Dave & Buster's Islandia

A few friends and I had an fun Saturday night at Dave & Buster?s Islandia. We enjoyed fresh and tasty burgers, wings, and chicken strips. Despite being busy, there were plenty of games to play for all ages, thanks to their recent renovations. Our waiter was friendly and helpful, making great recommendations. The place felt safe with lots of staff and security around. Overall, a fantastic experience we highly recommend!

My basketball team had a amazing experience at Dave and Busters Islandia. We were able to have our awards ceremony in the vip room which created the perfect environment for our event. the staff was amazing and we can't wait to visit again.

Aside from the place being almost empty the service was terrible and they add 20% gratuity to the check after they don't give you a server they make you get up and go the the bar to wake the for food and drinks and the bartenders are nowhere to be found and the expect you to tip 20% on a check and they do absolutely nothing and the place was empty. So bad that no matter how much they remodeled the place and they were more focus on the service they maybe and just maybe people would return cause I would not.

I've been coming here for over 20 years. My son's 28 now and has had 9 party's there. Including his 21st birthday in the ballroom. We come sometimes just because and he comes with his friends. He loves this place! This place has truly evolved over the years. With a continuously amazingly fun experience year after year!

We had such a great time at Dave & Buster's. Food and atmosphere were great. We were greeted by Daniel at the front and he helped explain all the ins and outs of how everything works here and all the different gaming and dining options. Great management. Will definitely be back!

Wouldn't recommend eating there if ur expecting some good food, but the pizza and nachos (tho they were stingy with the toppings) were good. My family and I had a fun time playing the games, though. The VR game (which was $6) was fun, too.

It's always a great time here. The restaurant has a variety of food and drink. The food is delicious. And then it's time to play some games. There are plenty of free parking spots available.

This was the best Dave& Busters I have ever been too. From the start workers greeted our party with several drinks. When we walked into the game and prizes areas I don't think I've ever seen that many games. It was crazy and there were also so many prizes. Like I said we were with a party so they brought platters of food and the pig in a blanket they had was so good. Staff was helpful and changed the game when we asked them too. Easily the best Dave and Busters I've been too.

I really appreciate great customer service. My daughter lost her cell phone and we were frantically looking for it but couldn't find it. I spoke with Dan and he took my information down and assured me that he would give me a call if it was found. After about an hour or so, he called me. His level of professionalism as well and his staff was top tier. Everyone was so helpful. We are truly appreciative. Outside of the lost cell phone, we had a great time there with the kids during spring break.

Found up puking my guts out at 3 AM from some "suspicious" garlicy tasting tartar on my fish and chips. Sadly, my daughter who had initially altered me to the funky sauce, also got ill but to a much less degree since she only had a tiny bit. And the "unlimited" game card and dinner deal? It was a fun time with my kids. Our server Alysia was professional, attentive and knowledgeable. And the food? The food was delicious! Those juicy burgers, gooey cheese stack, nice boneless coated oh so well honey bbq wings, and last but not least their crunchy but yet juicy chicken strips!!! Drooling thinking of it. This was, without exaggeration, one of the most poorly managed dining experiences I've had. We had a reservation for 6:00 PM for two adults and one child. We went on a Saturday morning for my sons birthday. Just a family lunch not a full on birthday party. The waitress was nice and the food was served promptly. It was pretty good. Disappointing that they no longer have the deals where you can order food and get play cards for the kids. The kids had fun playing the games. Clean and a safe environment for all. Plenty of staff and security to oversee your stay. Cards are tap and there's plenty of games and entertainment. Food and bar are available as well as corporate/event space. I recommend buying a value package to maximize your purchase.

