Went here on Father's Day. The service was great. The server's name was Ky or Kai. I didn't see the front of the name tag to know how to spell it, but it was on. The recommendations were on point for food and drinks. The only issue we had was that the food was, at best, lukewarm. . It didn't seem as if it had just come out of the oven or stove top. I let the server know and was willing to correct it, but I said no, it's ok. I just wanted to let someone know. One of the toast was a little bit burnt. The food
Great idea horrible outcome! Chicken was raw on my pregnant wife?s chicken sandwich. Service was slow and almost non existent. Sat at table was never given silverware. Manager was nice when was brought up to her. They asked us if they wanted it remade but none of us wanted to eat after the raw chicken sandwich. Games are fun but a lot of them are already out of service non operable. Not very big either.
Everyone greeted me and was very pleasant. The food was good and the games were fun. They knocked it out of the park. The only complaint I have is the timed play option, caps at 1500 tickets. This is really not worth it. I go to Dave and Busters maybe once a year because of the cost. It's really ridiculous that I paid almost $250 for food for 6 and 1:30 of video games. Again, the service and people were excellent, but Dave and Busters needs to calm down on prices.
?????????? We had the BEST experience at Dave & Buster?s thanks to our incredible server, Jonathan! He was absolutely amazing?so attentive, detailed, and genuinely kind. I've never had a server like him before. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Jonathan is truly top-notch, and Dave & Buster?s is lucky to have him. He absolutely deserves a raise! ????
I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food is here. I expected the bar and arcade to be the priorities, but management clearly understands that above average food is just as important. Both times I have been there, the manager on duty checked on us to make sure we were happy with the service, and both times service was top notch. It is very loud, but that is the only thing I can ding them for. They do have lots of options for viewing sports, so everyone at our table easily sees something they enjoy. A
Walking in for the first time ever to a Dave & Buster's was a treat. The hostess greeted me with a big smile that got bigger when I told her it was my first time at a D & B. We talked about that for few seconds. She then asked my seating preference and I requested a small high-top table. She took me to a table and gave me food and drink menus. My server, Adrianne, greeted me with a big, lovely smile, and explained some of the menu items I asked about. I decided to get the Bacon Smash Burger and GPT Fries. T
Wanted to take the kids somewhere fun and not drive an hour to the Dave & Busters in Austin. For being newly built it's small. There was definitely no consideration of the population when building. There also was no fun kid games. They all were either racing or shooting games. Plus some of the games didn't work. Waited an hour to be seated, which we did have a party of 6 but it was 4 in the afternoon. Realized once we got seated that the dinning area was small as well, so if you come with a big party you de
First, I want to say that the wait staff is awesome. We had Mario and Marcel, two hard-working kids (because I'm old). We went on a Friday for lunch. It was not as busy. We have gluten issues and prefer keto friendly. The menu clearly labels which items on the menu are gluten-free by labeling it "NG" (No Gluten). As far as labeling for keto, there's is non. But you can make certain adaptations and enjoy a keto-friendly meal. For example, they will offer you a bun-less burger sandwiched between lettuce or yo
I ordered the bacon burger. My daughter ordered mozzarella sticks, and we had a side. Of the funnel cake straws we actually called funnel cake fries well they brought my daughter?s food out by itself. I waited for 10 minutes then they brought my funnel cake fries out. I waited for 15 minutes then they brought out my burger by that time my daughter was done eating her food and wanted to go play the games. I tried to eat my burger, but the bacon was too crispy and not too crispy like too crispy but crispy fro
I recently had the opportunity to dine at the new Dave & Buster?s in Killeen, and overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. The place has a lively atmosphere with a wide selection of games, making it a fun destination for both entertainment and dining. The food was great, and I especially appreciated how the staff seemed dedicated and hardworking, even as they're still settling into their rhythm. One minor inconvenience was that they ran out of fries with our meal, which was a bit disappointing. Additio
Food was great, but make sure you check your receipt before paying. My family of 6 went on a Thursday afternoon. One of my family members ordered the American Smash burger dry, with all the veggies. When we received the burger, it was not as ordered, so we sent it back. The server said she would fix it "no problem" and even apologized for the mistake. After I paid and left, I checked my receipt, and saw that I was charged for two American Smash burgers; the one the server/cook messed up on and the corrected
Overall experience was very dissatisfied. We became gold summer passes this day and majority of the staff doesn't know how it works. We sat at the bar after playing a few games and all the bartenders ignored us for about a good 10-15 minutes(the bar was not packed what so ever maybe about 8 people including 2 of us). And when a bartender finally came to ?talk? to us. He just stared at us like he wanted us to introduce ourselves to him(never got his name). Didn't ask what we wanted to order, just stared. Whi
We had a great experience at this Dave & Buster's! Our server, Jeremai, in the dining area was fantastic?super friendly, attentive, and made sure our food came out just right. Definitely appreciated the great service! That said, the arcade section felt a bit smaller than other Dave & Buster's locations I've been to. It still had a good variety of games, but I was expecting a bit more space and selection. Overall, a fun visit with excellent service?just wish the arcade area was a bit bigger!
