Please take my money! What do I mean? I mean why can't you keep the NBA Ice Smash and Win ball game properly functioning? We have probably spent $200 on this game trying to win all thirty teams, but it is CONSTANTLY out of balls, clogged, needing to be reset, and the latest annoyance is that there's been nothing but Golden State Warriors in there for nearly 3 weeks! SAD! Ive point out to 5 different techs that if they just tightened a single screw it would fix all the problems. I've even offered to fix
Really enjoyed my first time here. Alicia was a great server and made the whole experience memorable. One word of advice, if you're getting drinks ask about the prices before ordering.
Way too loud!! I'm not sure there is anywhere inside that doesn't need nose cancelling headphones. Sitting at the bar I couldn't hear the people next to me. Couldn't hear the bartenders ask us what we needed or hear when they were answering our questions. Bartenders were good and prompt. (Jennifer or Jessica and Peter I think) Happy hour specials aren't worth it. $5 bucks for a tiny plate of nachos when the actual nachos are only $8.99 and it's a platter and looked like more on them. Fried pickles were grea
Alright, I really like this place. Where else are you going to get, big screen TVs showing sports, multiple arcade games, draft beers, and an excellent food menu. My wife and I had burgers, her inferno burger, me bacon Cheeseburger. Both came with fries and were very hot and fresh with the toppings perfect. There are many more items on the menu, as well an extensive beer list. Top it all off with a decadent dessert and then work off some calories playing some arcade games. Great way to spend an evening. For
The games are fun, I really enjoy watching and playing. The soda is NASTY BUT the food is worse. It's so gross that it made the soda taste normal. Would advise just getting a hotdog at BJ?s with an icee. Everything is microwaved? the soda is light colored as well so you know it's not good.
My family enjoyed their meal but hated the atmosphere. My meal was the loaded fries. And it tasted like it was covered in grounded aspirin. I could not eat it. I would not suggest having a conversation with your family while you are eating. Lol. Other than that it is just like any other sports bar with an arcade
We stopped in for a quick meal and ordered the fish and chips. While the food was prepared well, the tartar sauce left much to be desired and they did not have malt vinegar available. This experience is not how I remember D&B. I had no desire to stay to play and the cherry on top was passing the hostess when we left and being looked through.
I loved Dave and Busters. My sister treated me to a day of frivolous fun there for an early birthday present. The games and food were out of this world. I really enjoyed myself at Dave?s n Buster?s
Our visit was on 5/17/2025 at approximately 5pm with very few customers at the time. Our experience - Highly disorganized staff, extremely long wait for service and food (1.5 hours), 1/2 of our table was practically finished eating before the rest of our table was finally served and even then, we had to remind the staff of food and drinks still missing/still not served. We noted other tables being served who arrived long after we did while we waited for the rest of our food orders to reach our table. The st
It's not a great place for large (50+ppl) groups. Our group was 100ppl+. We had to break up the group into 3 dinner parties that rotated through. They have a room set aside for parties and groups, but it's limited. The buffet that was offered had pretzel bites, fries, flatbread pizza, and chicken nuggets. There wasn't anything green offered. The setup was awkward, and the main walkways were frequently clogged with traffic. The music was so loud it hurt, and my son was overwhelmed by the stimulus. It is a la
The only reason I am giving this post 2 stars is because of the games. We order cheeseburger sliders and Barbacoa Fries. I watched my fries and sliders sit in the window for 15 minutes before getting delivered to us. The bartender excuse was he thought they had food runners. Not only was the food cold, there was hair in the sliders and they gave me chicken as a protein instead of Barbacoa. If you are out of a protein you should let the customer know. It was overall not a good food experience and the custome
Was there for a birthday party, pizza, fries and chicken nuggets were ordered from the host of the party, kinda expected better quality. Very loud as to be expected but clean, I dint feel the need to ever go back
I went with my friends today to get something to eat. We just wanted something to eat but one of the service members looked at us with a weird look and asked for our age. She then decided to seat the people behind us. I've never been to a Dave and busters and been asked for our age as we are all adults. Food was good tho just the service was questionable.
I went to Dave & Busters with my bestie and we had a great time! The service was great and fast. The place is clean, the food was good-the pot stickers were our favorite! But the best part of the experience was the host, Michael! Michael was fun, friendly and very knowledgeable!!
