Customer Reviews

Came here to celebrate a couple of birthdays and a graduation with my family. Food was dismal. My cousin's girlfriend ordered the chicken tenders and they were rock hard, due to them being overcooked. Thankfully, the waiter took it off the check. I kept it safe and ordered the nachos because they're hard to mess up! Lol. My nachos were actually decent, but they could have given me way more chicken and queso in between each layer of chips because the toppings were only on top of the chips. Everyone else said

I live close to Doraville Ga so it's quite a drive to Dave & Busters specially any weekday at 5pm but it's always worth the drive to see a smile on my kids faces. The food is ok and the atmosphere is nice and packed. I like it if my kids love it. They have this new experience where you can put your kid on a hook and have them grab a ball or floaties and it's fun.

The food and service were excellent, the games were fun & the drinks were stong!

Z is the best bartender. Part of why we come is just to see him! They get great new games in, winners circle always has fun options for the kids. We love D&B!

I had dinner here many times after I played at D&B. The baby back ribs was very good. The restaurant is very spacious and fun place to dine in before and after playing arcade.

We went when there were barely any people there and it was sucha fun time!! We played. Lot of games as adults! I took my parents! Haha.. they loved it too! Also played Pool, worth it!! $14/hr. on Saturday at 1:00pm!! We didn't eat food cuz there are no fully vegetarian dishes there.

My wife mentioned she would love to go to Dave & Busters a few months back, so I decided to surprise her with a date night. We started with a few games. Some were kind of dated with glitchy controls, but nostalgia created a satisfying experience. From there, we decided to get something to eat. Our server was nice and very attentive. But the food was overpriced for the level of quality. The wings were under sauced, and the fries were burnt, cold, and came in a small serving. I would suggest they maintain a f

Blown away by the food and service. The dinning room area had a great atmosphere and comfortable sitting. The waiter was as attentive and helpful really surprised at how good the food was. I got the Cajun pasta and it was packed full of seasoning and it was delicious. My hubby got the burger and he really enjoyed it he said it was juice and great portions.

We had my son's 12th Birthday there on March 28th and he had a blast thank you for making his day unforgettable ??

Every time we go the A/C seems to not be working. Always hot or humid. Restrooms always reek of bleach. They don't even look clean to smell like that much bleach.

Great place obviously lots of fun. The food was surprisingly good. Lots of flavor cooked correctly. I've tried quite a few things. The servers and bartenders are a little too laid-back for my taste. They're not rude. Just a bit slow overall I had a wonderful experience and I'll be going back.

Subject: Feedback on Recent Visit To Whom It May Concern, I would like to express my gratitude to the staff for their exceptional service during my visit tonight. I thoroughly enjoyed the newest games available since my last visit a few months ago. However, I would like to bring to your attention a concerning interaction with one of your front desk associates. While I was attending a gathering between 6:30 and 8:30 PM, I approached the front desk with a polite inquiry. Unfortunately, the staff member I e

Came here last Friday to watch the boxing match that was happening that night. I actually use to work for the company years ago, so it was really fun being back after all this time. Service that night was okay but she was there when I needed her. Food was pretty good I really enjoyed the nachos and the cheese sticks. Ordered the Eat and Play got some boneless wings that were quite stale but liked having a 10$ game card to give to my girlfriend who was with me. The TV screens are nice definitely for sports

The food was definitely expensive but top notch in flavors. Our waiter was attentive and kind. He even gave my kid free rock candy so that my boys wouldn't have to share the one that came with my drink. There was a long wait in between ordering and receiving our food. Drinks were appealing to the eye and tasty but water downed so not worth the price. Highly recommend the chicken avocado club.

This was so great. I haven't been here in years and coming back was definitely a treat. D&B Sports was a vibe. The manager and servers were attentive and friendly. Bowling was great! Shooting pool was great. The games were plenteous and fun. All the staff had great attitudes.

Dave n busters is always a good time but the prices have gone way up the service was minimal the manager did visit our table that was nice and now the minimum game card reload is 22 so buy wisely the 1st go I just wanted a little extra play she said 22

Celebrating with one of my son's classmates. Happy 8th birthday.

