Customer Reviews

Took a day trip out here from Atlanta just to come to this Dave & Buster's location and really enjoyed my visit! Got the high score on some of the games on Pac-Man's Pixel Bash. Will definitely be back in the future.

This location is very big with lots of seating and the best games ever. We sat at the bar and had the 5 dollar draft beers which were very cold and tasty. The bar stools are really comfortable and there was also a foot rest. Tons of tvs to watch. We ordered the breakfast burger the ceasar salad and nachos. The food quality was good. This is one of the most comfortable bars I've ever chilled at. Great location.

Delicious food, awesome service, reasonable prices and lots of fun! Our Server checked in with us several times, and the manager even came and said hi. The TVs were all on different channels, and the booths and tables were clean! We purchased our game tickets, while we were at our table and our server was knowledgeable about the different prices! Great variety of games to choose from and good selection of prizes.

I had been promising my son that we'd go to Dave and Busters for a while now. We happened upon this one while in Huntsville on vacation and decided it was the perfect place for lunch. Walking in the atmosphere was about as expected for a high end eatery and arcade. The music was loud but not overwhelming, the sports tv?s dazzled over the bar, and the neon arcade games buzzed and sang with all their charm. The hostess seated us quickly as we told her we wanted to eat and play and our waitress was great! We

Five-Star Fun for the Whole Team Dave & Buster's was the perfect spot for a fun team outing during my recent work trip. The atmosphere was electric, with a great mix of games, music, and people. It was a welcome escape from the usual conference rooms and presentations. The food was surprisingly good! We shared a variety of appetizers and entrees, and everything was fresh and flavorful. Our server was attentive and friendly, making sure our drinks were always full and our orders were correct. We had a blast

If you start your day with the food, you will be disappointed. If they say they are short staffed, don't, by any means, sit down to get food. And if you get the meal option, they will make it a massive deal to take the food You Already Paid For off of your bill. Took us about 3 hours to get our cold food and get our checks. Didn't help our server was visibly enraged that she had to do her job. Food also blows.

Lots of fun, a little pricey if you play games unless you go on half price Wednesdays. They have added a few new games. Great place to watch the games and grab a drink. The bartenders are always super nice!

Went to Dave & Busters this weekend as a double date. The atmosphere was great! Loud music, you can hear the games all going off, & TVs playing lots of sports. Yet not so loud you couldn't hear each other talk. The service was great! Top notch! Got a Philly cheesesteak with fries & an avocado chicken sandwich with a salad. I didn't get the salad right away, got fries instead, but the server took care of the mistake super fast! Both were delicious! I didn't care for the fries when I tasted them, they had ski

Chicken Parm Pasta The chicken was blackened and hidden under a huge amount of pasta sauce and cheese. Tasted like a chicken pizza. The pasta was greasy and stuck together with the amount of cheese used. I wouldn't recommend the Chicken Parm Pasta. The S'mores Cheesecake was delicious. It's worth a try!

I loved this place so much, I got a job there! ?? What says the most about them? The fact that I developed my high opinion in less than 5 minutes, before ever tasting their food or playing a single game! I noticed my date wasn't feeling well, so I suggested we get him home... but I knew I would be back, bc the rush I got just from walking in provided a more intense dopamine hit than I got seeing my date walk up to me (and dude was smokin' hot, so you can imagine how great that was lol). Just as I imagined:

Wonderful place all around! So good we went twice! Super friendly manager gave us some free play and the staff was really kind! Lots of games, food was delicious, and a lot of variety of prizes to choose from! Best Dave and busters I have been too! Will go again!

???? Just had the BEST time celebrating my husband's birthday this morning! ???? Amazing buffet, top-notch service, and a fantastic team - big shoutout to Tony C, Michael, Barbie, Charles, and Ben for making it special! ?? Thank you all! 10/10 experience! #Grateful#CelebrateGoodTimes

The games were Stealing my chips that I paid $50 bucks for. I kept having to reswipe the card over and over before it would allow the game to work... the machine tech looked it up and SAW on the screen that it was swiped 6 and 7 times at one game back to back (the times are shown by the swipes) and yet he only gave me $8 dollars worth of playing chips back.... I asked him how many chips were $8, he said he didn't know. After only TWO PLAYS, my card said it was out of chips.... when I take the card back to

Wonderful Service the manger Charles and the bartender Kris was amazing. helping me make order being my first time at Dave busters definitely would go back fun games good food and drinks highly would recommend the Cajun pasta

We came to Dave & Buster?s to celebrate my sister?s birthday and had an amazing experience! While we were playing games, Marissa (the manager) personally came to check on us, asking how everything was going and if we wanted to try out a VR game experience. She even added some extra tickets for my sister to make her birthday even more special! Marissa was so kind and professional, and the whole environment was fun, welcoming, and upbeat. We'll definitely be back ? highly recommend for a great time!