Had a great time with my friends. Skylar was an excellent waitress, and all the staff we interacted with were very friendly. The food was delicious! We got the spicy smash burgers which were cooked to perfection, and even the $5 appetizers were very tasty. We had a great time playing the games, there was a good selection to choose from for everyone to have a fun time. Definitely will be back! People seem to say the music was too loud in the other reviews they must have adjusted the volume as it was totally
Music is way too loud, servers will talk about you behind your back from what I overheard them talking about another table. Plates are drenched with water and plated horribly. The boneless chicken I had was dry and tasted like it was sitting out. And when I peaked into the kitchen the staff looked like it was filled with dirty men that don't care about what they serve. They really need to look into who they put into their staff maybe get some people that actually care about the place. They look like they l
Food was delicious! I would absolutely come back just to eat. Our server was attentive and cheerful. The atmosphere is a bit much, however it's an arcade restaurant bar so really, I get it. It's just very bright and loud. Music overhead could turn down a touch.
This was an amazing experience! The food was delicious. The service was phenomenal. Everyone we encountered was helpful and friendly. The games were far better than I imagined.
I did an online order was told to pick up byv12:14. I got there at 12:18 and never received my order till 12:45. When I opened my order at my office I order chili green bean and received plain green beans , did not get my dipping sauce for the Brussels sprouts and no powder sugar or dipping sauces for the funnel cakes. This is the 3rd time I have tried to order my lunch from here and every time I am missing something. Will order from Beer Tree from know on. They never mess up my order.
We've been a few times. Better to go during slower times as expected but booked a reservation and when we showed up (10 mins early ) he said they didn't have any open tables and won't have any. I said ok we will play some games and check back with you. I checked back 3x in the span of 45 minutes and never were seated. I had seen several tables open during that time. I noticed our reservation was cancelled by the restaurant on my phone ten minutes after arrival. Not sure why you'd take reservations and not
Happiness through and through. We even noticed the infamous,Alex Charles Edward?s circling the parking lot, like a shark in a pool of goldfish. Just pure excitement and a great time. Awesome.
First time going and overall I was impressed yet disappointed. The host was nice and the place was visually clean. We reserved a table in advance which was ready as requested. Like many others the environment is not pleasing inside. It is incredibly loud to the point where you could not hear one another talking to each other. Our server Skyler was amazing very prompt and friendly bringing refills without having the need to ask huge plus. The food was quickly out even though the restaurant was so so busy. T
Called and was told my order would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I waited 20 minutes to go in. Then was told it would be another 10-15 minutes. So there's no one in here but the staff can't cook food in a timely manner I mean I only ordered wings and funnel fries. Don't recommend.
The service is absolutely awful. Be prepared to sit at a bar that is not crowded at all, and be ignored by the bartenders. Multiple parties and I had to seek a manager to receive service and the bartenders proceeded to be rude and act annoyed to do their job after the fact.
Seems to be a nice place. The only reason I say that is it was my 1st time here. Music could have been turned down a lot. Didn't need it blaring so loud that you can't hear yourself think or hear others very good.
We came in, played for a bit, then sat down to order food. We were the only people there when we ordered. Multiple others came in shortly after. We waited 45 minutes for our food while others got theirs first. When we got our food, kids food was burnt, fries were soggy and cold and the Lettuce on the sandwich was wilted and gross. Not happy, especially with how expensive it was.
Extremely loud, took over an hour for them to bring my food after they brought my whole family?s dinners. not satisfied at all, no discount for the wait or anything. meal was cold like it had been sitting there waiting to be delivered while my waitress took 20 minutes to cater the other tables next to me.
As soon as we were seated we notice that everyone who came in after us was approached by a server for drinks and food orders while we sat there for atleast 10 minutes finally a wonderful waitress named Skylar came over and asked what we wanted she was great upon waiting for our food my 2 year old granddaughter spilled her drink my son and I cleaned up the mess while atleast 4 servers walked by and ignored the fact that the guests were cleaning up. Very disappointed at the lack of organization from the staff
Some staff were great and had wonderful responses. No attitude answered all my questions. One staff member said one thing to me, and I asked her about something else, and she changed her story to the similar question I asked, and another staff member did something totally different.. it was crowded very busy and very warm inside
Our first time there tonight. We were greeted by Michael who was very pleasant & accommodating. We sat and were greeted by our waitress, Alicia who explained things thoroughly and took her time with us to make us feel comfortable. She was personable, funny, helpful and prompt delivering our order to perfection. She overall made our night enjoyable. We were there to meet friends and even though the Godzilla game brought forth some high pitched screams, we still were able to visit while we ate. We were too
Food was good games were awesome. Manager took the wife's phone without asking to see if my receipt had a QR code.