Only reason I gave it 4 on food was because it's just typical American grill, but the drinks are ?????????? I really appreciate just how professional, nice, and fun the staff were. They seem to keep the place in really good shape and a majority of the games work flawlessly. I just wanted to point out how accessible it was for my girlfriend in a wheelchair to get around and actually Access the games (since she can stand, I don't know about other situations) but she was able to fully experience the place and

For us, it was an 'okay' experience. We were planning to come often and have a birthday party at this location, but it won't happen any longer. Im honestly offended and veru frustrated still days after dining here. We brought a birthday candle to light on a desert from you all, but we just decided not to because the experience wasn't pleasant. I was born here in GA in the 80s. I help all the schools (all sports and activites) churchs and swim teams, etc, pretty much my whole life. My wife has an RN backgrou

We went there on Sunday at 1 pm. My kids were so happy to play games. ( Nice update games) First you have to purchase a prepaid point card ( loaded points for games. Each game needs different points) . And if you run out of points in your card you can re charge it at the kiosk machine ( or front counter) too. We hadn't eaten there so no comment about food. Prize also many choices. That's nice for elementary school kids and up. After 4 pm it was way crowded maybe because of Summer break. Anyway we had fun.

The food was what I expected, decent bar food. Great service actually, server was very personable and had a great sense of humor. My main reason for the lower score is multiple games in the arcade had malfunctioning light guns or missing buttons altogether. This would be fine if it was posted closed for maintenance, but instead it felt like a waste of money.

Great date spot ?? Had a blast with friends as well ?? definitely will visit again, the prizes were reasonably priced honestly ?? (Women's bathroom is a touch creepy tho please fix the light)

Went for Veteran's Day for a free meal & a single $10 game card, and the manager gave us a free meal and 2 game cards (my girlfriend is not a veteran) & said "it's no fun to play games alone", and while it's only $10, it's the principle that really meaned a lot to us. Meal itself was ok but 5 stars still out of respect. We need more people like that in the world.

Fun games and very friendly staff. Many of the games weren't working properly though, and at least 10 or so machines were down entirely. Thankfully, there are many games so we still had lots to play. Pool tables were in good shape and the cost for pool is very reasonable. We went on a Wednesday and so games were half price. Learning how much everything costs, it would feel prohibitively expensive to return on another day of the week. The food was better than we expected and had some quite good vegetarian

I've always loved Sugarloaf mills (Discover mills) and what it had to offer growing up. Dave and busters was a staple. We came here for a Momocon Volunteer party, and it was so busy and lively! The staff were very nice and accommodating and the food was very good. The arcade games were even better! A very nice variety than what I remember years ago. I got a blue elephant plushie with my tickets! I definitely recommend it :)

It's decent in my opinion. It's a lot to do but you gone pay. They have an arcade, bowling alley, pool hall, and a bar. There's something to do for just about every age group. They have TV's with sports games on as well. The food is bar quality food. The arcade cards are reloadable. From what I was told, the unused credit are forever. This means, whatever you didn't spend will still be there the next time you go. It's chaotic in the arcade area. There's a lot of kids running around. Some were supervised, so

Food was ok. Not great. Service would?ve been five stars only because of the bartender that works in the middle section. The bartender in the back where the pool tables are? She hasn't figured out what her job is yet. She'll literally tell you that that's not her job. Nothing is her job no matter what you ask her!!!!!! Hence, why, I said she needs to figure out what her job is! I literally went to the middle section to order food and drinks every time just so she got no money from me because she was so horr

This is going to be a lot. Usually I don't do reviews but I had to do this one. The food was okay and so were the waiting staff. Now the hostess I believe her name is Aisha was very disrespectful. She was rude on many occasions. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she said ?his over there go get him?. I spoke to the manager and let him know what happened. Aisha either needs to re-trained or let go. We spent over $600.00 for her to be so rude and disrespectful. On the other section where the bowling and

We went here for half price Wednesday. My favorite time to go. Sat at the front bar and got quick service. The food was pretty good. Drinks were strong. Lots of TVs. Great place to watch a game or match. Good service. The game were working and has a blast playing them.

The entire event team at Dave & Buster's Lawrenceville was exceptional from start to finish. Ashlee Trautner, Greg Sims, Persad Dwarika, Kamau Reed, Caren Lindenmayer and everyone else involved in our event were so easy, accommodating, and professional to work alongside. Any issue that arose, they were there to quickly offer help. We are definitely interested in having our annual corporate meeting with Dave and Buster's again! Everyone who attended had the best time!! You guys are awesome!!