Great happy hour prices for draft beer! $4.50 for a 22oz and $3 for a 16oz. Lasts until 7. Fish & chips was seriously amazing! Great service at the table too! I would say I don't remember Dave & Busters being that loud though? of course it's an arcade there will be a good bit of noise, but it was not that crowded and we were still shouting at each other even in the restaurant and walking around.

The wife and I took the kids here after our NASA excursion. The service was great. The food was great. The atmosphere was great, especially since there weren't a lot of people there at the time. T was our server, and she had a trainee that I couldn't remember her name, but they were both great.

Oh my, Dave and Busters have totally revamped their entire menu, along with some of their all time classics. Awesome service, tasty mix drinks (Dangerous Waters) and fun and games made for a great night out with friends and family! Dave and Busters it's got to be!

Took my grandson to lunch today and to play games. Upon being seated our table was so sticky and disgusting. Upon lift the appetizer plates that were on the table the bottom 2 plates were also filthy with leftover food on them. Our waitress took them away and said she'd get us some clean ones. Well that never happened until after iur food was delivered. My grandson ordered wings mild. Guess the kitchen didn't understand that order since they were brought to him very spicy. When I asked him if he'd like me

Been here multiple times with, friends & family as it's the nearest one. Staff is helpful, especially when games stop working mid-play, there does seem to be some games that just don't ever work or are old I imagine, never been a big issue. Food has always been pretty decent, always depends on what you get.

Went to eat on a Saturday evening around 4 pm. Got seated right away, a manager I believe got our drink order. They said the waitress had to step out for a minute. Drinks were pretty quick, but we waited to order for almost an hour! We finally waved down a waitress that had walked by us several times with no concerns that we had been sitting so long. She ask who got our Drinks, and as she went by we let her know. She then said she would find out. 10 minutes later a waitress shows up saying she had no idea w

The service was very good. HOWEVER make sure you tell your waitress/waiter that you want the combo eat and play before you order. Ours messed up and said they could undo it for some Reason that did t even make sense. It's only about a $4 difference so we just ignored it while there but it was annoying. The drinks were a bit on the sweet side yet still refreshing. Highly recommend the fish and chips. Do not recommend the truffle fries. All in all good experience.

We never eat here but play games. There were some games out of order and the air hockey game was messed up but still open to play (the puck was all rough underside and the table barely had air). The worker in the reward room was friendly.

Don't know if management reads this but you either need more bartenders or servers or train them better. Sat at bar on a Sunday at noon and no one was behind the bar or acknowledged us for 15 mins!! Most customers would leave. Beautiful clean building but you wonder why it's 3/4 empty? Service!!

I took my daughter and her friends to celebrate her birthday, The games and the atmosphere was fun. We all really enjoyed ourselves. We made reservations to eat. The service was so slow, no one knew what they were supposed to be doing. We all ordered food that took forever to arrive, they were ?Out? of sweet tea??? I ordered the ribeye steak medium. That was a mistake. It came out dry and tasteless.. that's the worst steak I've gotten in a long long time from a restaurant. I will not be ordering that Again.

Had a great date night for the letter "A" tonight. Appetizers and Arcade! Wednesdays are the best night to go since they have 1/2 priced games and 50% off all food on the menu! Love it!!

I had a good time at this location. I give them a ????.

I have visited a few locations, even brand new ones, but this was my absolute favorite one. The servers were very considerate. The food was well prepared and the presentation was nice also.

Great family fun! The food and drinks are always amazing and they have really delicious hot wing sauce. The games are so fun. Some are over stimulating for me; but my 5 year old loves it!

Utter disappointment. I've been to Dave & Buster?s all around the country and while this one is brand new it is the worst one. Nothing but electronic games. No billiard tables, no shuffle board tables, no darts, only four hoops stations, two skee ball games and two air hockey tables. If you aren't into big, loud electronic games then don't bother coming here. The only difference between this place and Chuck E Cheese is that the games are bigger, louder, and newer and they offer more than just lousy piz

Great & Friendly Customer Service. They do give you a Military/Veteran Discount on the games & in the restaurant area as well. The prices are a bit high & the games need to be an even round lower number to be more fair & fun. There was hardly any hand sanitizer out & no cleaning/sanitizing of the games....especially on the VR/3D ones that definitely needed it.