Our first time at this location, and it wasn't the best experience. When ordering our food, we were told they had to check if they had burgers since they were out earlier. We were able to order what we wanted but were told 5 minutes later that the kitchen was out of fries, at around 3 p.m. No compensation or substitutions were offered. We paid $50 for three small burgers, three medium pieces of fish, and two sweet teas. Overall, the building was clean, and the staff was sweet. But I'm sure I won't be coming
The food was better than expected for a bar/arcade setting. Our server Marcus was efficient, informative and brought a sense of humor. The food and drink runners were quick. The atmosphere was loud and vibrant as expected, XL screens for all sports. The inside is much larger than the outside appears. The arcade games were clean and in working order and both adults and kids in our group had a great time.
Not a good experience for my first time ever going to Dave & Buster?s. We were seated with menus and that's about it. Nobody showed up to take a drink order. Nobody showed up to see if we were ready to order off the menu. The sad part is that my friend went up to the hostess twice to let them know that we were ready to order so after about a half hour we decided just to go somewhere else. Apologies were offered as we were out the door, but it surely was too late and we were hungry and just rushed to go some
Had friends visiting from out of town. 1st experience there and our server, Marcus, was excellent. Good recommendations and service. A little pricey but well worth it. Our party had a nice time. Definitely going back, oh and ask for Marcus.
We had a big party and, while the wait staff were polite, the service for both food and drinks was reeeeaally slow and seemed unorganized. Food was fine according to those around me and myself, and the arcade area is good if you like that kind of thing. Its still a new establishment here, so I'll update if I go back when they've had more time to iron things out.
$60 for 1 mixed drink and 3 beers, two just bottles, plus some appetizers. The price MIGHT have been worth it had the service been better, but it took quite awhile for anyone to even notice us at the bar and multiple people got their food before us even though they came in after us. Again, just two appetizers. The place was packed, which for a weekend is to be expected, but the games left a lot to be desired. Nearly half of them are just racing games, and half of their claw machines were out of order. Then
Just a heads up for people wanting to get lots of tickets: The main ticket game to play if you want to win alot is the JJ Bot the Avatar. This is my third time being here for half priced games on weds but what I noticed is, im guessing the Senior game tech purposely took off one of the rubber stoppers from the right hand of the robot when it picks up the ticket rings. The previous 2 weds that I've gone, the robot had both, but im guessing its been really easy for guests to win alot of tickets in a short a
I love it!!! I spoke to the Manager Eric he is very kind. Awesome service and food!!! Bar is nice for a date nite.
Enjoyed atmosphere and environment. The back screen will be amazing during big games or events. Love to watch a Texas Longhorns game there. Gaming area has a lot of new games never seen. Only negative was the beer. Maybe new lines but didn't taste good. Still 5 star. I'll try again next week
Great service from our server Miss T, she was attentive and made us feel welcomed. She was quick taking our order and she even helped with giving us suggestions. Great game center as well very nice staff in general.