Lots of fun. Thank you JAMILA and the other great staff. Bowling was good lanes were social distanced lol. There was a silent auction for awesome memorabilia, the games were great, the ticket store for prizes had a really nice selection of items and the food was great. Thank you MAKAYLA for the good service

The server held the payment pad, waiting to see what amount we were tipping. This was after she ignored us waving her down, trying to get our check while she was busy talking to coworkers. We were so excited to make this our new date night spot but we won't be doing that.

The Lawrenceville location exceeds my expectations. I haven't been to Dave and Busters in forever but I may just have to come back. I got the Chicken Cantina nachos and it was a 10/10! The mozzarella sticks were one of my faves thus far. The servers were amazing and attentive.

Haven't been here in so many years. Used to be dirty and machines were always broken. Decided to visit on a Thursday afternoon for my birthday to feel like a kid again ?? and we really enjoyed our time there. Most all the machines were working (hungry hippos not so much) it was very clean and the staff was very friendly. They have decently better prizes than before. Please bring the stools back to the harpoon lagoon game though lol. Miss being able to sit and play that.

Awesome experience. Went as son as they opened and my son had a great time.

It is always a great place for kids and adults to go and have a great experience. They can accommodate birthday parties or any other event celebration. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun where everyone can have a great time.

The hostess was not welcoming, nor giving any information. She was the only reason for star deduction. Came for my daughters 3rd bday, she loves lights, games and she has a fear of bouncy houses so yes Dave n Busters was a blast for her and her bro & sis. We ordered a lot of food, our server was so nice, our daughter actually lost the game card between the seats and he went to the manager and got us a replacement. I really wish the hostest was a little more inviting it threw us off a bit because we were just

Service was great! And food was delicious! Thank you Candice for being an outstanding server and thank you Keith for checking on your customers! Both of you were so friendly and kind!!! We will be back!

CLASSIC!! ...The booths/seats have been worn over time and it seems, every time we go, the tables are never ready YET it's ALWAYS a great place for FAMILY FUN! We took our 8 year old there for his birthday and now that's the only place he wants to go for any family fun! ...Always a great balance for kid friendly and adult fun. ...I edited to reply to the owner ?? ALWAYS HONEST and PLEASED to leave a review to HELP! YET, NEVER "SHADY" - ... IF I would've chosen to add SHADE, I would've included the inside o

Food was good but server didn't act like they liked their job. Games are a ok but not enough to go again. I just wasn't feeling it.

We went on a Monday evening to celebrate a friend?s birthday. It was busier than expected but we still had a great time! The group faves were Hungry Hippo, Luigi?s mansion & Mario Kart! This was my first time ever going to a Dave & Buster?s & I can't wait to go back.

Came here on a Tuesday 03/04/25. Went bowling, our hostess Kandy was did an awesome job and always make sure we were good! We also sat at the bar in the arcade area and Jacob also took good care of us as well! They both gave awesome customer service and took care of us very well!

Visited about a week ago for a party and had a great time. Spent about 3 hours there before we headed out.

Terrible Experience at Dave & Buster's My visit to Dave & Buster's was nothing short of a disaster. From the moment we arrived, the service was shockingly bad. We waited over 45 minutes for basic fountain drinks, and after repeatedly going up to the counter to ask for service, it was clear that the staff just didn't care. To make matters worse, one of our drinks came with a dirty napkin floating inside it ? completely unacceptable. The food was no better. Dishes were brought out one at a time, and they we

Went on 1/2 price Wednesday, spent $80 & got 3 hours of FUN!! The little gift shop could use some more variety and ticket price signs, but the staff was great in the store ... front desk lady could have been a little more friendly and helpful but we just stepped away and read all the signs until we knew what was the most bang for the buck! Bar staff for soda was great, friendly, and smiling!

I love coming out here and play with my kids we love bowling, while husband and friends play some pool ?? I had their tempura shrimp Po'boy and WOW! I had to eat so many shrimps before getting to my sandwich. We also love the burgers can never finish one. Definitely recommend this place for all the family to enjoy and have some good family fun.

Aside from the horde of 5 year olds running around screaming unattended, like 1/3 of these games are either completely broken and off, you out your money in and it doesnt work, or theyre missing pieces to play the game (usually missing balls - one skee ball lane only has ONE ball available). If you notify anyone working about a broken game they just shrug (and when these cost $1-2 each, it adds up) It was like they decided to be an even trashier Chuck E Cheese EDIT: Owner, no I am not going to reach out t

Our server was the tits! Games were newer and overall better experience. People need to care when working.