My wife and I made our first visit for lunch today and had a very nice experience. The service was very good and the food was also very good. We will definitely return for lunch but probably not dinner. The more crowded times would add to the noise above the music. As other reviews have noted, the music played overhead is quite loud but probably does not bother a younger crowd. We are considered in the older crowd category and at times I could not hear my wife. For some that might be a positive, but w
My family and I have visited twice. The service has been phenomenal. Jean was a great waiter and very attentive and fast. The food is great and prices are good. My son loves the arcade. If you like margaritas I highly recommend the strawberry Watermelon margaritas they are amazing! We will be back many times I'm sure!
Could be better if these were pool tables instead of dinning tables,There's no way this place will ever use all these tables.. put in some pool 9 foot tables like main event.. yall slacking on the main events name
We rented a party area for a birthday and it could not have gone better. Maureen took such good care of us that she felt like part of the family. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT Endless help and attention was given. Will be doing all parties there going forward. Thank you MAUREEN. BEST SERVICE EVER
First time at this D & B location. The food for the four of us came out promptly, waitress came by for drink refills, and the manager check in was a nice touch. Yes, environment is loud but is a combo sports bar & arcade. A small suggestion would be to add 5 piece wing to the menu for younger eaters. All the games worked, not over crowded early on a Sunday evening.
I was here before to only play games but this time recentlywas not good when we went to eat. I had flat bread that the dough tasted weird and when i looked it was not done all the way. The server was busy so we asked for a manager instead of having to get it to be re made since kid?s were antsy to play games Manager didn't come to talk to us. Other food was good like the kid?s burger, and is a decent size. My kid?s loved the burgers. We sat near to the kitchen and could hear the same manager yelling the peo
An AMAZING place for the whole family! We had a great time and the food was phenomenal!
Skyler is the absolute MVP of waitstaff! She brought us our food so fast, I thought she had a portal to the kitchen. She was so friendly and chatty, I almost forgot I was at a noisy arcade. And when I spilled my drink (oops!), she cleaned it up with a smile and even refilled my glass! 10/10 would recommend asking for Skyler. She's a total superstar!
Dave & Buster's never disappoints! From the arcade games to the delicious food, we had an incredible time. But what really made our night was our amazing waitress, Skyler. She was friendly, attentive, and always had a smile on her face. We'll definitely be back soon!
To Jeanne...you are doing an outstanding job as Senior Operations Manager at our Johnson City location. Our experience has made us want to return as often as possible. When things weren't right, they were made right with the utmost respect. My whole family is delighted to be able to enjoy a fun time out. Thank you for all you are doing. Can't wait to see you all again..Regards, Nancy
Booked a birthday party, Service was good, games were good, food was ok. Could have been better, but have had worse. It's not very affordable for a whole afternoon. Maybe a few hours if you want to play for a while at least $120 for 2 people without food. The birthday party was expensive, got pizza(7) fries(7) and drinks. Ordered the sliders app(5), creamy chicken(7) and rib platter(8). Got 1 unlimited play(only works on arcade games) and 10 $35 play cards. Kept 6 kids and 2 adults busy for 1.5 hours. Overa
Very busy (opened 2 weeks ago) but enjoyable. I'm sure they'll get the kinks all worked out & it'll be top-notch in no time!!!
Food was good. Games are fun but cards are way overpriced! The biggest issue is the noise. The music is SO loud. I can't believe they're allowed to do that with their employees there all day. They brought us 4 game cards because the server couldn't hear us speaking our order for 1. They brought us the wrong food because they thought we ordered something we didn't order because they couldn't hear us speaking. It doesn't need to be that loud to be a fun and enjoyable experience. in fact, lowering it about 1
Ordered 2 apps on 5.00 menu to try. Nachos and queso fries. Good portions but both were cold when they hit tge table. The chicken on nachos was burnt and hard to keep in nachos as it was pieces not shredded. Soda was good. Meals I had a burger son had a buffalo chicken sandwich thing. Not over the top but we're good and hot. Service was good. Manager stopped by and left card to fill out review but didn't put her name on card. Very very loud hard to hear what my son was saying. But that's the whole point.