What a experience! Disgusting! My daughter ordered Mac and Cheese and so did my son! His was warm hers was FROZEN! Her spoon was used and crusted. This was served. The manager came over and took off their meal. I was so/so about that! I still gave another order (salad) to get home to nastiness. Never again $115 of finger foods that tasted like garbage! Went for lunch with my two daughters, and three for their cousins... There were seven of us in total. The service was very slow considering they sat us all the way in the back (not an issue) of the dining area and there were no other patrons in that section at that time. One of the best D&Bs this side of Long Island. Drinks were amazing, bartender was very kind. the food was out of this world, well prepared better than most restaurants around. Place wasn't too crowded. They are under construction right now so it's only going to look better.

Food was good but the angry waitress got our order wrong 3 times. And we even had a dish missing that was never served. Sorry to say, but never have we experienced what we did last night. Me and the wife came in at 7:30 pm ish for some drinks and a meal. We get seated by the host and waited like 20 minutes to see waiter. Came and apologized for the wait, started taking our drink order and started walking away as he's taking it. I asked for mojitos and was trying to ask for shots. He forgot my wife BBq sauce which there was a up charge for, which he removed. Took my nephew for the first time and we had a blast playing basketball ?? connect four ,then got down on some halo then we raced did some axe throwing then we ate and went home.. awesome place to take the family

My kids had fun with the game, but the prices and points system are outrageous and rigged. I will not be returning. We'll stick to Chuck E. Cheese, at least the pizza there is good. None of us were impressed. We didn't really touch the food nor want to take it home. I will say if you're looking to get wasted and spend money, it's a great place to go.

My child had a birthday here (party of 25)and the food was beyond horrible everyone in my party agreed. I suggest you eat somewhere else before you go. It's not that the food was hot it just tasted very low quality. Never will eat here again but the games I will play and or drink.

Zero stars if I could. The games are sad, most worked, but there were a significant number broken and "working" or just not working at all. I would rather drive to another than come here again, forget the construction, the inside of the place is falling apart. Bathroom was flooded, no atm in the building during a rainstorm, I'm 4?9? so I need to move up the seat for the racing games, all of them were broken! The scan pads were all messed up. Not comparable to the other locations. Not coming back (and I live to the east)

I recently celebrated my son's 10th birthday with family and friends, the place has a friendly and attentive staff, the food was OK and the kids had a lot of fun on their expansive and diverse game floor which is the main reason why we chose D&B and the prices are reasonable. I would recommend it.

It's was a good experience. We were here as part of a party. Servers were pleasant and readily available. Food was ok, typical bar food, but flavorful. The kids had play cards and even won 1,000 tickets from one game. On the bar side, good food, drinks were good, sports everywhere on screens of many sizes. Sat at the bar while my son was hanging with his friends. Grabbed myself a drink and some wings. Service was fast and the bar staff was very attentive. My drink was fantastic believe it was called "Henny's Nirvana" . Wings and truffle fries were equally as delicious.

In the span of an hour, we had to ask for a technician multiple times because there was an issue of some sort with pretty much every game we played. There shouldn't be an issue if you're playing solo or even as a couple, but be careful thinking you'll get to play as a group

Ty is the best bartender ever!! On top of everything at the bar. Never had a wait for a drink. He is always friendly with the biggest smile. The manager Dan came over made sure we were having a great time. He was very personable and made us laugh. Even know they are going throw a remodel the service did not lack. If you are looking for a place to go and have a great time, I highly recommend Dave n Busters in Islandia.

The food is delicious my favorite food it the pretzle dogs and the breken burger, as for games they made a new game called arcade i definitely recommend it, i enjoyed it with my friends on my birthday and we have laughs

Another Dave & Buster's for regular relaxing. Order the seasonal beer, mozzarella bruschetta and Korean style ribs. Great food though the ribs are little salty.

Omg, horrible. I ordered Creole Shrimp dip, so salty and look at the oil on the bottom. We sat at the bar and the bartender did not know anything about the drinks and the drinks taste like juice. I prefer going to the one in Garden City instead of this one in Islandia.