First off, we want to thank Jason for making my son's Birthday party possible. Next, Marcus made our night the best it could be with a big smile and very attentive. Last but not least, the rest of the staff in the kitchen for making such delicious platters. We're so thankful for all their patience, time, and efforts. We'll be back soon.
The food was so tasty. The barbacoa quesadilla and chicken wings were tha bomb! The pasta was really good too. Service was on par! The games were fun. I do wish they had a spot where the music wasn't as loud for those who just wanna go eat without ALL that noise of music, tv, and games all on top of each other, however. I understand that's what it is, but at least a spot, just a tad bit quieter. All in all, it was really good. I thought with all the atmosphere and activities that the food would be at a lowe
The building was nice, food was good. However the food took a half hour to come back. Our server was not very attentive, we could see him through the little circle window on the back door just on his phone. We asked another server/ employee and she was much more helpful.
Half our table got their food. We came on all you eat wings night and they kept getting the order wrong. My biggest problem was I was leaving the dining area to use the restroom and stopped to read the sign that says servers only, to make sure I was going the right way. as I turned to go around the bar a buss boy was hostile saying "yeah walk around, you don't belong here". It was unnecessarily rude and overall upsetting. Though they tried Dave and busters can't take the killeen out of killeen.
First time at this location, great location and parking, bar service is slow and weak drinks. The food was good, we ordered queso, quesadilla's and mozzarella sticks. The games were good, mostly all working and accessible. The restrooms were clean and stocked. Good parking.
Went for the first time today and the service was slow at best. The game cards are expensive and you can't pause the time to eat your food like other places. The food was good but the service was not, ie 20 minutes just to get our drinks. Had to ask for everything including the forks for us to eat our meal. After this experience I will not be making a return visit and will go elsewhere for the kids to game and eat.
We sat at the bar, I had some ribs they were delicious and also the fries But my coleslaw was just dry no flavor , like they just pour it out of the bag to the plate, my hubby had a pasta plate he said it was delicious.. the female bar tender ( tattoos) she's a very clean and sweet person? now the guy he needs to keep up with his cleanness rinse the mixing cups is a plus on my watch? Other than that he is a sweet person too.. maybe I'm being picky But cross contamination is real!! If I came back ??aga
All you eat wings doesn't mean much if you don't get your food. Half our order was never brought to us. Server was nice but seems kind of lost. At one point when I finally did get a wing refill it was about 20 mins after I had ordered it, when the restaurant was half empty. They Messed up our power play card but at least that was fixed easily. Lastly pay attention to the suggested gratuity amounts. Apparently they used Killeen math. According to their system, a 20% tip on a $70 check was $25. ??
I've been to many D&B?s all over the USA. The one in Killeen is just ?okay.? It seems it's lacking a lot of the immersive arcades that other D&B locations have. The footprint is much smaller than other ones so you feel like you're playing the same games over and over. I'll keep visiting as I use my Power Card frequently in San Antonio?s 2 locations and Austin?s 2 locations, but definitely not my favorite location. Place looks nice granted it just opened. Staff was friendly. Many TVs posted up so you can wa
Food is superb, they try to mix it up & do a job in doing so. Service... well whenever u get the bartenders attention, then ur good. Atmosphere is busy as can be, it's new, so many ppl here. I been here a few times already & I like the summer all u can play pass, well worth it. I like this place, I'll be back many more times.
Dave and Busters finally unveiled in Killeen. The games were fun, and the size of the building compared to their other locations was not an issue once entered. The place is still relatively new, and I'm sure will improve in time.
Extremely slow night for staff on a Thursday. Waited well over an hour for burger and fries. Never received it, however the kitchen stated they sent it out. I had to remind the bartender that I haven't received my order. Miscommunication on their part with waiters and the kitchen.