Awesome food, awesome service.Excellent attitude very helpful, very polite and very Talkative and we have been there very clean place and they Wipe down tables after people eand they take care of the stuff for you and they ask if you want a go container as well
Visit was on 8/18/24 about 3:00 in the afternoon. Horrible experience! Way too loud! Couldn't hear my dining companions or the server. Waited forever for our drinks. Appetizers came out hot and tasty although took too long to get. Main meal took :45 to come out and was completely cold for all 7 of our party. Server no where to be found! Restaurant was less than half full. Food quality not as expected and overpriced for what it is. Server was pleasant but never checked on us and we had to waive them over fro
I frequent Dave and busters between Buffalo and now here and for the size of the location I really like this one! Skylar was our waitress and she was fantastic! We got the pepperoni flatbread and I got the endless wings (Monday) and she was getting my next orders in so I didn't have to wait very long for my wings. Very happy with the service and was happy to get some prizes with my winnings as well! I even have credits for next time :) I'm so happy this area has a Dave and Busters now! Will 100% be back so
I've never eaten there, so I can't comment on the food. I go for the arcade. Good time!
Sabrina was a great server, lots of fun had by the kids today. Special shout out to The assistant manager who helped make a little girl happy today. $5 meal deals were great. Filled us up leaving room for the s'mores cheesecake. Yum!
Visited on a Monday evening ~4:45pm. Desserts are sugar piles, not for me. Had my 2/3 full water taken away while I was playing games and randomly replaced with an iced tea I didn't order. While trying to decide what to redeem game tickets for with my three kids aged 2-9, the 2 year old kept taking a big rainbow bouncy ball out of the basket and trying to bounce it around. Each and every time I immediately took it back from him and put it back where it belonged all while trying to help my other two older ki
Our granddaughter absolutely loves this place Our waitress was very attentive as was the manager Amanda. Had a small issue with cards and Amanda addressed and fixed it immediately. Will definitely be back.
We went on a Sunday around noon. They were out of EVERY light draft beer as well as ginger ale. Service was OK , she was nice and tried to fix what she could. The atmosphere is awful. Where we sat was very bright and uncomfortable. It reminded me of a college cafeteria and it is SO loud that conversation with anyone -including the server- was difficult. To take our order she had to be right on top of us. The food was cold and we had to send it back. It took so long to get the replacement that everyone e
Maureen was an amazing waitress! She took great care of us and made sure everything was good! We are going to look for her everytime we come back!
Amazing staff. Very clean, food was great. Games were a great deal, the kids had a blast. No complaints from waitress when the kids Said no desserts then changed their minds.
Wings were good. Beer was cold and tasty. Service was decent.. Too loud for us older humans. All you can eat wings on mondays. Like 22 bucks. Barbeque were very good. Probably won't be going here very often. Seems more for families with kids.
Such a fun place to have in the area. I'm so glad they're here!
Great first time experience! Lots of games and good food. Although it's not a cheap place..we spent two hours on games, with food and games we ended up spending about $250 for 4, two adults and two kids. But that's understandable, it is a big place to run with many employees. Our town needed something like this?I'm glad to see life at Oakdale mall again.
Great time. We waited for 20 minutes for a beer while the bartender at the time waited on customers that arrived after we did.
My first visit here with some friends and it was honestly a really bad experience, we got their at 4, sat down. Talking was hard to do even to the waitress with the volume. We ordered our drinks and appetizers, and then proceeded to have to wait a hour and 20 min for ANYTHING alchohol. Food. They brought our appetizers out with our food....which was cold...not hot...cold to the touch....having worked in this industry years ago obviously our food was made then forgot about and then hurriedly brought out. Wi
When Billy greeted me at the door, I knew I was in for an experience not to disappoint. Emily, my waitress was knowledgeable, laid back, and full of suggestions. Jennifer, the bartender, mixed two great margaritas and you simply must try the pink patron. Best margarita in 30 plus yeare. The food is good, (loaded barbacola fries.... drool) the drinks are strong, and the service was on top of everything. I am coming back to try the ribs as per Jeanne's suggestion. This may become my new football hangout
Skyler was The best waitress I've ever had in my entire life. She was super nice and friendly. From now on, I will always request Skyler to be my waitress because that's how awesome she was.
It's a wonderful place. Played arcade games with my boyfriend Rowdy.
A great place to have a good bite to eat, watch sports and have fun playing games and collect tickets to redeem your prize.