This was my first and last time having a birthday party here. It was my son's 12th birthday. Front desk staff were not welcoming. You would think since gratuity of 18% is included in the price w the party that you wouldn't have to chase nor keep asking your host for things such refills. I was even served a carbonated drink in which didn't get replaced until 30 minutes or so later. My children at the party had to go up to bar just to get a refill. Very disappointed. One of my guests got upset and left due

Dave and Busters has good food and whatever kind of drinks you like. There are all sorts of games to play. From Pac Man to Human Crain. So while you're waiting on your food you can be entertained by hitting up the arcade. They have skill games also. Playing the variety of arcade games allows you to receive tickets from them. Depending on how well you do determines how many tickets you can win. There's a little nook off to the side where you can trade in your tickets for merchandise. Some of the items are go

One of the best times me & my kids ever had! We chose to go hear over going to the fair! Glad we did! Food is delicious! So we're the drinks! They have so many games to play! We were there about 4hrs and exhausted when we left. Had a blast tho!

I was seated at the table for almost 30 minutes before the server came. It took everything forever to get to us including the drinks. Not once did we get checked on or offered refills. I had to find the server to get my check.

The staff at this location are very nice and attentive. The atmosphere and food was similar to other Dave & Buster's, which is great. I think we hit a tear in the matrix though on the Star Trek machine as the one we played had 9 Tribbles on it!!!!! Score!!!!

Fire custodian. Believe their name was Randy or Randall .. makes inappropriate comments and harassed I and friends at the crane. Food was okay although atmosphere seemed very uneasy workers seem to be put under stress by who ill assume is GM very rude will not be coming back.

Awesome service. The waitress was very knowledgeable and we had a blast playing games after supper.

Great energy promoting fun when you first arrive. Place was very clean. Food was average at best, but you are in an arcade. Server was above and beyond attentive. Not very personal, but attentive nonetheless. General Manager walked around to each table to check on you. That's something you don't experience quite often.

We went here during lunch on Wednesday and pretty much had the place to ourselves! I really enjoyed the steak salad and the fish & chips were more than enough for two people to share. The games were half price and no lines so we blew through almost all the games. So much fun! The perfect time for our birthday boy!

Fun for everyone, but my ONLY frustration was with our FOOD. Each of our orders of ?? tasted as though we ordered SALT instead... Even the new fries ???????. I personally ordered the bowl with 2 meats.. Salmon & shrimp. My salmon arrived about 15 min. AFTER MY MEAL WAS TABLED. Of course it was not even room temp by then. Sadly, it would've ALL tasted great.

Be careful out here because the servers are calling folks for backup and threatening customers. My husband and I went with other married couples to play some games, eat some wings, and have a good time connecting with each other. It took us 30-45 minutes just to get waters after we ordered them. Then when we asked a question about something on the menu (the option to ?make it spicy?, the server said she didn't know. My husband asked if she could go ask. She refused and said it didn't make a difference. The

Much smaller than other D&Bs we have visited. Although it was clean and brighter, there was not a whole lot of games to choose from. It is a good place for a fun date or a smaller gathering of friends 3-to-4.

It's no where near as big as the one in Nashville but it's a good time to be had. I went on Wednesday for half off all games. You definitely get more bang for your buck on Wednesday. Also, I appreciate how long the happy hour is. All the drinks I had were good and well made. The bartenders know what they are doing. Good service. The food was really good. I was apprehensive at first but I always am when a place isn't just about the food, just the good time, but this was a really good sandwich and fries. I h

Dave and Busters is always a lot of fun. This location was smaller than the one I visited in Nashville but there was still plenty to do! It also smelled really good..like white tea. The staff was nice and the bathroom cleanliness was decent.

had the flat head pep pizza crust was doughy and not fully cooked in the center then the all american burger with fries they had salt on them which was great. The patty is pre made and not that special. It was good but Ive had better. They games were fun a lot of choices. Service was good and friendly. Never got her name or her folliwers name but they were attentive.

Do not order food from here. Ordered food on their website for dinner. Got a text 20 minutes later saying food was ready for pickup. Walked over from hotel to pickup food and was told it was going to be another 15 minutes. 25 minutes later still no food and told they were still working on it. All in all waited over 45 minutes after i was told it was ready before getting food. Manager apologized for the wait and said she was going to issue a refund and I will receive an email from them. Never receive

Great on-site restaurant that's a little separated from the gaming. Food was wonderful, and great service too. The games were newer and well kept. It wasn't too busy. So there was plenty of time to get on whichever games we wanted. Overall, it was a great arcade. We enjoyed it and will be back. I would have given 5 stars, but it's quite pricey. Definitely download the app and use the rewards to help offset costs. Well worth it.

