Super clean location Surrounded by many many other eateries and fun spots Colorful outgoing and inviting Huge parking structure Inviting inside colorful. Super easy to get gane cards Games seem to be modern, and bar is lively. Restrooms , are limited, but clean. Food choices are limited, but enticing. Stay with the appetizers and quick drinks - makes for the bill to be reasonable. It was a bit slow during the night, a Friday, some of the entertainment is getting old and dated. But overall, a good gr

First time, definitely won't be the last. I had so much fun here and would recommend anyone looking into going come to this location. You won't be disappointed with the food or fun.

We all had a great time. Something for all ages to do. The food, drinks and service was perfect.

The food was great besides this one appetizer called cauliflower something but other than that their fried pickles are AMAZING!!! Pasta was average, food service on point! Especially because we had a party of 17. Id say they did pretty damn good! I went to play in the arcade and after not having enough tickets I asked the lady if I could purchase the baby yoda figurine and she told me I had to purchase the entire amount of tickets and come back and pay with those. Got it either way, but they had numerous co

Absolutely a wonderful experience, genuinely thank you to everyone especially the bartender Ally! I had an awful week and it was so wonderful to have the opportunity to relax while keeping my kids entertained. The games were well priced too so I was able to treat them without breaking my budget (for once). Every time I come the staff is so friendly and management is really on the ball and makes sure to come say hello! Thank you to Ally, Mike, Pedro, Lisa and everyone here for giving this tired mama a break!

This is the best Dave and Busters location I have been to. We have been coming here for years, even though it is further than our closest Dave and Busters location. Drinks, food, and service are impeccable, and it's a great place to play games and watch sports. Ally at the Midway bar always make sure we have the best experience possible, and all of the managers (Mike, Pedro, David, Lisa and the rest of the team) make sure that this location is held to the highest standard. I look forward to many years of co

The food was pretty good. Took awhile to get our food which came out cooled like it had been sitting. I like D&B but the service is mediocre. I've experienced this at multiple locations. Best part is the arcade and multiple screens for catching a game.

Stopped in to get a cocktail, which was really good (Had the Long Island iced tea). Ended up with funnel cake fries. Wasn't even hungry, but how do you pass on funnel cake fries??

1/5 stars - Disappointing Experience at Dave & Buster's* I recently visited Dave & Buster's with friends, expecting a fun night out. Unfortunately, the experience fell flat due to subpar food and service. The food was overpriced and underseasoned. Our server seemed overwhelmed, taking ages to take orders and forgetting one of our appetizers altogether. The arcade games were fun, but the overall experience was marred by poor service and mediocre food. Not worth the hefty price tag. *Tips for improvement:

I visited Dave & Buster?s today with a group of clients, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service we received. Our server Alex (who also seemed to be tending bar) was incredibly professional, patient, and attentive throughout our visit, even with the unique needs of our group. One of my clients left early and closed out their tab, but another only ordered French fries ? and in the middle of managing everything, I accidentally forgot to close out their order. Hours later, it came to

My recent trip to Dave & Buster's was super fun and it was an unforgettable experience! There were so many games and it was super family friendly. The staff there were also super helpful and made this experience even better. Jason, one of the staff members, made our visit amazing. He was very helpful, friendly, and made sure we were having a good time and had everything we needed. I will be coming back here and suggest you come here too!

Had a great impression when I was greeted by Brenda in the front. Then I got to meet Monique and it showed how well run this establishment was when I was there in the afternoon. Overall, i can't wait to bring my family back here!

A fun place for family night. Since they changed their menu item to a craft kitchen menu, the food is pretty good! The kid's battered chicken strips were fresh and moist. The French dip was delicious; a little on the rich side for me, but my husband enjoyed it. A safe sandwich to order. I had the veggie bowl with a side of chicken. The veggie bowl was delicious! The chicken on the other hand tasted like cardboard or chicken produced for the masses. A little surprising since everything else was good.