They are currently renovating so it's in the process. I like it here but it seems like they understaff. Hard to find someone to help you and service is a bit slow. Workers don't seem happy to be working there. Maybe they should consider more staff or maybe they don't treat staff well.

This is truly the best Dave and Busters. We choose the islandian location over Westbury because we've always had a great experience. The food tonight was amazing --and the happy hour drinks are such a good value. Most importantly the managers circulate often through the restaurant and the playing space. We went there for my cousin's birthday. We were about 13 of us and the woman at the counter said if we all want to sit together it would be over an hour and a half. This makes no sense as there were many empty tables in other sections. Not wanting to wait I went to the bar and grabbed 2 seats for me and my wife and was basically ignored for 5 minutes. They were not that busy. A girl finally asked if we wanted a drink and we said yes and menus please as we wanted to order food. I got one of the specialty

First time there I was overwhelmed by the shear excitement of the company I was with who played the dance off game. Since they are open till 2am I decided to bring my son and his girlfriend ( from Germany). They had a blast.

Had I nice time but the servers weren't particularly doing there jobs they seemed to disappear more then attend the tables. We thought at one point our server went home? Waited over a hour for food and we where one of three tables in the whole dinning area.

I was here for a birthday party, about 16 adults and 4 children. The Waiter and Waitress were AMAZING, very attentive, and knowledgeable of the menu. The recommendations they made were great. Took care of us, and everyone received the correct food at perfect temperature The atmosphere here was AWESOME!!! The games were fun to play, and there were so many different things to choose from. Great for adults and children. All employees here we very nice and helpful. They have self-service stations for the D&B

Our server was fantastic, really helped with three young children. Everyone loves being there and the arcade is mind-blowing. Their menu uses to inclde a few healthier options. I hope they will add them back in.

I've had mixed reviews over the years, but they seem to be improving overall. Daniel, the assistant general manager went above and beyond to help when we had an issue.

Great place. Service has been been awesome and accommodating for children. I like their policy, children and teens need to be accompanied by and adult because it's basically a bar and arcade. Food is good, it's close to Applebee's but the menu is small but enough selections. I would recommend D&B for drinking, watching a game with friends then arcade. I visit here every few weeks.

We (party of 3) arrived at 12pm on a Sunday for lunch. The place was absolutely empty. There were 5 workers chatting in the "greeting" section. When we approached them to be seated, none of them wanted to take us to a table. They were all looking at each other upset because we had interrupted their chat. Finally, one of the guys said, "Fine, I'll take them." I could have understood if it was 9pm, after a long day of work, but the place was empty, and we were the first ones there.

We celebrated our son?s 11th birthday party today. The staff were amazing! Especially our party host and server, who were on top of things to make sure that our guests were well taken care of. The food was also amazing! Thank you for making my son?s birthday a memorable one. Would definitely recommend having a party here!!

Recently went to Dave & Buster?s Islandia for a networking event through Discover Long Island. This location is huge! So much hidden space available for parties, business occasions and more. There was also lots of space between the games which I liked, it made the space seem less crowded. Every manager I met was wonderful! I'm personally not into the limited or lack of real arcade games, but this is a great play date for kids. Expect to spend $ the $60 card is decent. Food is ok nothing to write home about.

They had people working while people playing the games were not working right. The manager seemed annoyed when we asked a question about te season pass

Food was ok, the buffalo chicken wings was warm and dry, looks like they mopped the sauce on the wings prior to coming out. All American cheeseburger was decent, except for the old raggedy piece of lettuce sitting on top of the burger. The Long Island ice tea was the winner of the night, super sour and hardly any liquor. The lemon in my drink still had the sticker on the lemon.

James is a great customer service attendant. He made our first time experience a blast. James was very attentive and informative of the variety of games which would be suitable for my children. It's very rare that there are people with phenomenal work ethic such as James displayed on a busy Friday . I look forward to coming back & enjoying these amazing games with my family.
