I haven't been in a few years. Brought two of my friends who both had a combo with gameplay. One was a smash burger, beer, and $20 gameplay. The other bacon smash burger, coke, and $20 gameplay. This place was awful compared to the one in Kentucky. The service was trash they had 2 servers for the entire restaurant area. The bacon burger barely had bacon on it. I want to start off by saying I was looking forward to coming here for weeks because I had a bunch of gift cards. I was ready to spend hours here and even come back. Fist time going to a "adult" version of a chuck e cheese but it certainly didn't disappoint. Staff was on time never made it feel like it would take forever to continue, and the food was very tasty I would recommend the crispy chicken sandwhich. The games were great, plenty of options to choose from as well as prizes. Definitely would come back when things line up for me personally

Went today for my son?s birthday and staff was amazing. Staff was amazing. The manager Kevin was very personable and accommodating to our party and needs. Top notch.. Karen our server was also great. Prompt with everything and very kind. Will be back for our next birthday or get together.

The parking lot was empty. We are in town for the weekend and stopped by but the reviews and empty lot almost kept us out. When we came in for lunch? there was no one to greet us. Someone eventually arrived. The food was great! I have no complaints about presentation or temperature. Our server checked on us regularly. The bathrooms are very clean. But we decided not to play any games based on some of these reviews. Our experience is pretty good.

Ordered food never received it. Took my order set part of my order at the register. Took 30 min to take my order. Set at bar for 2 hours waiting for food. No one assisted with getting game cards either. Need more staff and was not crowded. Still waiting to be cashed out.

My daughter on her 23rd birthday wanted to go to Dave & Buster?s now I have been to Dave & Buster?s in San Diego over a decade and a half ago so I wasn't sure what to expect for the Dave & Buster?s in Castleton Indiana. And after coming to this, Dave & Buster?s, I was more than satisfied with the atmosphere the service and all the fun. My daughter and her friends were having.! So if you're going to Dave & Buster?s in Castleton, Indiana, ask for Levi he is a top notch server who will go above and beyond!

We had our kids skip their afternoon classes and made the 2.5 hour drive to Indy for my son's birthday. Stopped by the record store, Top Golf, Cheesecake Factory, and then Dave & Busters. Dave & Busters did their best to ruin a great day with the family. My kids spent about $60 to play games. My youngest loves the baseball speed gun game. We came with our 4 year old. We racked up 5000 points on the card. We were in the prize selection area and picked out our stuff and LOST OUR CARD!!! Will behind the counter helped me track the card that we purchased, my wife went over to the front, and someone actually found it. Not a good place for 21 and under..So I have to edit this Review so it can make sense to the intelligent one that responded. A 21-year-old can come in your establishment and not be able to buy food however they can buy drinks of the alcoholic nature and you serve them..Makes no sense at ALL.

Quick walk thru and counted 25 games out of order. None of the kiosks would work to recharge our cards. Asked a guy how to recharge our cards and he directed us to the bartender. Took my son here for boys night out. He loved it. All the games they had were pretty fun for us to play together. I liked that the games weren't just set up for children. Adults can easily play too. Games are fun for the kids and adults. A bit overpriced for what you get. However fun no matter. Food is subpar. The nachos could have had some more toppings, too many chips for the cost. This place is truly dreadful. Visiting feels like being trapped in a relentless nightmare. The food is mediocre at best, and the staff's treatment is far from pleasant. Each time we go, we encounter problems, whether it's being overcharged or dealing with the unpleasant demeanor of the employees, including the managers. On top of the terrible service, the prices are exorbitant. I really wish the experience matched the cost. Ultimately, we've made the decision to never return.

First off I messed up my party date and showed up with my whole family. The manager fixed the date and still accommodated us. They went above and beyond. Are server was the best. What a great place! Fun and exciting atmosphere. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. There were lots of really fun games, I had a blast. It took forever to be acknowledged for starters and the place looked like a ghost town. The drink pictured on the menu is what I ordered and the drink you see in the picture is what came to me. Arcades and entertainment centers have always been a bit of a money pit but it feels like Dave and Busters has become exceptionally expensive within the last year or so. The cost of a single game works out to be around $2 and most last less than 30 seconds. Wow. Server was amazing. She was trying her hardest. However, the kitchen here is a mess. We had everything from wings taking an hour and a half. There? were gnats crawling around on a salad. Nearly every game we played was broken somehow. Many of them didn't work at all and there was no sign to warn you. I basically donated $20 to them because of this. Many of the games were sticky and just felt gross to touch. It doesn't seem like they get wiped down often enough. There were no servers at the bar so we couldn't order water. Ribs were actually good! If you know about Dave and Busters, then you know there are kids and games here but there is food. The ribs I had were actually good. I had a fun date night here with my husband but they were clearly understaffed. We waited so long every time we ordered a drink or food. The place was incredibly dirty with spilled drinks everywhere. The bathroom was clearly never attended to, it was out of toilet paper and paper towels each time I went in. The floors were covered in spills and used TP and paper towels.

Dave&Busters in Indianapolis is a fun place to visit for play & work! I attended a work meeting with 40 other people; we were at up in a large conference room and served a great lunch. Not to mention, we were able to play some games on the side!

It was kind of loud, hard to carry on a decent conversation, but that is to be expected. To clarify: the restaurant was not busy, the noise was coming from the Dave & Busters radio station playing over the speakers. It just seemed too loud for lunch and the less than 50 people there.

I go to Dave and busters a lot and I really enjoy their game selection. I have had problems before with machines not paying out jackpots properly but most of the time the management will do the best they can to fix a problem. Their food is good and the atmosphere is fun. It's a Great place to take kids and also a good sports bar if that's what you're looking for. Overall I would recommend visiting. Wednesday?s are the best for their half-price games.

1/2 Off Cocktails and Tokens on Wednesday. I ate dinner there and the food was delicious. Service was slow though, and there was a mistake with my check though (i.e. friend's beer was on my bill). A lot of the games were shutdown for social distancing so that was a big bummer. Games that were down included Luigi's Mansion, Skii ball, and almost all of the coin pushers, except one.
