Please take my money! What do I mean? I mean why can't you keep the NBA Ice Smash and Win ball game properly functioning? We have probably spent $200 on this game trying to win all thirty teams, but it is CONSTANTLY out of balls, clogged, needing to be reset, and the latest annoyance is that there's been nothing but Golden State Warriors in there for nearly 3 weeks! Way too loud!! I'm not sure there is anywhere inside that doesn't need nose cancelling headphones. Sitting at the bar I couldn't hear the people next to me. Alright, I really like this place. Where else are you going to get, big screen TVs showing sports, multiple arcade games, draft beers, and an excellent food menu. My wife and I had burgers, her inferno burger, me bacon Cheeseburger. Both came with fries and were very hot and fresh with the toppings perfect. I went with my friends today to get something to eat. We just wanted something to eat but one of the service members looked at us with a weird look and asked for our age. She then decided to seat the people behind us. I've never been to a Dave and busters and been asked for our age as we are all adults. Food was good tho just the service was questionable.

First time at this D & B location. The food for the four of us came out promptly, waitress came by for drink refills, and the manager check in was a nice touch. I frequent Dave and busters between Buffalo and now here and for the size of the location I really like this one! Skylar was our waitress and she was fantastic! We got the pepperoni flatbread and I got the endless wings (Monday) and she was getting my next orders in so I didn't have to wait very long for my wings. The service is awful. I know they are new but they can't even handle the basics. I tried for over two weeks to book a space for an event but to no avail. I went to the location twice, and each time, they gave me a phone number to call the regional manager in Texas. I called several times and left messages but never got a callback, so I couldn't book the room for my event.