My recent visit to Dave & Buster at the Irvine Spectrum was extremely disappointing due to the poor service from the server Brandi. My friend and I both ordered the all you can eat wings (AYCE) + $10 power card combo for $23.99. At the beginning, I told Brandi that I would use my existing physical Power Card to avoid an additional activation fee. However, she assured me that I would not be charged if I opted for a new card, so I went with it. When we received the check, we noticed a $3 activation fee per p

We're regulars at Irvine and Orange locations, and this was the worst experience I've ever had at any Dave and Busters! We played a few games and decided to order food. As you can see in the pictures, the place was almost empty, so it's amazing that we would have any problems ordering or getting our food, but we did. After waiting at our table for 10 minutes or so, my husband asked the bartender if we could order from him and he said he'd get someone to help us. So we waited. First the server just ignored

I had an amazing time at Dave & Buster?s! The atmosphere was fun, energetic, and perfect for a night out with friends. The games were well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly helpful. A special shoutout to Jason, who went above and beyond to make our experience fantastic. He was super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. His customer service was top-notch, and he truly made our visit memorable. I highly recommend visiting Dave & Buster?s if you're looking for a fun time wit

I recently visited Dave & Buster's and had a great time! The atmosphere was lively and super fun for a night out. The games were exciting and perfect for all ages. I want to give a special shoutout to Jason, one of the workers there. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. Jason definitely made our visit more enjoyable. I recommend going to this Dave & Buster's and will definitely be going again!

Came here with a large group of 18 adults and kids. Jonathan R. Took care of us straight away and got us seated with no trouble. He is awesome and has great customer service skills. He made the experience enjoyable especially with children in tow.

It's been quite some time since I have been to D&B and I have to say I was impressed. Colette was our bartender and she was great. She was very attentive and even went above and beyond to make sure our kids were taken care of as well. We were so pleased with our experience here at D&B Irvine. Thank you all for such awesome service. You guys all rock!

Love the appetizers cauliflower. Sliders. Sizes are generous at an affordable price

I've been coming to this Dave and busters since last year without any issue. Me and my wife have been coming here almost every weekend, just the two of us or with her daughter. Today it was the first time in a year I was asked for ID to have a beer, which I always did without any issue (im 34). I have a permanent resident card and it wasn't accepted by the bar staff and the supervisor in charge. They said I need an ?valid California ID? and refused to serve me. Just FYI a permanent resident card has more va

Great environment. Customers were spaced out where you didn't feel bunched up. It was a general comfortable feel and you got to watch the games on the amazing screens in here. The food is great. Very tasty and from what I understand the menu has changed recently for the better. One aspect that I liked about this place is everything is up-to-date with technology. The games are amazing. you could use your phone to swipe to play and you could also use your phone to order food when you're sitting down. I though

We sat in the bar area at the high tables facing the big screens. We ordered the boneless wings with fries and celery, sliders, and bbq chicken flatbread pizza. Everything was mid. The chicken was dry and did I mention dry? Dipping it in ranch couldn't save it. The fries were overly salted. The sliders were so dry I choked. There was pieces of dry meat lingering in my throat. Probably the worse sliders I ever had. The pickles were not pickled and tasted like pool water. The flatbread pizza was somewhat bet

Xieu took care of me. Went ahead and went out of his way to help me charge my phone and make sure it was charged at the end of the day before I left. Also, he was exceptional from a service perspective and a human perspective and recommend whoever his boss is to promote this guy.

I had a real fun experience today. It was my first time going so i didn't know what to expect. Food and drinks were really good. I will definitely be coming back. Shout out to Lidia and Ducky for making our experience 1000 times better. ??????

Dave & Busters in Irvine is one of the best restaurants I've been to in a while. It's so much fun, the food is actually pretty amazing! I wasn't expecting it to be that good tbh. The staff is friendly, the manager Justin G was very polite and made sure we were good. The restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is great. The arcade games are so much fun, we took our kids and they loved it! It's good for the whole family.

I recently hosted my son's 11th birthday party at Dave & Buster's in Irvine, and it was a fantastic experience. The arcade offered a wide variety of games, ensuring that everyone had a great time. The American food served was delicious, and the availability of beer added to the overall enjoyment of the event. While the overall customer service was great, I did experience a slight delay in receiving food and drinks at our table. However, this minor inconvenience did not overshadow the positive aspects of ou

Went in to watch the fight and was greeted by Vanessa M who gave us amazing service. She was not only friendly but very knowledgeable of the food and drinks. I don't visit Dave & Busters much so I wasn't too familiar with their menu, but I definitely got all my questions answered by Vanessa. Her manager David M also came to check on us and made sure everything was great. Will definitely return!

