Dave & Buster's Killeen

Went here on Father's Day. The service was great. The server's name was Ky or Kai. I didn't see the front of the name tag to know how to spell it, but it was on. The recommendations were on point for food and drinks. The only issue we had was that the food was, at best, lukewarm. . It didn't seem as if it had just come out of the oven or stove top. I let the server know and was willing to correct it, but I said no, it's ok. I just wanted to let someone know. One of the toast was a little bit burnt. The food

Great idea horrible outcome! Chicken was raw on my pregnant wife?s chicken sandwich. Service was slow and almost non existent. Sat at table was never given silverware. Manager was nice when was brought up to her. They asked us if they wanted it remade but none of us wanted to eat after the raw chicken sandwich. Games are fun but a lot of them are already out of service non operable. Not very big either.

Everyone greeted me and was very pleasant. The food was good and the games were fun. They knocked it out of the park. The only complaint I have is the timed play option, caps at 1500 tickets. This is really not worth it. I go to Dave and Busters maybe once a year because of the cost. It's really ridiculous that I paid almost $250 for food for 6 and 1:30 of video games. Again, the service and people were excellent, but Dave and Busters needs to calm down on prices.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food is here. I expected the bar and arcade to be the priorities, but management clearly understands that above average food is just as important. Both times I have been there, the manager on duty checked on us to make sure we were happy with the service, and both times service was top notch. Walking in for the first time ever to a Dave & Buster's was a treat. The hostess greeted me with a big smile that got bigger when I told her it was my first time at a D & B. Overall experience was very dissatisfied. We became gold summer passes this day and majority of the staff doesn't know how it works. We had a great experience at this Dave & Buster's! Our server, Jeremai, in the dining area was fantastic?super friendly, attentive, and made sure our food came out just right. Definitely appreciated the great service! That said, the arcade section felt a bit smaller than other Dave & Buster's locations I've been to. Our first time at this location, and it wasn't the best experience. When ordering our food, we were told they had to check if they had burgers since they were out earlier. We were able to order what we wanted but were told 5 minutes later that the kitchen was out of fries, at around 3 p.m. No compensation or substitutions were offered. The food was better than expected for a bar/arcade setting. Our server Marcus was efficient, informative and brought a sense of humor. The food and drink runners were quick. The atmosphere was loud and vibrant as expected, XL screens for all sports. The inside is much larger than the outside appears. The arcade games were clean and in working order and both adults and kids in our group had a great time.

Not a good experience for my first time ever going to Dave & Buster?s. We were seated with menus and that's about it. Nobody showed up to take a drink order. Nobody showed up to see if we were ready to order off the menu. Just a heads up for people wanting to get lots of tickets: The main ticket game to play if you want to win alot is the JJ Bot the Avatar. This is my third time being here for half priced games on weds but what I noticed is, im guessing the Senior game tech purposely took off one of the rubber stoppers from the right hand of the robot when it picks up the ticket rings. Enjoyed atmosphere and environment. The back screen will be amazing during big games or events. Love to watch a Texas Longhorns game there. Gaming area has a lot of new games never seen. Only negative was the beer. Maybe new lines but didn't taste good. Still 5 star. I'll try again next week

Great service from our server Miss T, she was attentive and made us feel welcomed. She was quick taking our order and she even helped with giving us suggestions. Great game center as well very nice staff in general.

The food was so tasty. The barbacoa quesadilla and chicken wings were tha bomb! The pasta was really good too. Service was on par! The games were fun. I do wish they had a spot where the music wasn't as loud for those who just wanna go eat without ALL that noise of music, tv, and games all on top of each other, however. The building was nice, food was good. However the food took a half hour to come back. Our server was not very attentive, we could see him through the little circle window on the back door just on his phone. We asked another server/ employee and she was much more helpful.

Half our table got their food. We came on all you eat wings night and they kept getting the order wrong. My biggest problem was I was leaving the dining area to use the restroom and stopped to read the sign that says servers only, to make sure I was going the right way. as I turned to go around the bar a buss boy was hostile saying "yeah walk around, you don't belong here". Went for the first time today and the service was slow at best. The game cards are expensive and you can't pause the time to eat your food like other places. The food was good but the service was not, ie 20 minutes just to get our drinks. Had to ask for everything including the forks for us to eat our meal. All you eat wings doesn't mean much if you don't get your food. Half our order was never brought to us. Server was nice but seems kind of lost. At one point when I finally did get a wing refill it was about 20 mins after I had ordered it, when the restaurant was half empty. I've been to many D&B?s all over the USA. The one in Killeen is just ?okay.? It seems it's lacking a lot of the immersive arcades that other D&B locations have. The footprint is much smaller than other ones so you feel like you're playing the same games over and over. Dave and Busters finally unveiled in Killeen. The games were fun, and the size of the building compared to their other locations was not an issue once entered. The place is still relatively new, and I'm sure will improve in time.

Really disappointed with our experience at this location. We came in expecting to watch UFC 316 like advertised, only to be told it would cost $28 per person just to stay and watch the fight. According to the automated phone system, UFC 316 was supposed to be ?shown? at this location. However, they tried to charge $28 per person to watch the fight in a small room with just two small screens. Every other Dave & Buster?s I've been to has never charged to watch a UFC fight, so this was really disappointing and unexpected.

So good! The games are super fun and you can get an unlimited 90 minute card if you only get a appetizer and fountain drink the waiters are super nice and friendly I'm surprised it only has 3.7 stars highly recommended!!!

People with allergies or special diets should not eat here. Our waitress did warn us that the kitchen will cross contaminate food and there is little to no regulation of special diet or allergies.

The service was horrible! . Our waiter only took our drink and food order and brought us our check not once did he come and check if we needed refills had to flag down someone else for that. Most of the staff was standing around there was this young lady busting her butt off props to her.

Smaller than it looks!! Don't go on Thursday in case their truck doesn't show and they have no food!!! Bar area was so slow because they had no bartenders! no apologies no customer service and ended up spending $50 on 3 alcoholic drinks! smh
