The food was gross. We had 3 people and the food was awful. The gaming was ok. It costs a lot to have fun here but that's to be expected. Was unhappy with the food (pictured). The tap to play from your phone doesn't work on half the games. Hard to use.

A group of 19 of us went here for Father?s Day and we had a blast. Our server Ezekiel was so attentive to our party, he was so knowledgeable about the menu and the game play. Our food came out fast, was hot, and delicious. The kids had so much fun playing games and the adults just enjoyed ourselves in the dining area. The bathrooms were clean, the service was amazing, and I would definitely recommend this location.

A night out with great food and games. Steaks, burgers, and pizza was on the menu for our visit. All top notch stuff but they need to bring rolls or something for the price you pay. Fun family arcade games offer many different options. Would be nice to redeem tickets for something bigger for how many credits I bought won me very little tickets but we left with happy kids. Overall only going here for an occasion not for the value. Nice place and clean. Good people.

Great fun, arcade games, great and yummy food, and restaurant service was amazing. Arcade games are fun, some games give you tickets so you can earn prizes but some don't. If you want a lot of tickets, I suggest the push the coin of the edge game for sure.

We've been waiting an hour for seats. Only 20% of the tables are seated. The hostess, kitchen manager and gm came out and told us to wait longer cause the kitchen is too busy. Food was not great but not horrible, the drinks were good, it was not too busy when we were there on a Sunday, and the staff were friendly. Biggest hang up is that a good number of games didn't work but took our tokens. Pretty frustrating when they are so expensive to begin with. I also feel that their arcade is kind of on the small side, but then again they can't stay on top of servicing their machines at the quantity they do have.

Every changing table in this place is broken and sagging down. Men's. Women's. Family. All of them. Not a very family or accessibility friendly facility. Drinks took 30 minutes each to arrive. I recommend this place for food and fun for ADULTS mostly ok you can take the kids to?? Amazing food, drinks and staff. I had salmon green beans mash potatoes. I visited here for the NYE promotion. They don't tell you, you are in the conference/ kids party room. It was fine but close dinning with others. The food was pretty good. I've never been there b4 so both my kids, myself, my husband, my daughter's boyfriend, and sons best friend all went and had the best time ever. I called off of work just to go. Lol. The food was great! Place was clean. Took a little while to be seated so the service was a little slow. The waitress was very nice and was quick with our food. My teenager had fun playing games and I enjoyed the music selection.

[Update: This location got pump it up Phoenix now] I usually go to this D&B location to play pump it up. The machine condition is good but the player 2 side needs to get the sensors fixed. Also, the current version of the machine is now offline, I am no longer able to login to the machine whenever I play. Definitely fun times at this location, we had our annual Christmas party here and the staff was amazing. They catered our event in one of their private rooms and made sure we were all taken care of. Fun games cold drinks and hot food.

Fantastic fun for my family, and the food was fantastic. Our server Alejandro was excellent, can't say enough about how good the service was. The manager Bernard even stopped by and was very nice. Though the wait to be seated wasn't too long maybe 10 min the wait to be served could have been 45min, and unfortunately it was for some around us. The atmosphere and cleanliness of the place was top notch. Hands down the nicest D&B I've ever been too but the service was ridiculous. It was a Monday night and probably 90% empty. Large Dave and Busters, with lots of game choices that are added or subtracted it seems ever 6 months or so, the place is clean and staff are friendly. Food is pretty good, bar style so its hard to mess up, drinks are good and bathrooms have always been clean. We wanted to watch 2 March Madness basketball games that aired at the same time, so we decided to dine at a place that has more televisions on that an electronics retailer. If the lights and sounds from the broadcasts aren't enough, the gaming area provides more entertainment options than one could reasonably master in a lifetime. Dave and Buster's has a lot of gaming options but they are pricey. The food is okay, they do offer options for corporate events and parties like a nacho bar. They also have their own unique cocktails and other drinks. The prizes are average, again expensive to win. Some of there games seem to always be broken or not working either. Drove into Kentwood for a bride?s dress and went to this restaurant. Everyone who yada hamburger enjoyed it but those who had chicken wings did not. They had broken bones and felt like eggshells in your mouth. Three chicken dinners, one boneless and two bone in. It was my first tine there and not sure about eating there again but I am certainly not against playing PacMan! Oh chicken dishes were supposed to come with fries. Had to edit my old review that was a 5-star review. When looking at the website for D&B you can see a 20$ "Eat, Drink, Play Combo" that is advertised. I was advised by our server that the Manager of the location does not honor this deal that is sponsored on the main website. Ended up spending more than we had wanted.

I was expecting it to be more like an adult setting. We arrived at 12am and there were more kids than adults. They automatically cut us off from the bar as we came in. (We were a Bachelorette party) some were way more intoxicated than others, but why cut everyone off? Some only had 1-2 drinks before hand. Still had a great time. The food was most definitely the BEST part.

This was our first experience at a Dave & Busters. It was exactly what I expected! Adult games and fun while also having a family aspect to it. The lady at the front counter didn't know what time the kitchen closed (as we came in 3+ hours before they closed). She also said we had to get our cards at the register.