I was there with friends and it was pretty fun but it's very loud. Went on Superbowl Sunday so the game was on so it's natural. Honestly has good arcade games and a great vibe to the place. I never tried the food so I do not know if it's good or not so I'm leaving that out

Ok so loved the vibe going in the guys at the bar when you first come in we're so cool amazing service, drinks were bomb however the bar inside the arcade the girls were super rude! Energy was not giving good customer Service. Our server by that bar was so sweet tho I just didn't like the girls at the bar they kept giving me dirty looks. One girl looked in her late 20s took my order with my bf ordered 2 Mexican candy shots but from the jump she seemed moody, told us to fill out the whole receipt (for the tip

Huge fan of this Dave and Busters at The Irvine Spectrum in Orange County, California. They've got multiple bars and good happy hour deals on weekdays. On Wednesdays they do half priced games, which is great for the family. They recently raised the price on all of the games. Here's the way the math works out. You get a $100 game card that has 750 points. Most games charge from 7-12 points per play so it's about $1-$1.50 per game play. Just don't let your kids run away with the card for too long or they may

We came to David & Buster?s to celebrate our friend?s 18th birthday and spent hundreds of dollars to make it special. Instead, the night ended with us being kicked out with zero warning?just for lightly playing around with a game after it ended. Nothing was broken, no one was being disruptive, and the moment we were told to stop, we apologized immediately. But that didn't matter. I'd also like to mention there was absolutely no line for the game we were playing with. The employee who kicked us out was a co

Warning- if you, like us, are seeking out this location and driving way out of your way to try the human crane- they don't have it. Despite what the website says. Family had fun despite the initial letdown. Food was good, some of the beer was flat. Overall pretty good experience, just disappointed about the game that was our whole reason for coming.

Food was good but not great. Tried the chicken sandwich. It was good, came with seasoned fries. Beer selection was good for most tastes. Our server was great. Got our order and brought our food out quickly. Stopped by twice to check on us. The check was brought out soon as we were done eating. There were several big screen tvs showing a couple football games for the sports fan in your group. Nice atmosphere, a little loud so be prepared for that. Enjoyed the game room. Lots of different arcade games, ticket

Recently went for my cousin's 5th birthday ?? ?? ?? ?? party. It changed over the years since I 1st went there I was 11 yrs old. Sometimes it's a pain walking to the ?? restroom all the way to the arcade room.

Always a great experience here. Customer service is honestly top notch. Games are always working. It's honestly the best place for myself and my group of friends. Particularly found of Pedro, Trish, Ducky and Marcus and they were very helpful tonight! Thank you guys!

Horrible. Went there to win some prizes for the kids. The place is so loud and overwhelming. You can't even hear each other. I tried to get a beer and was ignored by 2/3 of the staff. Finally a female bartender acknowledged me and served me a beer. Only 3 customers total at the bar and 2 already had drinks. The games hardly give you any tickets. A good game in ski ball used to give 20-30 tickets, now you get THREE! We spent a lot of time and money at the coin pusher and knocked a bunch of the coins in. Th

Spend my daughters 12 birthday , we really enjoyed it. Food was really good and great service.

I was laying home sick for several days and finally got better couple of days ago . We decided to go enjoy our favorite place with whole family to Dave & Buster?s . We always spend good amount of money here and never regret till this day after having a rude and disrespectful conversation with a David Area Operation Manager. I forgot my id in a car and my wife was trying to get alcohol drinks but unfortunately we got rejected because I don't have one. We had a long conversation with Manager name David why my

We love this place for the kids. We usually come on Wednesdays when all arcade games are half off. The food service is really slow and it is really hard to even find someone to take your order, but we don't come for the food. The arcade is awesome!!

Trish and Marcus were absolutely amazing! 12 out of 10 service truly, managers Ducky and Pedro went next level stopping by to check on us and make sure we were well taken care of! Couldn't recommend this D&B more!

First time at this D&B. It wasn't very busy so got sat immediately, had our order taken and got our food pretty quickly. The Philly cheese sandwich was good a bit too wet with good fries but nothing special. Their mac n cheese was also okay not too saucy, dry or salty. Seemed a bit overpriced. $15 for a bowl of mac and cheese. We chose the power play or whatever that meal & chips deal was. Overall our dining experience was great had no problems with the food or server... except: Small note: Our server trie

Amazing atmosphere, my server Trish was extremely helpful and made my experience tons of fun, my bartender Marcus was very timely and upbeat and made my drinks perfectly! Ducky & Pedro were very welcoming as well. Overall great night!

Good service. Foods taste great. Server Mr. Jose was good. Always keep track of your credit card spending and don't forget your server name. I don't like the way they take your credit card away to charge when you pay. They should have an option to pay at your table liked other restaurant where you scan or insert directly into a machine at your table after you done eating and ready to pay. Too many scam artist out there to steal your card.

The manager David made sure his team was on their A game tonight! Our food was very tasty and the service was nothing short of excellent! We will definitely be back to this location !