Our waiter was good. For the most part he did his best. It was a party of nine. We all ordered our food at the same time but it did not come out that way. When asked, the host stated that they were behind. Normally I would have been ok with that, but the fact that two other tables came in after us and order there food after us and got their food before us is unacceptable. I ordered grilled steak salad medium well. The steak was cold and tuff.

We only come to D&B for the food?? But do not expect a good/fast service here. No waiter here really hustled to make $ so slow service is expected. But the food is ?? We always order: Wings(garlic parmesan), loaded nachos, burger, salmon, voodoo pasta.

I have always gone to this D&B since the Duluth location has shut down. I had a waiter name Jasmine in the front dining room. She was servicing her friends when we came in she seemed annoyed by my family presence . Idk if cause we were ?black ? I order a alcohol beverage she asked for my ID . I didn't realize I left in the car and I was like ?oh let me get it ? She instantly goes well I can't order it without I was not debating I went to get it seemed she was mad about that . I asked for a double shot she a

Very good time! Food & drinks were EXCELLENT! Our staff (all adults) had a GREAT time playing games for HOURS! Definitely recommend for team building events!

We went tonight for a volunteer event and had a great time. The employees were extremely attentive and nice. We're thinking about coming back in a couple of months.

I don't go to Dave & Buster's for the food, I'll be honest. It's never been bad when I have gotten it, though! Otherwise, the arcade games are fantastic.

Friday afternoon outing with kids. No wait at all, the restaurant was very much empty. Our waitress greeted us with a smile and very promptly of us sitting down. We ordered the Creole shrimp dip for an appetizer. It was hot, cheesy, and had a few shrimp in it. It was served with tortilla chips that were slightly greasy. Side note the menu said served with wonton crisp, but I guess they were out of them. I selected the chimichurri bowl for my meal, which is full of healthy vegetables (vegan lovers, this is

Food was ok, services awesome, and my 4 year old loved the games but their system for game play is really off. Games are like 9.9 or 5.5 credits to play so you are always off on credits with like .8 being leftover. Prizes for tickets are way better than Chuck E Cheeses but you can't pay the difference on tickets like we had 412 but what my daughter wanted was 450 so she ended up pretty disappointed. Still pretty amazing game selection

Very unexpected great visit. First, time visiting and I've been missing out. Lots of TV ?? with all games on. Great food and reasonable prices. Nice selection of beer. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Plenty of parking. 15% Military discount. I recommend this place for ambience, food, and quality of beer!!!

We are a D&B family and i was traveling for business and wanted a place to watch the NCAA National Championship. This location was 5 minutes away from my hotel. The service was awesome, my food was great.

The games were a blast . They remodeled the place . Clean environment . The restaurant side was ok i guess not many waiters and tables suck they have you close To each other parties . Food was good but seemed like it was sitting for a min before they brought it out . Which goes back to not enough waiters . Didn't order drinks. But over all i give it a B

I am so disappointed in this location. This is always my go to. But the bartender was so rude. I didn't even get her name. When I came in she didn't greet me. She looked right at me, rolled her eyes, and began to talk to a coworker. I was patient and said hello and asked for a menu. She didn't get me one. I had to get one myself. She completely ignored me. I asked her if she was doing ok. She stated she was ready to go bc she had worked a 9 hour shift. I told her I hope she can leave soon. She then began ta

I've been going here atleast 3 times a month for the last 10 years.. only complaints I have is they took away the voodoo pasta and the salmon and jasmine rice with asparagus lol. Other than that everything is ok.

The food ok but hated the service. They are like alot of restaurants now using mobile ordering but here you have to use your own phone and scan their qr code. I dont know if with us being inside the building but my nor my dates phones would pull up the menu. We only had LTE service inside the restaurant. After fumbling around for aleast 15 minutes trying to get it to work and also signing into their wifi our waiter comes over and I tell him we are having problems ordering. He turns around and walks away n

I had a great birthday here! Zoey said Mara were sooooooo very accommodating!!! They were awesome and the food was great! We bowled and played billiards! I will definitely do my party here again..I also had a free $10 game card for my birthday. Everyone enjoyed themselves for costume bowling , I only wished they had the dj with music like "back in the day".

Went there for some food & games and the parmesan fries always SLAPS! They also have a drink with mango redbull and strawberry infused ice cubes that is SO DELICIOUS. The main dishes were okay but not too shabby for an arcade. This D&B also has bowling & pool which was cool but very overpriced. The arcade games were super fun but the prize exchange shop was not very stocked and had limited items.

