Dave & Buster's Huntsville

Took a day trip out here from Atlanta just to come to this Dave & Buster's location and really enjoyed my visit! Got the high score on some of the games on Pac-Man's Pixel Bash. Will definitely be back in the future.

This location is very big with lots of seating and the best games ever. We sat at the bar and had the 5 dollar draft beers which were very cold and tasty. The bar stools are really comfortable and there was also a foot rest. Tons of tvs to watch. We ordered the breakfast burger the ceasar salad and nachos. The food quality was good. This is one of the most comfortable bars I've ever chilled at. Great location.

Delicious food, awesome service, reasonable prices and lots of fun! Our Server checked in with us several times, and the manager even came and said hi. The TVs were all on different channels, and the booths and tables were clean! We purchased our game tickets, while we were at our table and our server was knowledgeable about the different prices! Great variety of games to choose from and good selection of prizes.

I had been promising my son that we'd go to Dave and Busters for a while now. We happened upon this one while in Huntsville on vacation and decided it was the perfect place for lunch. Five-Star Fun for the Whole Team Dave & Buster's was the perfect spot for a fun team outing during my recent work trip. The atmosphere was electric, with a great mix of games, music, and people. If you start your day with the food, you will be disappointed. If they say they are short staffed, don't, by any means, sit down to get food. And if you get the meal option, they will make it a massive deal to take the food You Already Paid For off of your bill. Took us about 3 hours to get our cold food and get our checks. Didn't help our server was visibly enraged that she had to do her job. Food also blows.

Lots of fun, a little pricey if you play games unless you go on half price Wednesdays. They have added a few new games. Great place to watch the games and grab a drink. The bartenders are always super nice!

Chicken Parm Pasta The chicken was blackened and hidden under a huge amount of pasta sauce and cheese. Tasted like a chicken pizza. The pasta was greasy and stuck together with the amount of cheese used. I wouldn't recommend the Chicken Parm Pasta. The S'mores Cheesecake was delicious. It's worth a try!

The fact that I developed my high opinion in less than 5 minutes, before ever tasting their food or playing a single game! The games were Stealing my chips that I paid $50 bucks for. I kept having to reswipe the card over and over before it would allow the game to work... the machine tech looked it up and SAW on the screen that it was swiped 6 and 7 times at one game back to back (the times are shown by the swipes) and yet he only gave me $8 dollars worth of playing chips back.... We came to Dave & Buster?s to celebrate my sister?s birthday and had an amazing experience! While we were playing games, Marissa (the manager) personally came to check on us, asking how everything was going and if we wanted to try out a VR game experience. She even added some extra tickets for my sister to make her birthday even more special! Marissa was so kind and professional, and the whole environment was fun, welcoming, and upbeat. Great happy hour prices for draft beer! $4.50 for a 22oz and $3 for a 16oz. Lasts until 7. Fish & chips was seriously amazing! Great service at the table too! I would say I don't remember Dave & Busters being that loud though? of course it's an arcade there will be a good bit of noise, but it was not that crowded and we were still shouting at each other even in the restaurant and walking around.

Been here multiple times with, friends & family as it's the nearest one. Staff is helpful, especially when games stop working mid-play, there does seem to be some games that just don't ever work or are old I imagine, never been a big issue. Food has always been pretty decent, always depends on what you get.

Went to eat on a Saturday evening around 4 pm. Got seated right away, a manager I believe got our drink order. They said the waitress had to step out for a minute. The service was very good. HOWEVER make sure you tell your waitress/waiter that you want the combo eat and play before you order. Ours messed up and said they could undo it for some Reason that did t even make sense. It's only about a $4 difference so we just ignored it while there but it was annoying. The drinks were a bit on the sweet side yet still refreshing. Highly recommend the fish and chips. Do not recommend the truffle fries. All in all good experience.

We never eat here but play games. There were some games out of order and the air hockey game was messed up but still open to play (the puck was all rough underside and the table barely had air). The worker in the reward room was friendly.

Don't know if management reads this but you either need more bartenders or servers or train them better. Sat at bar on a Sunday at noon and no one was behind the bar or acknowledged us for 15 mins!! Most customers would leave. Beautiful clean building but you wonder why it's 3/4 empty? Service!!

