. The prices are high for the quality and portions you get. Kids had a great time playing games though

Baue- what an amazing experience my group and I had because of him. He was such a pleasure to be around on our visit. He was extremely humble and attentive. He treated my group as if he's known us for awhile. He walked us through how to properly play all of the new features added to Dave & Busters, shared some good laughs with us, and made sure we got everything we needed for the evening. He was hands down one of the best employees I've ever met at Dave and Busters.

My Bartender, LaDonna was truly amazing. Very kind, patient and knowledgeable. I am from out of state, I am here on a business trip, but the service and personality was great. I had a great time, watched the fight and was taken care of. Couldn't ask for more.

Beau was the one who helped us and he was AWESOME, very helpful and attuned to what we were doing. Made it very fun and easy to understand.

I had never been to Dave and Buster's before. My 2 kids were invited to a friend's birthday party who also rented a room. The place was packed mid day on a Saturday. The kids had lots of fun playing just about every game. The place was like a casino for kid games. Haha. They offer good food and also have a sports bar.

Me and my family which is very large came here to eat and have a fun time. The games were all fun and great for the adults and kids in our group. My problem that I have is our waitress Makenzie decided to go ahead and add the suggested gratuity to all three checks we had even though we had given her cash tips already. When asked she said it was just suggested and she didn't add it into the checks which she did and we could see that on our receipts. My issue is we already gave her well over 20% tip for all t

The food is always great! The bartenders and wait staff are great! Beau was amazing and very helpful getting our dart game set up! The wife and I love an adults night here! And the kids of course always love it when we bring them!

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