This place is great. They've done a great job of making sure all the games are functioning. Even the DDR machine looks well cared for despite heavy use. The bathrooms are always clean. Entry to/from is fairly easy. The app makes recharging easy

Fun experience, lots of games for all ages. Several games were not working properly which was a bummer but plenty to still have a good time. The food was great but the service was lacking.

Dave and Busters is always fun to go to. Great customer service coming into the building. Some of the game card kiosks were not working and some of the games were not working due to Covid but overall a great expierence

They have done a great job with the pandemic. Very clean, disposable menu's and social distancing. I was very impressed. Drinks are over priced but all in all it was good. I still love this place. Food was excellent!

Great food and excellent service at Dave & Buster?s! The staff was friendly, and the food was delicious. Spicy Smash Burger was very good! Highly recommend!

The ribs I had was okay some of the ribs was a little dry flavor profile was there it has flavor. for the garlic mashed potatoes it had that foam on top it look like somebody has spit on my food so I didn't eat that now french fries was okay very good and the the server was nice.

Had a blast as always!!! Food is always on point with great service to match. Roberto is the best waitor ever!! We will definitely return.

If you are worried about covid, stay away, because there's literally nothing that will make you feel comfortable about the non sanitized games or stations with sanitizer and gloves like they advertise. With that being said, the kids and I had a blast because we are self prepared!

Great to keep the kiddos active & watch Sports. Our Server Giana was Great! The Nachos (appetizer) & Fish and Fries were Awesome Sauce!

The waiter. Kendra ??????????????????????was amazing I celebrating my 50th birthday with tons of friends and family. She was so on point taken care of me and my family. Thank you for making my birthday great Kendra.

Nice place to get away and have fun. They have good food and drinks too. The service here was excellent!!

Came for dinner and to play games. I got the Philly French dip sandwich and hubby got the Beast mode bacon burger. We split the sandwiches and both tasted really good. Fries don't taste great if you let them get cold. Menu is by QR code only so be sure to have that option on your phone.

If I could do no stars I would. First we came to play pool no tables. Okay we'll do food and drinks and wait. Rude service at pool table res desk. Especially by the Hispanic medium built woman I only describe her because I couldn't grab her name. Well waiting I had to use the restroom. I was met with blood, feces and trash everywhere. Do large establishments not spot check bathrooms anymore. Absolutely DISGUSTING SERVICE and ATMOSPHERE

We always have a great time here. Both my husband and some love games!. . Prices are reasonable, food is good and have great drinks.

Can't really recommend the food but the games and everything else was pretty good.

Fun place to bring the fam. Great selection of arcade games. Food was good as well. Service was a bit slow. Had to get someone's attention to take our order at the table. Many items on the menu were out of stock. Caribbean long Island is delicious!!!!

Game was going good at first. There's no way to pause games, asked to take pictures which ate up our time, our lane suddenly switched without notification, and the staff didn't help up us when we were having issues at first. Did give slight discount for inconveniences.

Had a good time hanging out with the Grandkids and family!!! Had not been to D&B in years. Still a cool place. Good time.

Good food, however just a little pricy and it took a long time for it to make it to the table. Lots of fun games to explore! Bowling, Billards, Air hockey, and more! Trying to book a private room or set aside a special space for a party was kind of complicated and is all done online, then you have to wait for someone to contact you which was quite annoying. Staff/management was very friendly and accommodating to my needs.

I Love Dave & Busters. Enjoyed attending Baseball ? Banquet Saturday. Kids played Games and Food. From Dee-Jay G-Money or Coach Dee-Jay

Had a blast. Celebrate my daughter's birthday. Food was amazing, drinks was good. Kids had an awesome time.

Great location.. Fun for the kids it has continued to be awesome experience, making this a place we want to come back to repeatedly!! Excellent prize selection in the winners circle..

Great atmosphere!!! Food was delicious and we had a blast in the arcade!!! The only disappointment was my mixed drink. It was very sweet and very little alcohol but overall a great experience and we'll definitely be back!!!

We had a great time and got to see Santa and santas wife!

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are retro games in arcades still good in this modern age?

Absolutely, retro games in arcades remain a thrilling draw in 2025! Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. Modern arcade cabinets often feature crisp displays and restored controls, enhancing the experience. These games thrive on quick reflexes and strategy, with vibrant pixel art and iconic soundtracks that spark joy. Arcades host tournaments and leaderboards, fostering a lively community.
