After seeing commercials for this restaurant for over 18 years, we finally decided to give it a try... and it did not disappoint! We ordered a variety of dishes, including some queso and two mouthwatering burgers. Every bite was packed with flavor, and everything tasted fresh and original. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we'll definitely be back soon!

We have always had our kids birthday parties here for years and always had a great time. Our most recent birthday party they implemented a lot of changes. Not only is the cost significantly higher but it isn't worth what is included. The food portions are a lot less with no unlimited fries. They give you 10 cups for a party of 10 kids and will not give you any extra cups for the parents of the birthday kid or any other parents to have a drink. I've booked a table for 10 to celebrate my son's 9th birthday. 6 adults and 4 kids. I opted not to book the birthday package as there are not enough kids to join. This is what a $9 kids meal gets you (minus one fry). And don't bother trying to say anything to your server because it'll take them about 15 minutes to circle back to your table. I swear they only have two servers for the entire restaurant. Then they'll charge you $4 for a lemonade that you never received because they ran out of syrup. And if a game breaks or steals your chips, good luck finding someone to help you with that.

We are loving the summer unlimited special. The kids are both able to play as many games as they like. The food is good but it is overpriced. Even with the 30% off food with the summer plan, it was still over priced for what you get. Other than that the kids and us parents had a really fun time not having to worry about refilling cards.

Every time I come here, I always get treated as family. The unmatched hospitality of the staff just keeps me coming back for more! The staff are amazing, I wish they had more support. The games were great, my son enjoyed seeing his picture posted after the race. But the sound, the noise was deafening and the food was the worse I've ever tried. They made my son's birthday party memorable, but when he tagged the beef ribs he put it down. Inedible. Mom and friends tried it, nobody could eat them. My friend sent the steak back for being charred through. It got comped but the bill was still $400 for 4 adults and 3 kids. I can't go back here

My little ones (aged 3 and 5) love coming here. No Better way to burn off some energy and becoming super hyper to crash out on the drive home lol. Love the games, and almost always 99% of them are working. Very loud but I think that ads to the experience.

My nephew LOVED all the games here. The service was wonderful. Quinn, our server, was so kind and sweet. Just wonderful experience all around. I would recommend this place for any family looking for a fun time.

I love driving to the summerlin location rather than the newer location it's beautiful and big and the food is awesome. My husband and I play the games and we have a blast! We somehow get lucky a lot and get a lot of tickets .the prizes are super cute! Wednesdays are half off and that's when we go. We went late one night and it was kind of smelling like weed and never again did we go late night. Other than that the staff is super helpful and nice

The food was fine, but the service was average, at first our waiter was attentive, but then larger groups came in and all of a sudden his attention went to them and he essentially forgot about us. We had to ask for refills and ask for our check, and it just went downhill from there. That is why you got 4 out of 5 stars.

Edit from November 2023* They removed all vegetarian options from the menu when we returned for an event in November. We had a large party, and some had food allergies, so it was a bit challenging to accommodate everyone. The service was great and they were very friendly and hospitable otherwise. Went to this location on December 2nd, 2023 @ 10pm. This location is ridiculous. No waiter wanted to take our order. We waited about an hour for someone to actually help us and they only helped because we talk to the manager. I ordered wings and didn't receive them until a hour and a half later. It was not worth the wait because the wings were rubbery and undercooked in the inside. The alcohol beverages were disgusting and overpowering with liquor. We were charged for every drink that was made incorrectly.

I took my granddaughter to lunch and have a bacon burger. It was the most bacon I have ever seen on a burger. It was amazing. My granddaughter really enjoyed playing the games

Really cool place, fun for everyone. Kinda loud though, hard to talk to each other and order food. They have a variety of games but not a ton. The food was decent, service waa friendly and quick and it was nice to have a place to go as a family for a day that my son could also enjoy. I like this location to bring my daughter to play the games. What I like is that most games are all functioning perfectly. I have no insight on the food I usually just come for the games. Staff is always friendly. Just a good environment to come kill an hour or two and have fun playing some games.

Food and alcohol are surprisingly good for an arcade, I highly recommend their new vanilla old fashioned, it's a nice twist on an old classic and the Burrata mozzarella bruschetta is amazing. The arcade is fun as well, but a little more fun with a drink or two for the adults.

Came to Dave n Buster's today. We have been sitting at a table looking at the menu and not one server came over to greet us, take our order or anything. They have passed by multiple times serving the other tables around us, yet we never until about 2 hours later

This is a good Dave and Busters. Problem is it's a victim of it's own success. The employees are great! Issue is when it's busy they just can't keep up. This place gets slammed. So wait times can be up there eating, or even chilling at the bar drinking. Seems to be understaffed. Food is mid grade as expected, but the fact you can drink while your kids play video games is a W. All in all, it's a great time, only drawback is expect a wait if it's a weekend or summer.

I have been here twice and it's pretty fun. Wednesdays have half day games, which is pretty cool. Bar has good drinks and food, especially on happy hour. Great place to take the kids or have an adult day.

Lotsa fun for birthdays and waiting for a movie across the street. The prizes arent too bad either. The best game for points is the fishing wheel or the star trek coin game.

It's fun for the whole family. Great place to bring kids in the middle of the day. Night time I would say is more for adults who want to watch a sports game or grab a bite to eat. You can use your arcade tickets to buy appetizers. I even bought a nice hydro flask that keeps my water ice cold for 24 hours using a couple thousand tickets. Really doesn't take long to get that many if you know what you're doing. Fun place to be.