Disappointed with the experience - needs major improvement Dave & Buster's Killeen has only been open for two weeks, but that's no excuse for the disorganized service. After waiting over 35 minutes, my food was given to another table. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disoriented, running around like children with no sense of coordination or attention to detail. I also noticed other customers struggling - one table tried to get their server's attention for over five minutes with no luck. It's clear that man
The only reason they're getting a two star rating was because of the way their billing was. Our checks were spit into three, and we were all overcharged. But the manager was amazing. He figured everything out and refunded us. But it took over an hour to fix. But we do plan on going back. ??
It's not like the larger Dave and Busters but still fun. A few of the machines weren't working when I visited but still a good time. The atmosphere was very clean and seemed pretty organized. I'll return a few more times for sure.
Came in for the first time and will not be back. A group of friends wanted to try this place out, it's a lot smaller than other Dave and busters so it was disappointing in the arcade area. When we were done playing games (spending $50 each) we asked to be put on the wait list for food. We were told it was a 15 mins wait which turned into 30, when we got the text that the table was ready we were then told we had to wait as they were still cleaning the table. Waited 15 more minutes while watching another part
I am very happy with the experence. A few bad points but not real bad. The noise level was very loud. So it is hard to understand people talking. Some of the food is spice, but very good. Just be careful if you do not like spicy food. You will spend some money here but you come here for the games. Now for the good. Food was good. I am not much on spicy food but wow I loved the spicy food here. The fries are great, thin and seasoned very well. Food is good, better than I thought it would be. Lot
Really disappointed with our experience at this location. We came in expecting to watch UFC 316 like advertised, only to be told it would cost $28 per person just to stay and watch the fight. No food, no drinks included?just a cover charge. I've been to other Dave & Buster?s across Texas and never once had to pay a fee to watch a UFC event. We ended up walking out and going to Buffalo Wild Wings instead, where they showed the fight for free and the atmosphere was just as good, if not better. Charging that
Taylor, the bartender was an absolute DREAM! Drinks were crafted perfectly and made quickly. So glad we decided to stop in to celebrate my birthday ??????
The worse service, 5 women standing at the entrance and none of them say hello or offer help. In the restaurant space, the waiters take a long time to serve you and when they finally serve you, they don't ask again what else you need. The waiter I had gave me my order wrong 3 times (He didn't feel like fixing it again) Bad staff for such a great place to spend time with family
Normally, I dont leave reviews. Iworked in food service 22yrs. I hated bad reviews. However, I Took my son out for an early birthday dinner. He chose D&B. We came in and put our phone Number 4 a table we go and play games. An hour goes by and we come back and ask what's going on with the table? They said that they would have to reset uset us for a table. Because we didn't come when we got a text. We didn't get a text. So we finallyget seated and the table that we sit at, is dirty. So we move to the table t
I love Dave and busters. The experience was amazing. And Ms T was great i'll definitely come again. My family loved her.
We were in today June 13th. Sat for 30 minutes without even being acknowledged at the table. If it takes that long to even be asked what drinks we wanted, no thanks. We got up and left and went to the pizza place in Heights where service is always good
First time at the Dave & Buster's Killeen location . We had the Ribeye and the Cajun shrimp pasta along with the queso,I have to say all the food was really good cooked well tasted good served proper temperature all in all really good meal!
I was hesitant after reading the reviews but I must say my family and I had the best experience. Food was good, Ralesa and the GM, Erik were both amazing. Our family enjoyed our night out!
My Grandson and I had such a good time .... Welcome to Killeen Dave and Busters. .....
the manger had horrible customer service and was very rude and unprofessional. this was my 1st visit and will be my last . i spent $500 to get treated horribly. I'll take the trip to austin dave and buster just so i know i get way way better servive !! srry killeen a miss again .
I was looking forward to eating at this location get their at 11:30 the front desk person was nice . No one came to give us service sat there for 30 mins left at 12:00 told the manager he could not explain why. Everyone who came after me got service.
I didn't get to eat. the place was packed. I got a table, but the server never came. I love the place maybe I'll try the food next time when is not as full. I loved the games and prizes.