So happy we have FINALLY gotten a major entertainment restaurant here in The Rocket City! We usually go to Nashville for D&B. This is a fun, family friendly attraction with great food and fun games (albeit a little on the pricey side sometimes). We checked it out today and it's laid out overall better than Nashville and of course everything is brand new and in working order so that helps. I absolutely love the fact that you have to be 18 or older to enter without a parent to prevent too much ruckus. This ca

We had a great time celebrating my son?s 19th birthday there. The food was great as always!

This is a fun place to spend a couple of hours. Great family atmosphere but also suitable for some adult fun. A family of 3 will cost about $75 for one hour of constant video gaming (3 power cards total). If you listen to anything in my review, make it this next line: Pay the extra money ($5) to ride the VR roller coaster game. It was amazing. I took my son on it with me (11yrs) and we got to fight the Terminator together with 1911 style pistols while barreling down the interstate on an open topped jeep. I

This was mine, my husband and children?s first time at a Dave and Buster?s. The food was great. Didn't take long to come to the table. Our waitress did a great job and was very nice and down to earth. She kept our drinks full and checked on us enough that we didn't feel neglected at all. I would have gave five stars, however, I ordered a Tito?s original Bloody Mary and I told my waitress I wanted it very mild. I know she didn't make it so it wasn't her fault but it was so spicy and didn't have a great flavo

Took my grandsons to use their christmas cards one grandson is special needs and non verbal. We had bar closed on email for their cards, the ladies at the front counter were very rude and unfriendly.. the bat and food area are next, my autistic grandson was thirty we walked up to the food area we were asked if we needed to be seated and I told the lady no my grandson just wanted something to drink, she sent us to the bar. He sat down with me got his coke very happy and the same lady that told us to go to t

I took my kids during a Saturday afternoon. There were a lot of people but we always had games to play. We did the VR coaster thing and it was a blast! You have to buy VR credits separate from the regular game play credits though. The prize store had a lot of items to choose from. You can get pretty decent items from cashing in your tickets. Overall it was an affordable, fun family outing!

Went on a Thursday afternoon, not packed. Friendly staff. All the games were in clean working order. The drinks " long Island" had plenty of alcohol and great flavor.

Loving this Dave & Busters!!! My Husband & I are so excited to have one that is closer than Nashville TN & in Huntsville A!!! With A Still Brand New Gorgeous Looking Bar & Dinning area ( the seats are larger than normal & completely comfortable) I wanted to brag on the food, service & safety of this Dave & Busters, for it is for everyone's taste!!! We have eaten several of the menu items & taken a snapshot, but check out the Grilled Salmon Dish in my photos & the Watermelon ?? Margarita...NICE & FUN &

Great addition to Huntsville, located in Mid City, close to other attractions. Various of video games for all ages. Great food, many options on the menu, large portion sizes and during certain hours a game card is also available at a reduce cost with certain dishes. Parking lot may seem crowded but large building that holds more people than you think with a large dining room and bar. A gift shop to redeem your tickets from game play

We have never eaten at Dave and Busters, but we absolutely love the games. We went this past weekend as just a fun time for the three of us to celebrate our son's birthday and his absolute favorite game is Jurassic Park.

Horrible staff!! Servers are not helpful and do not care whether you have your drinks or food and they're extremely rude as well. They also don't even know their own menu when you ask them questions about it. Manager is also rude and doesn't care whether your service was good or not. Won't be back and suggest not wasting your own time or money here either.

This Dave and Buster's started out fantastic, however after a long hiatus, I came back to a pump it up machine that is outdated and got the answer of, "it isn't worth it to upgrade to the newer machine". The old machine doesn't have access to the Internet to keep track of scores, making my card useless. Found this out after dropping $125 on credits to enjoy again too.

First, I did not eat at this establishment so I cannot comment on the food. We just went here to allow children to play some games. They allow you to purchase game cards which have points on them and each game costs a certain number of points from your card balance. They do have deals where your point values increase based on the amount you spend and they also have deals where if you buy 4 or more cards you get $5 off. I thought the game cards were a bit overpriced. They don't seem to be as much at som

Food was surprisingly good. The credits for games are shockingly expensive in my opinion. Can't imagine how much it would be for a family to go here

I didn't care for the food. I feel the quality could have been better for the cost. I know this place is more for the arcade, and my son enjoyed that.

The service here was so horrible. Our server Enya or Emya (didn't introduce herself by name) rarely checked up on us nor talked to us, and when she did it was very dry and rude. When we checked out she was hovering as we were putting our tip on the digital tablet. Then proceeded to buss and literally spray and wipe the table while we were still sitting. Legit got chemical spray on my shirt. Never in my life have I been treated so disrespectfully by a server.