I took my daughter and her friends to celebrate her birthday, The games and the atmosphere was fun. We all really enjoyed ourselves. We made reservations to eat. The service was so slow, no one knew what they were supposed to be doing. We all ordered food that took forever to arrive, they were ?Out? of sweet tea??? I ordered the ribeye steak medium. Utter disappointment. I've been to Dave & Buster?s all around the country and while this one is brand new it is the worst one. Nothing but electronic games. No billiard tables, no shuffle board tables, no darts, only four hoops stations, two skee ball games and two air hockey tables. Great & Friendly Customer Service. They do give you a Military/Veteran Discount on the games & in the restaurant area as well. The prices are a bit high & the games need to be an even round lower number to be more fair & fun. This was my first and last time having a birthday party here. It was my son's 12th birthday. Front desk staff were not welcoming. So while you're waiting on your food you can be entertained by hitting up the arcade. They have skill games also. Playing the variety of arcade games allows you to receive tickets from them. I was seated at the table for almost 30 minutes before the server came. It took everything forever to get to us including the drinks. Not once did we get checked on or offered refills. I had to find the server to get my check.

The staff at this location are very nice and attentive. The atmosphere and food was similar to other Dave & Buster's, which is great. I think we hit a tear in the matrix though on the Star Trek machine as the one we played had 9 Tribbles on it!!!!! Score!!!!

Fire custodian. Believe their name was Randy or Randall .. makes inappropriate comments and harassed I and friends at the crane. Food was okay although atmosphere seemed very uneasy workers seem to be put under stress by who ill assume is GM very rude will not be coming back.

We went here during lunch on Wednesday and pretty much had the place to ourselves! I really enjoyed the steak salad and the fish & chips were more than enough for two people to share. Great on-site restaurant that's a little separated from the gaming. Food was wonderful, and great service too. The games were newer and well kept. It wasn't too busy. So there was plenty of time to get on whichever games we wanted. Overall, it was a great arcade. We enjoyed it and will be back. I would have given 5 stars, but it's quite pricey. I took my kids during a Saturday afternoon. There were a lot of people but we always had games to play. We did the VR coaster thing and it was a blast! You have to buy VR credits separate from the regular game play credits though. The prize store had a lot of items to choose from. You can get pretty decent items from cashing in your tickets. Great addition to Huntsville, located in Mid City, close to other attractions. Various of video games for all ages. Great food, many options on the menu, large portion sizes and during certain hours a game card is also available at a reduce cost with certain dishes. We have never eaten at Dave and Busters, but we absolutely love the games. We went this past weekend as just a fun time for the three of us to celebrate our son's birthday and his absolute favorite game is Jurassic Park.

Horrible staff!! Servers are not helpful and do not care whether you have your drinks or food and they're extremely rude as well. They also don't even know their own menu when you ask them questions about it. Manager is also rude and doesn't care whether your service was good or not. Won't be back and suggest not wasting your own time or money here either.

This Dave and Buster's started out fantastic, however after a long hiatus, I came back to a pump it up machine that is outdated and got the answer of, "it isn't worth it to upgrade to the newer machine". The old machine doesn't have access to the Internet to keep track of scores, making my card useless. Found this out after dropping $125 on credits to enjoy again too.

The service here was so horrible. Our server Enya or Emya (didn't introduce herself by name) rarely checked up on us nor talked to us, and when she did it was very dry and rude. When we checked out she was hovering as we were putting our tip on the digital tablet. Then proceeded to buss and literally spray and wipe the table while we were still sitting. Legit got chemical spray on my shirt. Never in my life have I been treated so disrespectfully by a server.

Did our daughter?s 14th birthday there. Everyone and everything was amazing. She had such a great time. The sales manager Morgan was so helpful to get this scheduled kinda last minute. The manager Marisa was amazing getting our party together and making sure it all went great. Our server Cambri was the absolute best. She was so attentive and helpful and friendly. We are big fans of Dave and Busters. There is a good mix of kid and grown up games so it's good for the whole family. The kids seem to take home much better prizes from D&B than Chuck E Cheese. The food is just sort of ok, I never look forward to eating here, it's just sort of a bonus that you can eat here.

Horrible service!! Food came out and looked as if someone ate half. I brought it to manager and he said it just looks like they dropped it as they were plating it there was nothing he could do. He stated they changed from a 9oz to a 6oz and they changed the seasoning so maybe that's why it looked like that. He also refused to give me a refund. I will never go back here !!

Decided to head here for the first time today. The facility and its machines appear clean, but there is a lack of sanitizing stations. We found one near the restrooms in the back, and we did bring our own in as well. Gloves are available at the station, too. Many of the machines are closed for distancing. Food was wonderful, service was great. Our kids left happy and so did we. Definitely heading there on a less busy day, for sure!