Celebrated a birthday. Great atmosphere, always delivers fun! Poor service at the bar. Couldn't get a bartender to help us. Drinks were very inconsistent between bartenders. Food was very average.

We order to go almost every week. The wings are great. The manager Mr. Xiue is very helpful to us and when we had to fix our order, he stepped in very quickly and respectfully fixed the order. Great team work. Well done, Thanks

Great place! Watch sports there (I go for soccer games)! Have their Philly Cheese Steak with all the toppings, it is amazing! Their cocktails are also delicious! For appetizers try their lettuce wrap and their wings! They have Shuffle Board but it is in a room you don't see if you don't search for it... they should move it to a different place, because most of the time that room is reserved for large parties and you cannot play! Overall, this Dave and Busters has great management and their staff are nice!

This place is usually extremely short staffed and the games are out of order most of the time. I also ordered fries, I didn't like the truffle garlic thing they put on and they would not remake it because management was on a power trip. The mini hot dogs are good and the clown game is fun though

We come every Wednesday and our favorite bartender is Bobby. He's the best. Unfortunately we have to stop coming for a while due to pricing. But it will always be our favorite date night.

Love the Irvine Location. Colette the bartender was super attentive & helping when deciding what to eat..the nachos hit the spot! Thank you Colette & the DB Team. Such a great Saturday night!!!!

Manager David is the man !! We came in with a big party and wait times were short which was amazing. Very happy with our latest visit and will for sure be coming back

First time at the D&B in Irvine. The staff is definitely not the most friendly group of people I have ever met. I tried to reactivate my card. Yes, it's my fault I lost it but were military and move alot things get lost! Needless to say 20minutes of waiting in line to activate a new card and I still dont have one. The lady at the counter didnt seem at all interested in helping.. just getting you out of her face as quickly as possible. We got the Power hour cards and found a seat to eat (seat yourself) the c

We celebrated boy?s birthday party here. All the kids played games and got a lot of rewards here. Super fun.

Just wanted to say thank you so much to Meghan Lynch for helping setup our Company Party. She was amazing to work with and assisted me with the whole process 10/10 would recommend her to anyone interested on setting up an event. ~ Thank you again.

Our kids had so much fun there , both emotionally and physically ??. And the food there is surprisingly good.

The arcade noise was horrible. But my 7-year-old granddaughter had a blast, so it was a hit for me, too. Did not choose to eat there.

Amazing sports bar serving food and drinks. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The service was quick and the prices and portion sizes were fair.

Pretty small and a lot of games were out of order but overall it was a good experience. Great food and drink selection. Would recommend if for a date night.

It was so much fun, the food was delicious and will definitely return. We had a blast.

Very nice place, we had a great time. We were served by a blonde girl with glasses who was very kind; her attention was excellent.

We don't have enough words to express our gratitude to Xieu and the management team at this location! One of my kids lost the card on which he had accumulated thousands of points across multiple visits, he was devastated as he had been saving the points for a big purchase but Xieu went above and beyond to trace the card and was kind enough to help restore the balance on a new card. We are definitely downloading the app now!!Thanks Xieu and D&B, you have secured loyal customers for life!

You can spend the whole weekend night there and play lots of games and arcades for couple of hours and also have 1 food court area and 2 proffesional Bars with perfect drinks for you and your group of friends/family to enjoy. We bought $45 pass and after 1 hour of play we only spent 20 bucks and the rest stays in pur carf for the next time. Suggested

I always like to bring my son here. I don't get very long to eat and drink because he's ready to play! We have a great time every time!

Had a great time here on 1/2 off Wednesday for the arcade area and numerous games to play from carnival style, joystick, and Virtual Reality. Jesus Christ Loves You!!!

Not really my kind of place, feels a bit like a night club and or Vegas with all the video game lights, music and bars... but with that said we went there because our 10 year old birthday girl wanted to go play games and we honored her wish. She did have fun and that's what counts! The food in the arcade area was nothing to write home about, and the kitchen messed up our order & for got an item, our waiter was attentive, courteous and apologetic. If you want a better menu choice, I would suggest eating in t

The sodas were watered down. The food was horrible. I had a party there and the birthday girl suppose to have had unlimited games. That was a lie. I hated it

I had a great time for my first experience. Justin aka Dicky had our party lit, it was the energy you want when you want to have a good time. Very Respectfully, Jordan Ceaser James Jr. USMC BS, AS Exercise Science, Elite Trainer, Master Trainer, CPT, YFT, Sport Nutrition, Exercise Therapy, Bodybuilding, Group Fitness

the manager Justin G was the best took my family to have dinner and play games. Got an excellent service very professional definitely recommend the place and will come back. Thank you again Justin