Food was excellent, table service was lacking. No refills were offered on our drinks and the tipping system was uncomfortable. The waiter stands there holding the tablet and watching while you select your tip option. There was an option to customize tip amount but it is difficult to decide on an amount when the person providing service is breathing down your neck watching you choose. Felt rushed and pushy. The large selection of games is great, and the prize store had much better prize options than the Syra
Place itself is fine. Service takes way too long at the bar for drinks that are too expensive. Tried to go for a night out with my little sister and they wouldn't let us in (you have to be over 25 to get in with a child) not sure what kind of rule that is. People have children under the age of 25 all the time. Will not be bringing my business back to this establishment. Rethink your rules Dave and Busters. Thanks for ruining mine and my sisters night! :)
First off it's really weird that they asked for ID to play arcade games and the host was rather rude. There weren't nearly enough games and it was really loud. Probably the worst 70 dollars I have ever spent. Most of the card readers for the games had at least one broken one so our group of 4 had to cycle in and out. We didn't even bother with the food judging by some of the other reviews
We arrived at 12:30 PM for lunch. We were told by the hostess that there were not enough servers for all of the empty tables they had there. The hostess proceeded to tell us that they had a wait list that needed to be seated still and told us that we could not be seated. Not an offer to wait list us, no discussion of a wait time. Nothing but a refusal to allow us to eat there. For a new restaurant I find this completely unacceptable, they could have at least put a sign on the door instead of having everyon
Waited for ever to get our order taken... Finally asked staff if someone could take the order. Then waited forever for food. But the worst part was the waitress came over and asked how the food was before we even got it. WOW... She didn't notice there was no food on the table!!!
VERY loud. Very difficult communicating with the waiter with the blaring music. There were a lot of issues with the dining experience like never receiving something we ordered, getting the wrong food, and one of people at our table not getting their food until after we were all finished. Diced chicken was pre-cooked stuff you get from fast food places. The games selection are all the ticket games you see at Chuck E. Cheese or arcades at theme parks. If you're looking for a bar with fun retro arcade games (
Great staff, Guy working was very helpful and easy to deal with. Very nice place, everything was cleaned and they were still cleaning.
Took my son and nieces here yesterday and we had a blast. Some say it's too loud but I didn't think so but if your older and not use that noise it can bother you. People where very friendly and helpful. Prizes arnt cheap stuff they are very nice prizes. The food was so so. The kids loved their pizza and chicken bites and fries. I was wasn't crazy about my tenders they where small and rubbery. But my fries and mozzarella sticks where great. I will be coming back for some more fun maybe next time with more pe
The whole family had an absolute blast. Great service... good food... and our children we absolutely over the moon with all the fun/games to explore!
Great Friday fun with kids just before dinner hour. It was great food, good atmosphere, kids played and played. We will definitely be back again!
Stopped in for a quick lunch. There was so much sauce on the pizza that is all you could taste, was unable to eat it. Was offer a box to take it home which I said no it is inedible then was brought the bill to pay for the food I didn't/couldn't eat. They have no interest in taking care of the customer.
We had such an amazing night. Our server was so sweet and the staff in the back who gave our children their prizes were absolutely amazing and kept the fun going. Highly recommend ??
The service is awful. I know they are new but they can't even handle the basics. I tried for over two weeks to book a space for an event but to no avail. I went to the location twice, and each time, they gave me a phone number to call the regional manager in Texas. I called several times and left messages but never got a callback, so I couldn't book the room for my event. The store manager knew nothing, couldn't help, and even made matters worse by routinely flip-flopping on information once I relied on it
Food was hot and fresh. Even though they messed up a salad. Asked for just cucumbers, lettuce and cheese. Got a salad with tomatoes and croutons no cheese or cucumbers. The music was extremely loud. I couldn't even hear our server and she couldn't hear us. I will go back again.
Montessa, was an amazing server we had tonight ! She was fun, friendly and anticipated all our needs! We loved her! Great job! We will be back
So I showed up at 1130 on Friday (They're open till 1).I went up to the bar which wasn't really busy and sat down .I was not even acknowledged by anyone at the bar for 10 minutes including 3 bartenders talking to each other so I left . Not a good first impression considering I was hoping to bring my fantasy football league here every Sunday. I guess I'll take them to Tullys where they take care of you !!
This place is ridiculous. I wish I could give zero stars. Waited over half an hour and finally went looking for someone to take drink orders. I asked for chicken tender combo to be told they didn't have any tenders ?? ?? ?? Never again ??
Great service, fastest we have ever had at one of the franchise. And the manager is absolutely personable. And the bathrooms were amazing and very clean for our little ones.
Worst kitchen staff ever! Do not eat here! Games were fun
Food was slow to arrive at the table and really was lacking in preparation. Pasta was tough to chew as well as oil soaked fish and chips. Overall with service it was a good experience.
Smaller than other D&B but definilty a fun place to spend time with friends
Excellent service, great cocktails.
Skyler is one of a kind server. Quick and excellent service she performs. Always going to request Skyler when I come back.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