Food was hot and fresh and the service was great!
Was told to wait 15min to get seated to eat. However I Waited an extra 15min so a table can be ?cleaned off? and people before me got seated instead. I just left after that.
Food was tasty, portions were huge and the place it's clean and pretty.
The arcade was fun. We visited at 2pm on a Thursday. The restaurant and arcade area was already filled with adults drinking. Not very family friendly.
According to the automated phone system, UFC 316 was supposed to be ?shown? at this location. However, they tried to charge $28 per person to watch the fight in a small room with just two small screens. Every other Dave & Buster?s I've been to has never charged to watch a UFC fight, so this was really disappointing and unexpected.
So good! The games are super fun and you can get an unlimited 90 minute card if you only get a appetizer and fountain drink the waiters are super nice and friendly I'm surprised it only has 3.7 stars highly recommended!!!
People with allergies or special diets should not eat here. Our waitress did warn us that the kitchen will cross contaminate food and there is little to no regulation of special diet or allergies.
The service was horrible! . Our waiter only took our drink and food order and brought us our check not once did he come and check if we needed refills had to flag down someone else for that. Most of the staff was standing around there was this young lady busting her butt off props to her.
This review is for ms tee she very gifted her smile to our table was unbelievable she took care of me an my family even sung happy birthday to my daughter she is the reason we will come back thank you for your service
Smaller than it looks!! Don't go on Thursday in case their truck doesn't show and they have no food!!! Bar area was so slow because they had no bartenders! no apologies no customer service and ended up spending $50 on 3 alcoholic drinks! smh
The new place is great, sure it's smaller but that doesn't make it any less enjoyable. Staff was great, very friendly. I don't see why people are already running it in the ground with negative reviews.
I had a great time at Dave & Buster?s me and my family and our server. Miss T was amazing. Best customer service ever.
Waited 30 mins and no one checked on our tables, needless to say it was NOT busy. No one came to take our drink order, wasn't gonna wait any longer so left.
Food was good service was phenomenal. She made the atmosphere unforgettable Ms Tee is the best server ever
3 of us went had 3 plates of the wings 2 waters and a lemonade wings aren't great fry's were cold for the price I would not ever return I have had better wings for cheaper.
Fun spot with good food and service. Shout out to Mr. Daniel for being incredibly helpful and friendly! Definitely one of our favorite places in town.
Miss T. is the best. She made my wife and I feel welcomed. She's very knowledgeable of the menu.
100-10 service it's a pretty good place they have plenty of games to play and the service is amazing and everyone is super respectful and helpful definitely recommend to bring the fam!!
Was looking forward to this location Instead of having to go to Arlington or Austin Slightly underwhelming Parking lot is small Very small prize redemption zone Multiple games not working or malfunctioning
Miss T was the best server?please go see her?she is very polite and professional
They said that our table was ready but had to wait 15 minutes for it to be cleaned off, while people walking in were getting tables left and right.
We didn't eat. I just took my grandson to play! He played and had ball!
Not sure what's going on. This must be a baby version of Dave & Buster?s because y?all need to look up what Dave & Buster?s really is no bowling alley really.
The food was good, as were the games. Everything was very clean
Not sure why this place is so small not the usual size very small and the games are horrible maybe it's the baby version of a real Dave and Buster it's a no for me
Food was fresh and amazing, the service very very good? will be coming back !!
Good food and friendly staff. I had a pleasant experience.
Unless yall wanna spend your money on stuff that's over priced and mediocre af don't bother . Unless yall don't care
The waiter appeared to be intimidated to speak to the kitchen manager regarding our questions
We had a lot of fun food was great
It's a cozy little Dave & Buster's and a fun addition to the area!
Janice is the best, so kind and caring, she's the goat literally
The best part was Miss T?s service with a smile!!! Will come here again!
First time here, and I don't recommend it at all. The customer service is terrible.
The current staff & management are amazing , definitely worth stopping by!
Great fun place for the whole family!
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