Went Superbowl Sunday (Feb 3, 2019). Amanda was incredible, even though she was super busy. We had delicious appetizers (traditional buffalo wings, mini cantina nachos, smashed bar burgers )... and for dessert we had the build your own churro sundae and the brookie sundae tower. The game might have been "meh", but our experience dining here during super bowl Sunday was definitely an amazing one!

birthday party: I celebrated my daughter's 10th birthday here. Invited her Girl Scouts friends.I booked a private room. The private room has a minimum consumption $900-$1200. The price of the private room in Irvine is not the official website price, Is higher than the official website price. Picture 1 is the price of the private room in Irvine. When you are a new guest and ask for the first time, there is no minimum consumption in the contract. When you are sure you need it, the minimum consumption will be

The all American ???? burger ?? was delicious I added bacon ?? xtra of course the wifey had the ipa fish and chips ???? she didn't enjoy. Fam enjoyed the arcades? will come again

i take my boys here all the time and i noticed one of the male employees touching them and it was an all in all messed up situation.Long story short their cameras are live which means they don't record anything so if something happens to your child and you need proof they won't have it. avoid this place at all costs.!!!

Service and cleanliness have really declined. Couldn't find a single clean menu and waitresses refused to serve us where there was a sign that said to seat yourself. I really am not enjoying giving my money to this place anymore.

Amazing dining experience at Dave?s in Irvine! Our server Alex provided attentive service and with the support of his manager David, we felt well taken care of !

Had a great time with my family, our kids love this place. Service was exceptional.

One of the better Dave and Busters Locations... come and enjoy dinner, a beer, watch the game, play pool or play some video games... Can't go wrong, unless you're in a bad mood.. in that case.. just stay home.

food and staff were great but theres no rating for the establishment itself which was run down and felt abandoned. 100% of games with physical components do not work. a few digital ganes had display issues which also ruined the experience using them. don't bother going to this location.

I took my twin girls here to Celebrate their 5th grade promotion!! The service was great as was the food The drinks from the bar are amazing so don't let the 2 drink limit deter you from going and having a ball. My girls loved the place as it was a step up from Chuck E Cheese's yet more age appropriate.

Tyler I believe was our server and he was just awesome!!! Very helpful and attentive to our needs... The play area was great with an AWESOME selection of games , not a single broken game!!!! It was also great that they had VR games for regular pay, definitely will go again!! The food is like ANY Dave n busters which is why I put 4, the taste is good but price for bar food not the deal ??... The taste here was great though satisfied with all of it, sorry for the 4star it's just the price for type of food fo

A great place for family and friends to hang out and have fun. Excellent location surrounded by a variety of shops and restaurants.

Super fun place. Aside from playing games, I got food and drink in the main dining hall. Server was slow and rude. I had asked for a winners martini. She returned with a pink drink that had no salt rim or bleu cheese olives. When I asked for something else because the drink was clearly not made correctly, I was snapped at and told ?I know I made the drink right! It's not my favorite choice. Personally I think they're gross, but I know I made it right!? ? maybe she was having a bad day (as we all do). But, b

Great food, fun place. Terrible customer service, waited for 45 minutes for my order.

Very good there's beer and I won 1600 tickets in 40 minutes because I'm basically the best

It was so much fun for everyone. No matter the age as long you understand the game and the possibilities of winning or not. It's all about participating and trying your best.

We go here every Saturday. Our favorite arcade. So many fun games and the prices aren't bad. We just share a power card which works fine. And it's super fun. My only complain is the basketball sometimes is clogged and you got to hit inside to get them out but it's a small thing. Our main draw is the dance dance revolution game. Which is our favorite. They got one machine. But unlike other places we have gone it is not usually got people on it. So most of the time you can jus use it. Or maybe wait for one p

My only knock against this place is that it's pricey. Otherwise, it's a great place for a fun casual family day.

I haven't been to a D&Bs in years. I wasn't sure if I really remembered much about it. It was my son?s 28th birthday and his girlfriend planned a party. We had our own adult party room with a private bartender, pool tables and plenty of seating. The food was delicious, the drinks were outstanding (not watered down at all), and the service was top notch. We went out to play games afterward and everyone had such a great time. The atmosphere was electric, fun and energetic. I highly recommend Dave & Busters fo

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