Food was delicious and we all had a blast playing games. Service was really good too!

Was a good place to take my 8yr old and there were other people there enjoying the games and food with their kids too. We didn't go to eat.

Love this place. I would of gave 5 stars but I didnt eat anything here, just played games. I do wish they had more games for us. More of the virtual reality games. It was fun.

Friends and I went on New Years. The staff needs to be trained as communication and work ethic were lackluster. We sat at the bar area for over an hour. Never once acknowledged by bar staff. Eventually, I ran over to track down another waiter and a supervisor to see if they were serving. They were not. Approximately 10 other people were standing there as well being ignored and just looking around at staff, how unprofessional. Even if you're extremely busy ?Hello, sorry about your wait I will be with you sh

Had a great time playing all the games. It was a little expensive but the service was wonderful. My favorite game was definitely the guitar hero.

It was not very busy which was amazing! The menu had a good selection and was very good. The games are a little too pricey for me, but the prize selection is fun.

They have a nice happy hour drink menu as well as great deals throughout the week.

Only our 1st time at the Huntsville Dave and Busters. So I got the card for the games for my son on the phone and I asked for a card at the front desk and lady their was just very unfriendly and rude. If my son wasn't with me, I would have just left then and there. But was trying to help my son have a good time. We also wanted to watch a football game and get some food. Waitress was very nice. Think her name was Dre. But getting a beer takes like 10 to 15 min after you order one. The garlic and truffle frie

These people are troopers. We rolled in at 1:00am hungry and the service was great. I can only vouch for the nachos, not too bad.

I celebrated my birthday here a few weeks ago and it was so much fun! The food was so delicious. We also had such an amazing server (wish I could remember his name), but he was fantastic. The manager was so kind too! I absolutely love the atmosphere at this establishment! We had such an amazing experience, and I can't wait to go back! ??

Did our daughter?s 14th birthday there. Everyone and everything was amazing. She had such a great time. The sales manager Morgan was so helpful to get this scheduled kinda last minute. The manager Marisa was amazing getting our party together and making sure it all went great. Our server Cambri was the absolute best. She was so attentive and helpful and friendly. Will definitely be using the Huntsville location again for future parties! Would completely recommend this Dave and Buster to everyone.

First time going it was slow messed up orders. have improved way above any others D&B i have Ben to 5 locations and this one is the BEST! It's excellent. they don't have all the games I like:(-aka the coin pushers which is ok. The best time to go is on Wednesday is half-price games:):):)

Atmosphere was amazing! Not gonna lie I was a little upset at the "price per game" but the ticket/prize payout was worth it!!! Got some awesome swag to bring home. Me and the family will be back.

We are big fans of Dave and Busters. There is a good mix of kid and grown up games so it's good for the whole family. The kids seem to take home much better prizes from D&B than Chuck E Cheese. The food is just sort of ok, I never look forward to eating here, it's just sort of a bonus that you can eat here.

Good happy hour deals. The strawberry mule is DELICIOUS! Very busy on Friday night but we had no wait to be seated for dinner and usually only waited for people to finish their current game before we were about to play. Great date night spot we will definitely be back!

Horrible service!! Food came out and looked as if someone ate half. I brought it to manager and he said it just looks like they dropped it as they were plating it there was nothing he could do. He stated they changed from a 9oz to a 6oz and they changed the seasoning so maybe that's why it looked like that. He also refused to give me a refund. I will never go back here !!

3 for food, only because the 2 things I wanted to order they were out of. Service gets a 3. Our waiter (gets a 1)was rude and the service was bad, we never got refills. The ladies in the front (get a 5) were fabulous!!!

Decided to head here for the first time today. The facility and its machines appear clean, but there is a lack of sanitizing stations. We found one near the restrooms in the back, and we did bring our own in as well. Gloves are available at the station, too. Many of the machines are closed for distancing. Food was wonderful, service was great. Our kids left happy and so did we. Definitely heading there on a less busy day, for sure!

Everything was up to part besides keeping the restrooms tidy . Waitress Jordan was very helpful and friendly . Kids & Adults had a great time . I highly recommend this place as date night or family time .

I loved the food, and so did my family. Also, customer service was great. I did not like that the gaming area was right next to the dining area.

We had a great time at the birthday party we went to. The games were fun and the drinks were nice. We'll be back.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are retro games in arcades still good in this modern age?

Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. Modern arcade cabinets often feature crisp displays and restored controls, enhancing the experience.
